Climate Extremes, Geoengineering And Winter Weather Whiplash

Erratic and unprecedented weather is radically increasing all over the world. Though there are countless forms of human activity affecting the equation, the global climate engineering assault is by far the single greatest and most destructive factor. The geoengineers are manufacturing winter weather scenarios on a scale that can scarcely be comprehended, what will it take to wake populations to this fact? The short video report below covers the latest engineered winter weather event to impact California.
The photos below reveal the shockingly fast disappearance of the un-forcasted above freezing temperature “snowstorm” in Northern California. The image below was taken on the afternoon of February 13th, 2019, well over 2 feet of snow had just fallen. The snowfall began with air temperatures of 43 degrees. As the artificially nucleated “winter storm” progressed, the air temperatures eventually fell to the mid 30’s, but never got anywhere near the freezing point.
This photo (of the same scene as the above photo) was taken exactly 48 hours after the far above freezing temperature “winter snow storm”.
Below is another image of the 2 foot plus surprise snowfall (at above freezing temperatures) that was not forecasted by local meteorologists.
An image of the same scene, also taken only 48 hours after the snowfall event. The daytime temperatures after the anomalous snow event were near 50 degrees.

Geoengineered Winter, 2019

Climate engineering operations continue to create winter weather chaos in parts of the US, Canada and Europe. Chemical ice nucleation elements are a core component of global geoengineering programs. Winter weather whiplash, freezing rain, freezing drizzle / fog, and “thunder snow” conditions, all are indicative of chemical ice nucleation materials being dispersed into available atmospheric moisture. Ice nucleating elements create an endothermic (energy absorbing) reaction that, in turn, produces a colder, heavier air mass. The heavy dense air then sinks to ground surface levels. This shallow layer of cold air lowers surface temperatures and thus produces the sensationalized headlines of cold weather that the climate engineers and the power structure corporate media are seeking. “Winter Storm Harper” recently took its toll on specific regions of the Eastern US. “Winter Storm Indra” is now winding down with less impact than than the climate engineers had originally hoped (or scheduled) to achieve. Naming “winter storms” adds to the sensationalizing of these completely engineered events.
Corporate media faithfully follows the scripts and talking points they are given in their coverage of the completely engineered “winter weather”, while completely omitting the unfolding planetary meltdowns occurring in so many other locations around the world. The scripted nature of mainstream meteorologist's narratives is not hard to see through. Corporate meteorologists are playing the part of cover-up for the climate engineering programs.
The temperatures and precipitation types (frozen or liquid) in the current condition and forecast screenshots below should be examined and considered. The scheduled weather in three locations were captured, Jamestown, NY, Binghamton, NY, and Nashville, TN.
Why is snow falling at 43 degrees? Why is it still raining at 28 degrees?
The next "forecast" capture was for Binghamton, NY.
Why is ice falling at 34 degrees? Then back to rain at 33 degrees? Then snow at 43 degrees?
The final "forecast" capture is for Nashville, TN.
This weather information screen for Nashville, TN, is also perplexing. The flow of rain over Nashville is coming right out of the Gulf of Mexico, thus the high temperatures of 56 degrees and rain. This same flow of warmer moisture somehow “turns over” to snow further north, with temperatures still being far above freezing. The “forecast” map above (scheduled weather) calls for an extremely anomalous temperature plunge of some 30 degrees with continuous rain. With a constant flow of warmer moisture out of the south, why would there be such a sudden 30 degree temperature drop? Generally, day to night temperatures only vary by a few degrees when a constant flow of precipitation is occurring. Why would it still be raining at 26 degrees?
The animation below reveals precipitation flow and wind patterns that were present during the peak of "Winter Storm Indra".
In this animation view of precipitation and wind, the source of moisture for “Winter Storm Indra” can clearly be seen. Warm Gulf of Mexico moisture and temperate wind from the south western Atlantic Ocean are primary components of "Winter Storm Indra". The same conditions were present for "Winter Storm Harper" and countless other "winter storms" in recent years. Are such extreme anomalies an act of nature? Or the result of climate engineering operations?
The next animation even more clearly reveals the very unlikely and questionable source of moisture for a "winter storm".
The flow of temperate moisture from the Gulf of Mexico (shown) was the primary fuel for “Winter Storm Indra”. Some regions in this animation can be seen flashing from liquid precipitation (rain), to frozen (ice storm or snow), and back again. Such a “change over” at above freezing temperatures can only occur when an unnatural ice nucleating factor is in the equation, that factor is chemical ice nucleation for weather modification elements. These are patented processes.
Engineered winter events, chemical ice nucleation, and its effects, can be viewed in a 16+ minute segment of the presentation below (from 1:22:54 to 1:38:00), the video is pre-set to start at the beginning of this section on engineering winter.
Below is the NOAA forecast (scheduled) departure from normal high temperature map for late January, 2019. The extreme opposites of temperatures from one side of the country to the other are historically unprecedented (though are now becoming the norm in recent years).
While the Eastern US is scheduled for yet more engineered cool-down scenarios, locations like Alaska have been kept warm and dry. Record shattering heat is persisting and accelerating in other parts of the world as well, Australia is only one example of many.
What is the global temperature perspective? The GISS departure from normal high temperature map below is for a recent 1 year period. This average temperature compilation map is extremely revealing and should be carefully considered. The only consistently anomalously cool-down zone on the planet is the eastern half of the North American continent. Is it just a coincidence that the country with by far the world's largest military and air force (and thus by far the largest climate engineering operations) has had the only consistent and extremely anomalous cool-downs over its most populated regions over extended spans of time? Again, is this just a coincidence? No.
Radically increasing winter weather whiplash is not an act of nature, it is a result of covert climate engineering operations. There can be no legitimate discussion of the climate without first and foremost addressing the climate engineering / geoengineering / solar radiation management issue. Further, there can be no legitimate discussion of geoengineering / climate engineering without addressing the engineered “winter weather” events that utilize jet stream manipulation and patented processes of chemical ice nucleation for weather modification.

Captured On Radar, Geoengineered Winter Weather Over Atlantic City

Geoengineering Watch has again captured radar animations that prove geoengineering operations are manufacturing “winter weather” over specific regions. The increasingly desperate and destructive operations being carried out by the weather-makers is far beyond alarming. Engineering “winter weather" events are one of the primary missions of the climate engineers as the abrupt climate collapse scenario continues to unfold on planet Earth (a scenario being further fueled overall by climate engineering itself). Patented processes of chemical ice nucleation are a primary means of carrying out the engineered winter events. Why aren't so called weather experts willing to acknowledge the massive climate engineering operations and their impacts? Climate Engineering Insanity, Manufacturing Winter Weather With Tropical Moisture

Planet Earth is being forced into an abrupt climate shift, the ongoing global climate engineering operations are further fueling the overall process. The combination satellite / radar image below reveals an extremely anomalous and alarming scenario: a massive, bizarre, and completely unnatural, straight, south to north flow of tropical moisture from the record warm waters of the Caribbean.
Again, the unprecedented scenario shown in the image above is warm tropical moisture which became a record breaking snowstorm as it reached the Great Lakes region. How is this possible? Massive climate engineering operations utilizing patented processes of chemical ice nucleation are at the core of this phenomenon.

The Departure From Normal High Temperature map below clearly shows a shocking temperature contrast scenario in the US Southeast.
Flows of moisture can (and are) being completely manipulated by the climate engineers with the use of atmospheric aerosol saturation and radio frequency / microwave transmissions. The NEXRAD image below was captured on April 15th, 2018.
As the US temperature map below reveals, on Sunday, April 15th, 2018, when “Winter Storm Xanto” was at its peak in the Western Great Lakes region. Temperatures further south along the path of the moisture flow feeding “Winter Storm Xanto” were in the 80s.
The Weather Channel temperature map below further reveals the completely anomalous and unnatural cool-down that climate engineering and chemical ice nucleation processes can create. Engineering winter weather from warmth (65 degrees and rain in Detroit, and snowing a short distance away).
The final map below is another Departure From Normal High Temperature illustration. The “bullseye” of cold temperatures west of the Great Lakes is very clearly visible (while most of the planet is at above normal temperatures).
Over 70 years ago governments around the world made the decision to launch the global geoengineering experiment without public knowledge or consent, an experiment from which there is no return. There can be no legitimate discussion about the state of the climate without first and foremost addressing the subject of climate engineering. Geoengineered Winter Weather, The Chemical Ice Nucleation Factor

The climate engineers have the power to chemically cool-down surface temperatures when enough atmospheric moisture is available to them. The more heavily and extensively the geoengineers utilize chemical ice nucleating materials, the more extreme the surface cooling that they can create. This is not speculation, but verifiable fact proven by patented processes. One example is below.

