Hiding the severity and immediacy of countless converging catastrophes from populations (until the last possible moment) remains a top priority for the global power structure. The NOAA "departure from normal high temperatures" map below covers the period from October 16th through the 20th. NOAA modeling is done by private defense/geoengineering contractor, Raytheon, thus their "forecasts" amount to the scheduled weather. Every color tier reflects a 2-3 degree "departure from normal" to the high side or low side, depending on the color hue. If the profound imbalance of temperatures shown in this map does not alarm you, it should. While record high temperatures are being set throughout much of the country (and the world as a whole), the US West Coast and parts of Alaska are temporarily (and toxically) cooled off by a massive plume of moisture (snow is even falling in the Western US). Atmospheric aerosol spraying (including chemical ice nucleation elements) are being dispersed by jet aircraft as the ongoing climate engineering operations further derail Earth's weather and life support systems.
Record setting high, summer like, temperatures will continue into the week for much of the US.
At the same time that record high temperatures being set in so much of the US, snow is miraculously falling in other parts of the lower 48 states. Snow is occurring (due to chemical ice nucleating elements) in some locations in spite of above freezing temperatures and in spite of warmer flows of moisture off of the record warm Pacific Ocean. Snow (shown in blue on the map below) is cleary showing up across the Western US.
As the climate engineers continue to force the climate system to ever greater extremes of temperature imbalances, the biosphere's ability to cope is rapidly breaking down. In addition to the temperature extremes, there is the issue of the highly toxic geoengineering/solar radiation management fallout that is contaminating the entire surface of the planet and every breath we take. The "departure from normal high temperature" map below reflects variances from "normal" temperatures in degrees Fahrenheit. These imbalances are already far beyond extreme and growing worse rapidly.
As the moisture flows in from the coast, the air masses below it are cooled by the aerosol/ice nucleating dispersions already mentioned (chemical ice nucleated events are occuring all over the globe). The same aerosols (which are manipulated with radio frequency transmissions) have the effect of scattering the moisture into vast expanses of largely rainless cloud cover. This is the stated goal of solar radiation management (SRM). The sun blocking aerosolized clouds, of course, also trap heat (in addition to countless other negative effects) which further fuels the overall planetary meltdown. The planet is already warming at a "runaway" pace with nightime low temperatures rising even faster than daytime highs. The brighter the white of the cloud cover shown in the combination satellite radar image shown below, the more aerosolized the cloud cover is.
The constant aerosol saturation of the moisture flows, as they approach from the west, continues to rob desperately needed rain from California. The US Drought Monitor map below does not begin to reflect the true severity of the drought and the decimation it is causing.
Why are National Weather Service and NOAA employees completely completely mute on the subject of climate engineering? Illegal federal gag orders have ensured their silence. Global climate engineering is weather warfare, and biological warfare, nothing less. Geoengineering is not mitigating the overall planetary warming, it is actually fueling it. In their increasingly desperate attempt to mask the unfolding climate crisis from the public, the climate engineers are tearing Earth's life support systems apart. “Weather Made To Order”, Connecting The Dots

Geoengineeringwatch.org recently acquired 2 excellent condition original copies of "Collier's" magazine from May of 1954. The title on the cover of the 61 year old magazine is "Weather Made To Order….. Man's Progress In Weather Control" (our previous post from a 1958 edition of Popular Science, "Weather As A Weapon" is also important to examine). This kind of straightforward reporting on the issue of global climate modification (geoengineering/solar radiation management) has long since been shut down in mainstream publications. Though global weather modification and weather warfare has been going on in plain site and at a significant scale for over 70 years. The "official" narrative now is that programs of such magnitude are only "proposals". This false narrative is propagated by all those in corporate media and academic circles that are paid to deny the ongoing and blatantly obvious atrocities occurring in skies around the globe. The so called "experts" are all too invested in the denial of climate engineering to turn back, so they just keep doubling down on the lie that it does not exist.

Even more astounding than this "official" denial, is the public's willingness to accept the "official" narrative and thus ignore their own eyes and their own sense of deductive reasoning. In spite of countless up-close film clips of jet aircraft spraying at altitude (turning the spray dispersion on and off), in spite of countless incriminating documents including US military reports like "Owning The Weather", also recent congressional documents for the governance of geoengineering, a 750 page US senate historical documents addressing the ongoing global climate engineering, an extensive list of patents, and even half century old presidential reports on the rapidly expanding US government weather modification programs, the geoengineering elephant in the room continues to decimate the planet and all life with no organized public outrage as of yet. The present method of "modifying" a cloud is known as "seeding" because it consists of introducing into the cloud certain particles which collect moisture and fall to the ground as rain or snow. It is used to increase precipitation over any designated area.
How will we be able to prevent rain? … by overseeding a cloud.

