The military industrial complex is completely out of control, the ongoing global climate engineering atrocities are the most dire and glaring testimony to this fact. Official government documents (like a 750 page US senate report and an 80 page presidential report) prove this fact beyond reasonable doubt. In the power structure's increasing desperate attempt to hide the truth, there is now an illegal federal "gag order" on all National Weather Service and NOAA employees. The long and growing list of climate engineering patents is also a glaring confirmation of global climate engineering and the powers invested in it. Those in power would have us believe that we cannot "fight the system". They would have us believe that the efforts of a few cannot make a difference or "turn the tide". We must never accept this lie. All of our combined efforts (especially including all the front line activists that are doing their best to sound the alarm) have helped immensely to raise public awareness on the critical climate engineering issue. As that awareness grows exponentially, many new activists have joined our ranks from countless professions. Some of those that have stepped forward are concerned and courageous attorneys. Just look up and you will see the climate modification and cloud engineering programs by the federal government, its contractors and other affiliates going on in our skies almost every day. They are releasing toxic chemicals over our heads and environment without scientific justification, public debate or legal permit. That is not “natural” cloud formation or the byproduct of commercial aircraft. The elephant in the sky is real and is subject to the rule of law, including the law of gravity. The resulting damage to our environment and human health is widespread.
There is no “pharmaceutical fix” to climate change and global warming. As Albert Einstein said: “We can not solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” We deserve answers from the groups releasing toxic chemicals over our heads, as well as from those who have turned a blind eye to them, in violation of our environmental and human rights laws. President Lincoln said: “I am a firm believer in the people. If given the truth, they can be depended upon to meet any national crisis. The great point is to bring them the real facts.” We all must wake up and confront the reality of what is happening. Martin Luther King, Jr. said: “There comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but he must do it because conscience tells him it is right.”
As an attorney, officer of the court, citizen of this nation, and steward of this planet, I have a fiduciary duty to shine a light on the climate engineering programs occurring virtually every day over California and across the country. The federal lawsuit we are preparing and will soon file seeks to stop the climate engineering programs and have those involved answer to the people and planet. Hopefully, the lawsuit will also spark public debate and real media attention to address the challenge of climate change in a responsible manner and without further delay. Time is of the essence to do the right thing.