Mainstream media covered the fact that Chinese scientists are engineering snowstorms, are we to believe that the US government and others aren't doing the same?
The US military is as large as the next 10 largest militaries combined, thus they have the ability to carry out climate engineering (weather warfare) operations on the largest scale by far. Not only have US military commanders stated that the disintegrating climate is the greatest national security threat, they have long since stated their objective of "owning the weather". Are we to believe that our government would ask our permission before deploying climate engineering operations? In fact, our government's own documents prove climate engineering has been ongoing for decades. The “departure from normal high temperature” map below (from Dec 29, 2017) clearly revealed where surface temperatures were cold, and where they were not.
The arc of below normal surface temperatures began at the Hawaiian islands and rotated clockwise up and over the “ridiculously resilient ridge” of drought creating a geoengineered high pressure zone that was created over the US West (from ionosphere heater installations like HAARP), then descends back down to the eastern US. This freeze / fry scenario has been ongoing in recent years
In order to engineer an end of year cool-down for parts of the US and Canada, the flow of moisture from the Pacific (that was until recently directed completely around California) was chemically nucleated by the climate engineers. What happens when these endothermic reacting materials rain down on far above freezing bodies of water like Lake Michigan? (the majority of Lake Michigan is still at nearly 45 degrees F) Perfectly spherical ice balls form and start washing up on shorelines. The chemical nucleating elements form a nucleus around which ice continues to form.
How about all that temporary ice along the US East Coast which the media did their best to sensationalize? Did anyone bother to check the ocean temperatures?

Why is so much ice forming on ocean waters that are 40 degrees F or higher? This fact should also be remembered and considered, sea water does not freeze until it reaches 28.4 degrees F. “Slush Waves” were also recorded along the coast near Boston, why are no official sources questioning this? Why are no official sources offering any reasonable explanations for such a phenomenon when ocean temperatures are 40 degrees F or higher? The answer is because they are not allowed to tell the truth. The illegal federal gag order on all National Weather Service (NWS) and all National Oceanic and Atmospheric (NOAA) employees should be a glaring red flag. Surface ice storms are also now a constant threat due to the chemical ice nucleating elements reaching the surface before solidifying.

How warm is the East Coast scheduled to get after the engineered weather whiplash cool-down passes? The “departure from normal high temperature” map below paints a shocking picture of East Coast warmth (in close proximity to a chemically nucleated cold zone in the center of the US) that was scheduled to follow on the heals of the media hyped (and completely engineered) “winter storms”. Will the geoengineers be able to alter the outcome of this "forecast" with yet another engineered cooldown? Winter storm “Hunter” is the next theatrically named creation of the climate engineers that will follow the temporary weather whiplash warm-up.
The top 3 superpowers (USA, China, and Russia) have the largest militaries, and thus the greatest ability to effect the climate with their ongoing chemical ice nucleation cool-down operations. It is important to remember and consider that the majority of nations are either actively or passively participating in the global climate intervention programs. Comparing the more recent scheduled temperature anomaly forecast map below with the map shown earlier in this post reveals a number of profound weather whiplash changes occurring in the space of only a few days. Greenland has gone from far below normal surface temperatures back to far above normal temperatures, the eastern US has done the same. Conversely, portions of Russia and China have done the opposite, going from far above normal to below normal. The geoengineered winter weather whiplash scenarios will continue to worsen rapidly, patented chemical ice nucleation processes are a primary factor. It must be remembered and considered that all "predictions" (scheduled weather) are in a state of constant flux. So much depends on what the climate engineers choose to do (or not to do) at any given window of time.
Headlines from Siberia reveal an incident of uniformly spherical "ice boulders" suddenly washing up on the shores of Nyda, Russia. Are we to believe this is only an "act of nature" as "official sources" have told us?

Why would the "ice boulders" occur with Arctic sea ice at record low levels? Why would perfectly spherical "ice balls" occur at all? 2012 was the previous record Arctic ice low for this time of year, 2016 has shattered that former record. 2017 has brought yet another new record low level of Arctic sea ice.
Why would such formations occur from the record warm Arctic Ocean? Sea temperatures in some zones of the Arctic Ocean have been as much as 25 degrees above the 30 year average. This average was taken from 1981-2011, when the ocean temperatures were already warmer than the pre-industrial era.
Why are governments and media doing all they can to hide the reality of the record warm Arctic from the public? There are many reasons, none of them are benevolent. Temperatures and ice melt in the polar regions are going completely off the charts as the "departure from normal temperature" map below makes clear.
Siberia is undergoing massive engineered cooling assaults, but the extremely rapid warming of the planet is undeniable and climate engineering is helping to fuel the overall fire. Are the climate engineers trying desperately to reduce the methane "blowouts" that are occurring in Siberia due to rapidly thawing methane permafrost deposits? Whatever the case, the short term engineered (and highly toxic) cool-downs come at the cost of a worsened overall warming. 2017 is now officially the 2nd warmest year ever recorded, narrowly missing the record warm year of 2016, which broke the record set in 2015, which broke the record set in 2014.

Again, the "experts" tell us that the "ice boulder" phenomenon is a "natural" occurrence. But if this is so, why is there no long term historical record (or pre 1945 photographs) of this phenomenon occurring? There is no such long term record (pre 1945) because the ridiculously uniform "ice boulders" are absolutely not natural. The climate engineers became very active in the polar regions immediately after the end of WWll, historical data confirms this fact. About the ice anomalies being "natural, the "experts" are simply lying, as they are paid to do. We are all swimming in a sea of lies and deception that is propagated by countless individuals in academia, media, and "official sources", who have completely betrayed humanity in exchange for a paycheck and a pension. When will the population reactivate their sense of sanity and reason? When will the population recognize that our geoengineered skies should not look like they do? When will the population face the fact that steel structure high-rise buildings (building 7 on 911) don't just fall down because of an office furniture fire on the lower floors? And why can't the masses discern that miles of shorelines covered with almost perfectly uniform and symmetrical "ice boulders" is completely unnatural?

The Engineered Winter Deception, Chemical Ice Nucleation
All around the globe, extreme, destructive, and unprecedented "frozen precipitation" events are occurring. A great many of these events begin at temperature ranges far above the freezing point (though temperatures on the ground can drop precipitously as the nucleation process unfolds). Why? Most have never heard of "chemical ice nucleation for weather modification", but patents exist for this process and the Chinese government has long since admitted to engineering frozen precipitation events. The 90 second video below is astounding, a 200 foot wide river of ice flowing through the Saudi desert on November 2nd, 2015.
Extreme hail events are happening with alarming frequency, often in the most unlikely locations where such storms have not historically occurred.

When moisture laden storms are saturated with artificial/chemical ice nucleating elements (due to the destructive attempt by the climate engineers to temporarily cool-down ground temperatures on the ground), storms that would have been a deluge of rain become unprecedented onslaughts of frozen precipitation.

Below is a shocking photo of "ice balls" piled up on the shores of Lake Michigan. Why is there no long term historical record of such a profound phenomenon? Chemical ice nucleating materials form a central core of ice that builds up around itself. The motion of the waves then contribute to the spherical shape.
"Ice balls" have formed and accumulated on Lake Michigan in the last few years, why? Such "ice balls" have even formed on lake water that was 40 degrees, how is this possible at temperatures far above the normal freezing point? Without chemical ice nucleation, it isn't possible.
What is occurring on the shores of distant seas? Yet more "ice balls" have appeared in recent years.
"Ice balls" on the Baltic Coast in Northern Poland. "Official" sources say this recent unprecedented phenomenon is just "natural", are we to believe them?
Other European countries are noting the same phenomenon.
Ice balls on the coast of Finland. The "official" explanation for this recent mysterious anomaly? Again, we are told it is a "natural" occurrence.
How natural do these "ice pancakes" look in the photo below?
CNN news called these "ice pancakes" "mysterious". This phenomenon has also been observed on various lakes and rivers in recent years. It is the extreme uniformity of these formations that separates them from any natural phenomenon. Chemical nucleation materials are the core causal factor that produce the recent rash of profound ice formations.
"Freezing rain" has now become commonplace. Extreme "ice storms" are wreaking havoc all over the globe. Depending on atmospheric conditions and temperatures, precipitation from storms that have been sprayed with chemical ice nucleating materials can reach the ground before actually freezing.
This vehicle photo was taken in Versoix, Switzerland. Formerly unprecedented ice storms have now become the norm as the geoengineers do their best to create temporary chemical cool-downs in a rapidly warming world.
Where can the most profound chemical ice nucleation examples be seen? The satellite photos below show completely unnatural ice formation structures on the Arctic ocean, September 15th, 2015. Arctic ocean temperatures have persisted at record high levels and the warming continues to worsen. Why would ice form in open water under such conditions, and in a manner that is completely different than the normal ice pack winter expansion? And all this during a year that has had record warmth and record ice melt in the Arctic? Surface ice formation on record warm seas worsens the overall warming by trapping the heat below.

