Climate engineering operations continue to create winter weather chaos in parts of the US, Canada and Europe. Chemical ice nucleation elements are a core component of global geoengineering programs. Winter weather whiplash, freezing rain, freezing drizzle / fog, and “thunder snow” conditions, all are indicative of chemical ice nucleation materials being dispersed into available atmospheric moisture. Ice nucleating elements create an endothermic (energy absorbing) reaction that, in turn, produces a colder, heavier air mass. The heavy dense air then sinks to ground surface levels. This shallow layer of cold air lowers surface temperatures and thus produces the sensationalized headlines of cold weather that the climate engineers and the power structure corporate media are seeking. “Winter Storm Harper” recently took its toll on specific regions of the Eastern US. “Winter Storm Indra” is now winding down with less impact than than the climate engineers had originally hoped (or scheduled) to achieve. Naming “winter storms” adds to the sensationalizing of these completely engineered events.
Corporate media faithfully follows the scripts and talking points they are given in their coverage of the completely engineered “winter weather”, while completely omitting the unfolding planetary meltdowns occurring in so many other locations around the world. The scripted nature of mainstream meteorologist's narratives is not hard to see through. Corporate meteorologists are playing the part of cover-up for the climate engineering programs.
The temperatures and precipitation types (frozen or liquid) in the current condition and forecast screenshots below should be examined and considered. The scheduled weather in three locations were captured, Jamestown, NY, Binghamton, NY, and Nashville, TN.
Why is snow falling at 43 degrees? Why is it still raining at 28 degrees?
The next "forecast" capture was for Binghamton, NY.
Why is ice falling at 34 degrees? Then back to rain at 33 degrees? Then snow at 43 degrees?
The final "forecast" capture is for Nashville, TN.
This weather information screen for Nashville, TN, is also perplexing. The flow of rain over Nashville is coming right out of the Gulf of Mexico, thus the high temperatures of 56 degrees and rain. This same flow of warmer moisture somehow “turns over” to snow further north, with temperatures still being far above freezing. The “forecast” map above (scheduled weather) calls for an extremely anomalous temperature plunge of some 30 degrees with continuous rain. With a constant flow of warmer moisture out of the south, why would there be such a sudden 30 degree temperature drop? Generally, day to night temperatures only vary by a few degrees when a constant flow of precipitation is occurring. Why would it still be raining at 26 degrees?
The animation below reveals precipitation flow and wind patterns that were present during the peak of "Winter Storm Indra".
In this animation view of precipitation and wind, the source of moisture for “Winter Storm Indra” can clearly be seen. Warm Gulf of Mexico moisture and temperate wind from the south western Atlantic Ocean are primary components of "Winter Storm Indra". The same conditions were present for "Winter Storm Harper" and countless other "winter storms" in recent years. Are such extreme anomalies an act of nature? Or the result of climate engineering operations?
The next animation even more clearly reveals the very unlikely and questionable source of moisture for a "winter storm".
The flow of temperate moisture from the Gulf of Mexico (shown) was the primary fuel for “Winter Storm Indra”. Some regions in this animation can be seen flashing from liquid precipitation (rain), to frozen (ice storm or snow), and back again. Such a “change over” at above freezing temperatures can only occur when an unnatural ice nucleating factor is in the equation, that factor is chemical ice nucleation for weather modification elements. These are patented processes.
Engineered winter events, chemical ice nucleation, and its effects, can be viewed in a 16+ minute segment of the presentation below (from 1:22:54 to 1:38:00), the video is pre-set to start at the beginning of this section on engineering winter.
Below is the NOAA forecast (scheduled) departure from normal high temperature map for late January, 2019. The extreme opposites of temperatures from one side of the country to the other are historically unprecedented (though are now becoming the norm in recent years).
While the Eastern US is scheduled for yet more engineered cool-down scenarios, locations like Alaska have been kept warm and dry. Record shattering heat is persisting and accelerating in other parts of the world as well, Australia is only one example of many.
What is the global temperature perspective? The GISS departure from normal high temperature map below is for a recent 1 year period. This average temperature compilation map is extremely revealing and should be carefully considered. The only consistently anomalously cool-down zone on the planet is the eastern half of the North American continent. Is it just a coincidence that the country with by far the world's largest military and air force (and thus by far the largest climate engineering operations) has had the only consistent and extremely anomalous cool-downs over its most populated regions over extended spans of time? Again, is this just a coincidence? No.
Radically increasing winter weather whiplash is not an act of nature, it is a result of covert climate engineering operations. There can be no legitimate discussion of the climate without first and foremost addressing the climate engineering / geoengineering / solar radiation management issue. Further, there can be no legitimate discussion of geoengineering / climate engineering without addressing the engineered “winter weather” events that utilize jet stream manipulation and patented processes of chemical ice nucleation for weather modification.

Geoengineering Watch has again captured radar animations that prove geoengineering operations are manufacturing “winter weather” over specific regions. The increasingly desperate and destructive operations being carried out by the weather-makers is far beyond alarming. Engineering “winter weather" events are one of the primary missions of the climate engineers as the abrupt climate collapse scenario continues to unfold on planet Earth (a scenario being further fueled overall by climate engineering itself). Patented processes of chemical ice nucleation are a primary means of carrying out the engineered winter events. Why aren't so called weather experts willing to acknowledge the massive climate engineering operations and their impacts? Because their paychecks and pensions depend on their denial, the illegal federal gag order on all National Weather Service (NWS) and all National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) employees is a case in point. Governor Newsom, Geoengineering And Unprecedented Wildfires

Newly elected California governor Gavin Newsom has had to declare state of emergency due to the latest unprecedented firestorms. Will Newsom disclose the climate engineering factor that is fueling the firestorms? For the record, Governor Gavin Newsom was fully briefed on climate engineering facts nearly 5 years ago, and has done nothing (explanation further down in this article).
California is yet again ablaze, even in November. "Official sources" have tried to convince the masses that the record raging wildfires are because we are not cutting down enough trees, but is this the truth? The short answer is a resounding no. In fact, such a narrative flies in the face of countless verifiable facts. All available data makes clear that the single greatest causal factor relating to the epic wildfires all over the globe are illegal and ongoing geoengineering operations.
The "Camp Fire" has exploded with blinding speed and has already become the most destructive wildfire in California history. How bad do conditions have to become before populations are willing to wake up to the global climate engineering insanity?

Will governor Gavin Newsom (after gloating over his victory) ever acknowledge the climate engineering assault that is wreaking havoc on the drought stricken and scorched state of California? Don’t count on it. Has Governor Newsom ever been fully informed of the climate engineering issue? As already stated, the answer is yes, and I can say this with absolute firsthand knowledge.
On February 7th, 2014, I attended a private meeting at the State Capitol with then Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom (and his top aid) to present irrefutable data on the critical climate engineering issue (the meeting consisted of only the three of us in Gavin's office). The meeting was facilitated through mutual contact between Gavin Newsom and myself. Gavin and his staff member did not dispute any of the data presented in the meeting. At one point during the meeting / data presentation, Gavin sat back in his leather chair, took a very deep breath, and stated “I didn’t need this” (an absolute acknowledgment of the geoengineering operations). Unfortunately, then Lieutenant Governor Newsom (now governor Newsom) quickly turned his back on the geoengineering issue. Were Gavin's career aspirations the superseding priority? Is there really any question about this?
Below is a short communication exchange between myself and Gavin that took place in January of 2016 ( a full 2 years after the climate engineering briefing in Gavin's office). The communication reveals exactly what one would expect from an individual whose political aspirations are the bottom line.