Robert L. Wegman, PLC, is a Chesapeake attorney serving the Hampton Roads, VA, area.
Born September 2, 1961, in Columbus, Ohio, Mr. Wegman grew up in a military family. His father retired from the Air Force, and as a child Mr. Wegman spent a great deal of his life living on military bases, and surrounded by the honorable men and women of the U.S. Military. He graduated from undergraduate school in 1983 In 1989, Mr. Wegman was selected to attend Coast Guard Officer Candidate School. He proudly served for almost 12 years achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. While serving many quasi-legal and operational roles during the aftermath of massive Exxon Valdez oil spill, he gained a keen interest in environmental law. He decided to apply for the highly competitive and prestigious Legal Education Program, and was one of 4 selected to attend law school full time.
Mr. Wegman chose New York Law School in Manhattan where he was meritoriously selected to be an editor of the heralded Law Review. Upon graduation with his Juris Doctorate degree, he was transferred to MLC Atlantic and Atlantic Area commands in Norfolk and Portsmouth, respectively, where he served in the Legal Division. His military experience served to further his dedication to his clients. While in the Coast Guard, Mr. Wegman was temporarily assigned to the Naval Legal Service Office, where he defended the rights of sailors and marines in countless Administrative Discharge Boards, Boards of Inquiry, and Courts-Martial, involving the most serious charges and offenses. He also spent 20 months as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Norfolk Division where he prosecuted felonies and misdemeanors in federal court.
Mr. Wegman resigned in 2000 to pursue private practice. He was hired as an environmental lawyer with the renowned law firm Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker on Park Avenue and 55th Street in Manhattan. There, he did a lot of environmental site assessment work and represented the Intrepid Sea Air Space Museum in asbestos litigation before the New York Department of Conservation. He also assisted with rewriting sections of the leading treatise on New York Environmental Law.
Following the tragedy of 9/11, Mr. Wegman volunteered to assist grieving families, particularly those of first responders with their legal needs, including affidavits pertaining to their missing and presumed dead loved ones. The slow down in the real estate market in New York led Mr. Wegman to pursue other options where in 2003, he opened his own firm.
Michel de Montaigne in the 16th century once said "Ignorance is the softest pillow on which a man can rest his head." Though that prolific statement applies more today than at any point in my lifetime, I can only wonder what he would have said about complacency. How can a rational person look into the sky and think the ubiquitous persistent trails, creating grid-like patterns are anything but the work of forces bent on destroying earth's life support system? I joined the movement to end geoengineering. I have witnessed the destruction of plant and animal life, and I have heard too many people attempt to explain away their own irrational and sudden respiratory health issues, including chronic fatigue, using rational thought.
Nothing is more frustrating than attempting to discuss the possible causes of planetary destruction with people who refuse to see what is "hidden in plain sight." People are simply too preoccupied to look up, and they lack the intellectual curiosity to see if what I am saying could hold a kernel of truth. It's more than fair to say this team is risking friendships, public and private humiliation, and even marriages to do what has to be done. Mankind is on borrowed time. By the time people wake up, it may well be too late to save our home (the earth) and ourselves. But, I cannot, and will not, go down without a fight. I thank Dane for helping me to find some sense of order out of this chaos. His website has been a valuable resource. He has opened my eyes, and I am honored to be a part of the legal team.
Finally, Montaigne is also credited with saying "if you don't know how to die, don't worry; Nature will tell you what to do on the spot, fully, and adequately. She will do this job perfectly for you; don't bother your head about it." The planetary destruction is not natural, thus I will worry my head about it until I can no longer do so. The military/industrial complex Eisenhower warned us about has been running amok and must be stopped. As we used to say in the military: lead, follow, or get out of the way. Deliberate climate modification through aerosol spraying is the greatest manmade environmental disaster that has ever occurred on the planet. I have long been an environmentalist, but a few years ago when I woke up to what was happening in our skies, I realized that unless we stopped climate modification, the other environmental issues would be moot. Though I believe that educating others that this happening is very important, nothing much stops in America without lawsuits. If we have any hope to stop geoengineering at all, I believe that lawsuits are the best way. I am here to provide support in helping these lawsuits go forward.

