Marcia McNutt is the president of the National Academy of Sciences. Within a few hours of the Geoengineering Watch "Stop Geoengineering" legal notice press release, McNutt contacted us. The demeanor of her first message below is certainly shocking and unprofessional when one considers the fact that this is the president of the NAS. Her first response is also especially perplexing since Marcia McNutt has given numerous presentations on the subject of geoengineering. Is Marcia McNutt actually completely oblivious to the blatant geoengineering programs that have been fully deployed and operational for over 70 years? Or is the NAS president paid to try and put out the rapidly expanding fires of public awareness in regard to the ongoing geoengineering attrocities?
Thanks for giving me a laugh. Taking money from people to stop an activity that isn’t happening. Talk about easy money. I knew that the legal profession was hard up, but this is above and beyond. I hope it is okay to use this in some of my future presentations on ethics in science as compared to those in the legal profession.

Hello Marcia, as the president of the National Academy of Sciences, thank you for making your position ….. so very clear and inarguable. We will now prepare a post with your response and your public contact information so that the population at large can also be crystal clear on the part you are playing in covering up the ongoing climate engineering crimes of omnicide. Once the public is fully awakened to what has been done to them, and to who participated, will Nuremberg type trials ensue? Time will soon enough reveal the answer to this question. My second response to McNutt included the shocking photo taken over the Yosemite valley shown below.
Ms. McNutt, every attorney involved has long since examined the mountain of evidence which proves beyond reasonable doubt that global geoengineering is a reality, not just a proposal. Every attorney is working pro bono and more are joining as they realize what is at stake. The geoengineering issue will be brought to the light of day, the awakening is accelerating. I can only believe that all those who helped to hide these programs (especially in the academic community) will face unimaginable angst and demands for prosecution from populations that realize the degree to which they have been betrayed by the very "scientists" they were trained to trust.
We have so much data, Marcia, including historical Senate and Presidential documents. We have ever-growing files of state certified lab test results that prove conclusively agencies like EPA are not disclosing the mountain of heavy metal contamination (matching climate engineering patents exactly) that is raining down on us all. We are even communicating directly with some FED EPA employees that are in the process of being fired for trying to disclose the climate engineering contamination, they will soon tell all. Yes, the truth will be disclosed, and the public is finally waking up to the climate engineering atrocities and all those who have helped to hide these crimes.
The photo below was taken over Yosemite National Park, do you expect us to believe this is just "commercial jet traffic, Ms. McNutt? Really? Stay tuned, as we will not yield in our efforts until the truth is fully exposed along with all those that helped to hide it in exchange for a paycheck and a pension.

And now Marcia McNutt's final message in response to mine. The NAS president displays a profound change of tone and demeanor considering this exchange took place over a very short span of about 2 hours.
Thank you for letting me know that the attorneys are all working pro bono. I feel much better. I look forward to evaluating the scientific evidence that the government is conducting albedo modification sub rosa. I imagine that the NAS would be asked to weigh the evidence brought forward, so at this point it would be probably best if we not communicate on this topic further lest it be construed that the NAS is working with you on this topic. I was not aware of any credible scientific evidence of such activity. Certainly none was brought forward when I chaired the academy report on climate engineering. That was more than 18 months ago. Perhaps new evidence has materialized.

Are we to believe that individuals like Marcia McNutt, the NAS president, have no clue whatsoever about the ongoing and blatant climate engineering atrocities on our skies? How could anyone who was head of the EPA fail to recognize that the pulverization of tens or hundreds of thousands of tons of concrete (so alkaline as to be caustic) and asbestos couldn't possibly have been safe to breathe? I have seen evidence that Whitman was told by EPA people under that the air around Ground Zero was NOT safe for workers or residents. Those EPA people under Whitman wanted to issue warnings. Many thanks and blessings to you for all your hard work and diligence. I have been researching into this now, into the Acts that were passed and the court cases and such, decades ago, that were detailed in another area on your website. My anger hasn't passed yet. The shock has not worn off. I am disturbed, to say the least, to what I am discovering. Bless you again, for the work and resourcefulness you and your team have shown. I will not be fearful however—that would seem to hamper any constructive actions.
Instead I have been composing a letter as well to Dr. McNutt, and have had to revise it many times. Now, after becoming aware of the numerous Acts and courts cases that revolved around "cloud seeding", yet another revision is required, one with the "gloves taken off", so to speak. No more Mr. Nice Guy. And I will post it later if possible, and send it along to others as well—I will cc everyone I can think of, little ol' me in North Carolina, but it only takes a small push to get a snowball rolling. So I will grunt along with the rest of you all, to assist in moving the damnable thing.
I do remember so clearly, as a child growing up in the 70's watching the skies quite often, seeing the trails behind the aircraft, wondering, pondering, puzzling— why this one cloud stays for so long in the sky, while another just dissipates. I remembering thinking, the trails are coming from the planes. Obvious to a child, but not so obvious to the president of the National Academy of Science. Higher learning indeed! Or collusion is more likely the correct answer.
Secrecy is repugnant to an open society, to paraphrase a great man lost before his time. It is time to remove the veil, shine the light into the darkness, and smack the old Wizard hiding behind his curtain playing silly and dumb. Toto will not just snap at your pant legs this time. Truthfully, I cannot understand how any one person or people can act in such a manner, to be involved with such covert operations as have been occurring globally and for so long, and not expect to feel the repercussions in their hearts, in their minds, and in their "souls". Do they not understand the simplest of concepts that even a child can realize, you reap what you sow?
Action has consequences. To cite a religious phrase: "Vengeance is mine, sayeth the Lord". And, "Whatsoever you have done to the least, you have done to Me." Now, I'm not a religious person, per se, but if I had my way, these despicable beings would not have to wait on the Lord!