With all due respect, Gavin, mathematically speaking, the amount of human mortality already caused by the highly toxic aerosol heavy metals being sprayed is so vast it could never be quantified. This is not even to mention the endless list of wider threats that are all connected to the ongoing geoengineering insanity. Though I am, of course, all for ending gun violence, the amount of human mortality being caused by this subject (gun violence) is dwarfed beyond belief by the massive climate engineering assault on the planet and the human race. Our legal team will soon file suit on this critical issue which so many state agencies are doing their best to hide from public view. The public has a right to know what is going on above their heads and we have the data to prove it.
Though California governor Gavin Newsom has absolutely known about the ongoing illegal climate engineering operations for nearly 5 years (at minimum), he has continued to play his part in the ongoing criminal climate engineering cover-up. All the while the once "Golden State" has continued to dry out and incinerate as a direct result of the climate engineering assault.
What are the agendas of the weather makers? What were the composition and conclusions of the information passed on to Governor Newsom in the 2014 meeting at the State Capitol? Below is an outline, but with current data.
Though we cannot know all the objectives of the geoengineers, available data makes clear that heating and drying some regions in order to engineer large scale temporary cool-downs in other regions is a core part of the equation. The NOAA "departure from normal high temperature" map below reveals nothing less than the scheduled weather for the US for the period from November 12th through the 16th, 2018.
Private defense contractor and geoengineering climate modification patent holder Raytheon does all the weather modeling for the National Weather Service (NWS) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This amounts to dictating the "forecasts" (scheduled weather) to the nation's weather "forecasting" personnel.
How are the engineered Eastern US cool-downs achieved? The "ridiculously resilient ridge" (RRR) heat dome of ionosphere heater created high pressure (over the US West) effectively blocks any inflow of storms and moisture into the western US. Any and all moisture flowing east from the Pacific is pushed around the clockwise rotating RRR. The NOAA "departure from normal precipitation" map below reflects the US "scheduled" weather for November. Notice the extremely anomalous below normal rain bullseye over Northern California, this dry zone is a direct result of the factors just described.
The ionosphere heater created "ridiculously resilient ridge" high pressure heat dome causes Pacific moisture to completely bypass the US West.
Patented processes of chemical ice nucleation for weather modification are utilized to create a layer of cold dense air that eventually sinks to the surface and thus facilitates the desired engineered cool-down event further east in the US. The patented chemical ice nucleation process is at the core of the rapidly increasing ice storm and engineered weather whiplash scenarios.
The chemical ice nucleation process can and often does turn what should be a liquid precipitation event into a frozen precipitation event. This amounts to engineering winter in some regions at the expense of drying and heating other regions. The combination satellite / radar image below reveals an extremely anomalous and alarming scenario: a massive, bizarre, and completely unnatural, straight, south to north flow of tropical moisture from the record warm waters of the Caribbean.
Again, the unprecedented scenario shown in the image above is warm tropical moisture which became a record breaking snowstorm as it reached the Great Lakes region. How is this possible? The Departure From Normal High Temperature map below clearly shows a shocking temperature contrast scenario in the US Southeast.
Flows of moisture can (and are) being completely manipulated by the climate engineers with the use of atmospheric aerosol saturation and radio frequency / microwave transmissions. The NEXRAD image below was captured on April 15th, 2018.
As the US temperature map below reveals, on Sunday, April 15th, 2018, when “Winter Storm Xanto” was at its peak in the Western Great Lakes region. Temperatures further south along the path of the moisture flow feeding “Winter Storm Xanto” were in the 80s.
The Weather Channel temperature map below further reveals the completely anomalous and unnatural cool-down that climate engineering and chemical ice nucleation processes can create. Engineering winter weather from warmth (65 degrees and rain in Detroit, and snowing a short distance away).
The final map below is another Departure From Normal High Temperature illustration. The “bullseye” of cold temperatures west of the Great Lakes is very clearly visible (while most of the planet is at above normal temperatures).

The geoengineered Christmas holiday cool-down continues for parts of the US and Canada while most of the world remains at far above average temperatures.
The extremely anomalous and sharply contrasting temperature zones in the US are not a result of nature. If the "departure from normal high temperature” map above is examined, there is very clearly an arc of below normal temperatures (this is only on the surface of the planet) starting from the Hawaiian Islands, continuing through Alaska and Canada, and then back down to the middle and eastern portions of the US. As has been outlined so many times at GeoengineeringWatch.org, the counter clockwise rotating “ridiculously resilient ridge” of ionosphere heater induced high pressure steers all the Pacific moisture completely up and over the already drought stricken US West. This moisture is then bombarded with patented chemical ice nucleating elements (by the climate engineers). The process radically cools surface temperatures in the targeted regions which include the most populated zones of the US. The Geoengineered holiday cool-down is in so many ways a psychological operation, creating the illusion of a brutal winter on a planet that is spiraling into total meltdown. The weather makers continue to manufacture winter weather whiplash in an ever more desperate attempt to confuse and divide populations regarding the true state of the climate disintegration. “Winter Storm Dylan” is the latest creation of the climate engineers that is being orchestrated to coincide with the Christmas holidays. How much of a “storm” will “Winter Storm Dylan” actually amount to once this completely engineered mainstream media hyped “winter weather event" is all said and done?
December 24th UPDATE, winter storm "Dylan" has already run it's course, dying out earlier than initially predicted. "Dylan" turned into more of a "ice storm" event in places as the geoengineers were not able to completely cool down the incoming flows of far above freezing temperature precipitation (partially originating from the Gulf of Mexico in this case). The chemically ice nucleated moisture then makes it to the ground before "setting up", creating "ice storm" conditions. The weather makers are now focusing on the orchestration of "Winter Storm Ethan", round two of the Geoengineered Christmas Cool-Down.
December 29th Update, winter storm " Ethan" has now been replaced with "Winter Storm Frankie". The climate engineers are continuing their efforts to cool down portions of the US (often the most populated regions of the Eastern US), while frying and drying western portions of the US. The constant dome of ionosphere heater induced high pressure over the West forces Pacific precipitation up and over the West. This flow of moisture is then chemically ice nucleated by the climate engineers as it travels down through Canada and into the central and eastern portions of the US. The recent tweet by Mr. Trump clearly illustrates the psychological effect and agenda behind the geoengineered holiday cool-down.
Patented processes of "chemical ice nucleation for weather modification" (a primary aspect of climate engineering operations) will likely cause considerable surface icing scenarios as these materials reach ground level. The endothermic reacting elements used in the geoengineering operations also tend to dry up much of the available atmospheric moisture. In their attempt to create the illusion of ferocious winter weather on a rapidly warming planet, the geoengineers are actually further fueling the overall planetary heating.