Joe Marman has been an attorney for 27 years, and was a Board member of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers for 10 years and a member of California Consumer Attorneys. Dane Wigington
For the last twelve years Dane has been completely focused on investigating, exposing, and halting the ongoing global climate engineering insanity. He is the lead researcher and administrator for the website GeoengineeringWatch.org. He was a former employee of Bechtel Power corporation and has a background in renewable energy. Dane's completely off-grid home in the wilderness of Northern California was the cover article of the world's largest renewable energy magazine. When Dane began to note massive losses in his home's solar power uptake due to solar obscuration (the blocking of the sun from the ever more aggressive and obvious jet aircraft spraying of atmospheric particulates), he began constant research, lab testing, and reporting on the climate engineering/solar radiation management issue. For over a decade, Dane has given data presentations on the climate engineering issue in hundreds of radio forums and public speaking awareness events, in addition to speaking and presenting data to many agencies and officials including the California Air Resources Board, the California Energy Commission, the Shasta County Board of Supervisors, Barbara Boxer's office, US Congressman Doug LaMalfa, and California Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom (and his aids) in Lt. Governor's office at the California State Capitol.
The climate engineering atrocities occurring in our skies came to my attention when I began losing massive amounts of solar power uptake (on my off-grid residence) due to the jet aircraft spraying/dispersions that were rapidly increasing in frequency and intensity. After numerous lab tests confirmed the highly toxic climate engineering contamination was saturated in the air column and thus poisoning not just my region, but the entire planet. I was left with no alternative but to focus all my efforts and energies on this critical issue. I have never been politically minded, and have never before been an activist. I am a concerned father that feels I have a responsibility to my children (all children), and to the planet as a whole on which all life depends. Global climate engineering/geoengineering/solar radiation management is mathematically the greatest and most immediate threat we face short of nuclear cataclysm. I wish to express my deepest gratitude to all the attorneys that have joined this most critical effort, and my deepest thanks to all the activists who are dedicated to this most important fight for the greater good.
If we are to have any chance of exposing and halting the ongoing global climate engineering assault, awareness raising efforts must be continued and advanced on ALL fronts of the battle. Though the legal effort is an essential part of the overall effort, the pending legal action does not negate the need for all other credible awareness raising efforts to continue moving forward at the fastest possible pace. A sky-watcher since childhood, I became aware of this atrocity in 1998. When a letter of inquiry and concern to my Congressman went unanswered I called his office to follow-up. I was told the massive Xs and tic-tac-toe patterned sky-trails were "normal contrails from jet planes." I called back later hoping to speak to someone else. A pleasant young woman answered and said she'd check on my letter. She returned and apologized for taking so long explaining that my letter wasn't where constituents letters usually were. She had to look elsewhere because my letter was "red-flagged." When asked why it was red-flagged and what that meant, she became flustered as if she'd said too much. Stumbling over her words, she said that maybe he didn't have an answer yet. Three months later, I received a curt written response informing me that they were, "normal condensation trails from jet planes."
I've observed chemical skies with a heavy heart for nearly 18 years now. I've watched countless blue skies disappear. I've experienced serious respiratory problems and witnessed the same for others. I've had frequent and repetitive nosebleeds with no explanation for them. I've had severe brain fog. Sometimes my muscles and joints ache so badly it's hard to walk. The lab tests are always "fine." I've watched trees die, my garden dwindle and birds disappear. I look at the sky and see huge xs or plumes over my house and can't help but think that we're living in hell.
This pending lawsuit has been a long time coming. You've given me hope today. You've renewed my courage and inspiration to keep informing others and to keep fighting. Thank you!

It appears the U.S. Senate has just unanimously passed a bill that would allow the families of 9/11 victims to sue Saudi Arabia for it's (alleged) role in the attack. Though Obama will likely veto it, this entire endeavor in Congress has the stain of well orchestrated disinformation and deception, way more than likely instigated by the very elements within our government that were part and parcel of the whole 9/11 plan in the first place, or perhaps their successors. Does anyone here actually think Saudi Arabia had anything to do with this debacle? If so, you need to spend another few years investigating the matter. What a perfect ruse: to (allegedly) allow free passage of the Bin Laden family members out of the country on 9/11 by air, when ALL other flights were grounded due to so-called "National Security" concerns. This cemented within the public mind all the various simplistic theories that the Saudis (thus the Bin Ladens) were the darlings of the Bush administration because they (the Bush family) were oilmen, etc. They snow-jobbed us all with that one. But it effectively drew attention TOWARD the (bogus) theory that 19 mostly Saudi hijackers carried out the attacks. Absurd in the extreme!!!!!!
Fast forward to this current Senate bill. Yet another lame-ass attempt to draw attention TOWARD the Saudis and reestablish a connection in the public mind between the Saudis and 9/11. LAME!!!

