How many are even aware of the "Unprecedented Ozone Hole Over (the) Canadian Arctic" (that was first reported in 2011)? In regard to the UK Daily Mail statement that "Researchers believe climate change is altering atmospheric circulations", again, a lie. Geoengineering is the greatest single factor impacting atmospheric circulation patterns.

The rescue of the planet’s protective ozone layer has been hailed as one of the great success stories of modern environmental regulation — but on Monday, an international team of 22 scientists raised doubts about whether ozone is recovering as expected across much of the world.

We are being lied to on every level, and to a degree that cannot be truly comprehended. The ozone layer is not recovering, it is collapsing. Though there are countless anthropogenic factors negatively impacting Earth’s vital ozone layer, climate engineering / geoengineeering / solar radiation management is by far the single greatest factor fueling ozone layer collapse. To be clear, if the ozone layer completely collapses, all terrestrial life and most aquatic life will perish. How close could such a state be if we remain on the current course? We are perilously close, perhaps only a few years.
The “official denial” of climate engineering is also breaking down, the impacts of the ongoing geoengineering / solar radiation management assault are becoming all but impossible to hide in plain sight.
The horrific environmental and climate decimation being created by climate engineering are far beyond catastrophic. We are told by “official” sources that the ozone layer is recovering, that we have nothing to worry about. This narrative is being pushed by power structure controlled agencies in order to pacify the public until the last possible moment. How close is that moment? If we remain on the current course, anthropogenic activities (with climate engineering at the top of the list) may completely destroy the ozone layer within the next decade or less. Without the ozone layer, all terrestrial life on Earth (and most aquatic life) will perish. The “official” sources who tell us climate engineering isn’t happening, who tell us that we are only seeing "condensation trail" grid patterns in our skies, are the same agencies telling us the ozone layer is getting better. Climate engineering and solar radiation management in general are controversial, and pose various problems and risks. However, certain problems are specific to, or more pronounced with this particular technique.[23]
Ozone depletion: is a potential side effect of sulfur aerosols;[24][25] and these concerns have been supported by modelling.[26] However, this may only occur if high enough quantities of aerosols drift to, or are deposited in, Polar stratospheric clouds before the levels of CFCs and other ozone destroying gases fall naturally to safe levels because stratospheric aerosols, together with the ozone destroying gases, are responsible for ozone depletion.[27]
Whitening of the sky: Stratospheric aerosols have the potential to whiten the sky and cause more colorful sunsets, dependent on the amount being sprayed.[28] According to a study on cleaner air, resulting solar brightening has been responsible for an increase in corn production over the past 30 years.[29]
Tropopause warming: and the humidification of the stratosphere.[25]
Regional warming: Based on the results of the 2014-2015 Geoengineering Model Intercomparison Project, a model with a standard stratospheric aerosol injection scenario, temperatures in the tropics would cool, and higher latitudes warm, ice sheet, and Arctic sea ice decline would still continue, albeit at a reduced rate. Extreme temperature anomalies would also still increase, but to a lesser degree. In regards to these model results, the author of the study Alan Robock noted:
If geoengineering were halted all at once, there would be rapid temperature and precipitation increases at 5–10 times the rates from gradual global warming.[30]
Stratospheric temperature change: Aerosols can also absorb some radiation from the Sun, the Earth and the surrounding atmosphere. This changes the surrounding air temperature and could potentially impact on the stratospheric circulation, which in turn may impact the surface circulation.[31]
Regional hydrologic responses: Based on the results of the Geoengineering Model Intercomparison Project, there would be a reduction in the global average precipitation around the world, particularly in summer monsoon regions.[30]