I think it is important to note the "Dr." McNutt formally acknowledged the existence of SRM and SRI in a 2015 NBC news article, linked below. She stated the need for the public to know about these programs. Her quote was something to the effect of, If this is our hail mary pass, then we are in a very scary situation. This news article is direct evidence that her response to Dane was a flat out lie.

I too have been mystified by hue and cry over the nature and purpose of 'chemtrails', a tabloid term some members of the public appear to have adopted to signify yet another obscure term geoengineering.
After looking at the angle of vision of Dane Wigington lead researcher of GeoengineeringWatch.org, John O. Brennan, Director of USA Central Intelligence Agency, and Dr Marcia K. McNutt, president of US National Academy of Sciences, I have been educating myself. I would like to share with you where I am up to, as follows:
Chemtrails – Engineering Earth
Who’s more credible on chemtrails or stratospheric aerosol injection — being deployed for years now by the corporate and military-security complex, for the purpose of trying to effect climate change and reverse global warming.
Perhaps, even more: to master weather control on Spaceship Earth, preserve and extend economic wealth for the five per cent and bring about the New World Order?
In the blue corner is current USA Central Intelligence Agency Director John O. Brennan and in the red corner is geoengineeringwatch.org lead researcher Dane Wigington.
Brennan told the US Council on Foreign Relations (June 29, 2016) that an array of technological advances we are seeing today, often referred to collectively as geoengineering, potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change.
“One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection, or SAI, a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun’s heat, in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do,” Brennan said.
Brennan said an officially sanctioned SAI program could limit global temperature increases and provide the world economy with additional time to transition from fossil fuels for a “relatively inexpensive” $10 billion yearly.
The deep state mindset
However, Brennan said, the darker side of technological endeavours can have destabilising effects in the long run and global leaders should take heed. “When intelligence officers smell flowers, they look around for a coffin,” Brennan quoted a former CIA chief. “That remains a pretty good depiction of our intelligence mindset,” he said.
Along with chemtrails, other challenges Brennan noted for the international community, particularly the biotech and life sciences sectors, were that SAI would not remove atmospheric greenhouse gases and ocean acidification risks.
“On the geopolitical side, the [SAI] technology’s potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions at the expense of others could trigger sharp opposition by some nations.
“Others might seize on SAI’s benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions. And, as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI,” Brennan said.
I say Brennan is to be commended for acknowledging public concern over chemtrails, confirming aerosol spraying for geoengineering and even indirectly admitting that human-made chemical and nano particulate plastics and metals are all in the battle for control of the world’s weather, along with other aerosol mix from volcanos and desert dust. Perhaps, some more government spend should go to health, and less to the war on the elderly, unemployed and Russia.
Exposing climate management
In the other corner, I also commend Dane Wigington — chemtrails are the greatest threat to life on earth (Greg Hunter interview, USA Watchdog.com: 3 August 2016).
As per Wigington, who is challenging chemtrails in US and Canada courts, if the government is admitting it, the negative effects of spraying are too big to hide much longer.
“When CIA Director Brennan has to address it publicly, clearly it’s getting very difficult for them to hide this elephant in the room and the damage done to the environment and on us. They know the damage it has created is irreparable and they know the amount of liability that has been created.”
Wigington says it’s contaminated the entire web of life, including human health…mathematically speaking, the greatest and most immediate threat, short of nuclear cataclysm.