Abstract
"Conjugative transfer of DNA that occurs between bacteria also operates between bacteria and higher organisms. The transfer of DNA between Gram-negative bacteria requires initial contact by a sex pilus followed by DNA traversing four membranes (donor plus recipient) using a transmembrane pore. Marc, my apologies and forgetfulness. I always read your comments, often twice. Sorry I did not write more when I wrote this comment. I was having computer problems at the time. Personally, I am continually amazed as to how folks will not face what is happening to us all. Dane keeps harping away on how we need to reach critical mass awareness. I know that is our only way of even thinking about saving our planet/home. I wonder what an atmosphere contains after a global methane fire? If or when the time ever comes, I will be like the Woody Harrelson character in 2012 standing on the edge of the Yellow Stone "super volcano". @Dennie, I don't know why you posted under SD but yes, yesterday was so much hotter than I expected though I don't know how hot Berkeley got. Do know that a couple of weeks ago one beloved hen of mine died for no apparent reason. I checked her out thoroughly, bringing her into the house-not a scratch on her perfectly beautiful and clean body. I revived her, thought she would make it, but no. I still can't get over it and could not afford an autopsy, but wished I'd done one myself. Not that I am skilled at that, but most birds in my life in serious trouble I've been able to save. Chickens are prone to heart attacks. But the others are fine and not talking about it-to me anyway! Except one other is not laying and normally she lays all the time, did lay a few some months ago, zip nada since. Hens need a certain amount of light per day in order to make an egg. One dead-gorgeous bird at that-one not laying, leaves me hanging by a thread.

I really just want to say thank you to the attorneys and of course, Dane. But no matter how much I say, those words can never capture the eternal gratitude that I, and I'm sure all of us, feel. Three days of no chemtrails here in Kern County. Today was beautiful with puffy clouds (real ones) and thunderheads. I have not seen this in years! Everyone that I see and talk to are mentioning the clouds. Here in Kern County it is an all out assault every day by the sky demons. I even have hope that this is last of the spraying, perhaps they have seen the posts here and know they will be exposed soon. Thank you Mr. Wigington for all that you have done, I can't even imagine how you hang on. I know from my own experience when I was first made aware of the spraying back in 2003. When I have talked to my friends and even family about the chemtrails they all have given me the "look" and pretty much written me off as a "tin foil hat crazy". I would also like to thank all of the lawyers and the people who post here. I will never give up on alerting whoever I can. The U.S. Supreme Court dealt a blow to financial services firms trying to fend off allegations that they facilitate illegal short selling, affirming the rights of investors to make their case in plaintiff-friendly state courts. With the court’s ruling on Monday, plaintiffs may find that such suits have a greater chance of advancing in a state court, potentially exposing brokerages to more expensive litigation, said Sam Lieberman, a partner at Sadis & Goldberg LLP.
“It’s easier to have your case thrown out for procedural reasons in federal court,” Lieberman said. “In state courts, you’re more likely to get closer to trial, and get closer to trial means you’re more likely to get closer to settling.” New Jersey and other states also have Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act statutes aimed at organized crime that could be applied broadly enough to cover the conduct of financial services firms, said David Zaring, a professor of legal studies and business at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

I am thrilled beyond belief. I'm so ready for something to happen. Just like the movie "Vaxxed" has blown open the public debate on the danger of vaccines after being very publicly pulled form Tribeca and with GMO labeling starting in Vermont in July forcing companies to let us know what's in our food, I hope this law suit finally brings the geoengineering crisis to critical mass. I think we can all feel a shift happening though I don't believe it will happen quickly enough to save our planet. I think the book "Eaarth" by Bill McKibben states our situation very eloquently. We had a moment in time during the Carter administration in the late 70's when we could have changed course, "away from the rocks". Most of me fights the big fight every day and I stand up to the status quo and speak out constantly. But I have to admit that there are moments when I just want to enjoy my life, my garden and walk my dogs in the forest to listen to the birds. I don't kid myself about what's happening, but I need a break as it's often too much to bear watching this beautiful earth being destroyed and listening to the stupidity and ignorance that is most of our society.

I want so much to ask him so much, but he is 92 and my two doors away neighbor, willfully ignorant regarding geoengineering is very protective of him, fearing I will bring this up. But the man is eager to talk about this heyday in his life, and I began by mentioning that under Carter, we Natives finally got the legal right to practice our religion. this was a very big deal to us, to all tribes, and this man is proud of that. ron: you have said what has been on my mind. I was lying in bed having the very same realization that these weather control terrorists are using the entire earth as their "force enhancer." You are right on about the aerosols being more than about weather control and warfare. The earth's natural "bio-rythim" is disrupted, repackaged, and set to an agenda for mass death and destruction. What were once beautiful bluebird sky's in Eugene and Central Oregon are now and have been for decades washed out, poisonous grey skies. Hi Steve, I'm over in Florence and spend time in Eugene and see it too. I've done photo montages of the planes and trails and sent to Oregon's politicians and department of environmental quality with ZERO replies. At least I got replies from WA states environmental people. They even admitted they knew about the programs, but as they are federal there's nothing the state can do about it, but to keep sending photos as they're obligated to send them up the ladder. So I do. Today May 17 is dawning beautiful and clear so we'll see how long it lasts. 🙁