… using weather as a weapon… Russia would be at a disadvantage in any "strategic weather warfare" because weather characteristically moves from west to east… weather – control planes operating from Western European bases might be able to deluge any selected area of Russia with heavy rain, disrupting lines of supply or movements of armored units by truck convoys and tanks to bog down in mud.
Attacking The Enemy's Food Supply
Weather modification might also be employed to strike at an enemy's food supply. Moisture clouds could be intercepted en route. over seeded and dried up, depriving crops of needed moisture.
Man may well be on the threshold of a new era in which he will disprove the adage that nothing can be done about the weather.

A Former Pilot Pushes Forward In The Battle To Stop Climate Engineering

Why Are They Spraying? Answers From An Insider
The interview transcript below is not new, though few have seen it. I first found and read it over a decade ago, but have waited until now to post it. Though there is, of course, no possible way to confirm the authenticity of the interview, the data is complex, articulate, and scientifically accurate in regard to specific verifiable points mentioned. This being said, we must also consider that this is the view of an insider. One that has accepted the rational of the spraying. There is an epidemic of big picture blindness that is rampant in the circles of government scientists. They are all "compartmentalized", they carry out their work in a bubble. I have previously recorded my communications with another geoengineering insider, part 1 and part 2. In these conversations, the rationalization of those involved with the spraying programs is all too evident. Their lack of knowledge regarding the overall consequences of the programs they have helped to orchestrate is also shockingly obvious.
They have all been trained to believe that it is not only man's right to interfere with nature, but his duty. It is this kind of thinking that has put us on the current course of mathematically certain near term extinction. We must change directions, beginning with fully exposing and halting the climate engineering insanity. The use of polymer fibers is one of the first issues addressed in the interview below. The recent rash of filament fallout incidents from the atmospheric spraying is of considerable concern. Webs have been utilized for biological experimentation going back as far as the 1960s. The insider either does not know about this fact or is unwilling to discuss it. There is a great deal of information presented in this interview transcript, but again, it is from an insider's perspective based on the information and conclusions he was given by the power structure he served. Speaking out about such programs is a lethal violation. Those who break their silence will be dealt with in the harshest imaginable fashion by agencies like the CIA and Homeland Security. Could Geoengineering Have Something To Do With My Failing Health?

It is widely suggested by doctors and scientists that all one needs in order to stay healthy is to eat a ‘balanced diet’. This idea is drummed into the public’s consciousness to such an extent as to constitute absolute truth. Fact is nothing could be further from the truth. In today’s overly toxic world, eating a balanced diet is toxic in itself. Consider that our food is grown using inorganic fertilizers which have been shown to precipitate into the walls of your arteries and joints as arteriosclerosis and arthritis… or in your brain as Alzheimer’s; or that pesticide and herbicide residues become trapped in your liver – giving rise to fatty degeneration and subsequent hypertension; or that genetically modified foods have been demonstrated to degrade your cell wall structures. Dangerous radiation is routinely used on vegetables as a decontaminant. American’s swill down high fructose corn syrup, derived from GMO corn by the barrel-full on a yearly basis, and it’s hidden in many condiments as well. These are just a few of the technological advances science has brought mankind, fueling the healthcare crisis that plagues this country by eroding its gross domestic product.

