Free-Market Analysis: Al Gore is back at it again. One of the best-known climate doomsters is apparently on the hustings once again, and for various reasons that we will mention in this analysis, his reappearance is disturbing, indeed.
At a time when the charlatans behind global warming are losing both credibility and lawsuits, Gore nonetheless steps up, providing easily manipulated audiences with a broad gamut of faux-facts.

To those attending the Folk Alliance International conference, he noted examples of flooding in locations both remote and closer to home, such as in Manitou Springs, Colo., where high water barreled down mountain highways last year, carrying cars along with it.
“They had never seen anything like this in Manitou Springs,” Gore said. He cited the possibility of how flooding in Pakistan could destabilize that country, a nuclear power, and the possible effect that continuing drought in California might have on the world’s food supply.
“Think about that,” he said. “The Dust Bowl is coming back, quickly, unless we act.” Gore presented animation from his 2006 film depicting water pushing into the streets of lower Manhattan — much mocked at the time, Gore said — followed by images of water filling New York City subway tunnels during Hurricane Sandy in October 2012.
Gore conceded the possible fatigue some may have with his warnings, as well as the possible sense of powerlessness as to what any one individual can do to affect what appear to be vast, unchangeable trends. “Do we really have to do this and — if the answer is yes — can we do it?”
… Gore urged those in attendance to write songs and spread a renewable energy message “all over this land.” Folk music, he added, “played a positive role in resolving the central question in civil rights, as to what was truly right and truly wrong.”
The reason that Gore’s reemergence is disturbing has little to do with him and much to do with what seems increasingly obvious: That the world’s globalist elites have developed weather-manipulation technology and are quite serious about deploying it.
HAARP facilities – apparently there are at least three of them now – are the most obvious culprits in this matter. It is apparently not difficult to super-heat air at high altitude and thus disrupt natural weather conditions causing either more or less precipitation. Over time this can give way to droughts or floods.
Jesse Ventura in one of his “Conspiracy Theory” television episodes attempted to visit a HAARP facility but was turned away. US officials are evidently quite secretive about what’s going on at HAARP, even though the public explanation regarding HAARP focuses on purely scientific research.
Nonetheless, the US government has filed hundreds of patents regarding weather manipulation; meanwhile, the ever-vigilant and suspicious alternative media has questioned numerous recent weather catastrophes.
Global warming may be hard to produce; not so “climate change.” If indeed the power elite has embarked on a deliberate campaign of climate change (to support various kinds of economic manipulations), then it makes sense to send one of the world’s best known drummers back out onto the circuit. Gore’s reemergence may coincide with a renewed effort to reignite this dangerous meme.
Again, we understand the above constitutes a kind of “loony talk” (though in this era of NSA revelations, less so than previously). But the resolution of such questions would be simple. The US government could simply open up the doors of HAARP to explain the kind of purely scientific research that goes on there.
This sort of simple and powerful action could also put to rest the controversy over the amount of gold the US Treasury has on hand in places like Fort Knox. Again, the answer is easy enough: Simply open up the doors and let people see for themselves.

Greetings All, (1) Not long ago an expert was published on this site with a list of HAARP (type) known locations. Also the mobile land and SBX ocean systems have been mentioned here often. To live in belief that there are three HAARP systems on earth, does beg certain question regarding journalistic intent. (?)
(2) With hands on life experience in the development of arrays, I can assure you that as with any technology there is change with time. This program has been an agenda for military and depopulation usage from its start by Technocratic funders. Anyone that tells you less, has not done the research and should not weigh in. There are many, many arrays. They may have a different look. Many have a different structural design, thus a different name. They still work within the panoply of potentialities that we generically, here in the west, call “HAARP”.
(3) Heat is exactly what radiant energy begets. Hence the label RADIATION… You do not use 3.5 Giga Watts of energy focused into a narrow beacon without an obvious action -reaction. ( NEXRAD, NEXGEN, and even old school TWDR “Radar” produce heat!

I don’t disagree with Al Gore’s basic premise that we ARE indeed experiencing a catastrophic increase in global temperatures. I just disagree with his “solutions”.
One of the most effective strategies in the Eastern martial arts traditions is to use the opponent’s strength against them. I think Al Gore should be tracked everywhere he speaks, and have several persons in the audience with prepared questions as related to Geoengineering issues such as HAARP and chemtrail activities. Mr. Gore, like many other such shills for international control, nearly always includes a question and answer session after his talk is delivered. Use these seminars and public meetings to expose these liars for the frauds they actually are. Do this coherently, intelligently, and repeatedly, until they either shut up or the public makes them go away to never never land…

Even though the top geoengineer, i.e. David Keith claims there have been no studies to determine the effects on humans from the inhalation of aero soled metals, there indeed seems to have been many studies. You can find them online. One in particular I looked at compared the adverse effect on rats from inhaling coarse particulates as opposed to fine particulates. It was determined the finer the particulate the deeper embedded they became in lung tissue. It was also determined that introducing ozone gas into the equation enhanced the damage. It was also determined that the breakdown of inhaled bacteria produces endotoxins that cause immediate damage. In this experiment on rats their endurance on the wheel was immediately reduced by 40% upon this breakdown. To me it seems the damage being inflicted is not only intentional but calculated. Hi Chris, Just wondering how you would know HAARP hasn’t been used to ‘super heat’ the air? Are you in some way involved with the program or employed in the military department experimenting with this that you can be so sure? As I understand it that’s what ionospheric heaters do- superheat the atmosphere- that’s the explanation stated in the patents for it, I believe. Also, what do you think nuking the atmosphere to try and eliminate the methane will do? My guess would be– heat the atmosphere to absurd temps- not a good choice I’m afraid. Better rethink that one my friend.

I think a bit of madness has got to you here. I think your a smart guy, and there is no doubt that governments have been doing lots of things to combat climate change, but thats it, THAT is what they are trying to do, stop the world from ending. Haarp hasnt been used to ‘super heat’ the air, it’s being used to break down methane over the arctic – unfortunately, its a battle we seem to have lost.