Even into November, 2015, astoundingly high ocean temperatures have persisted and continue to shatter records. The map below clearly shows that sea surface temperatures were as much as 24.7 degrees ABOVE NORMAL in the Arctic ocean on November 7, 2015.
The excerpt below was taken from a recently posted Article from "Arctic News", it should be read carefully. Arctic news describes the effects of atmospheric particulates (primarily from geoengineering which Arctic news refuses to admit to). They then state clearly the negative overall effects of these particulates (again, a result of geoengineering). And at the end of the article from which this excerpt was taken, Arctic News and the Arctic Methane Emergency Group calls for global geoengineering to be deployed immediately, as if it has not already been going on for over 6 decades in clear view and causing catastrophic effects. We must all diligently "sift the baby from the bathwater" so to speak. Though the front line data from Arctic news is accurate and verifiable from other sources, their constant call for geoegineering to commence is extremely alarming.
Aerosols
Particulates, in particular sulfate, can provide short-term cooling of the sea surface. Large amounts of sulfate are emitted from industrial areas in the east of North America and in East Asia. On the Northern Hemisphere, the Coriolis effect makes that such emissions will typically reach areas over the nearby ocean to the east of such industrial areas, resulting in the sea surface there being cooled substantially, until the particulates have fallen out of the sky. Since the sulfate is emitted on an ongoing basis, the cooling effect continues without much interruption.
This sulfate has a cooling effect on areas of the sea surface where ocean currents are moving warm water toward the Arctic Ocean. Because the sea surface gets colder, there is less evaporation, and thus less heat transfer from the ocean to the atmosphere during the time it takes for the water to reach the Arctic Ocean. As a result, water below the sea surface remains warmer as it moves toward the Arctic Ocean.
Similarly, as illustrated by above image, sulfur dioxide emitted in industrial areas in North America and East Asia can extend over the oceans, cooling the surface water of currents that are moving water toward the Arctic Ocean.
So the overall conclusion from Arctic News is that the atmospheric particulates are making a bad situation worse, not better. Yet, they continue to call for geoengineering deployment as if that is not the source of "atmospheric pollution" they have just condemned.
Below is a recent satellite photo of the sea surface off the coast of Greenland. Again we see an extremely anomalous and unprecedented pattern of ice formations like those shown earlier in this article. The massive chemical ice nucleation efforts in the Arctic, by the geoengineers, is undeniable.
The AccuWeather "forecast" (scheduled weather) for November 16-20, 2015, shows snow with a daytime high of 59 degrees and a night time low of 40 degrees. Why?
In the next map, we see snow again called for on the 22nd with the same temperatures as the earlier forecast, yet, on the 25th only rain is called for with much colder low temperatures? Snow is now often reported at temperatures up to 50 degrees and even above, welcome to the world of chemical ice nucleation. As previously mentioned, there are patents for such processes, and again, the Chinese scientists have openly admitted their programs to create engineered snow storms.
What scenario are the geoengineers creating in the US with their chemical ice nucleated cool-downs? The exact antithesis of what has been the case in the US for the previous 3 winters. The extreme scenario shown in the most current NOAA map below is historically unprecedented, but in recent years has become the norm.
The "scheduled" weather from the geoengineers is for temperatures to be up to 20 degrees below normal in the West, and 20 or more degrees above normal in the East.
Chemical ice nucleation of storms and precipitation does create a cold dense layer of air on the ground level that can drastically lower temperatures temporarily. But what is the overall cost? A decimated climate system, a worsened overall warming of the planet, and total contamination of the atmosphere and surface of our planet (due to the highly toxic fallout from the climate engineering programs). Climate Engineering Desperation, Winter Weather Warfare Assault Waged On US East Coast

"WInter Storm Stella" is the latest all out geoengineering assault to be launched by the power structure against the US population. "Stella" is now also "predicted" to inflict winter weather warfare damage in regions of the UK in spite of London remaining warm.
The first satellite image below (from NASA), clearly reveals massive atmospheric aerosol spraying operations in skies along the US East Coast as the climate engineers prepared for the manufacturing of "Winter Storm Stella". Virtually all the "cloud cover" visible in the NASA satellite photo is from geoengineering / solar radiation management (SRM) aerosols being sprayed by jet aircraft.

The planet is now covered in a haze of toxic metal and chemical particulates which are a major component of "global dimming". These highly toxic materials are a primary aspect of the ongoing "solar radiation management" climate intervention programs.
The next two radar images below should be examined very carefully. The scenario they reveal is meteorologically impossible short of massive climate engineering deployments of chemical ice nucleating materials. The "stripe" of snow just north of New York that extends far out into the Atlantic Ocean is shocking proof of chemical ice nucleation operations being carried out.
Glaring anomalies like the strip of snow extending through warm bands of incoming rain (shown above) are never addressed or even mentioned by mainstream meteorologists. Mainstream sources of weather and climate data are being used to cover the tracks of the climate engineers. In regard to all the meteorologists who are engaged in the climate engineering cover-up, we must conclude one of two possibilities, they are either criminally unqualified for the positions they hold and thus don't recognize the inarguable impacts of the ongoing geoenigneering planetary assault. Or, they are paid liars who will parrot any narrative they are given by those who supply their paychecks and pensions.
The next screenshot (shown below) was taken 20 minutes after the image shown above. The first stripe of chemically ice nucleated precipitation that was north of NY has already reverted back to rain (leaving a patch of grey (sleet) on the map just north of NY). In the image below another completely anomalous stripe of snow has appeared just south of NY (which extents out into the Atlantic through the far above freezing temperature bands of rain). As this second line of chemically nucleated precipitation drifted north, it likely provided the New York City snow which was an objective of the climate engineers.
Creating theatrically named chemically nucleated winter storms is a major component of the ongoing climate engineering assault.
The short but very revealing radar animation loop below clearly shows the chemically nucleated "snow stripes" flashing in and out of the radar screen.
The chemically nucleated winter weather warfare has been ramped up to levels that are far beyond blatant.
The temperature map below clearly illustrates just how warm the surface air temperatures are along the US North East coast.
Why would far above freezing temperature moisture migrating over these regions suddenly "change over" to snow for no apparent reason?
What is the true state of global temperatures? The GISS global temperature map below reveals that the average global temperatures for the last 17 years have been far above the baseline average from 1951 to 1980 (a period which was already experiencing temperatures that were far above the pre-industrial eras). Geoengineering is a highly destructive attempt to mask the true severity of climate implosion from the public for as long as possible while fueling the overall warming in the process.

Globally there are almost no regions that have had below normal overall temperatures during the last 17 years.
The next GISS map for January, 2017, shows far more magnified and alarming temperature anomalies. The blue toned "below normal temperature" regions are meteorologically unprecedented given the overall surrounding far above normal temperatures. Further, recent studies reveal that "rich nations are warming at a slower rate than poor nations", such a scenario is not possible without global covert climate intervention programs.

The start of 2017 has already seen many thousands of high temperature records broken in the US following years of record setting heat all over the world. Record ice melting at the poles is also occurring with sea ice at record low levels in both polar regions. The climate engineers commonly orchestrate winter storms like "Winter Storm Stella" in the highest population zones where they can create the most sensationalized headlines in order to add to the populations continued climate confusion.
The NOAA "Departure From Normal Temperature" forecast map below reveals still more alarming extreme temperature anomalies predicted for the US.

Each color band in the map above represents a 3 to 4 degree forecasted departure from average temperatures (reds for above, blues for below). Such extreme imbalances are deeply alarming, historically unprecedented, and meteorologically impossible without massive climate intervention programs.