In order to fully grasp the seriousness of this problem, one need be mindful of the fact chemicals are ubiquitous. There are over 100,000 according to EPA estimates. The newest, most dangerous form of poisoning is happening in our skies – solar radiation management or chemical contrails, harmlessly labeled under the guise of geo-engineering. There is no escaping the grasp of the new religion known as science. The sad fact is that pseudo science today drives policy through consensus, not good science. Just like everything else in the New World Order, science has been monetized to the highest bidder. The most frightening part is that you and I have unwittingly become the scientist’s guinea pigs. The laboratory is planet earth and “science by consensus” is recklessly out of control. It’s no secret within the broader scientific community that “standards” established by establishment-scientific-researchers – the Jason Society – are awarded to the highest bidder. In an outcomes based world, this model is not only flawed, it is ethically and morally corrupt. Whether you believe chemically generated contrails exist or not is irrelevant. They exist, and the people who design and deliver them don’t care what you think…. they’re going to continue spraying these deadly aerosols despite what you say or do; you can be sure, since your taxes are paying for them, and the war on terror will continue long after you have moved on. American’s have become powerless as agents of change. You are faced with a choice, suffer the consequences or become pro-active. For those who disagree, the mantra “proceed at your own risk” and buyer-beware could not be more appropriate. For everyone else, protecting yourself starts now!
The two principle ingredients in these aerosols are barium (Ba) and aluminum (Al). Water-soluble barium salts are clearly toxic to human health. Water-soluble barium by far, carries the most risk. The main portals of entry for inhaled barium are the lungs and sinuses. This route allows direct access into the bloodstream, exposing red and white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin and organic iron to the oxidative effects of this dangerous substance. A thorough review on the importance of the blood vascular system is an exhaustive topic. Suffice to say, blood represents the substrate from which body tissues derive their nutrients – like fertile soil that provides the perfect medium for healthy and vibrant plant-life. Noxious chemicals in general, and heavy metals in particular degrade the quality of blood – their drying properties degrading the blood’s moisture content, increasing viscosity and driving up stroke risk. It’s been reported barium can absorb up to 400 times its own weight in moisture. The particles involved are nano-sized, one-billionth of a meter, one ten-thousandth the diameter of a human strand of hair. This gives you an idea how easy it is for these particles to gain entry into your trillions of cell structures, where they rob your energy, making you feel chronically tired. Once inside, they disrupt mitochondria function – the energy generator inside each cell that provides the power to effect respiration, vitality and alertness. Aluminum, the second but no less serious toxic nano-particulate is important enough – its effect’s target central nerve system tissues like white brain matter. Al causes what are known as amyloid plaques to form in brain tissue, degrading nerve synapse end points, across which signals need to jump in order to maintain normal memory and problem solving capabilities – cognitive function. Advanced accumulation of amyloid plaques have been identified in Alzheimer’s, a condition of rapid neurodegenerative cognitive decline. Parkinson’s, ALS, Multiple Sclerosis and Myesthenia Gravis are similar conditions, together characterized by rapid and advanced decay of nerve tissue – progressive and irreversible. The global pharmaceutical cartels are not for want of recognizing the potential profits, they are busy conducting next generation anti-neurodegenerative drug trials, based on the effects of chronic heavy metal poisoning from the ongoing decades-long geo-engineering false flag campaign.
A second, more troubling feature of barium involves its reaction with cardiac muscle. The heart relies on the trace mineral potassium to maintain healthy resting tone. Disturbances in heart potassium level (hypokalemia) can force high cardiac RPM’s (tachycardia), placing undue stress on both heart muscles and nerves. Barium competes against potassium – increasing CVA risk, especially in the overweight and obese. A condition known as arrested ventricular systole has been identified in studies designed to test barium effects on heart muscle. In layman’s terms this means ventricular hyper-tonicity or simply “heart spasm”. Chest pain, lightheadedness, fainting, respiratory distress, shortness of breath, asthma, vision problems, pain into one or both arms or hands – with occasional numbness, morning stiffness, fatigue and bowel problems – can be traced back to the heart. And inhalers can make matters worse. The young and middle aged are not immune. Juxtaposed against the background noise present in solar radiation management chemicals, significant risk metrics cannot be ruled out. Health care consumers ought to exercise extreme caution before accepting prescription medications that are designed to sedate or stimulate. The wrong medication could bring on a serious consequence – quickly. Talk to your doctor about any medications he intends on prescribing you. Be sure to ask if there are any cardiovascular side effects mentioned in the drugs insert, or whether anemia could be a possible medium-term side effect. Follow-up questions to your druggist/pharmacist should be addressed. Ask questions and demand reasonable answers. Your druggist will ask if you have any known allergies to medications, rash, shortness of breath, lightheadedness… or any other unusual reactions you may have had to medications in the past.
Exposed individuals (everyone) should discuss with their provider the likelihood of possible inhaled heavy metal exposure from the contrails in the skies above your neighborhood and work site. Patients must pro-actively steer the dialogue to the need for blood tests geared to measure the metals aluminum, barium, lead and mercury, economized at the very least to barium and aluminum. Ask for a “blood heavy metals profile” naming the above items as particularly relevant. I learned that my blood barium levels were hovering in the triple digits (normally zero) following a heavy metals blood screening in March, this after particularly intense aerosol activity throughout that month. Ask your doctor to order a CRP (C-Reactive Protein), a test designed to measure endogenous heart inflammation. If your doctor asks why you want your blood tested, explain that recent heavy metal exposure typically shows up in blood first, and hair perhaps weeks or months later. Mainstream medicine is not completely sold on hair mineral analysis, but the presence of metals in blood where none should be there could be diagnostic for heavy metal poisoning.