California Firestorms: Geoengineered Catastrophe

Though many have been falsely led to believe that last winter's rain in California erased and eliminated the drought, this could not be further from the truth. Geoengineering operations are not only cutting off precipitation from the US West and destroying the ozone layer globally, the desiccant particulates from the fallout create an incendiary dust that coats foliage and structures.

While California continues to go up in flames, regions of the Canadian Arctic and Greenland have recently been basking in record warm temperatures nearly 60 degrees above normal. At the same time that record heat is occurring in the polar regions and elsewhere, snow is forecasted (scheduled) to fall as far south as Chihuahua, Mexico (2017 also saw record low ice at BOTH poles). The climate engineers will continue to use patented chemical ice nucleation processes to fuel ever more extreme weather whiplash scenarios. The climate engineers are manufacturing the illusion of winter in some regions while overall global temperatures continue to soar toward a runaway scenario.
The extremely anomalous jet stream configuration shown in The Weather Channel's "forecast" map above (scheduled weather) are meteorologically unprecedented. Climate engineering can create short term surface cool-downs at the cost of an even worse overall planetary warming.
The departure from normal high temperature map below reveals the engineered weather whiplash scenarios being created by the geoengineers. The extremely anomalous sea surface temperature division line, wrapping around the Gulf of Mexico and up the East Coast of the US, is shocking. The anomalous hot and cold zones throughout the North American continent are yet another harbinger of the climate intervention operations and the weather whiplash scenarios they are creating.
It is important to remember and consider that all the temperatures reflected in the map above (and temperatures being reported by weather news sources) are surface readings. Commercial and private pilots (that are communicating with GeoengineeringWatch.org) are reporting ONLY far above normal temperature readings at altitude. The climate engineered chemical cool-down zones occupy only a shallow layer of air at the Earth's surface.

Geoengineered Western US Meltdown To Cool The Rest Of The Country, Again

The Western US has, at minimum, long since become a climate sacrifice zone for the geoengineers. The current NOAA departure from normal high temperature "forecast" map is below. This map reflects nothing less than the "scheduled" weather from primary climate engineering contractor, Raytheon, who does all the forecast modeling for the National Weather Service (NWS) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). In this completely engineered scenario, ionosphere heater induced record shattering heat will bake the Western US while potential record cool temperatures may occur in the Central US. The scenario shown below has been repeated by the climate engineers countless times since 2007.
The HAARP ionosphere heater installation in Alaska is only one of many large radio frequency / microwave transmitters located around the world that are utilized for climate engineering purposes.
When the ionosphere is bombarded with the massively powerful RF / microwave transmissions from installations like HAARP, high pressure heat domes can be created and maintained. In the case of the current record shattering high pressure heat dome over the US West, the clockwise spin of upper level air currents around the high pressure zone allow the weather makers to steer cooler air from the Pacific into the center of the country while completely bypassing the West.
Though the "official" forecasted record highs in the West are alarming enough, the actual temperature readings on the ground are now significantly higher than the "official" readings in almost all locations monitored by GeoengineeringWatch.org and others.
The latest "Temperature Departure From Average" map shown below is very revealing in regard to the true state of global temperatures. Where is it cool? Where not? The coming climate engineering cool-down in the eastern two thirds of the North American continent truly stands out. Antarctica also stands out as a focus of the global climate engineering assault, a primary element of which involves chemical ice nucleation for weather modification. Due to the recent collapse of the immense Larsen C ice shelf in Antarctica, the climate engineers appear to be fully engaged in an increasingly desperate and destructive attempt at damage control in the polar regions.
The increasingly radical swings in Greenland melt extent is another glaring red flag in regard to the on and off engineered cool-downs which include chemical ice nucleation as a major factor. The extreme fluctuations in the Greenland surface melt graph below are alarming and indicative of the ongoing climate engineering assaults in the region.
Sea surface chemical ice nucleation processes are also being utilized on a massive scale. The swirling patterns left from chemical ice nucleation materials on the sea surface are very clearly visible in the NASA satellite image below (east coast of Greenland). Such patterns are also clearly different from the usual broken ice mosaic seen in the upper right of the satellite image.
The power of chemical ice nucleation elements must be seen to be believed, the lab test shown in the 15 second video below gives a glimpse.
Arctic ice mass (volume) has dropped precipitously in recent decades and is now at dangerously low levels. In the attempt to hide this fact from the public for as long as possible, the climate engineers have decimated the planet and the atmosphere as a whole.
The very short animation in the video below is even more revealing in regard to the true state of the Arctic ice volume implosion.
Where are the US temperatures predicted (scheduled) to go in the coming months? The NOAA long term forecast map below reveal the accelerating warming that will soon become impossible to deny for even the most willfully blind.
Again, the record heat / record cool weather whiplash scenarios (that has now become the norm in the US and the world) is completely engineered, completely unnatural, and until the recent past, meteorologically unprecedented. Why would the climate engineers carry out such scenarios? Because engineered cool-downs (like the one currently slated for the eastern two thirds of the country) continue to fuel the division and confusion in the population as to the true extent of damage to the climate system (which global geoengineering is making exponentially worse overall while simultaniously destroying the ozone layer). The climate engineering manipulated cool-downs are, of course, only temporary. They are also highly toxic due to the geoengineering jet dispersion of chemical, heavy metal particulates and polymer fibers.
Just as there can be no legitimate discussion of the state of the climate without first and foremost addressing the global climate engineering assault, there can also be no legitimate discussion of climate engineering without addressing the constant engineered cool-downs and the chemical ice nucleation factor. Chemical ice nucleation is a primary element in the ongoing climate engineering assault. If climate engineering is to be effectively exposed and halted, this critical aspect of the equation must be understood and addressed. While the majority of the masses are still allowing themselves to be distracted with power structure orchestrated political theater, the biosphere is collapsing and every breath we take is being contaminated with the toxic fallout from the climate engineering operations. Climate Engineering Completely Manipulating Precipitation