Hello, my name is Elle Keathley. I am sending you this email after viewing your correspondence with GeoEngineeringWatch.org. Ongoing GeoEngineering programs came to my attention about three years ago after moving to Redding California. Since beginning my research I have met police officers, state park officials, scientists, and university professors who see exactly what is occurring in our sky.
These programs are extremely hard to deny when the sky can be completely clear one day and then checker boarded the next. The public sees what is occurring and we demand representation of our concerns. That is where this upcoming law suit comes into play.
I hope that you thoroughly examine the evidence within this case, use your common sense, and act accordingly. Dr. King eloquently stated , "He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it."

I am very confused about what on earth the motivation is for this geoengineering – what exactly are they trying to achieve ? Yet she doesn't know climate engineering has been going on in our skies?
Michael, She has been in NAS's wings for awhile. Only last month did she become president of the Academy. Last year, she did chair this committee. At the behest of the CIA and along with NOAA, NASA, and the DOI, as well as two leading proponents of weather modification. So, one wold assume she's been fully briefed. Maybe. Maybe they chose her, the first woman to have ever held this position, to put a different face on the issue as she is female and the mother of 3. And 64 years old. Or, maybe she doesn't know and they are using that. This worries me. Could it be that a sizable part of our government and military have gone rogue?

Thank you for engaging in narrative with GeoEngineering Watch, it prompts this letter from me to you.
My awareness of Climate Engineering, also known as, Geoengineering, began about four years ago. Concerned about the persistent haze in the air, I called my county Environmental Protection Agency; he reluctantly talked about geoengineering, asked me what I wanted him to do about it, then told me that all aircraft-related emissions concerns are handled by the Federal Aviation Administration. The FAA told me there was a lot of misinformation out there; and directed me to the Department of Defense when I used the word “chemtrail,” the public’s term for the CLASSIFIED ONGOING artificial modification of Earth’s climate systems via jet dispersed aerosols. Last year, an Indiana park ranger admitted to me he was ordered not to initiate a conversation on the topic of geoengineering, and that the public’s not being told because they would panic; to his credit, he agreed with me that people had the right to know. Seems like not everyone got the memo that geoengineering isn’t happening.
“Truth is truth even if no one believes it. A lie is a lie even if everyone believes it.” There is irrefutable evidence our so-called “government,” universities, and private corporations are all involved in climate engineering research, development, and deployment, bleating the same false narrative that such programs of this magnitude are mere proposals for future scenarios; saying nothing about the global weather modification that has been “secretly” going on for decades.
Geoengineering creates climate changes by definition; top “officials” proclaim climate change is the biggest threat to our national security. It is logical to conclude that those involved in, and/or conspire to hide knowledge of geoengineering, therefore, are the greatest threat to our national security; not the mercenaries funded, trained and armed by the international cabal and their equally psychopathic minions in the “visible” power structure.
The “invisible” power structure that exists has hidden ancient knowledge from us, and perpetrates fraud and personage against the entire American population by engineering a false reality, to create, and maintain, a power differential between those who hold that information, and those that are ignorant of it. These psychopaths seek to keep hidden, at any cost, information that would “level the playing field,” ending the currently entrenched systems of control. Spraying us like bugs cannot prevent what has already begun- the shift to awareness.
I believe this chemical assault violates the rights of every living thing on this planet as a criminal act of insane malevolence against unsuspecting and innocent populations. The “executive orders” and constant “state of emergency” our “government” pretends make it “lawful” to violate our rights, steal our wealth, and parasite our energy do not apply.
If you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.

I cannot compliment you enough on the wisdom and overarching insight embodied in your letter. Gretchen…..over in the Highlands of Scotland, Inverness, the chemtrails today were horrific, we hardly get sune here in the first place so when you wake up to a clear blue sky (well, 4 chemtrails in the southern sky by 7am) then it's a bonus….we got sprayed heavy today, the international flightpath to the USA has a corridor between Fort William and Inverness….50+ tails today…absolutely disgusting….who knows what they spray on cloudy days…yes we still get genuine cloud cover usually pouring rain (it is Scotland after all) so i can't tell if they spray then as i cannot see through the downpours we get…..anyway….point is Europe gets hammered too….not just the US….everywhere in the Northern hemisphere gets a taste of the satanists version of the weather….BTW i have lots of images from my area for this years 'Chemtrail fest' over our heads here……I do believe eradication of all involved from The Royal Society in Edinburgh who are one of the leaders and stake holders in the science community of this program….everywhere i look leads back to them and their link with Dr David Keith and his sidekick Ken Caldera