We are being lied to on every level and to an unimaginable degree. The supposedly recovering Southern hemisphere ozone layer has hit a new record size, but "don't worry", the power structure controlled World Meteorological Organization says there is no reason for alarm. Really? Why shouldn't we be alarmed? And there is of course the "unprecedented" northern hemisphere ozone hole that the power structure controlled mainstream media won't even mention. Global geoengineering is destroying the ozone layer. Previous mainstream media tales of ozone hole recovery are lies designed to pacify the public for as long as possible.
The northern hemisphere ozone hole (unknown to most) is also expanding.
It seems appropriate to wonder what will it take for the gravity of the aerosol spraying to be realized by a larger percentage of the population. What it will take to compel more people to make halting climate engineering their priority issue? What it will take to prompt more to take action in order to bring this most dire issue out into the light? Off the chart UV radiation levels are increasingly evident in the environment, scorched tree trunks are one glaring red flag. How can we say for certain that the UV levels are too high? Each and every day the global assault on our planet, and all that lives and breaths, continues. The decimation being caused by the "SAG" (stratospheric aerosol geoengineering) and "SRM" (solar radiation management) is far too immense to ever be quantified. Though no mainstream media source dares to mention SAG and SRM as primary causal factors regarding ozone layer damage, the mountain of data on the undisputed ozone layer destroying effects of SAG and SRM paint an all too clear conclusion. Particulate clouds (formed from the aircraft spraying) cause ozone destruction, period. Government agencies and mainstream media would have us believe that the ozone decimation is primarily caused by by limited sources of CFC's (chlorofluorocarbons) from the ground level, this is also a lie. Though CFC's are certainly harmful to the ozone layer, they have been banned for decades. Why is the ozone destruction continuing to accelerate? The clearly visible spraying occurring in our skies and around the globe (by jet aircraft), is the primary source of ozone layer loss. Science sources admit atmospheric particulates from geoengineering would cause ozone loss and drought (though they don't acknowledge the ongoing climate engineering reality). Internationally recognized geoengineer, David Keith, stated on the record his "proposal" of achieving an annual goal of 20,000, 000 tons of aluminum to be sprayed by jet aircraft (actual amounts are in all likelihood higher).

Again, all scientific study on the atmospheric effect of aerosol clouds makes clear that they have an ozone destroying effect. The higher the albedo (reflectivity) of the aerosols that are being sprayed, the more damage it does (aluminum has 400% higher albedo than sulphur dioxide). The ozone layer is not recovering and cannot recover so long as the ongoing climate engineering continues to take its toll on this critical layer of our atmosphere.
The official mantra of ozone layer recovery is a lie. The massive ozone holes actually have a cooling effect in some regions like Antarctica. Is it possible the geoengineers may view the ozone holes (resulting from their atmospheric spraying programs) as beneficial for their objectives? Without the ozone layer, there would be no terrestrial life on Earth. The sun feels increasingly hot on your skin because it is. Even the backs of whales are being sunburned. UV readings are skyrocketing around the globe and the damage is mounting at blinding speed. Many have begun to notice the intense UV radiation as the protective layers of the atmosphere continue to be shredded by the spraying. Why aren't we being told? The Canadian government has long since been refusing to let their scientists communicate with media. In the US, "gag orders" have been placed on all NWS and NOAA personnel. Nearly all current information is controlled. Finding the truth is an ever more difficult endeavor. A rapidly growing mountain of scientific data makes the lethal consequences of the atmospheric spraying all too clear. Its destructive and toxic fallout is ever more evident around the globe. Climate engineering/weather warfare (which is also biological warfare) is our greatest and most immediate threat short of nuclear disaster.
All who are aware of this most dire issue need to do everything in their power to bring it to light for the masses before our biosphere is damaged beyond any meaningful recovery. It is imperative for those who have been "sitting the fence" on the critical climate engineering issue to realize its gravity and help in the effort to expose this greatest of all untold crimes in human history. Investigate and familiarize yourself with at least the basic facts in regard to SAG, SRM, ozone destruction, and the complete biosphere contamination from these programs. Air travel is becoming ever more hazardous to human health for a host of reasons. Not only are air travelers inhaling high concentrations of toxic particulates as they fly through various layers of solar radiation atmospheric haze (contributing to aerotoxic syndrome impacting passengers and crews), radiation clouds at aviation altitudes also pose a dire threat.
Climate engineering and the health dangers of air travel are completely interwoven issues.
A recently published study in a peer-reviewed journal is now acknowledging the radiation clouds and the dangers they present to air travelers.
Jan. 20, 2017: A new study published in the peer-reviewed journal Space Weather reports the discovery of radiation “clouds” at aviation altitudes. When airplanes fly through these clouds, dose rates of cosmic radiation normally absorbed by air travelers can double or more.
“We have flown radiation sensors onboard 264 research flights at altitudes as high as 17.3 km (56,700 ft) from 2013 to 2017,” says Kent Tobiska, lead author of the paper and PI of the NASA-supported program Automated Radiation Measurements for Aerospace Safety (ARMAS). “On at least six occasions, our sensors have recorded surges in ionizing radiation that we interpret as analogous to localized clouds.”
Though there are countless forms of anthropogenic activity negatively affecting the atmosphere and ozone layer (including the ongoing Fukushima disaster), climate engineering aerosol spraying and the accompanying radio frequency/microwave transmissions are a primary factor that is wreaking havoc on the biosphere, the atmosphere, and all of Earth's life support systems.
Though the chart above reflects the official narrative for UV exposure, official sources are not disclosing the off the chart UV radiation levels that now showing up even at ground levels (including UVC). At higher altitudes, much higher concentrations of radiation are present and at far more dangerous UV spectrums.
The full spectrum of electromagnetic radiation is much more extensive than just UV radiation.