There is no real rest until the cloud banks containing mountains of toxic metals and god-only-knows-what STOP raining down on us and the Earth is healed. I can't get any rest when every single breath I take is contaminated, feels like cold sandpaper and I can taste and at times even chew what I'm breathing.
Back in 1967, when I was turning ten years old and imaging what my life would be like in forty years, I never could have imagined that my future would be so ugly. More and more I find myself wishing I'd never been born.
Dennie, but of course! Goes without saying. But, having two entire nights of no sleep at all, I very much needed some and got some. As well as something of a fresh start. When I was ten, I was actually dying, nearly a year in isolation because of my condition. But, finally I pulled through. I've nearly died many times and have very serious health issues separate from geoengineering. Such that geoengineering is like the icing on the cake of my demise. But, even so I find life precious, no matter what. I cannot imagine wishing I'd never been born! Despite my issues, I've had such an interesting life, such an exciting and full life, and I intend to have more! Against all odds.

Sometimes I think I'd like to live long enough to see geoengineering and other massive environmentally destructive crimes come to a complete halt and don't know if we ever will because so many are turning such a nice profit from killing everything, but I'd certainly like to live long enough to see the Powers That Shouldn't Be thrown behind bars, chained to the walls wrists and ankles, then see the keys to their cages melted down. Or at least put them somewhere where they have to do Community Service 24/7/365, building housing for all the people that their sick money system has turned out and ruined, plow the fields and grow organic food for the poor, all by hand. Make "Them" walk, ride bikes or the bus, every last place they go. They need to learn to do without. Or better, just LEAVE this time and space dimension. Forever. NO returning/reincarnating here, either.

Thank-you Dane this is exciting news! I have been trying to wake people up for years. It has been cold and overcast in Southern California for the past several days. Last week a strange large dark grey cloud hovered over the mountains, it looked like something was on fire, but nothing was. Something has changed in the composition of the Chem trails and is slowly being introduced. I have never seen weather like this in Southern California in May!! I keep the windows closed as if they are open I get a cough and cough up a phlegm after a day or two. I support your efforts 100%. I will continue to notify everyone I can.

Hello Michael, as stated in the Legal team post, no matter what road blocks defense attorneys try to throw up, it is reaching a critical mass of public awareness that matters. The credible legal action is essential, and the facts we have to prove the toxic heavy metal contamination cannot be desputed or excused. Lets all keep our stride, no one can be spared from the front lines of this most critical battle.
Oh good grief Michael! Rain on our parade why don't you?! My family's efforts in a murder trial hit a dead end from defense owing to a plea bargain. While the person in question did not commit the crime, in my opinion, she is, I'm sure, a witness, and so now can never testify owing to double jeopardy. I tried a "hail Mary pass" by pleading to the judge to drop the charges against her, but was unsuccessful. The fault was in part owing to the police jumping the gun, running on rumor, as well as lousy lawyers and a difficult state. But, the case itself is not solved and so, after a breather, I am beginning another tact, having paid for court documents, having done "leg work" on computer and putting the two together, we now know who did it. So, starting over from scratch and nervous about it. But, the main thing is, I Never Ever give up. By contrast, the legal team assembled here is remarkable in everyway. Remarkable for their long experience and advanced education, remarkable for their commitment to Earth and all upon her, remarkable for their bravery risking reputation and livelihood for GW and the puzzle pieces Dane has meticulously put together. If this is thwarted, we will start over again. At the very least there Will be media attention and a much greater audience reached. Those who scoffed at us "nut cases" will have to admire this very fine team, turning their blind eyes toward what they could not, would not see before. No one believes this government of ours will just roll over saying mea culpa. Of course they will do everything they can to stop this, of course. That is not the point. Millions of peoples around the world are aware. Millions more will finally have the guts to speak out, knowing they are in good company. My God man, can you not see the upside? Dear Inez, It is so good to hear you on this site. A frequent contributor from your country recently posted photos of your skies and they were hellish! We need as many doctors as possible to raise people's awareness of how damaging the toxins from geoengineering are as well as electromagnetic all. Not to mention nuclear. Is there a physicians' group worldwide that can make international statements of these harms to not only humans and all life, but Earth herself? Physicians here will not touch this issue with a ten foot pole. An expression, but surely there must be some consensus among physicians regarding these well known harms so great as to spell doom. What do your colleagues think? I'm thinking there should be an international coalition of physicians to speak out in unison, taking a stand. Do you think this is possible?