For many decades a covert global collaboration of governments has participated in the complete manipulation / disruption of the planet's weather and climate systems. There are many agendas being carried out in our skies by these global powers, none of these agendas are benevolant. The degree to which the weather-makers can manipulate precipitation is difficult to fully comprehend, the effect on populations and the planet has been devastating. The NASA satellite image below reveals extreme aerosol spraying operations being carried out in the Eastern Pacific over major flows of atmospheric moisture migrating toward the West Coast of the US.
A large component of the jet aircraft sprayed aerosols are electrically conductive heavy metals like aluminum and barium. These elements assist the weather makers with their constant manipulation of precipitation events.
Extremely powerful radio frequency / microwave transmissions are another primary means by which the weather makers manipulate heavily aerosolized flows of precipitation. The very revealing animation below clearly illustrates the effects from a powerful radio frequency / microwave transmitter near Beale Air Force Base, California. By these methods those in power can effectively migrate rain over some regions and allow it to come down elsewhere, often in the form of a highly destructive deluge. The climate engineers decide where it rains, and where it does not. They decide how toxic the rain will be, or if a zone will be temporarily cooled down by chemical ice nucleation processes. From drought to record flooding deluges, the geoengineers are the ones pulling the levers. In addition to the climate intervention insanity, it is important to also remember and consider the countless other forms of anthropogenic damage to the climate system and the planet as a whole.
Large incoming cells of precipitation are completely dispersed by the Beale transmitter with none of the migrating rain actually precipitating past the transmitter site.
This next NASA image is a shockingly clear illustration of the climate engineering process already addressed in this article. A massive cloud formation off of the US West Coast has blatantly obvious signs of heavy aerosol spraying. This formation also has extremely unnatural borders due to radio frequency / microwave transmission manipulation.
The image above was captured as a massive high pressure dome was being set up over the US West Coast. This rain blocking heat producing scenario (termed the "ridiculously resilient ridge") was a primary causal factor in the record shattering California drought. Though much of California has been allowed to receive substantial rains this year, devastating drought could be put back in place by the climate engineers at any time.
The NOAA precipitation "forecast" (scheduled weather) map below is the latest example of the now unprecedented precipitation patterns.
Geoengineering is completely disrupting the global hydrological cycle.
A primary purpose of precipitation dispersion / migration / manipulation is to create largest possible expanse of cloud cover / haze, and to keep the moisture aloft and available for creating precipitation events and/or chemical ice nucleated cool-downs. Extreme weather whiplash scenarios are increasingly the norm as the desperation of the climate engineers continues to manifest.
Meteorologically unprecedented and completely engineered hot and cold zones now blot global temperature maps.
Every engineered (and highly toxic) chemical cool-down event that the geoengineers carry out comes at the cost of an even worse overall warming of the planet. It comes at the cost of an even more damaged ozone layer and an even more contaminated biosphere. The human race has inflicted countless forms of damage to our once thriving planet (with the ongoing geoengineering insanity at the top of the list). Geoengineering, Square Clouds, And Massive Microwave Transmissions

Completely unnatural square cloud formations continue to appear off of the North American west coast, why? All available data confirms that the last decade of record shattering drought in California was a direct result of covert global climate intervention programs. Now that the drought has been reduced or eliminated throughout much of the state, does this mean climate manipulation programs have been scaled back or halted? Not at all. The geoengineers control the flow of precipitation, that must be constantly kept in mind. A primary goal of "solar radiation management" (SRM) programs is to create, expand, enhance, and chemically cool (via chemical ice nucleation processes) cloud cover over the surface of the planet. Though the weather-makers have allowed and augmented the flow of Pacific moisture into the Western US this year (which has resulted in much more overall precipitation), the aerosol spraying assault and massive microwave manipulation of atmospheric moisture has continued to accelerate.
Significant zonal flows of moisture from the Pacific have in recent months been directed toward Northern California and the Northwest (as already stated), which contributed to significant precipitation totals. But, much of the moisture in these weather systems was in fact migrated over the West Coast in a desperate attempt by the geoengineers to cool inland regions of the US via atmospheric aerosol saturation and radio frequency/microwave transmissions (used to expand and disperse aerosolized cloud canopy). Short term toxic climate intervention cool-downs come at the cost of a worsened overall planetary warming. Climate engineering programs are not mitigation for Earth's imploding life support systems, rather, the ongoing weather warfare is further fueling the destruction of these systems.
The transmissions from the "Lost Coast" region of Northern California (southwest of Eureka) have become almost constant as the weather makers attempt to broadcast incoming rivers of moisture into the widest possible expanse. Transmission sites are located all over the country and all over the world. There are also SBX transmission facilities (sea based X-band radar which is also used for climate manipulation). New facilities are constantly being erected in a desperate attempt by the power structure to expand their weather modifying global radio frequency/microwave grid.
Not only are these extremely powerful transmissions completely disrupting weather and climate patterns, all life forms within the rapidly expanding broadcast zones are being exposed to these verifiably dangerous and damaging signals. What visible effect can the RF transmissions have on cloud system formations? The recently taken NASA satellite image below is an example. 90 degree angles with straight sides do not exist naturally in nature, such phenomenon are the result of massive geoengineering operations.
Yet another shocking example of radio frequency/microwave transmission effects is shown in the image below (also taken off the west coast of North America).
The combination satellite/radar image shown below was just captured. This image clearly reveals the climate engineering scenarios described in this article. The brighter the cloud cover is, the more aerosolized it is. "Cloud albedo enhancement" (CAE) is a component of climate engineering/SRM. Though official sources would have us believe that CAE processes are only a "proposal" for marine cloud formations that would be created with ship emissions, the ongoing jet aircraft aerosol dispersions in our skies are undeniable. The overall result of solar radiation management is vast areas of largely rainless cloud cover that blots out our once blue skies.
The creation of a "global dimming" scenario is a primary objective of geoengineering/SRM/CAE programs. Though overall atmospheric relative humidity has been declining as a result of climate engineering and global dimming (creating protracted drought in countless regions around the globe), catastrophic deluges and flooding are also increasing. The global climate engineering assault has completely derailed and disrupted the planetary hydrological cycle creating countless weather whiplash scenarios. The ongoing global climate engineering insanity must be fully exposed and halted, this is the great imperative. All of us need to make our voices heard in this most critical battle.

Climate Engineering Desperation, Winter Weather Warfare Assault Waged On US East Coast

"WInter Storm Stella" is the latest all out geoengineering assault to be launched by the power structure against the US population. "Stella" is now also "predicted" to inflict winter weather warfare damage in regions of the UK in spite of London remaining warm.
The first satellite image below (from NASA), clearly reveals massive atmospheric aerosol spraying operations in skies along the US East Coast as the climate engineers prepared for the manufacturing of "Winter Storm Stella". Virtually all the "cloud cover" visible in the NASA satellite photo is from geoengineering / solar radiation management (SRM) aerosols being sprayed by jet aircraft.