Geoengineered Winter Weather Onslaught

The now near total desperation of the climate engineers to turn warmth into winter is becoming incredibly obvious and blatant to any that are even slightly awake. "Winter Storm Jupiter" is the latest creation of the climate engineers. This so called "winter storm" is simply the product of ionosphere heater generated jet stream manipulation and massive chemical ice nucleation processes. Highly destructive ice storms are occurring due to the climate engineering chemical cool-downs. These temporary toxic cool-downs are further fueled by "global dimming", a primary goal of the geoengineers and their "solar radiation management" (SRM) programs. The map below shows the "Winter Storm Jupiter" scenario just described. An extremely anomalous and deep jet stream dip is utilized to help siphon up copious amounts of warm Gulf of Mexico moisture.
The power structure owned and operated climate engineering cover-up institutions like The Weather Channel do their best to explain away the completely engineered and anomalous weather as being all just "natural" conditions.
The first satellite/radar animation below reveals the early stages of "Winter Storm Jupiter". As bands of warm moisture migrate north, they are bombarded with chemical ice nucleating agents from above via jet aircraft dispersions. The effect of this chemical ice nucleation process can be clearly seen as cells of precipitation suddenty "flash out" to frozen in spite of the far above freezing temperature moisture.
A close examination of this animation shows rain "changing over to snow" as far south as northern Mexico while rain can still be seen as far north as Utah, Iowa, and Pennsylvania.
The next satellite/radar animation shows yet more anomalies of warm rain cells "turning over to snow" as moisture continues to migrate north.
The zone of moisture over New Mexico is of special interest in the satellite/radar loop shown above. Not only is the rain "change over to snow" extremely visible, the radio frequency/microwave transmission manipulation of this moisture zone is also shockingly apparent (circular configuration). The epicenter of this New Mexico RF transmission zone is located just west of Albuquerqe.
The animation below reveals the epicenter of the RF transmission zone (just west of Albuquerque NM) and the effect to the precipitation from the transmissions. Also of interest is the precipitation free wedge that begins just east of the transmission epicenter. This precipitation free wedge is also very visible in the in the satellite/radar animation just shown above.
Radio frequency/microwave transmissions are a core aspect of the climate engineering process. Such transmissions are utilized to manipulate jet aircraft dispersed particulate/chemical elements causing these elements to repel or congeal.
The "forecast" (scheduled weather) map below reveals the core temperatures of the migrating warm moisture as chemically ice nucleated "Winter Storm Jupiter" was unfolding.
As shown above, temperatures as high as 60 degrees (with rain) immediately decline toward the cores of the chemical cool-down zones.
The "forecast map" for 1/16/17 is even more revealing and shocking in regard to the incredibly warm temperatures in occurring in "Winter Storm Jupiter". With atmospheric conditions this warm, the chemically ice nucleating elements often reach the ground level before setting up as ice, thus creating extremely destructive "ice storms".
With warm migrating moisture with temperatures in the low 70s (straight out of the Gulf of Mexico), why is warm rain "changing over" to ice? With most temperatures on the ground still at well above freezing This is a result of chemical ice nucleation elements that are being utilized on an unimaginable scale as the climate engineers try desperately to turn warmth into winter.
How warm will it be following "Winter Storm Jupiter"? Temperatures will immediately rebound.
As chemically created "Winter Storm Jupiter" fizzles out, weather whiplash yet again sets in.
Only days after "Winter Storm Jupiter" record or near record heat is forecasted to return to much of the US with some regions warming to almost 30 degrees above normal.
Formally anomalous temperature divides like that shown in the "forecast" map above have become the norm. The completely out of control climate engineering cabal continues to "force" the climate system by trying to chemically create short term (and highly toxic) cool-downs in a rapidly warming world (Japan and Europe are also being assaulted by completely engineered storms). The slightly below normal temperatures shown for the western US in the forecast map above likely contain the next engineered winter event for the US, "Winter Storm Kori". Warm moisture flowing in from the Pacific will be subjected to yet another climate engineering chemical onslaught in order to continue manipulating the climate perceptions US population. Short of nuclear cataclysm, climate engineering is the greatest and most immediate threat we face. Though countless forms of anthropogenic activity have done immense damage to the planet and climate system, there can be no legitimate discussion of the weather or the climate system without first and foremost including the single greatest climate disrupting and damaging factor of all, global climate engineering. Our planet is accelerating toward a state of total meltdown, though highly destructive (and toxic) covert geoengineering programs can create short term cool-doowns, this manipulation comes at the cost of an even worse overall warming. Manufacturing Winter With Geoengineering

In the combination satellite/radar image below, two flows of moisture (one in the west, one in the east) are being orchestrated and utilized by the climate engineers in the attempt to cool large regions of the US with chemical ice nucleation processes. The "Pineapple Express" of warm air and moisture is flowing in from the Pacific in the west. This flow of warm moisture was the beginning of "Winter Storm Iras". In the East, an anomalous flow of warm air and moisture from the warm waters southeast of Florida is pushed up the eastern seaboard, this warm flow was the fuel for the final chapter of "Winter Storm Helena".
How can such warm sources of moisture "change over" to snow and cold? Welcome to climate engineering and chemical ice nucleation.
The radar map below was captured at the same approximate time as the combination satellite/radar image above. When comparing these two images, the following question should be considered: how does a warm flow of air and moisture originating from warm oceans south of Cuba suddenly "change over to snow"? The "change over to snow" term is now commonly used by power structure owned "The Weather Channel" paid actors (and other power structure owned sources of weather "forecasting").
Looking closely at the above radar map, some rain cells (unfrozen precipitation) are still visible near the eastern fringes of the chemically nucleated snow zones.
The next combination satellite/radar map below was taken approximately 20 hours after the similar image shown earlier in this article. The flow of warm moisture from south of Cuba to Maine and beyond was still fueling "Winter Storm Helena". In the west, the "Pineapple Express" was ramping up to fuel "Winter Storm Iras".
As the ongoing global climate engineering assault continues to be ramped up, satellite and radar images are becoming increasingly bizarre. Note that in the image above the entire North American continent is completely covered with a canopy of clouds and atmospheric aerosols. The same is true of mainland Mexico and almost all of the Gulf of Mexico. This is "solar radiation management" in action.
The satellite map below must be compared with the satellite/radar map directly above. As already stated, the warm flow of moisture being utilized for "Winter Storm Iras" is flowing in from the warm Pacific. Consider that there is virtually no snow of frozen precipitation visible in California, even in extremely high mountain locations with elevations well over 10,000 feet. Why not? Because of the very warm sources of this moisture. The day before the image below was captured, it snowed at the valley floor in Redding, California. Redding is at an elevation that is just above sea level at 500 feet. Then, the next day, as shown in the image below, no snow anywhere in the state including at elevations of far over 10,000 feet.
A final note on the map above to consider, snow is shown falling in southern Mississippi, and only rain at the top of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. What is wrong with this picture?
The short satellite animation below was taken approximately 8 hours after the radar image directly above. The beginning of chemical ice nucleation processes were beginning to appear in California at the top of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Further inland, the warm flow of rain can be seen "changing over" to snow. As the chemical nucleation assault unfolds, the temperatures on the ground level can and do cool dramatically as a cold dense layer of air is created.
Also of note in the animation above, the impact of powerful radio frequency/microwave transmissions (used for climate modification) can clearly be seen in parts of Idaho and Washington.
The close up screen shot below is of a radio frequency transmission source in Washington, taken at the same time as the animation above was recorded.
The RF transmissions are a primary component of the ongoing climate modification processes.
The next close up screen shot below, taken over an Idaho RF transmission source, was also captured at the same time as the animation shown earlier.
The RF/microwave transmissions are just one more catastrophically harmful aspect of geoengineering programs.
The next two NOAA extended "forecast" (scheduled weather) maps below reveal what is coming for the US, yet more extreme weather whiplash. The chemical cool-downs cannot be kept up indefinitely, the record warmth will again re-appear in the south and East.
Every engineered cool-down that is carried out by the climate engineers comes at the cost of an even worse overall planetary warming.
The next extended forecast map below clearly shows a continued expansion of the extremely rapid rebound of warmth for the US. This extended "forecast" map also clearly shows where the climate engineers plan on focusing their efforts next, Alaska (along with continueing massive operations in Europe). The 48 of the US are headed back toward record heat as the geoengineers will do all they can to chemically cool the Arctic in their ever more desperate attempt to hide the implosion of the ice at the poles. The climate engineering chemical cool-downs are used to temporarily (and toxically) mask the ongoing planetary meltdown. 2016 was yet another record shattering warm year on planet Earth.
Radical weather whiplash scenarios will continue to rapidly worsen.
The final NOAA extended "forecast" map indecates that record breaking high temperatures will rapidly replace the preceeding climate engineering chemical cool-downs.