We are very concerned about the continuing proliferation of painted-over cargo containers hauled by trucks in the southwest. They are, at times, the majority of loads in transit. They all bear the same lousy paint quality – always a dirty white, with logos of former owners faintly visible (e.g. Knight, CFE). Despite opposing the war, being a draft dodger and a concert pianist, my husband found himself on the front lines of Viet Nam as a point man and ever since has remained remarkably observant of his surroundings. Neither of us has ever seen such cargo paint-overs before. The most concerning aspect, as this combat veteran knows, is what is aboard these trucks. For about a year ago some 2.2 billion 50 caliber hollow point rounds were requisitioned by the federal authorities. It would have taken a lot of time to produce them, pack them and distribute them. Each 50 caliber round might weigh around one half pound. Loads of them would be extremely weighty and massive, requiring a lot of packing materials. The weapons too are very large, of a length about the height of most men. The older models were extremely heavy, and while it's possible they're made of lighter materials they would nevertheless require much shipping volume. So we're looking at 1.1 billion pounds of ammunition alone. It would take a lot of trucks and time to distribute such arms. Is this what is inside these cargo containers? If not, what is it?

While this is for everyone, I wanted to respond to your spectacularly phrased critique of the "geoscatologists" employed to destroy our planet. I might have misread somewhat, but you entertain the question of whether they think they are helping our planet and all life on it.
While most are aware of the publication of Owning the Weather by 2025 – a published artifact of statecraft presented to the Air Force in 1996 – I want to thank Josefina Fraile Martin of Spain, whose excellent open letter to the US military I have read and assisted in its translation. Josefina, as well as a poetic and powerful writer, has taken the time to read every single published paper about geoengineering over the decades, as her article notes. In all of them she failed to find a single sentence (let alone paragraph) treating of the welfare of either the planet or any living creature on it – most notably the human race. Nor, in OTW 2025, does a search turn up any form of mention of CO2/carbon dioxide, nor global warming, nor climate change in the sense of concern with planetary well-being. On the contrary, one particular paragraph illustrates the intention and crass greed which solely motivates these fiends. For any still toying with the possibility that there exists any benevolent purpose to climate engineering, a look at the document should lay such misprision to rest. On page 27 the possibility of an artificial climate is contemplated as published in 1996:
Nanotechnology also offers possibilities for creating simulated weather. A cloud, or several clouds, of microscopic computer particles, all communicating with each other and with a larger control system could provide tremendous capability. Interconnected, atmospherically buoyant, and having navigation capability in
three dimensions, such clouds could be designed to have a wide-range of properties. They might exclusively block optical sensors or could adjust to become impermeable to other surveillance methods. They could also provide an atmospheric electrical potential difference, which otherwise might not exist, to achieve precisely aimed and timed lightning strikes. Even if power levels achieved were insufficient to be an effective strike weapon, the potential for psychological operations in many situations could be fantastic.
And the motives?
One major advantage of using simulated weather to achieve a desired effect is that unlike other approaches, it makes what are otherwise the results of deliberate actions appear to be the consequences of natural weather phenomena. In addition, it is potentially relatively inexpensive to do. According to J. Storrs Hall, a scientist at Rutgers University conducting research on nanotechnology, production costs of these
nanoparticles could be about the same price per pound as potatoes.