The planet is now covered in a haze of toxic metal and chemical particulates which are a major component of "global dimming". These highly toxic materials are a primary aspect of the ongoing "solar radiation management" climate intervention programs.
The next two radar images below should be examined very carefully. The scenario they reveal is meteorologically impossible short of massive climate engineering deployments of chemical ice nucleating materials. The "stripe" of snow just north of New York that extends far out into the Atlantic Ocean is shocking proof of chemical ice nucleation operations being carried out.
Glaring anomalies like the strip of snow extending through warm bands of incoming rain (shown above) are never addressed or even mentioned by mainstream meteorologists. Mainstream sources of weather and climate data are being used to cover the tracks of the climate engineers. In regard to all the meteorologists who are engaged in the climate engineering cover-up, we must conclude one of two possibilities, they are either criminally unqualified for the positions they hold and thus don't recognize the inarguable impacts of the ongoing geoenigneering planetary assault. Or, they are paid liars who will parrot any narrative they are given by those who supply their paychecks and pensions.
The next screenshot (shown below) was taken 20 minutes after the image shown above. The first stripe of chemically ice nucleated precipitation that was north of NY has already reverted back to rain (leaving a patch of grey (sleet) on the map just north of NY). In the image below another completely anomalous stripe of snow has appeared just south of NY (which extents out into the Atlantic through the far above freezing temperature bands of rain). As this second line of chemically nucleated precipitation drifted north, it likely provided the New York City snow which was an objective of the climate engineers.
Creating theatrically named chemically nucleated winter storms is a major component of the ongoing climate engineering assault.
The short but very revealing radar animation loop below clearly shows the chemically nucleated "snow stripes" flashing in and out of the radar screen.
The chemically nucleated winter weather warfare has been ramped up to levels that are far beyond blatant.
The temperature map below clearly illustrates just how warm the surface air temperatures are along the US North East coast.
Why would far above freezing temperature moisture migrating over these regions suddenly "change over" to snow for no apparent reason?
What is the true state of global temperatures? The GISS global temperature map below reveals that the average global temperatures for the last 17 years have been far above the baseline average from 1951 to 1980 (a period which was already experiencing temperatures that were far above the pre-industrial eras). Geoengineering is a highly destructive attempt to mask the true severity of climate implosion from the public for as long as possible while fueling the overall warming in the process.

Globally there are almost no regions that have had below normal overall temperatures during the last 17 years.
The next GISS map for January, 2017, shows far more magnified and alarming temperature anomalies. The blue toned "below normal temperature" regions are meteorologically unprecedented given the overall surrounding far above normal temperatures. Further, recent studies reveal that "rich nations are warming at a slower rate than poor nations", such a scenario is not possible without global covert climate intervention programs.

The start of 2017 has already seen many thousands of high temperature records broken in the US following years of record setting heat all over the world. Record ice melting at the poles is also occurring with sea ice at record low levels in both polar regions. The climate engineers commonly orchestrate winter storms like "Winter Storm Stella" in the highest population zones where they can create the most sensationalized headlines in order to add to the populations continued climate confusion.
The NOAA "Departure From Normal Temperature" forecast map below reveals still more alarming extreme temperature anomalies predicted for the US.

Each color band in the map above represents a 3 to 4 degree forecasted departure from average temperatures (reds for above, blues for below). Such extreme imbalances are deeply alarming, historically unprecedented, and meteorologically impossible without massive climate intervention programs.