However – there are no guarantees unless you plant it and you harvest it.

Geoengineering Is Biological Warfare
When highly toxic materials are sprayed into skies around the globe as part of the ongoing climate engineering assault, these materials must inevitably fall to Earth and be inhaled and/or absorbed by every single living organism. Climate engineering is nothing less than biological warfare against civilian populations around the globe. In regard to climate engineering, specific scenarios should be considered and remembered. At minimum we are all being "slow killed" with the toxic materials which lab tests from around the globe prove are raining down on us from the aerosol spraying. If those in power feel they are losing control over populations they could at any point in time could alter the elements being sprayed to something much more lethal. Though many have now at least heard of the ongoing atmospheric spraying known as solar radiation management (SRM) and stratospheric aerosol geoengineering (SAG), most are still not familiar with another form of geoengineering, "ocean fertilization". It's easy enough for the average person to take note of the all too visible spraying of our skies, but how can we know what the climate engineers are doing to our oceans without our knowledge or consent?
Connecting The Dots
Could the atmospheric spraying and ocean fertilization be directly connected? The answer is yes, a connection appears likely if all available data is examined. For those that are not familiar with ocean fertilization, the term refers to the intentional widespread distribution of bioavailable iron into our seas in order to create plankton blooms that then absorb and thus sequester Co2 from the atmosphere. Could the materials being sprayed into our skies and over the oceans be composed of elements that are compatible for ocean fertilization? Again, the answer is likely yes.

The Washington Post article of January 22, 2015 titled "How A Group Of Conspiracy Theorists Could Derail The Debate Over Climate Policy" prompted this response to what either the Post’s editors or article author apparently overlooked or did not choose to do, in my journalistic opinion—publish facts!
Over the years, The Washington Post acquired numerous awards for excellent investigative journalism, etc., including the prestigious Pulitzer Prize several times, the last being in 2014. One would imagine—at least this writer’s journalistic opinion—that extensive and accurate research would be the ground floor for factual, open-source, non-pejorative, non-ad hominem reporting and journalism.
When journalist Puneet Kollipara postulates, “Meet the “chemtrails” crowd, who posit that governments, scientists and other institutions are using airplanes’ “chemtrails” — basically contrails that are allegedly laced with chemicals — to alter the climate, create extreme weather, poison people, or even control our minds,” and “In short, chemtrails itself is a conspiracy theory,” someone needs to point out that The Washington Post team should have done their homework more diligently, as there are hundreds of federal government agency reports and, in particular, U.S. Patents of record, for managing weather systems. However, I think maybe I may be inclined to agree with Kollipara that chemtrails just may be a conspiracy—a real ‘true’ conspiracy to keep what’s going on day and night – and which darkens our skies (less sunlight hits earth now), plus precipitates all kinds of toxic crap falling onto earth—to keep the public from knowing what’s actually going on above our heads.

The science relating to the effects of an atmosphere saturated with particulates is clear and disturbing: less rain, wind, and sun. Numerous environmental engineering studies have found that the levels of rain, wind, and sun around the world today are likely far less than they should have been and would have been without chemical aerosols decimating our atmosphere. Such studies discuss these problems that can occur with atmospheric aerosols, however most articles, like the one cited below, ignore the “elephant in the room” that geoengineering is by far the largest single source of atmospheric aerosols. A recent report from NOAA even admits to the fact that they just don't know where all these particles are coming from.
Engineering The Planet Into Total Extinction
The sixth great mass extinction on our planet is not off on the horizon somewhere, it’s here and now. We are statistically currently in the sixth mass extinction and are losing some 200+ species of plants and animals to extinction every single day. The video below accurately outlines many important facts. There are a few points in the video that available data disputes. Much of the aerosol spraying is payload dispersions with military tankers (not just fuel additives) and the current mathematical trajectory for total global extinction is even more immediate than the film indicates. Aside from these points, the video is an excellent compilation with a multitude of accurate facts that anyone can verify if they actually do objective investigation from multiple INDEPENDENT sources that are not connected to the “fossil fuel/military/ industrial/geoengineering/corporate media complex.

In recent years there have been numerous scientists and scientific agencies discussing the challenges of global warming and suggesting ways to mitigate further warming from occurring. These solutions, labeled as “geoengineering”, range from the realistic, and possible, to the clearly impossible and absurd.