Yes Bane, I have seen for many years now! I saw the waves and weather pushed all over the place! There's some up on top of the hill off Highway 299 right above Blue Lake, Ca and one right above my beach property at the Mouth of the Klamath River above the overlook on the Requa side! I worked at the bottom of Chezem road off hwy 299 before Willow creek 10 miles or so!!! I lived right in Samoa with Pacific Ocean view few hundred yards away! My memory full of pictures and videos! I blasted her phone and emails! This is what me must do is to document it all! Thx Dane Wigington keep getting the public info like that and we will get a reaction good, bad, or otherwise!!! Looks like Dr. Marcia K. McNutt has tipped her "forensic examiner & expert witness" hat to you, when she writes: "I look forward to evaluating the scientific evidence that the government is conducting albedo modification sub rosa." Sub rosa (under the emblem of secrecy) is not a legal term, but argumentum ex silentio can be a deadly forensic "argument from silence," when founded on "a lack of evidence to the contrary." (cf. argumenta in Black's Law Dictionary, abridged 8th edition, 2005 Thomson/West). You can bet your adversary counsel will use it, along with every jus positivum (positive law) they can manipulate with a deft forensic rhetoric to your disadvantage. Hope your pro bono attorneys will make a wide appeal to standing and third-party standing for justiciability right off the bat, as well as, to jus naturale (right of nature) for good measure.

If we had standing the government would fear us instead of the other way around. The constitution's enumerated powers would limit governments reach. And the several states would interpose on our behalf.

I read your email communication to Dane Wigington of Geoengineeringwatch.org (a website that opens each time I click on it) and was surprised when you stated: "I was not aware of any credible scientific evidence of such activity.” I assume you were referring to solar radiation management, geoengineering, or any number of names for the chemicals that are being sprayed over our heads each day. Although I have a Master’s Degree and many years of sky watching behind me, I am not the President of the National Academy of Sciences. Perhaps that is a good thing, because I have not been blinded by politics or other concerns and was able to easily see and research this travesty. Feigning ignorance, or even order following, is not a good excuse for not educating yourself on an issue that millions of people all over the world are deeply concerned about.
I will not insult you by doing your research for you. You do have a doctorate, after all. Once you have educated yourself, if you genuinely would like to know my specific concerns about geoengineering, I would be pleased to have a citizen to citizen conversation with you.