The fact that air travelers absorb radiation is not news. Researchers have long known that cosmic rays crashing into Earth’s atmosphere create a spray of secondary particles such as neutrons, protons, electrons, X-rays and gamma-rays that penetrate aircraft. 100,000 mile frequent flyers absorb as much radiation as 20 chest X-rays—and even a single flight across the USA can expose a traveler to more radiation than a dental X-ray.
Conventional wisdom says that dose rates should vary smoothly with latitude and longitude and the height of the aircraft. Any changes as a plane navigates airspace should be gradual. Tobiska and colleagues have found something quite different, however: Sometimes dose rates skyrocket for no apparent reason.
Most of the human race takes Earth's protective atmosphere for granted, this is a grave mistake.

Our world continues to change at a pace that exponentially exceeds anything ever documented in the entire history of the planet. Completely unsustainable artificial realities are keeping huge segments of population pacified for the moment, even while the rumors of global conflict grow. What is unfolding won’t seem real until it is. The latest installment of Global Alert News is below.
Engineering winter weather is one of the primary objectives for the geoengineers. By manipulating upper level wind currents and with patented processes of chemical ice nucleation for weather modification, the climate engineers are (and have been) cooling down the most populated regions of the US (backed by the most massive military industrial complex on the planet). This process fuels the continued confusion and division of the population in regard to the true state of the global climate. Much of the cooler air is, in essence, robbed from the Arctic by jet stream manipulation via ionosphere heater installations. What happens then? The most recent departure from normal high temperature map below paints a clear picture. The total meltdown of the Arctic accelerates, as does the mass methane releases occurring there from the increased heat buildup. If enough formerly frozen methane hydrate deposits release into the atmosphere, it will very soon be game over. This is not to blame all of our challenges on climate engineering, but mathematically speaking, it is the single greatest climate disrupting factor at this time. The dark red zones on the polar regions are a harbinger of a very grave future for us all (and then there is the collapsing ozone layer to consider, in which climate engineering is also a primary causal factor).

Attempting to make a difference for the better is a personal decision, it is a choice. No matter how great the odds are against us, we are not beaten until we decide to be so. If we stand together in the dedicated and relentless effort to sound the alarm and to awaken global populations, we may yet accomplish profound good. On Saturday, July 28th, 2018, a critical public awareness event has been scheduled at the Holiday Inn, Redding, California. The event will be in the Holiday Inn Convention Center which seats up to 600. Verifiable evidence will be presented to the public on the ongoing global climate engineering / geoengineering programs that are wreaking havoc on the atmosphere, environment, and human health. - From 6:55 to 7:20, Former US military weather observer / former California Department of Fish and Game biologist, Allan Buckmann, will present research data to confirm the climate engineering reality and its impact on the environment.
- From 7:25 to 7:45, Former commercial airline pilot, Jeff Nelson, will confirm the climate engineering reality and will share his perspectives on the issue as a former commercial airline pilot.
- From 7:45 to 8:05, Former US Forest Service Biologist Francis Mangels will present research and testimony to confirm the climate engineering reality and its impact on the environment in Northern California.

