Many people seem to dismiss HAARP (and other microwave transmission installations) as possessing any kind of level of threat, obviously they have completely and totally NO understanding of the potential of radio waves in transmitting actual power.
In general of all the people who under estimate HAARP, I don’t read of anyone here blasting Einstein’s theories, and I can rest assured they understand HAARP less than they do “General or Special” Relativity. Yet from these theories came the Nuclear Weapons technology. So if you don’t believe HAARP can be used as a weapon then you obviously don’t believe Nuclear Energy can be used as a weapon either.
In order to understand HAARP as a weapon, either you have to understand or generally accept the explanation of the technology by others who do understand, that is, if you don’t possess the intelligence to understand this technology.

Whereas Radio Waves use electromagnetic energy as a type of “pressure” and can equally pass through the air, liquid or a solid, with the exception of reflective metals.

HAARP Still Stands, Geoengineers Still Wreaking Havoc
In the spring of 2014, the power structure and mainstream media tried to convince an ever more concerned population that there was no climate modification going on and as proof they cited the claim that the HAARP facility was going to be "bulldozed". Some of us never bought into the smoke and mirrors about HAARP being torn down, and as we now see, it is still standing. The climate engineering insanity continues to decimate our planet as the weather makers try desperately to hide the damage already done by further ramping up the very programs that caused much of the damage in the first place. The frantic attempt to cool down some of the most populated regions in the US is ongoing. Jet stream manipulation and toxic chemical ice nucleation are the two primary tools being used to create the temporary surface cold zones in a rapidly warming world. The mainstream media then sensationalizes the engineered winter storms in their attempt to further confuse and divide populations in regard to the true state of the climate. HAARP Used To Suppress Cyclones
Though "killing" a hurricane may sound like a very beneficial thing for the weather makers to do, is it really helping the planet and humanity overall? Earth is trying desperately to cool herself. When the entire climate system is already being manipulated in a way that is making the overall warming worse, would hurricane "Norbert" even have occurred in the first place if climate engineering were not taking place? And if the geoengineers suppress this particular storm (which again is the planet's attempt to cool itself), won't another cyclone just pop up in its place somewhere else? In addition, crushing the hurricanes is reducing the mixing of the seas which is causing ocean stratification. Hurricane suppression is also reducing atmospheric humidity and thus adding to drought tendencies in various locations. Doesn't anyone wonder why the US has not had major hurricane impacts in recent years while the rest of the planet is getting hammered? Hampering natural life support systems inevitably does nothing but harm. This is true with the human body and it is true with the planet.