Geoengineered Winter Weather Onslaught

The now near total desperation of the climate engineers to turn warmth into winter is becoming incredibly obvious and blatant to any that are even slightly awake. "Winter Storm Jupiter" is the latest creation of the climate engineers. This so called "winter storm" is simply the product of ionosphere heater generated jet stream manipulation and massive chemical ice nucleation processes. Highly destructive ice storms are occurring due to the climate engineering chemical cool-downs. These temporary toxic cool-downs are further fueled by "global dimming", a primary goal of the geoengineers and their "solar radiation management" (SRM) programs. The map below shows the "Winter Storm Jupiter" scenario just described. An extremely anomalous and deep jet stream dip is utilized to help siphon up copious amounts of warm Gulf of Mexico moisture.
The power structure owned and operated climate engineering cover-up institutions like The Weather Channel do their best to explain away the completely engineered and anomalous weather as being all just "natural" conditions.
The first satellite/radar animation below reveals the early stages of "Winter Storm Jupiter". As bands of warm moisture migrate north, they are bombarded with chemical ice nucleating agents from above via jet aircraft dispersions. The effect of this chemical ice nucleation process can be clearly seen as cells of precipitation suddenty "flash out" to frozen in spite of the far above freezing temperature moisture.
A close examination of this animation shows rain "changing over to snow" as far south as northern Mexico while rain can still be seen as far north as Utah, Iowa, and Pennsylvania.
The next satellite/radar animation shows yet more anomalies of warm rain cells "turning over to snow" as moisture continues to migrate north.
The zone of moisture over New Mexico is of special interest in the satellite/radar loop shown above. Not only is the rain "change over to snow" extremely visible, the radio frequency/microwave transmission manipulation of this moisture zone is also shockingly apparent (circular configuration). The epicenter of this New Mexico RF transmission zone is located just west of Albuquerqe.
The animation below reveals the epicenter of the RF transmission zone (just west of Albuquerque NM) and the effect to the precipitation from the transmissions. Also of interest is the precipitation free wedge that begins just east of the transmission epicenter. This precipitation free wedge is also very visible in the in the satellite/radar animation just shown above.
Radio frequency/microwave transmissions are a core aspect of the climate engineering process. Such transmissions are utilized to manipulate jet aircraft dispersed particulate/chemical elements causing these elements to repel or congeal.
The "forecast" (scheduled weather) map below reveals the core temperatures of the migrating warm moisture as chemically ice nucleated "Winter Storm Jupiter" was unfolding.
As shown above, temperatures as high as 60 degrees (with rain) immediately decline toward the cores of the chemical cool-down zones.
The "forecast map" for 1/16/17 is even more revealing and shocking in regard to the incredibly warm temperatures in occurring in "Winter Storm Jupiter". With atmospheric conditions this warm, the chemically ice nucleating elements often reach the ground level before setting up as ice, thus creating extremely destructive "ice storms".
With warm migrating moisture with temperatures in the low 70s (straight out of the Gulf of Mexico), why is warm rain "changing over" to ice? With most temperatures on the ground still at well above freezing This is a result of chemical ice nucleation elements that are being utilized on an unimaginable scale as the climate engineers try desperately to turn warmth into winter.
How warm will it be following "Winter Storm Jupiter"? Temperatures will immediately rebound.
As chemically created "Winter Storm Jupiter" fizzles out, weather whiplash yet again sets in.
Only days after "Winter Storm Jupiter" record or near record heat is forecasted to return to much of the US with some regions warming to almost 30 degrees above normal.
Formally anomalous temperature divides like that shown in the "forecast" map above have become the norm. The completely out of control climate engineering cabal continues to "force" the climate system by trying to chemically create short term (and highly toxic) cool-downs in a rapidly warming world (Japan and Europe are also being assaulted by completely engineered storms). The slightly below normal temperatures shown for the western US in the forecast map above likely contain the next engineered winter event for the US, "Winter Storm Kori". Warm moisture flowing in from the Pacific will be subjected to yet another climate engineering chemical onslaught in order to continue manipulating the climate perceptions US population. Short of nuclear cataclysm, climate engineering is the greatest and most immediate threat we face. Though countless forms of anthropogenic activity have done immense damage to the planet and climate system, there can be no legitimate discussion of the weather or the climate system without first and foremost including the single greatest climate disrupting and damaging factor of all, global climate engineering. Our planet is accelerating toward a state of total meltdown, though highly destructive (and toxic) covert geoengineering programs can create short term cool-doowns, this manipulation comes at the cost of an even worse overall warming. In the combination satellite/radar image below, two flows of moisture (one in the west, one in the east) are being orchestrated and utilized by the climate engineers in the attempt to cool large regions of the US with chemical ice nucleation processes. The "Pineapple Express" of warm air and moisture is flowing in from the Pacific in the west. This flow of warm moisture was the beginning of "Winter Storm Iras". In the East, an anomalous flow of warm air and moisture from the warm waters southeast of Florida is pushed up the eastern seaboard, this warm flow was the fuel for the final chapter of "Winter Storm Helena".
How can such warm sources of moisture "change over" to snow and cold? Welcome to climate engineering and chemical ice nucleation.
The radar map below was captured at the same approximate time as the combination satellite/radar image above. When comparing these two images, the following question should be considered: how does a warm flow of air and moisture originating from warm oceans south of Cuba suddenly "change over to snow"? The "change over to snow" term is now commonly used by power structure owned "The Weather Channel" paid actors (and other power structure owned sources of weather "forecasting").
Looking closely at the above radar map, some rain cells (unfrozen precipitation) are still visible near the eastern fringes of the chemically nucleated snow zones.
The next combination satellite/radar map below was taken approximately 20 hours after the similar image shown earlier in this article. The flow of warm moisture from south of Cuba to Maine and beyond was still fueling "Winter Storm Helena". In the west, the "Pineapple Express" was ramping up to fuel "Winter Storm Iras".
As the ongoing global climate engineering assault continues to be ramped up, satellite and radar images are becoming increasingly bizarre. Note that in the image above the entire North American continent is completely covered with a canopy of clouds and atmospheric aerosols. The same is true of mainland Mexico and almost all of the Gulf of Mexico. This is "solar radiation management" in action.
The satellite map below must be compared with the satellite/radar map directly above. As already stated, the warm flow of moisture being utilized for "Winter Storm Iras" is flowing in from the warm Pacific. Consider that there is virtually no snow of frozen precipitation visible in California, even in extremely high mountain locations with elevations well over 10,000 feet. Why not? Because of the very warm sources of this moisture. The day before the image below was captured, it snowed at the valley floor in Redding, California. Redding is at an elevation that is just above sea level at 500 feet. Then, the next day, as shown in the image below, no snow anywhere in the state including at elevations of far over 10,000 feet.
A final note on the map above to consider, snow is shown falling in southern Mississippi, and only rain at the top of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. What is wrong with this picture?
The short satellite animation below was taken approximately 8 hours after the radar image directly above. The beginning of chemical ice nucleation processes were beginning to appear in California at the top of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Further inland, the warm flow of rain can be seen "changing over" to snow. As the chemical nucleation assault unfolds, the temperatures on the ground level can and do cool dramatically as a cold dense layer of air is created.
Also of note in the animation above, the impact of powerful radio frequency/microwave transmissions (used for climate modification) can clearly be seen in parts of Idaho and Washington.
The close up screen shot below is of a radio frequency transmission source in Washington, taken at the same time as the animation above was recorded.
The RF transmissions are a primary component of the ongoing climate modification processes.
The next close up screen shot below, taken over an Idaho RF transmission source, was also captured at the same time as the animation shown earlier.
The RF/microwave transmissions are just one more catastrophically harmful aspect of geoengineering programs.
The next two NOAA extended "forecast" (scheduled weather) maps below reveal what is coming for the US, yet more extreme weather whiplash. The chemical cool-downs cannot be kept up indefinitely, the record warmth will again re-appear in the south and East.
Every engineered cool-down that is carried out by the climate engineers comes at the cost of an even worse overall planetary warming.
The next extended forecast map below clearly shows a continued expansion of the extremely rapid rebound of warmth for the US. This extended "forecast" map also clearly shows where the climate engineers plan on focusing their efforts next, Alaska (along with continueing massive operations in Europe). The 48 of the US are headed back toward record heat as the geoengineers will do all they can to chemically cool the Arctic in their ever more desperate attempt to hide the implosion of the ice at the poles. The climate engineering chemical cool-downs are used to temporarily (and toxically) mask the ongoing planetary meltdown. 2016 was yet another record shattering warm year on planet Earth.
Radical weather whiplash scenarios will continue to rapidly worsen.
The final NOAA extended "forecast" map indecates that record breaking high temperatures will rapidly replace the preceeding climate engineering chemical cool-downs.

Geoengineering Winter Weather Warfare Assault Continues

The latest completely engineered winter weather assault to be launched on US populations is the theatrically named "Winter Storm Europa" How severe does the rapidly worsening weather whiplash have to get before populations face the fact that ongoing global climate engineering/weather warfare programs are decimating and derailing Earth's climate and life support systems?
How extreme, anomalous, and unnatural was the divide between extreme cold and record heat in the US on Sunday? The map below shows a shocking scenario.
The increasingly extreme temperature swings are wreaking havoc on all life forms.
Skies all over the globe are being sprayed with highly toxic aerosols that are a core component of the climate intervention operations (these are NOT condensation trails). In the forecast model below, warm flows of moisture from the Gulf of Mexico are chemically ice nucleated by the geoengineers. This process creates the short term chemical cool-downs that have now become the norm.
The bullseye of impact from "Winter Storm Europa" was yet again directed toward the Dakotas.
Ice storms are now almost always seen in the transition zones between warm flows of moisture (used as fuel for the engineered winter weather events) and the core of the chemically ice nucleated zones.
The Dakota Water Protectors have been consistently and severely impacted by extreme "winter weather". This has occurred even after the US experienced its warmest autumn ever recorded. Is this also just a coincidence? The video animation below has captured the chemical ice nucleation process being carried out by the climate engineers. Warm (far above freezing) flows of moisture can clearly be seen "flashing out" to snow for no apparent reason (meteorologically speaking). The power structure paid disinformation sources like "The Weather Channel" have now called this process "changing over to snow". Official sources of weather forecasting and information are simply covering the tracks of the climate engineers as they have been paid to do. The radar loop shown below is undeniable proof of "chemical ice nucleation for weather modification".
Chemical ice nucleation of the warm flow of moisture from the south is clearly visible in the radar animation above. A close examination also reveals radio frequency transmission manipulation with an epicenter located in Rapid City. Why don't we have whistleblowers sounding the alarm on the climate engineering insanity? The illegal federal gag order on all National Weather Service and all National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration employees is certainly a major factor.
In the map below, major ice storm impacts (mentioned earlier) are seen in the transition zone where the warm flow of moisture from the south is being chemically nucleated.
As mentioned earlier, disinformation sources (like The Weather Channel) are doing their best to convince populations that is is now normal to have a "warm side" and a "cold side" to a "winter storm".
The storm severity map below clearly shows the epicenter of the extreme weather from "WInter Storm Europa" is directly on top of the Dakota Water Protector protest zone.
The red zones in the map above reveal the most severe impact zones of "Winter Storm Europa".
What is worth noting in the next map (shown below) are the extremely warm temperatures that exist in the flows of moisture that continue to feed "Winter Storm Europa". As this flow of moisture migrates to the North East, temperatures of over 60 degrees are visible only a short distance from the chemically cooled ice nucleation zones. We now almost never hear the power structure paid "weather forecasters" referring to snow levels based on elevations. Now, thanks to climate engineering, you are either on the warm side of the storm or the cold side of the storm. Elevation is now generally no longer a factor.
Scenarios like the one shown in the map above are historically unprecedented. Now such scenarios are considered the norm.
The completely out of control climate engineering cabal continues to try and cover up the rapidly worsening planetary meltdown with more and more "engineered winter" short term toxic cool-downs. The paradox is this, every climate intervention that the climate engineers carry out makes the overall warming of the planet worse, not better. The Geoengineers are destroying the ozone layer, disrupting the hydrological cycle, fueling forest fires, and contaminating the entire planet in the process. 2016 will be the third record shattering hot year in a row and this record will occur in spite of the fact that "official" agencies are UNDERREPORTING high temperatures, not exaggerating them.
The meltdown of the polar region is of especially grave concern. The bright red zones at the top of this Temperature Anomaly map clearly reveals the ongoing Arctic meltdown. Massive formerly frozen methane deposits are now rapidly thawing and releasing. These methane releases may soon determine our collective fate, climate intervention programs are making the methane releases worse overall, not better.
We must all work together in the most critical effort to expose and halt the climate engineering insanity. Those that have chosen to deny or hide from reality must realize that their denial will not stop what is coming. Power Structure Wages Weather Warfare Against Dakota Pipeline Protesters