A Massive Engineered Winter Chemical Cool-Down Assault On The US Population Is Coming
The latest NOAA long term forecast map below should be alarming to any that take the time to examine it closely. The latest theatrically named "winter storm" from power structure owned "The Weather Channel" was "Winter Storm Fortis". This engineered event pushed warmer than average moisture from the Atlantic Ocean over northern parts of New England where many regions saw chemically nucleated snow fall (facilitated by geoengineering jet aircraft dispersions of materials over precipitation zones) at far above freezing temperatures. "Winter Storm Gregory" will be named as part of the engineered winter scenario I am outlining in this article. Alaska, the Arctic, and parts of Florida are forecasted (scheduled) to remain at, or return to, record warmth. The arctic as a whole remains in a meltdown scenario while weather whiplash continues in the US and countless other locations around the globe. Engineering winter has long since been business as usual in many countries.
The projected (scheduled) record cold zone for much of the US comes after the warmest autumn in the US since record keeping began.
When endothermic reacting (toxic) ice nucleating materials are utilized on a massive scale for climate intervention/modification programs, convection is greatly impacted, too many condensation nuclei are present, and precipitation is generally greatly reduced (from what it would have otherwise been) in the core of the engineered chemical cool-down zones. The NOAA precipitation forecast (scheduled weather) map below is for the same window of time as the NOAA map above. It is not hard to recognize that the regions scheduled to get the greatest percentage of above normal precipitation are also generally the regions that are scheduled to experience the greatest above normal temperatures ("A" refers to above normal precipitation on the NOAA maps, "B" is below normal).
In the NOAA map above we should ask this, how does moisture flowing in from the Pacific migrate directly over the Western States with far below normal precipitation? Then, as the moisture continues to flow east (further from the epicenter of the engineered cool-down zone), precipitation transitions to above normal. Why aren't NOAA and NWS personnel speaking out? An illegal federal gag order has been placed on them on all NOAA and NWS employees.
Global temperature deviations in the Average Temperature Anomaly map below tell the bigger picture story. The extremely blotchy composition of hot and cold zones should be alarming to us all. Though the planet is descending into a state of total meltdown, the climate engineers continue to attempt radical (and highly toxic) chemical/biological ice nucleation cool-downs anywhere and everywhere that conditions will permit this process to be carried out. NASA has also long since been a part of the ice nucleation experimentation, some of the elements utilized for this purpose are synthesized urea, and E-coli.
The weather modification chemical cool-downs create a cold, dense (but shallow) layer of air that settles down to the surface and lowers temperatures on the ground. This process is essential for the manipulation of climate perspectives. The engineered winter events are used to create and expand division and confusion in the population in regard to the true state of the global climate.
Massive air mass manipulation is also accomplished with engineered high and low pressure zones. The use of ionosphere heater facilities like HAARP are the a primary factor with this type of manipulation.
Extremely anomalous weather/climate patterns have now become the norm. Global climate engineering operations have completely derailed the Earth's natural climate system.

Radically lowered engineered temperatures at ground level in parts of the US will accompany the start to the new year. The US media will hype and dramatize this completely engineered cool-down. This will obscure the previous climate headlines of the warmest autum on record in the US and also the fact that 2016 will be the warmest year yet recorded on planet Earth since record keeping began. We will soon see if the climate enigneers are actually able to achieve the level and duration of cooldown that they are attempting to carry out.
The scale of climate decimation being inflicted on populations around the globe by the climate engineers is so incomprehensibly massive, it could never be quantified.
So what are the "predictions" for the 2017 summer temperatures in the US? Above normal to far above normal temperatures for virtually all of the US.

Geoengineering Winter Weather Warfare Assault Continues

The latest completely engineered winter weather assault to be launched on US populations is the theatrically named "Winter Storm Europa" How severe does the rapidly worsening weather whiplash have to get before populations face the fact that ongoing global climate engineering/weather warfare programs are decimating and derailing Earth's climate and life support systems?
How extreme, anomalous, and unnatural was the divide between extreme cold and record heat in the US on Sunday? The map below shows a shocking scenario.
The increasingly extreme temperature swings are wreaking havoc on all life forms.
Skies all over the globe are being sprayed with highly toxic aerosols that are a core component of the climate intervention operations (these are NOT condensation trails). In the forecast model below, warm flows of moisture from the Gulf of Mexico are chemically ice nucleated by the geoengineers. This process creates the short term chemical cool-downs that have now become the norm.
The bullseye of impact from "Winter Storm Europa" was yet again directed toward the Dakotas.
Ice storms are now almost always seen in the transition zones between warm flows of moisture (used as fuel for the engineered winter weather events) and the core of the chemically ice nucleated zones.
The Dakota Water Protectors have been consistently and severely impacted by extreme "winter weather". This has occurred even after the US experienced its warmest autumn ever recorded. Is this also just a coincidence? The video animation below has captured the chemical ice nucleation process being carried out by the climate engineers. Warm (far above freezing) flows of moisture can clearly be seen "flashing out" to snow for no apparent reason (meteorologically speaking). The power structure paid disinformation sources like "The Weather Channel" have now called this process "changing over to snow". Official sources of weather forecasting and information are simply covering the tracks of the climate engineers as they have been paid to do. The radar loop shown below is undeniable proof of "chemical ice nucleation for weather modification".
Chemical ice nucleation of the warm flow of moisture from the south is clearly visible in the radar animation above. A close examination also reveals radio frequency transmission manipulation with an epicenter located in Rapid City. Why don't we have whistleblowers sounding the alarm on the climate engineering insanity? The illegal federal gag order on all National Weather Service and all National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration employees is certainly a major factor.
In the map below, major ice storm impacts (mentioned earlier) are seen in the transition zone where the warm flow of moisture from the south is being chemically nucleated.
As mentioned earlier, disinformation sources (like The Weather Channel) are doing their best to convince populations that is is now normal to have a "warm side" and a "cold side" to a "winter storm".
The storm severity map below clearly shows the epicenter of the extreme weather from "WInter Storm Europa" is directly on top of the Dakota Water Protector protest zone.
The red zones in the map above reveal the most severe impact zones of "Winter Storm Europa".
What is worth noting in the next map (shown below) are the extremely warm temperatures that exist in the flows of moisture that continue to feed "Winter Storm Europa". As this flow of moisture migrates to the North East, temperatures of over 60 degrees are visible only a short distance from the chemically cooled ice nucleation zones. We now almost never hear the power structure paid "weather forecasters" referring to snow levels based on elevations. Now, thanks to climate engineering, you are either on the warm side of the storm or the cold side of the storm. Elevation is now generally no longer a factor.
Scenarios like the one shown in the map above are historically unprecedented. Now such scenarios are considered the norm.
The completely out of control climate engineering cabal continues to try and cover up the rapidly worsening planetary meltdown with more and more "engineered winter" short term toxic cool-downs. The paradox is this, every climate intervention that the climate engineers carry out makes the overall warming of the planet worse, not better. The Geoengineers are destroying the ozone layer, disrupting the hydrological cycle, fueling forest fires, and contaminating the entire planet in the process. 2016 will be the third record shattering hot year in a row and this record will occur in spite of the fact that "official" agencies are UNDERREPORTING high temperatures, not exaggerating them.
The meltdown of the polar region is of especially grave concern. The bright red zones at the top of this Temperature Anomaly map clearly reveals the ongoing Arctic meltdown. Massive formerly frozen methane deposits are now rapidly thawing and releasing. These methane releases may soon determine our collective fate, climate intervention programs are making the methane releases worse overall, not better.

Headlines from Siberia reveal an incident of uniformly spherical "ice boulders" suddenly washing up on the shores of Nyda, Russia. Are we to believe this is only an "act of nature" as "official sources" have told us?

Why would the "ice boulders" occur with Arctic sea ice at record low levels? Why would perfectly spherical "ice balls" occur at all? 2012 was the previous record Arctic ice low for this time of year, 2016 has shattered that former record.
Why would such formations occur from the record warm Arctic Ocean? Sea temperatures in some zones of the Arctic Ocean are as much as 25 degrees above the 30 year average. This average was taken from 1981-2011, when the ocean temperatures were already warmer than the pre-industrial era.
Why are governments and media doing all they can to hide the reality of the record warm Arctic from the public? There are many reasons, none of them are benevolent. Temperatures in the polar regions are going completely off the charts as the "departure from normal temperature" map below makes clear.
Siberia is undergoing massive engineered cooling assaults, but the extremely rapid warming of the planet is undeniable and climate engineering is helping to fuel the overall fire. Are the climate engineers trying desperately to reduce the methane "blowouts" that are occurring in Siberia due to rapidly thawing methane permafrost deposits? Whatever the case, the short term engineered (and highly toxic) cool-downs come at the cost of a worsened overall warming.

Again, the "experts" tell us that the "ice boulder" phenomenon is a "natural" occurrence. But if this is so, why is there no long term historical record (or pre 1945 photographs) of this phenomenon occurring? There is no such long term record (pre 1945) because the ridiculously uniform "ice boulders" are absolutely not natural. The climate engineeres became very active in the polar regions immediately after the end of WWll, historical data confirms this fact. Again, about the ice anomalies being "natural, the "experts" are simply lying, as they are paid to do. We are all swimming in a sea of lies and deception that is propagated by countless individuals in academia, media, and "official sources", who have completely betrayed humanity in exchange for a paycheck and a pension. When will the population reactivate their sense of sanity and reason? When will the population recognize that our geoengineered skies should not look like they do? When will the population face the fact that steel structure high-rise buildings (building 7 on 911) don't just fall down because of an office furniture fire on the lower floors? All around the globe, extreme, destructive, and unprecedented "frozen precipitation" events are occurring. A great many of these events begin at temperature ranges far above the freezing point (though temperatures on the ground can drop precipitously as the nucleation process unfolds). Why? Most have never heard of "chemical ice nucleation for weather modification", but patents exist for this process and the Chinese government has long since admitted to engineering frozen precipitation events. The 90 second video below is astounding, a 200 foot wide river of ice flowing through the Saudi desert on November 2nd, 2015.
Extreme hail events are happening with alarming frequency, often in the most unlikely locations where such storms have not historically occurred.