Your statement "We must all make our voices heard at this most critical hour, time is not on our side." is so very true and it hurts to know people don't get it. Open conversation from all of us is most critical so we must continue talking, yelling and doing what ever possible to speed the ball up. I'm scared to death it still may be too late to really recover our planet.
Marcia McNutt needs to do what is right, by opening up to tell the truth to everyone. McNutt is in total denial in her first response to Dane, then she opens up a little in her second response. She is obviously playing dumb, what are all these people trying to hide. All of us see data, evidence and facts, but yet we get covered up stories and denials in our conversations with these type of people, about what is actually taking place.
I believe that "they" have changed the formulation of their aerosols within the last year to make it less obvious what they are doing.
I am positioned to visually observe both Reagan National and Dulles International Airport's approach and departure paths for decades now. I've seen the parallel aerosol trails reach from horizon to horizon in every direction for a very long time.
Within the last year the emissions have taken on the appearance of normal con trails…but we all know that 90% of modern jet aircraft now use engines that produce no contrails (thanks to Dane for providing us with that nugget!).
It makes me wonder if they have progressed to the next phase of their nefarious depopulation plan or whether they are just trying to cover their tracks. Has anyone else noticed anything similar?
Charles: Yes indeedy! Many posters here have reported the change in the visual composition of the aerosol trails. And, I too noticed the shorter trails becoming more usual over my region of central Mendocino, California. For over two years this region was being aerosol sprayed like there is no tomorrow. And prior but my observations began in earnest back then. The oddity now, and for quite a few weeks, is there has not been obvious spraying, nor large numbers of jets flying over, and the sky has actually become blue and free of the assault. Well almost free of particulates…..at sunrise and sunset, within those few hours the white flourescent back-lighted glow indicates the particulates are saturating the atmosphere. As an aside, I notice your posted image, a bit fuzzy on my phone, appears to be the Virginia State Flag. The motto (forgive my Latin spelling) Sic Semper Tyrannis translates out as Death to all Tyrants, or close to that. Thanks for your report from The District.
Charles and BaneB, It was only 2 or 3 weeks ago that I saw The craziest skies over Berkeley, seemingly with every variety of trails in the most flagrant, up yours display. Given what is called fog now, and our usual west to east winds here in the Bay Area, as well as me having been too sick to be out and about, I am unsure of recent activity. What I do know is that all of us here already had our plum harvest last month! And now, all the trees are putting on their Fall colors! Given that I am surrounded by the willfully unaware, you'd think they'd at least be amazed to harvest their plums months ahead of time. As well as at least commenting on Fall colors already. On the other hand, it's been quite chilly here. Way too chilly, nowhere near normal. I crave some heat! How odd is that?!
We have had some "clear blue" days. When staring up at one, I notice two things. One is pinpoint white sparkles, Not raining down, seemingly dancing, bouncing around. I don't know if this is an artifact of my own vision, of vision in general, or? The other is that the longer I look at the blue, I swear I see some lavender, violet like coloring. I've noticed this again and again. I may be tripping, but I wonder if this blue is even real?
Yes. They are hiding their crimes for as long as possible because of that little word called "LIABILITY". Haven't seen a persistent contrail for a couple weeks now but still am seeing the weird cloud formations and constant haze. There is a yin and a yang to "all" aspects of life. One must appreciate the other. Without that, there is no real harmony in existence. Our friend even after death, John Lennon, was right on the money, well studied, and had the bucks to back up his beliefs, "for the good of the many". I wrote once already on this site and knew at the time it would not be the last. And that is this, "Buddha said, do not choose sides, if you do, you give power to the other". Is there a better way of explaining how to harmonize the feminine and the masculine? Also, women are not the only teachers. Grandparents, fathers, aunts and uncles are also great members of an education. We must "all" set our sights on where we as humanity need to go. We must be open and giving to our fellow travelers. @Dennie, I gotta wonder why you bring this up NOW. I mean in a discussion, I thought, of Dane's interaction with Dr. McNutt. Here is your example. Educated homemaker mother of girls, all encouraged academically. The woman is 64. She's been succeeding her whole life. She's a mother of 3 girls/women?, who had/have a live in caretaker and her own child. Dr. McNutt is the first female to be president of the NAS since its inception in 1883. Her specialty was the ocean floor, including geoengineering that. She went on 30 major Science expeditions at sea and headed half of them. The woman actually learned how to do deep sea demolitions training with the navy seals. This is no lightweight and while she just officially became president of NAS, she's been in the wings for awhile. The committee she chaired last year was at the behest of the CIA. On the committee, besides Ken Calderia and David Keith, there was NOAA, the DOI and NASA. I mean…..This is as serious as it gets. Is this why the NAS chose a female? Could she actually be clueless? Is that why she asked Dane to see the proof of altered albedo evidence? Or was it to find the source of identification and shut that down? She was trying to play Dane as well as he played her. Dear God, and now comes a female president of the US, like it or not, Hillary of all women. This is a case, a simple horseman, wherein one must take a side, choose. I choose not to. And I know it doesn't matter. But years and years of this evil woman as president of the US, and until 2022, Dr. McNutt, president of the NAS. And yes that woman was involved in Deep Water Horizon and BP, and yes, she was involved with the original Keystone Pipe Line and now probably with the new one that screws with two major major rivers.
So what is the root cause here? I still blame men. "It's a Man's World" is still too true. Trump is a perfect example of an ugly idiot with the facade of money that does not exist. From what?! she yelled, I live with you!–really, too funny. Then he explains that people might break in and hurt them all and he must be prepared. I get it. There is a lot of pressure on men. A lot. Folks, this afternoon went from 78F to 52F in 2 hours. It rained, sideways! The wind blew and it rained some more. The clouds, if you want to call them that, are a big mass of grey, undefined Blah! Oh, and lightening and thunder too! I've seen better in an old western black and white movie that was faked for the camera. I can't f-ing believe it. I have a fire going in my wood stove and it's August 2nd. Just like this winter, when the "precipitation" hit my skin it had a much cooler feeling that what we all used to know. Please may I add, the HAARP activity is way up today. Also, I heard tankers flying early this afternoon but I could not locate them in the sky. Same as this winters chemically nucleated cool downs. For the last several days I have had reasonable temps and have wondered how it is possible. well, if you watch the NOAAH and NASA weather imagery regularly, things become quite clear as you learn the habits and language of what our mother earth is being impaled with. I do not rejoice in my cooler temps while the rest of the world is frying. I only want the Earth to have a chance to revive and start healing by stopping geoengineering. Funny, it'll be like putting the entire planet under a pressure washer with all the rain that will fall globally. That's where we all need to band together and help one another.