The Dakota pipeline protests have become the frontline representation of the critical struggle against a completely out of control totalitarian power structure. Those in power cannot afford to allow this justifiable protest to continue or succeed. Geoengineering/weather warfare has now been added to the already long list of criminal assaults that have been hurled at the peaceful pipeline protesters. In the coming days and weeks, weather warfare will likely be the most deadly and effective weapon that the power structure will wield against the pieceful Dakota pipeling protesters.

Climate engineering and the use of toxic chemical ice nucleation elements are the reason a record early season snow has just occurred in the exact region of the protests (named winter storm "Blanche"). If you don't believe snowstorms can be completely engineered, you have not done your research. Weather warfare has long since been a covert weapon of choice for the criminals that truly control our government. Is it just a coincidence that a record early season snowstorm also decimated the Occupy Wall Street protesters?

Weather modification activities were also noted over the massive historical gathering in Woodstock. The combination satellite radar images below clearly reveal extreme and completely unnatural weather anomalies over the continental US. The first satellite/radar image below was taken at 11:30 am (ET), Monday, shows a ribbon of warm air and moisture flowing in a northeasterly direction all the way from far west of Baja California, across Mexico and Texas (picking up even more warm moisture from the Gulf of Mexico). This flow of warm air and moisture pushes north where some of it eventually gets caught up in the counterclockwise low pressure system being held directly over the protest region (via atmospheric manipulation with radio frequency/microwave transmissions). An engineered winter chemical ice nucleation assault (by jet aircraft aerosol spraying) was then unleashed in the stationary low pressure circulation.
Note the center of the counterclockwise spinning low pressure system centered almost exactly over the pipeline protest region.
Massive atmospheric aerosol spraying operations were also occurring off of the US west coast on Monday, November 28, 2016. The aerosol saturation reduces west coast precipitation and thus contributes to the effective migration of Pacific moisture further east toward the low pressure vortex over the protest zone.
In addition to the extensive aerosol spraying visible in this NASA satellite image, some radio frequency manipulation waves can be seen in the upper right corner of the satellite image.
By the evening of Monday, November 28, 2016, the huge plum of warm moisture is pulled closer to the still stationary spinning vortex over the Dakota protests.
Aerosolized chemically cooled moisture flowing in from the Pacific also merges with the engineered Dakota snowstorm.
At 9:45 am (ET), November 30, 2016, the stationary Dakota vortex continues to spin (winter storm "Blanche"). The plume of warm Gulf of Mexico moisture is now directed at Maine, where "winter storm Blanche" has been scheduled by the weather makers to continue (completely separated from the still ongoing original "winter storm Blanche" over the Dakotas).
The engineered cutoff low pressure zone has remained incredibly stationary and nearly centered over the Dakota pipeline protest zone.
The "departure from normal high temperature" map below reveals just how warm it actually was in the regions near the center of the Dakota storm and along the entire track from which much of the storm moisture came.
Radical temperature divides, like the departures from "normal" reflected in the map above (shown in degrees Fharenheit +/-), are historically unprecedented. Now such incredible imbalances have increasingly become the norm.
The animation below contains the most revealing and important images of all. Drifting cells of liquid precipitation (rain) should not just "flash out" to frozen precipitation (snow) for no reason whatsoever (no change in topographical elevation and no colliding cold air masses). Areas of the storm then suddenly flash back to rain as the jet aircraft sprayed chemical ice nucleating agents settle down through the air column. Examine this animation closely, it is the "smoking gun" of a completely engineered chemically nucleated weather warfare assault.
Massive climate engineering/chemical ice nucleation deployments can and will continue to create toxic cool-downs and radical weather anomolies. These anomalies will continue to manipulate the perception of populations who don't realize (or are not willing to accept) what is going on in our skies. All the weather modeling for NOAA and NWS (National Weather Service) is done by private defense contractor, Raytheon, a corporation that is a primary climate engineering entity. This means that the weather forecasts are now the "scheduled" weather. Why don't employees of NOAA and NWS speak out about the climate engineering insanity? Because all the employees of both agencies have a federal gag order on them. The NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) extended temperature forecast map for November 6-10 is below.
The ongoing geoengineered cool-down is then "forecast" to center almost directly over the Dakota protests (shown in the NOAA map below). Again, it is important to understand and remember that engineering snowstorms is a well established technology that has long since been admitted to by mainstream sources.
The center of the cold zone in the US has remained astoundingly centered over the Dakota water protecter region as the 3rd NOAA "departure from normal high temperature" map below reveals.