A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril.
The motivation exists. The potential benefits and power are extremely lucrative and alluring for those who have the resources to develop it.
If anyone clings to any illusions that these programs ever had beneficial origins, a careful read through the entirity of Owning the Weather by 2025 should put such notions to rest. They are clearly far ahead of schedule. The document can easily be searched online.

I've not had the time to read as much of it as I should have, but I'd printed out and read some of it years ago, not long after being made aware of what was going on in our skies. One would think those excepts alone would make the coming litigation a slam-dunk case, and in a sane world, that would be true. Of course, in a sane world, such a document wouldn't exist and none of this would be happening. I never imagined, when I first found that little manifesto all those years ago, that it would get this bad. It seems "they" spent years trying to be as stealthy as possible, perhaps until the necessary technology existed to make the current atrocities possible.

How disgusting, the "motives" part. TBH, any time I read of some earthquake, fish die-off, drought, extreme weather event, etc. nowadays, I wonder if our own government had something to do with it. I used to be afraid of "the Russians" when I was a kid. Nowadays I'm more afraid of some in the upper reaches of our own government /military/secret agencies than I ever was of "the Russians". That (what I am afraid of) includes, of course, whatever international cabal is involved in the NWO agenda. I feel terrible when I think of my kids' future.
BTW, some of the faux clouds I noticed yesterday looked different. I can't really describe them, but they looked closer to real clouds yet looked on the edges like they'd spread out from a line initially. Wondering if anyone else noticed anything. I didn't go outside today so nothing to report from today's skies.

In fact, the majority of my observations have always leaned heavily toward sinister motives of unspeakable darkness. But, as Dane so often reminds us, it is not this or that. It is an array of motives and objectives. But I'll grant you this: NONE of them are benevolent.

It is an interesting thing to see science as a democratic process. “When Dane began to note massive losses in his home's solar power uptake due to solar obscuration (the blocking of the sun from the ever more aggressive and obvious jet aircraft spraying of atmospheric particulates), he began constant research, lab testing, and reporting on the climate engineering/solar radiation management issue.” The federal government promotes solar energy as an alternative to carbon fuels and yet makes the energy system less viable with Geoengineering practices, solar radiation management. These actions may be seen as a compromise between needs or democracy with in science policy and practice, but science is not really a democratic process, it is a process of discovery and often either something works or it does not work. You cannot promote a clean energy system and then make it ineffective with a dirty system, because people will have to continue the use of carbon fuels which will create more of a need for Geoengineering. Something has to stop to break the cycle. We need to quickly move away from carbon fuels so that we can stop aerial spraying and allow solar energy systems to function well. Of course there are many clean ways to generate energy and we can use all of them.

Are the US Attorney’s working as a service of conscience i.e. “Pro Bono”?
Hello Rodster, yes, the attorneys are working “Pro Bono”, but there are still ample expenses related to such legal efforts which include dealing with dozens of plaintiffs, depositions, travel expenses, and other factors that are a part of the equation. Also, all the attorneys must, of course, keep their own practices going at the same time in order to meet their own living expenses. This is a major undertaking for the attorneys involved, we owe them a debt of gratitude for their service.

I live in Brentwood Long Island NY. And on Saturday may 14 I was outside, on the back deck with my client that I take care of. And we were looking at clouds. And saying how the look like big cotton balls, all the clouds were heading in the west direction. So we sat and watch them for like fifteen minutes. And then we saw two planes go by spraying one had the long trail behind it and the other had the short trail but they were going in the same direction. Suddenly the clouds started moving backwards going east. I was stun to see that I actually caught them doing it. I'm trying very hard to alert people but they think I'm nuts but I'm not ready to give up until we put a stop to this.