Below is a shocking photo of "ice balls" piled up on the shores of Lake Michigan. Why is there no long term historical record of such a profound phenomenon? Chemical ice nucleating materials form a central core of ice that builds up around itself. The motion of the waves then contribute to the spherical shape.
"Ice balls" have formed and accumulated on Lake Michigan in the last few years, why? Such "ice balls" have even formed on lake water that was 40 degrees, how is this possible at temperatures far above the normal freezing point? Without chemical ice nucleation, it isn't possible.
What is occurring on the shores of distant seas? Yet more "ice balls" have appeared in recent years.
"Ice balls" on the Baltic Coast in Northern Poland. "Official" sources say this recent unprecedented phenomenon is just "natural", are we to believe them?
Other European countries are noting the same phenomenon.

How natural do these "ice pancakes" look in the photo below?
CNN news called these "ice pancakes" "mysterious". This phenomenon has also been observed on various lakes and rivers in recent years. It is the extreme uniformity of these formations that separates them from any natural phenomenon. Chemical nucleation materials are the core causal factor that produce the recent rash of profound ice formations.
"Freezing rain" has now become commonplace. Extreme "ice storms" are wreaking havoc all over the globe. Depending on atmospheric conditions and temperatures, precipitation from storms that have been sprayed with chemical ice nucleating materials can reach the ground before actually freezing.

Where can the most profound chemical ice nucleation examples be seen? The satellite photos below show completely unnatural ice formation structures on the Arctic ocean, September 15th, 2015. Arctic ocean temperatures have persisted at record high levels and the warming continues to worsen. Why would ice form in open water under such conditions, and in a manner that is completely different than the normal ice pack winter expansion? And all this during a year that has had record warmth and record ice melt in the Arctic? Surface ice formation on record warm seas worsens the overall warming by trapping the heat below.

Even into November, 2015, astoundingly high ocean temperatures have persisted and continue to shatter records. The map below clearly shows that sea surface temperatures were as much as 24.7 degrees ABOVE NORMAL in the Arctic ocean on November 7, 2015.
The excerpt below was taken from a recently posted Article from "Arctic News", it should be read carefully. Arctic news describes the effects of atmospheric particulates (primarily from geoengineering which Arctic news refuses to admit to). They then state clearly the negative overall effects of these particulates (again, a result of geoengineering). And at the end of the article from which this excerpt was taken, Arctic News and the Arctic Methane Emergency Group calls for global geoengineering to be deployed immediately, as if it has not already been going on for over 6 decades in clear view and causing catastrophic effects. We must all diligently "sift the baby from the bathwater" so to speak. Though the front line data from Arctic news is accurate and verifiable from other sources, their constant call for geoegineering to commence is extremely alarming.
Aerosols
Particulates, in particular sulfate, can provide short-term cooling of the sea surface. Large amounts of sulfate are emitted from industrial areas in the east of North America and in East Asia. On the Northern Hemisphere, the Coriolis effect makes that such emissions will typically reach areas over the nearby ocean to the east of such industrial areas, resulting in the sea surface there being cooled substantially, until the particulates have fallen out of the sky. Since the sulfate is emitted on an ongoing basis, the cooling effect continues without much interruption.
This sulfate has a cooling effect on areas of the sea surface where ocean currents are moving warm water toward the Arctic Ocean. Because the sea surface gets colder, there is less evaporation, and thus less heat transfer from the ocean to the atmosphere during the time it takes for the water to reach the Arctic Ocean. As a result, water below the sea surface remains warmer as it moves toward the Arctic Ocean.
Similarly, as illustrated by above image, sulfur dioxide emitted in industrial areas in North America and East Asia can extend over the oceans, cooling the surface water of currents that are moving water toward the Arctic Ocean.
So the overall conclusion from Arctic News is that the atmospheric particulates are making a bad situation worse, not better. Yet, they continue to call for geoengineering deployment as if that is not the source of "atmospheric pollution" they have just condemned.
Below is a recent satellite photo of the sea surface off the coast of Greenland. Again we see an extremely anomalous and unprecedented pattern of ice formations like those shown earlier in this article. The massive chemical ice nucleation efforts in the Arctic, by the geoengineers, is undeniable.
The AccuWeather "forecast" (scheduled weather) for November 16-20, 2015, shows snow with a daytime high of 59 degrees and a night time low of 40 degrees. Why?
In the next map, we see snow again called for on the 22nd with the same temperatures as the earlier forecast, yet, on the 25th only rain is called for with much colder low temperatures? Snow is now often reported at temperatures up to 50 degrees and even above, welcome to the world of chemical ice nucleation. As previously mentioned, there are patents for such processes, and again, the Chinese scientists have openly admitted their programs to create engineered snow storms.
What scenario are the geoengineers creating in the US with their chemical ice nucleated cool-downs? The exact antithesis of what has been the case in the US for the previous 3 winters. The extreme scenario shown in the most current NOAA map below is historically unprecedented, but in recent years has become the norm.
The "scheduled" weather from the geoengineers is for temperatures to be up to 20 degrees below normal in the West, and 20 or more degrees above normal in the East.
Chemical ice nucleation of storms and precipitation does create a cold dense layer of air on the ground level that can drastically lower temperatures temporarily. But what is the overall cost? A decimated climate system, a worsened overall warming of the planet, and total contamination of the atmosphere and surface of our planet (due to the highly toxic fallout from the climate engineering programs). If you think your winter weather is natural, think again. Exposing the ongoing climate engineering insanity is challenge we must all face head on, make your voice heard in this battle. Crushing El Niño, Engineering Winter From Warmth

"Winter storm Kayla" is the latest creation from the climate engineering cabal that now controls Earth's life support systems (following "winter storm Jonas"). There is no longer any weather that can be considered "natural", the entire climate system has long since been completely derailed. Is it just a coincidence that the engineered winter weather is timed with the Iowa Caucus?
The power structure controlled script reading weather forecasting agencies like The Weather Channel somehow know almost a week ahead of time that "winter storm Kayla" would form and take this exact track. This is not weather forecasting, it is the scheduled weather.
What were the predictions for the "Mega El Niño?
The 2015-2016 "winter weather" has so far been very different than what was predicted and from what should have been given the extreme El Niño event.
How can "Kayla" be a "winter storm" at all with record or near record warm temperatures (and tornados) predicted a short distance from the center of the snow storm?
The moisture for "winter storm Kayla" is being pumped right out of the record warm Gulf of Mexico.
Exactly how far above average will the temperatures be at the height of this latest engineered "winter storm"? The glaring contrast of extremes in the map below are beyond alarming.
Polar opposite temperature extremes like those reflected in the map above are historically unprecedented prior to recent years.
Warm flows of moisture coming from the south will be chemically nucleated to create concentrated pockets of "heavy wet snow" in the more heavily populated locations. The desired "winter weather" headlines will be achieved in spite of record warm temperatures in a very close proximity.
Widespread areas of very light snowfall also helps the climate engineers create the desired climate confusion in a rapidly warming world.
Take a good look at the radar map below. Snow is falling in northern Baja and northern Mexico while it is raining in the northernmost tip of Maine, US. Chemical ice nucleation processes can create frozen precipitation/snow under a wide variety of conditions. The Chinese were open about chemically nucleating snowstorms until they inflicted major damage to Beijing. The chemical nucleation process also produces a cold dense layer of air which descends to ground level and temporarily lowers temperature readings.
Snow elevations are generally no longer referred to, due to the engineered winter weather characteristics. Power structure controlled meteorologists now refer to the "warm side of the winter storm" and the "cold side of the winter storm". How clearly wrong can this equation be?
So, what happened to the "Mega El Niño"? Massive atmospheric spraying is drying up and migrating moisture across the US West, again.
As has been the case for so many previous years, the center of the below normal bullseye is directly over areas of California that are already immersed in epic and unprecedented engineered drought conditions.
Headlines of abundant snow in selected locations of California have caused many to conclude that the parched US West was getting all the needed rain. In an overall context, this is an absolute lie. Carefully crafted headlines have hidden the fact that the primary reservoirs in California have barely raised at all. The climate engineering/solar radiation management spraying of atmospheric particulates has countless negative impacts on precipitation. These particulates not only diminish and disperse overall rainfall, but the particles greatly reduce the "orographic enhancement" effect usually caused by topography. What does this mean? Rainfall/snow amounts should double or triple as storms move over mountainous zones. This is now all too often not occurring due to the atmospheric particulate saturation.
The latest US Drought Monitor Map clearly shows the record drought conditions are still present.
The drought in the US West (and in so many other parts of the world), is a result of climate engineering. No matter what one chooses to conclude is the motive or agenda behind the geoengineering programs, the impacts cannot be rationally or scientifically denied. "Winter storm Kayla" is also a direct result of the ongoing climate engineering insanity. Who gave the weather makers the right to wreak havoc on our planet? Geoengineered Mass Distraction, “Winter Storm Jonas”