- From 8:05 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., an extended public question and answer session will begin with all 5 event speakers participating on the panel of experts. The speakers will try to reply to all questions posed with quick and concise answers in order to provide the maximum amount of critically important information during this Q and A session.
- A very high ranking former US Military officer will also be attending the event to meet directly with the public. For many reasons the identity of this individual will not be announced until the day of the event.

Geoengineering researcher Dane Wigington says recent Senate hearings confirming the science of geoengineering means dangerous climate changes are underway. Wigington says, “They (many disinformation sources) have to control the message, they almost exclusively use the term ‘chemtrails’ because that term leads to a dead end (conspiracy theory and hoax definitions). It’s not a scientific term, and they want us to use that term. You don’t see them using the geoengineering, climate engineering, solar radiation management and aerosol injection term because they (mainstream media and disinformation sources) don’t want people to understand the legitimacy of this issue. Why the Senate hearings? Because the elephant in the room is now all but impossible to hide, and they are trying to pacify populations until the last possible moment. They want to tell the population what they want to hear–that this is only a proposal. They are saying this (geoengineering) must start immediately when this has been going on for 70 years . . . this is the Orwellian world we live in. We have massive toxic aerosol, heavy metal spraying in our atmosphere that could not be more visible. It’s blotting out the sun. . . . These programs are completely out of control. . . .We are on the road to planetary omnicide. Climate engineering is the greatest and most immediate assault we face. Climate engineering, look at this like the pharmaceutical approach to planet earth. Hide the symptoms even if you are making the overall situation exponentially worse. That’s what they are doing. We have had these radical whiplash weather scenarios where it goes from 80 to 90 degrees to snow in a day or two. This weather whiplash is not natural in any way, shape or form.”
Wigington contends that the situation is much worse than most yet understand, climate engineering is a primary causal factor. Wigington explains, “Our situation is far more dire and immediate than anyone yet comprehends, and climate engineering is making it worse not better. Official statistics say 20 million people could starve in the coming months, and that number will increase exponentially. The biosystems of the planet are imploding.”
A team of attorneys working with GeoengineeringWatch.org and Stop Geoengineering Minnesota is suing to get NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration) to give up its climate engineering information and has hit a brick wall. Wigington contends, “There is no hiding from what’s coming. . . . NOAA is not returning our FOIA’s, Freedom of Information Act requests. They are legally required to give those to our attorneys, and they are not doing that. In fact, NOAA, in essence, flipped us the middle finger by sending back FOIA’s saying they know nothing about any sort of weather modification anywhere ever. Think how absurd this is when there are 300 regional weather modification programs that NOAA is required to sign off on every single year (in the contiguous 48 states). They are denying all of it. This is the biggest cover-up in human history, with the largest most extensive operation in history, with the cooperation of governments around the globe. That is not speculation. You have to look and understand the gravity of the situation that is unfolding. Countries around the globe, whatever you are focused on, if it’s not saving the life support systems of the planet, everything else amounts to arranging deck chairs on the Titanic. . . . This is the single most destructive endeavor ever launched by the human race. Mathematically, it’s the greatest threat we face short of nuclear catastrophe.”

THIS IS HOW IT ENDS: Thousands Of Scientists Sign ‘Warning To Humanity’ Letter Predicting An Imminent Apocalypse
The just issued warning from the science community in the article below may seem dire, but in fact, the warning falls far short of reality. Issues like the ozone layer collapse are completely glossed over in this new warning which simply pushes the official lie that the ozone layer is recovering (which, again, is patently false). The worsening ozone layer collapse alone has the potential to cause planetary omnicide in the next decade (or less) and that factor is not even considered in the warning from the scientists. British Newspaper Reports On Climate Engineering
With all of us working together we are gaining ground in the battle to reach a critical mass of climate engineering awareness, the geoengineering/solar radiation management atrocities in our skies are now becoming all but impossible to hide. The just published article below from the "Daily Express" is the most recent example of mainstream media addressing the global climate engineering assault. As we should expect, any mainstream source does utilize the "chemtrails" in attempt to marginalize the subject at hand. Those in power desperately want the to enforce the use of the non-science "chemtrail" label. This fact is glaringly revealed in a short interview I did with mainstream media "hitman" David Pakman. Another example is CBS, who also utilized the same tactic in an interview I did with them last year. The author of a recent article in "The Guardian" newspaper (from UK) also consistently used the "conspiracy theory" term, though sections of his reporting on the climate engineering issue were fairly objective. The more consistently we use the science terms to raise awareness (climate engineering, geoengineering, solar radiation management, etc), the more credibility and progress we will gain in this most critical battle. Use of the "chemtrails" term is not helpful to the credibility of our cause. Let's all keep sounding the alarm (please take a moment to vote in the poll that is within the article below).