I believe many scientists live in the tunnel of their specialty and it is often hard for them to see the bigger picture – and get their heads around the fact that their benevolent government would do any such thing. As people realise that it a system we have been programmed to trust that has let us down , heads will justifiably fall .
I for one of millions of people would want the full weight of penalty delivered with no quarter given to people who participate in any aspect of these programs .

Your !966 government document on climate modification shows that the NAS was also in on it as an observer, with various reports to boot.. It is possible that they are using a loophole that allows field testing in weather modification, with the perpetrators being immune from prosecution for unintended consequences. Besides, they are hiding behind the fact that "causality" is very hard to prove, as the government documents cite. My heartfelt thanks go also to all those who contribute to this cause, especially those who give practical advice to mitigate the horrendous consequences for all living creatures..

One really has to laugh at such poor attempts at sophistry as that Huff Post hit piece. While pretending to be objective and even acknowledging the many attempts to modify our atmosphere the clear objective of the article stands out: to try and marginalize and downplay the observations of what must surely be millions now, by using catch phrases and terms like 'when I was a child' (I thought like that) (but now I've grown up and know real *science* lol), not 'book smart', weather engineering/cloud seeding attempts were just 'follies' LOL, what a waste of a read. But anyone who has visited Huff Post even a couple of times and tried to post anything that doesn't follow the herd knows the site is 'owned' just like most every other big dollar site of it's ilk (whether so called left or called called right) and only 'correct' (read state sanctioned) information is allowed to be given any real time. Early on I lost many pups to "parvo". Then I quit vaccinating my pups and life got a whole lot better, for them and myself. Early on pups that survived passed on the immunity and grew to be awesome dogs and kept on passing the immunity. Hence my judgment to not vaccinate any more. Also, please explain to me how I came to suffer a diagnosis of acute barium poisoning and was hospitalized with cardiac arrhythmia for this at Kaiser Hospital in June of 2010 in San Rafael, CA, an area where there are no businesses using barium and geologically only one small outcropping of rock several miles from my house, containing barium within the rock itself, not powderized where it can spread anywhere the wind carries it.

Here are two (2) additional books that are are worth noting:
1.) "Poison Spring: The Secret History of Pollution and the EPA" by E.G. Valliantos (2014) [Ex – EPA employee] and

Both of these books are factual accounts of what the authors witnessed and experienced. I know, because I am in good company with these two (2) authors because I have blown the whistle, being silenced and the EPA is doing their best to terminate me for doing my job of protecting human health and the environment. This would include the anthropogenic deposition from the government's global atmospheric geoengineering programs that continue to occur.
Wow, my hat is off to you. I know what that is like, being targeted for termination, my "boss" has been trying to terminate me for 10 years! For nothing so noble, however, just pure human evil and abuse of power. Don't let them get you! Fight as hard as you can, we need people like you in government. Dr.Dotson: You are correct. Her ignorance is conceivable just as surely as if someone in 1944 might broach the subject of the Manhattan Project. With strict compartmentalizations, one might believe she is out of the loop. However, one need no credential to look up at the sky and simply observe a phenomenon that obviously is not natural nor usual nor the way it observably was back when I was younger and observing the sky and jets overhead. I recall the classic contrail in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. But the jets did not billow out the monstrous morphing sky-covering trails we see now. I suppose desk-bound persons just don't have time to look up and watch the show. Maybe Dr. McNutt has been proverbially slow boiled like so many and can't yet understand. Likely she is not informed. She did respond like a true blue bureaucrat. Were this a trial, I might give her the benefit of the doubt. And then promptly fire her for having no common sense. Anyone can see that cares to that a covert 'new Manhattan Project' is being conducted in plain view.
If your your optimistic view of these people is correct then Ms McNutt should do the decent thing and resign her plumb post. But this will not happen, as those who work for the system cannot openly go against it and retain their jobs.