The total desperation of the the global power structure and the geoengineers is manifesting into ever higher levels. There is no question that global climate engineering is a weapon mass destruction, but it must be considered (and remembered) that weather/modification (AKA weather warfare) is also a weapon of mass distraction. What are those in power trying so desperately to hide? Much more than the public wants to know or is willing to accept (on many fronts). The massive corporate media hype about "winter storm Jonas" started immediately before the global release of headlines like the one below from The Washington Post.
It's Official: 2015 "Smashed" Global Temperature Records, It Wasn't Even Close
Let's rewind almost exactly one year from the headline above, and move to a previous headline (also from The Washington Post) that is a near mirror image of this year's headlines.
It's Official, 2014 Was The Hottest Year In Recorded History
What were the weather-makers up to after this headline was released around the globe from countless media sources a year ago? The same thing they are doing right now with "winter storm Jonas". They were doing their best to completely eclipse dire news stories by manufacturing "winter storm Juno" in January of 2015. How parallel can these two scenarios be?
What else is the massive media hype about "winter storm Jonas" helping to hide? The global economy is crashing and it's not coming back. This is not a bump in the road for industrialized society, it is the descent to the end of the road. The delusion is shattering, perpetual expansion on a finite planet with finite resources was never sustainable and it is reaching its breaking point. Global shipping is skidding to a halt, economies around the globe will follow. There are many other headlines those in power would like to hide including the poising of the population in Flint, Michigan and the rapidly worsening gas leak disaster in Southern California. And then of course there is the ongoing Fukushima cataclysm which continues to worsen and which those in power wish to obscure with headlines of mass distraction.
Back to "winter storm Jonas", how engineered is it? Completely. If you don't believe winter storms can be engineered, think again. The power structure controlled "Weather Channel" has been tasked with hyping the manufactured winter weather to the maximum degree possible. One of the ways The Weather Channel accomplishes this is by assigning theatrical names to the engineered winter weather. The 2015-2016 list of "winter storm" names is below.
The beginning of "winter storm Jonas" is documented in the map below. On the so called "warm side" of the "winter storm" there were temperatures in the 70s with a threat of tornados and thunderstorms. Then, heading further into the chemically ice nucleated "winter storm", there is a transition zone where the chemically nucleated materials reach the ground before freezing. These "ice storm" zones have now become the norm due to the constant engineering of "winter weather" events. Still farther into the chemically nucleated "snow storm", a layer of cooler dense air builds in depth (from the cooling endothermic reaction of the nucleating materials), the generally large flakes of "heavy wet snow" begin to form and fall. Thundersnow" is related to the chemical nucleation of warmer convective rain bands that would not have produced frozen precipitation without the artificial/chemical nucleation process. Those that don't believe jet aircraft are spraying in our skies, (as part of the ongoing global climate engineering programs) have simply not objectively investigated. Though the western powers continue to completely deny the ongoing climate engineering, China has openly admitted to engineering snowstorms in the past, though they have since also gone covert with their operations.
The low pressure center and moisture feed for "winter storm Jonas" (shown in the map below) is feeding directly off of record warm oceans. The Weather Channel actors that masquerade as meteorologists are having an ever more difficult time covering the tracks of the geeoengineers. Watching them try to explain away the "warm side" of the "winter storm" (complete with thunderstorms and tornados) is troubling. Weather systems are being chemically ice nucleated all over the globe.
As "Jonas" is migrated north toward its target area, the chemically nucleated "ice storm" zones will expand and likely do significant damage as reflected in the graphic below.
The next forecast map below shows "Jonas" hitting home Saturday morning. With the warm flow of moisture coming off the Atlantic the temperatures along the coast are far above freezing. As outlined earlier, there is an "ice storm" transition zone where the chemical nucleation materials are still reaching the ground before freezing. Further into the "winter storm" (as the chemical nucleating materials are sprayed over the precipitation cells), some cooler air accumulates from the chemically reacting materials and thus facilitates the formation of the "heavy wet snow". The headlines of mass distraction sought by the power structure and the geoengineers are thus achieved. The "snow line" within the engineered winter storms now has little to do with elevation, rather, it is related to a particular side of the "winter storm"(the "warm" or the "cold" side). Winter Storms With Record Heat, What’s Wrong With This Picture?

As strong plumes of moisture flow in off of the record warm Pacific ocean, heavy aerosol spraying of chemical ice nucleating materials begin the cool-down that is paving the way for "winter storm Ferus", the latest creation from the climate engineering cabal. The combination satellite radar image below reveals the flow of Pacific moisture over the Western US. It also reveals the extremely long plume of moisture and aerosolized cloud cover spanning from far out into the Eastern Pacific, all the way to Greenland. The brighter the white of the cloud cover, the more aerosolized it is.
The composition of the ever expanding aerosolized cloud canopies are very different than natural cloud formations. Some "streaking" can be seen on the image above from the constant aerosol dispersions.
The aerosolization/chemical nucleation process (causing an endothermic reaction) dries up much of the moisture and scatters it over a much broader area. What is the result? A "winter snow storm" from a flow of moisture that originated over record warm ocean temperatures of the Pacific. The completely engineered weather "whack-a-mole" is winding up with "winter storm Ajax" In recent years, the naming of "winter storms" adds to the geoengineered winter weather theater that is the last ditch effort of the power structure to mask the severity of the rapidly accelerating global meltdown. In order to achieve the jet stream manipulated temporary chemical cool-downs, the overall warming of the planet is further worsened. Even if you know nothing about meteorology, the "temperature departure from average" map below should look anomalous. The radical inconsistencies are historically unprecedented.
Record shattering warmth in the oceans and an extreme band of warmth from the Gulf of Mexico all the way to the Arctic, yet, "winter storm Ajax" magically materializes over the western US.
The "daily average" temperature map below further clarifies the anomalous chemical cool-down down in the western US while surrounding temperatures are much warmer.
The overall area of "cool zones" on our planet are getting rapidly smaller.

Any areas of moisture are heavily sprayed with atmospheric aerosols. The excess of cloud condensation nuclei then help to scatter available moisture into vast expanses of rainless and often amorphous cloud canopy (solar radiation management). The Frankentides are Coming — US East Coast to See Season of Flooding From El Nino + Sea Level Rise This Winter

According to preliminary reports from NOAA, this Fall, Winter and Spring will likely bring an abnormal number of flooding tides to the US East Coast. These emperor and king tides are primarily driven by sea level rise — a knock on impact of human-forced warming. But during an El Nino year, as with this year, wind patterns along the East Coast tend to drive tides even higher. At El Nino times, lows tend to form off the US East Coast. These lows tend to generate a consistent northeasterly wind that pushes against the northward flow of the Gulf Stream. This action reduces the Gulf Stream’s ability to pull water away from our shores, and some of that water rebounds against the US East Coast.
During a normal year, this would somewhat increase the height of East Coast tides. But, due to Greenland melt pumping fresh water into the North Atlantic, the heat and salt driven circulation that generates the Gulf Stream is weakening (See Signs of Gulf Stream Weakening). So this year’s series of El Nino lows are forming over seas that are already rebounding against the US East Coast. Engineering Winter, The Increasing Desperation Of The Weather-Makers