Are We About To Be Told Chemtrails Are Real? Harvard Says Emissions Could Save The Earth

SO-CALLED "chemtrails" could be used to protect the planet from climate change, a team of scientists has claimed.

Researchers from the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) have identified an aerosol that could be used for "solar geoengineering" to cool the planet, while repairing ozone damage at the same time.
In a new study, published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the scientists said injecting light-reflecting sulphate aerosols into the stratosphere would cool the planet, but there is a risk of damaging the ozone layer which protects us from harmful UV rays in the process.
However, the team claims to have identified an aerosol that could also repair the ozone layer at the same time as cooling the planet.
The announcement will no doubt set tongues wagging in the chemtrail conspiracy theory community.
The chemtrail conspiracy is one of the most widely believed on Earth and centers around claims that world governments are secretly spraying chemicals into the air – as seen by the contrails on high-altitude airplanes.
At its most extreme, conspiracy theorists believe that the contrails which form behind jet aircraft are actually streams of toxic “mind-control” chemicals, which dilute before they reach the ground, leaving a gas we breathe in that keeps the general population in check.
But there are a growing number of chemtrail believers, whose number include Hollywood hardman Chuck Norris, who claim the conspiracy is actually a secret global plot to change the Earth’s climate in the hope it will reverse the effects of climate change.

Dane Wigington, a solar energy expert and former employee of Bechtel Power Corp, now runs GeoengineeringWatch.org, a website set up to expose the “harmful” conspiracy which has had more than 24.8 million visitors.
He investigated why solar panels at his home lost power as aircraft contrails formed in the sky.
According to Mr Wigington, the contrails, or chemtrails, we see forming behind aircraft most days are carrying out geoengineering.
An introduction to the subject on his website states: “It sounds like science fiction, but it’s not. It’s happening right above you."
He said a system called "Solar Radiation Management” (SRM) was being used, whereby scientists have tried to mimic the effects of a major volcanic eruption on temperature.
Bizarrely, scientists behind the new study are proposing to do what Mr. Wigington claims has secretly been happening.
But the team behind the new study insist this is all a breakthrough that has YET to be put into practice.
David Keith, the Gordon McKay Professor of Applied Physics at SEAS and professor of public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, the first author of the paper, said: "In solar geoengineering research, introducing sulphuric acid into the atmosphere has been the only idea that had any serious traction until now.
“This research is a turning point and an important step in analysing and reducing certain risks of solar geoengineering.”
They found that calcite, a constituent of limestone, could counter ozone loss by neutralising emissions-borne acids in the atmosphere, while also reflecting light and cooling the planet.
But, the researchers said it was not an alternative to reducing emissions to slow down global warming.
Frank Keutsch, the Stonington Professor of Engineering and Atmospheric Science at SEAS and professor of chemistry and chemical biology, a co-author of the paper, said:
Geoengineering is like taking painkillers.
When things are really bad, painkillers can help but they don’t address the cause of a disease and they may cause more harm than good.
We really don’t know the effects of geoengineering, but that is why we’re doing this research.
This research fundamentally rethinks what kinds of particles should be used for solar geoengineering.
Anytime you introduce even initially unreactive surfaces into the stratosphere, you get reactions that ultimately result in ozone destruction, as they are coated with sulphuric acid.
Instead of trying to minimise the reactivity of the aerosol, we wanted a material that is highly reactive but in a way that would avoid ozone destruction.
Essentially, we ended up with an antacid for the stratosphere.