I have just recently read where the EPA is claiming it is going to 'start' monitoring airplane 'exhaust'. While I doubt they can be relied on to share actual data or to even look for the metals said to be being used and like most of the others have likely had to sign confidentiality agreements the idea of taking airplane exhaust samples at altitude cannot be overstated. As I mentioned before and Dane responded to hasn't the time come to arm the attorneys with actual PROOF of plane exhaust toxicity taken at altitude. Even though I know alot of other evidence is available wouldn't this help to strengthen the case and be more or less the hard to refute 'smoking gun' that might be needed. I know Dane has said it would be hard to collect air samples, it IS doable.
Hello W. C., though a properly performed test taken at altitude would of course be helpful, it is a complex and very expensive undertaking. We simply don’t have the resources to conduct such a test. We are dealing with nanoparticles, very specialized equipment is needed. In addition, this must be considered, we already have countless lab tests to prove the toxic metals associated with climate engineering are raining down through the air column. Official agencies (and those in denial in general) are already refusing to accept those tests, are we to believe they would accept any other type of testing? Such individuals refuse to believe the up close film footage we have of spraying occuring, the up close photos of the nozzles, etc. “You can’t wake one who is pretending to be asleep” as the proverb goes. We have mountains of irrefutable proof already, at this critical time we are best served by effectively and efficiently waking those that currently have no idea this is going on.

I live in the far south west of the UK , when there is a clear sky(which is rare) we might see 2 or 3 commercial aircraft in a day and yet on another day the sky will be crisscrossed with thick chemtrails, a day or so ago I counted 12.
It is unfortunate that most of those I speak to have that condescending smile and tell me they are condensation. I direct them to geoengineeringwatch.org but I don't have much hope for them.
When I was a kid I used to watch the V1's (doodle bugs) pass over the house in Sussex on their way to London. They were jet powered but left no trail and neither did any early jet commercial aircraft.

I may be young but I am not dumb. I suspect that if the resulting law suites show that the US Federal Government and State Governments in concert with governments of other nations have been engaged in geoengineering programs for 70 years and have been actively lying about such programs, people will not be pleased. Some people don’t care about covert operations and lies, they have full trust and faith that their government is acting in their best interests, however other people are more skeptical of government activity and like to see truly transparent governments.
If geoengineering activity is truly not happening than any future law suits should show this to be true but if not than a lot of explaining will be demanded. Undoubtedly, people will call for heads of Federal and State agencies to resign their posts and very likely call for criminal prosecution of agency heads. This notice and any future law suits on this issue should be rightly interpreted as a national security issue by the Federal Government. I certainly hope people take this notice seriously and prepare to speak to the full extent of geoengineering activity because clearly people are concerned and the activists are not going to go away, so this issue needs to be fully addressed now.

The law suits that will be brought forward will be quite real and have quite a bit of backing to them. With money, credible scientific data and extremely intelligent people that are not relying on a paycheck and a pension. They will be people that are looking out for the good of the many and the health of our planet. People that are tasked with cleaning up the mess people like yourself have gotten us into. I am one of those people and I will not be swayed or challenged in any way that would turn my course in stopping geoengineering. Good news! May I suggest a little vacation to Sun City, Arizona, where you can enjoy a little golf under a lovely white canopy. You'll be able to see with your own eyes, the deliberate aerosols being turned on and off nearly every day in which the trails meld together leaving the sky dingy white in an area not on a flight path. In case you don't know, there is a powerful NEXRAD facility in the Eureka area out in the boonies. I located it via google earth. There are over 166 of these microwave facities in the US. They are powered up to 750,000 watts each and each has a radius of 250 miles. They can pan vertical and horizontal and can be concentrated as a single narrow beam. Their 500 mile diameter creates overlaps with other units. Indeed some overlap thrice. I bring this up because you might be able to observe microwave high-strangeness in your area that is impacting the weather, and the clouds might show the effect of manipulation as well as impacting low pressure systems coming in from the Pacific.

On April 24, BP reported that approximately 1,000 barrels per day (bbl/day) of oil were being released into the Gulf. On April 28, it was estimated that approximately 5,000 bbl/day were being released into the Gulf of Mexico. On May 27, USGS Director Dr. Marcia McNutt, Chair of the National Incident Command’s Flow Rate Technical Group (FRTG), announced that the amount of oil flowing from BP’s leaking oil well was estimated to be 12,000 to 19,000 bbl/day. On June 10, is was guesstimated that the well was gushing 20,000 to 40,000 bbl/day.
On June 15, 2010, Secretary of Energy Steven Chu, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar, and Dr. Marcia McNutt announced that the most likely flow rate of oil is between 35,000 and 60,000 bbl/day. Unofficial credible estimates indicate that 80,000 to 100,000 bbl/day of oil may be spewing from the BP well.
"Since April 22, 2010, BP has knowingly and intentionally underestimated the flow rate of oil from the Deepwater Horizon well. For example, from April 22 to June 3, the official estimated rate of release of oil was between 20,000 and 40,000 bbl/day, the upper and lower estimates announced by the FRTG on June 10, 2010. Prior to May 27, BP had made no attempt to update its estimate of 5,000 bbl/day since releasing it on April 28th. Moreover, NOAA supported BP’s strategy to underestimate the amount of oil being released from the well. “I think the estimate at the time was, and remains, a reasonable estimate,” said Dr. Lubchenco, the NOAA administrator. “Having greater precision about the flow rate would not really help in any way. We would be doing the same things.”