The climate engineers are increasingly desperate to mask the true extent of planetary meltdown by creating short term extreme chemical cool-downs. In recent winters the geoengineers kept most of their focus on the Eastern US. Boston was the target for headlines in the winter of 2014-2015. In the next map the sporadic spotting of frozen precipitation is telling. Rain in northern Montana and snow in south central Arizona. Chemical ice nucleating materials sprayed over storm precipitation can and do turn what should have fallen as rain, into snow. The Chinese government has openly disclosed this practice. The nucleation process creates a cold dense layer of air which sinks, builds up on the ground, and eventually lowers the mercury. This is a temporary effect, but it produces the desired headlines and deception in regard to the overall picture.
The Nov. 4, 2015, map below shows extensive radio frequency/microwave transmission impacts which are clearly visible in the moisture flows feeding the engineered western winter event.
On the evening of November 4th, 2015, corporate media (like the Weather Channel) were trumpeting the big winter storm in the West. Does the next map below reflect true winter snow storm temperatures? There is only one temperature reading on the entire map that is even at the freezing mark, and that is not where the snow is falling. The majority of the map shows record or near record highs for a 6 pm temperature reading for November 4th. The Taos New Mexico report below shows possible snow showers for Thursday November 5th at a temperature of 41 degrees. Why would it snow at 41 degrees?
Let's go North to Montana where snow showers can apparently occur at 43 degrees after rain at 41 degrees.
This is the latest NOAA extended "forecast" (scheduled weather) map. It is important to remember that private defense contractor (and geoengineering entity) Raytheon, does all the weather modeling for NOAA (whose personnel are all under a federal "gag order" along with all NWS employees). This is yet another ridiculously unprecedented scenario showing conditions that are unbelievably out of balance. Record high temperatures in the East are expected to continue in some regions until mid November.
What did it look like for most of the last three winters? The exact opposite of what is occurring at this time. The East was put under the big chill while the West was fried. The geoengineers can only cover so much area with their jet stream manipulated chemical cool-downs. The size of those areas is shrinking as the planet continues to warm.
The map below is especially astounding and documents a very tragic event that occurred on October 4th, 2013.
Take a good look at the temperatures on the map above, they are as a whole, very high. The small cool section is a huge departure from the rest of the country, but still there are no below freezing temperatures shown. Yet, this map documented a snowstorm in South Dakota that killed up to 100,000 cows, how is that possible when temperatures were almost 90 degrees in regions surrounding the event? I captured the temperature map above before it was taken offline, the map reflects another example of engineered winter.
The next map shows the "departure from normal high temperatures" for a 2 year period from 2013 to 2015. The constantly engineered cooling Eastern North America is evident. It has been the most anomalously below normal zone in the entire world since 2013 (2012 was the warmest year ever recorded in the US). What happened? The geoengineering assault was ramped up to new highs. Temporary toxic cooling at the cost of a worsened overall warming.

Climate Engineering, El Niño And The Bizarre “Scheduled Weather” For The Coming Winter In The US

"Forecasters" are now trumpeting the arrival of a "Godzilla" El Niño event, but somehow they seem to already know that there will be no relief for the epic California drought (which can be directly linked to the ongoing climate engineering insanity). How can such a prediction be made so early on? Ocean temperatures in the Eastern Pacific are at record shattering high levels, why wouldn't this translate into more rain for the now empty reservoirs in Northern California?
The El Niño pattern has been trying to form since 2007 but has been repeatedly suppressed by what meteorologists have coined as "the ridiculously resilient ridge" of constant high pressure over the US west coast. Was this rain starving scenario the result of the climate engineers and their aggressive effort to suppress El Niño formation in a destructive attempt to hold the lid on soaring global temperatures?
The Eastern Pacific (off of the US west coast) is constantly the target of massive aerosol spraying operations as shown in the image below. Is "solar radiation management" the only goal of this spraying, or are the known drought causing impacts of atmospheric aerosol saturation and ionosphere heater high pressure zones a desired outcome for the geoengineers? The electrically conductive heavy metals being sprayed enhances the effectiveness of ionosphere heater installations (like HAARP) which would then increase the weather-makers ability to create and maintain consistent zones of high pressure. What does a completely sprayed Eastern Pacific look like on a radar map? The reflective metals show up like precipitation when there is none, the radar image below is a glaring example.
Climate engineering is about power and control, and about hiding the severity of climate damage already done (while doing even more damage at the same time) from a population that so far has not wanted to face the truth in the first place. The climate engineers have managed to keep the Eastern US cooler than average for almost three years in spite of a record warm world. Why? To help manipulate the perception of the US population. How anomalous has the Eastern US cool-down been? The map below covers "departure from normal high temperatures" for a two year period from 2013 to 2015, this is clear as it gets.
What should the expected impacts should be in the US for a strong El Niño Event?
With a potential record El Niño, abundant precipitation should show up in California with overall temperatures pushed from above normal to far above normal throughout the US. Higher temperatures should be especially prevalent given the fact that our planet is free falling into a state of total meltdown. All this being said, how is it some of the latest "forecasts" call for the US West to continue frying into the fall with little to no rain and with wildfires still raging? And with predicted snowfall further inland?
Next, given the fact that we have a record warm world, record warm oceans surrounding the US, a record El Niño, and predictions of above normal highs in the Northern US, how can it be possible for winter predictions of a "below average" temperature band to run right through the US from Southern California, to the Gulf Coast, to New York, covering some of the most heavily populated zones of the country? The "forecast map" below should be carefully examined.
Other maps (below) use terms like "wintry battle zone" to describe their predictions for the southern states (in spite of the record warm condition of our planet already noted). The map below also states there may be "above normal" snow in spite of warmer temperatures, who is making and running the weather forecast industry?
Continuously cooling down heavily populated regions of the US is about engineering public perception for as long as possible. In regard to weather forecasting, with few exceptions, the global power structure owns it all. The Rothschilds own much of the industry where the very defense industry contractors that are heavily involved in the climate engineering insanity actually supply the weather modeling "predictions" for government agencies like The National Weather Service and NOAA. The Weather Channel is owned by multinational corporations that are a core part of the global power cabal. Meteorologists are (with few exceptions) paid liars who are simply reading scripts. Their job is to convince the population that the completely engineered climate is just "natural weather". Their job is to convince the population that "mostly sunny" predictions that involve the sprayed-out skies we are all subjected to is just normal. Their job is to cover the tracks of the criminal climate engineering insanity. Anyone that contributes to such a cover-up in exchange for a paycheck and a pension should be considered a criminal accomplice to the geoengineering crimes. When the Weather Channel is not busy covering for the geoengineers, they now simply show countless reality shows in order to altogether avoid actually covering the engineered weather. So how about those predicted cold zones which are surrounded by record warm oceans and a record warm world? Welcome to engineered snow storms. The Chinese openly announced their practice of engineering snow storms out of what should have been rain until they did a billion dollars of damage to Beijing, does anyone believe our government does not know how to do the same?
With enough atmospheric moisture the geoengineers can produce snowstorms under a wide variety of conditions. The July 2015 snowstorm in Jackson Hole Wyoming is one of many examples. The extra moisture from El Niño will be used for the chemical cool-downs already scheduled for the US this winter. As the planetary meltdown accelerates, the Arctic continues to melt and glaciers continue to disintegrate around the world, the climate engineers are becoming increasingly desperate and blatant in their aggressive planetary assault. Fish are dying off all over the globe in bodies of fresh water and oceans. There are of course many underlying causes, but what part may the ongoing climate engineering contamination play in this equation? The eastern half of the US lower 48 states has been pounded with engineered "winter" storms over and over in recent years. A major part of the geoengineering process related to these storms is the artificial/chemical ice nucleation process. Snow now generally has nothing to do with elevation, rather, the "heavy wet snow" is focused where most of the moisture is. Massive amounts of moisture are necessary for the chemical ice nucleation process which transforms what should have been rain into snow due to the endothermic reaction it induces. This also lowers the temperatures on the ground as the more dense chemically cooled air (created from the nucleation process) sinks to ground level. The layer of cold air is very shallow, but it does lower the temperatures enough to produce the desired headlines.

How much influence do the geoengineers have over our precipitation? They have much more influence than most people would believe. This sort of scenario is happening around the globe, one example follows. From about the early afternoon on December 11th, the rain northeast of Redding, California, slowed to a near stop inspite of much moisture still being visible on the radar map (the blue pin on the map is Redding). By 4pm it basically stopped even though there was still lots of moisture visible on the radar moving over Redding. The map below was taken at 7pm on December 11th. Still lots of moisture and rain visible on radar, it should have been raining significantly Northeast of Redding (especially due to the direction of the rain and the mountains that rise up in front of the approaching rain), yet, still nothing but an occasional drip in spite of what the image below shows. Why?
Because the climate engineers are ice nucleating north east of Redding in order to create a few wintery headlines. The chemical ice nucleation process causes an endothermic reaction and “dries up” much of the moisture (and keeps it migrating) though it does chemically cool things down a bit below the clouds and can begin to artificially nucleate snow even at higher than freezing temperatures which eventually drops the mercury further. Look at the patches of rain in the radar map above that stretch all the way to Montana. Now take a look at the “departure from normal temperature map” below and note the fact the temperatures north east of California were some 25 degrees above normal in places today (December 11th) and are expected to be even warmer tomorrow (December 12th). The moisture flowing in from the south of Redding was very warm subtropical moisture, snow levels in the Sierra were at 9000 feet on the 11th. So why did the rain suddenly diminish and the “heavy wet snow” appear in some regions? For the reasons outlined above. With enough moisture and enough chemical ice nucleation, the snow levels in the Sierras will also eventually drop near the tail end of this stream of moisture. The world is rapidly heating and the attempt to hide this fact from public view and comprehension with totally out of control climate engineering is only making the climate situation far worse while poisoning the entire planet in the process.