Marcia McNutt is very aware of what is really going on, you can be rest assured. All she is doing is protecting her employer, the US government. She is paid handsomely to do that. The NAS is just one small arm of the government that lies through their teeth. Take ANY arm of the government, be it NAS, CDC, FDA, EPA and on and on, they all lie to the public, while we the public taxpayers foot their salaries. These scientific communities are nothing but order takers from the governments. If people, all of us included, cared to research these groups and how they operate, we would become a lot more knowledgeable of the truth. To top it off, the government does NOT have the final say as to what is happening. Our own government takes orders from evil "controllers", yes the same cabal that controls the education system and the media.

And that was blocked TOO! So. It is possible that the GOV has blocked your site from their servers…ergo, further hiding info that "they" don't want their employees to see..at least, on the job…

Yes, something is going on. There has been no spraying over Portland for at least the last 2 weeks. There has never been a break that long in the last 5 yrs. that I have been watching the skies.
I think they are doing it at night or the wee hours of morning. Here in Oakland, CA we have been having clear days too. The last few have been overcast till 10 or so. But even when the sun does come out without a cloud in the sky. All you have to do is put your thumb over the sun and see how far out the silver metalic goes. Also on the way home from work at the same point I check out the mountain at the east end of Mowry in Fremont. I check the clarity of the day that way also. It is still happening. Ours may come off the ocean too. They probably spray like crazy over the ocean and let it blow in. But the geo-engineering is still here.

Yes, here in Mendocino there has been a long hiatus. The obvious spraying has subsided for several weeks. The sky is blue, except at sunrise and sunset which is a whited flourescent glow. Last night I could see the Milky Way! Something's up. Why the quiet, no jets, no spray? Two years of aerosols and now nothing, no jet rat packs, no streaks and grunge. I suspect the reason might be due to the huge high pressure dome the weather controllers have parked over this region. No way is any low pressure system coming in. Therefore they can reassign their jets and aerosol dumping on to other regions that might need droughting out.
Commenters from various areas of the US have been saying for what seems like weeks that they are not seeing geoengineering going on any more. I live in New England and I haven't been seeing jets much lately, but I still see fake-looking clouds, white-out, zapped-looking clouds, etc. We never have just bright blue, cloudless skies. Every day has felt uncomfortably steamy for quite a while now, although at least the temperature's gone down some the last couple of days. It also rained all night last night (which we really needed), although much of the grass here still looks light tan (EVERY other year it was bright green all summer). I noticed they finally cut down one of the dead evergreens around here.
Obviously "they" are modifying or cutting back on their efforts or doing them at night, more so in some places than others, it seems. I think this may be so if they do pretend to "start" a geoengineering program, people will notice the difference and think they weren't doing it before. Or, they just don't like how many people are speaking out about it and noticing it. But the people who don't realize it's been going on for a long time: don't they notice anything different? Those of you who live in areas that used to have lots of jets and trails, don't people notice and wonder about their absence? I mean do these people think commercial traffic suddenly ceased, or that "contrail science" suddenly changed? I hope that some of you who used to see a lot of jets and trails but are not seeing them currently can point this out to your friends, family, coworkers and neighbors and ask them why they think these things have just disappeared after being there virtually every day. Sometimes I just get so frustrated because I cannot understand how so many people are so unobservant and illogical.

Hello Jenny, your point about pointing out the changes in our skies is of course valid. In an overall context there is no indication of a reduction in the aerosol opertions, the spraying is simply being focused in other regions for the moment.

I have been photographing chemtrails since before there was a website explaining them. There are many books, documentations, presentations and explanations by many credible contributors on the subject. Personally all one has to do is look up to see that whatever is happening in the sky is not normal and when the power brokers indicate that nothing is happening it is a total affront to the dignity of the populace. If you are being paid by our government to either 1. look the other way or 2. be ignorant in your field then you are significantly out of touch and unprepared to do your job. On the other hand it is possible you are being paid 'under the table' which makes you something I can't say here. You do have options, several in fact, and you can become a whistle blower with millions of folks who will back you up completely or you can resign and let someone with integrity do the job for you.