The NOAA map above shows continued predictions for record cold temperatures at or near the Dakota pipeline protest for yet another 6-10 day period. Also anomolous in the latest forecast map is the building heat dome in the US southwest. Climate enigneerign is greatly contributing to increasingly alarming extream temperature imbalances. Each color tear represents a 2-3 degree departure from normal high temperatures. The NOAA extended forecasts temperature predictions from late November were for the middle northern tear states to be at or near record high temperatures, what changed? The US military industrial complex has long since stated its desire to "own the weather" on the record, now they do. If you don't think that the order followers within the ranks of own government and military would carry out such toxic and deadly experimentation/assaults against US citizens, think again.
Why would the global power structure go to such lengths in the attempt to bring the Dakota pipeline protests to end? Because the Dakota protests represent the rapidly growing will and unity of the people to take a stand against the criminal corporate and government tyranny that has completely taken over our country. The power structure will clearly do anything they can get away with to crush this all important protest. We must not let this happen. It is now standard operating procedure for the US military and the US media to publicly accuse any country (they wish to demonize) of any crime they can fabricate with virtually not a shred of proof to substantiate their accusations. The completely out of control corporate police state is fully demonstrating their tyranny at the Dakota pipeline protest. A Fukushima reactor cooling system shut down after the latest Japanese earth quake only a few days ago. The price of aluminum keeps rising in spite of the tanking global economy, why? Should we ask the geoengineers?
The California tree die-off cataclysm is now estimated to be over 100,000,000 trees, but is this correct? The actual number of dead trees is likely many times higher and climbing by the day. What did a geoengineering insider have to say about the tree die-off in a conversation I had with him? Chemical ice nucleation is a primary tool in the climate engineering arsenal. What is this tool used for? Manufacturing winter. Why do so many (who claim to be in the anti-geoengnieering movement) completely ignore the chemical cool-down reality? The stock market is artificially inflated to new record highs in the power structure's increasingly desperate effort to keep the population complacent until the last possible moment. Jeff's previous unbiased interviews of all the individuals in question is a clear reflection of his unbiased position. As winter approaches, the climate engineers will further ramp up the chemical ice nucleation assault everywhere they can. The temperature swings are becoming ever more radical and abrupt as weather-makers become increasingly desperate to hide the disintegrating climate from the public until the last possible moment. The paradox is this, every engineered cool-down created by the climate engineers further accelerates the unfolding overall climate implosion. Geoengineers Disrupt Hydrological Cycle In A Desperate Attempt To Mask Planetary Meltdown

Hiding the severity and immediacy of countless converging catastrophes from populations (until the last possible moment) remains a top priority for the global power structure. The NOAA "departure from normal high temperatures" map below covers the period from October 16th through the 20th. NOAA modeling is done by private defense/geoengineering contractor, Raytheon, thus their "forecasts" amount to the scheduled weather. Every color tier reflects a 2-3 degree "departure from normal" to the high side or low side, depending on the color hue. If the profound imbalance of temperatures shown in this map does not alarm you, it should. While record high temperatures are being set throughout much of the country (and the world as a whole), the US West Coast and parts of Alaska are temporarily (and toxically) cooled off by a massive plume of moisture (snow is even falling in the Western US). Atmospheric aerosol spraying (including chemical ice nucleation elements) are being dispersed by jet aircraft as the ongoing climate engineering operations further derail Earth's weather and life support systems.
Record setting high, summer like, temperatures will continue into the week for much of the US.
At the same time that record high temperatures being set in so much of the US, snow is miraculously falling in other parts of the lower 48 states. Snow is occurring (due to chemical ice nucleating elements) in some locations in spite of above freezing temperatures and in spite of warmer flows of moisture off of the record warm Pacific Ocean. Snow (shown in blue on the map below) is cleary showing up across the Western US.
As the climate engineers continue to force the climate system to ever greater extremes of temperature imbalances, the biosphere's ability to cope is rapidly breaking down. In addition to the temperature extremes, there is the issue of the highly toxic geoengineering/solar radiation management fallout that is contaminating the entire surface of the planet and every breath we take. The "departure from normal high temperature" map below reflects variances from "normal" temperatures in degrees Fahrenheit. These imbalances are already far beyond extreme and growing worse rapidly.
As the moisture flows in from the coast, the air masses below it are cooled by the aerosol/ice nucleating dispersions already mentioned (chemical ice nucleated events are occuring all over the globe). The same aerosols (which are manipulated with radio frequency transmissions) have the effect of scattering the moisture into vast expanses of largely rainless cloud cover. This is the stated goal of solar radiation management (SRM). The sun blocking aerosolized clouds, of course, also trap heat (in addition to countless other negative effects) which further fuels the overall planetary meltdown. The planet is already warming at a "runaway" pace with nightime low temperatures rising even faster than daytime highs. The brighter the white of the cloud cover shown in the combination satellite radar image shown below, the more aerosolized the cloud cover is.
The constant aerosol saturation of the moisture flows, as they approach from the west, continues to rob desperately needed rain from California. The US Drought Monitor map below does not begin to reflect the true severity of the drought and the decimation it is causing.
Why are National Weather Service and NOAA employees completely completely mute on the subject of climate engineering? Illegal federal gag orders have ensured their silence. Global climate engineering is weather warfare, and biological warfare, nothing less. Geoengineering is not mitigating the overall planetary warming, it is actually fueling it. In their increasingly desperate attempt to mask the unfolding climate crisis from the public, the climate engineers are tearing Earth's life support systems apart. Snowstorms And Raging Wildfires In The Same Region On The Same Day, Welcome To Geoengineering

The Climate engineers are increasingly desperate to hide the accelerating planetary meltdown with short term chemically nucleated cool-downs. Engineered cool-downs have been a major component of the climate engineering assault for many decades. The chemical cool-downs create the headlines the power structure needs to continue the population's confusion and division in regard to the true state of the climate. Yellowstone National Park is the latest example of chemically ice nucleated deception.

The Yellowstone event is not unique, a chemically nucleated "snowstorm" in South Dakota that occurred on October 4th of 2013 killed up to 100,000 cattle. This event occured while it was 85 degrees and raining in Chicago and 89 degrees with rain in Kansas City.Other anamolous cool-down chemically nucleated events in South America may have been responsible for the death of up to 200,000 alpacas.
On Monday, September 12th, 2016 (the same day that the snowstorm photo above was taken), the south entrance to Yellowstone park was closed due to an ongoing out of control wildfire (as shown in the photo below).
Again, this wildfire was raging on the same day (and at the same time), that other parts of Yellowstone Park were experiencing a summer snowstorm.
Liquid precipitation can be chemically converted to frozen precipitation under a variety of conditions when there is enough moisture present and a large enough geoengineering operation deployed. The Chinese openly announced the fact that they were chemically nucleating snowstorms until they did a billion dollars worth of damage to Beijing.
Radar map multi-hour loops can be revealing in regard to chemical ice nucleation process. Migrating bands of precipitation can often be seen "flashing out" to frozen precipitation with no elevation change on the topography below the storm/precipitation.
Do US temperature maps for September 12, 2016, indicate conditions are present that would facilitate such a summer snowstorm? NO.
The map above is for Monday, September 12, 2016, the same day as the snowstorm in Yellowstone.
Above normal temperatures are, again, returning to the Yellowstone region and are predicted to peak by Sunday, September 18th, 2016.
The very rapid rebound of high temperatures is a glaring red flag as to the engineered nature of the Yellowstone "summer snowstorm". Weather "whiplash" is becoming the norm.
As previously mentioned, the engineered cool-downs are a means of confusing and dividing the population as to the true state of the global climate. Though climate engineering can create the temporary toxic cool-downs, they come at the cost of an even worse overall warming. How warm is our planet? This is not about Al Gore and carbon credit scams, it is about reality. July 2016 was the 15th consecutive month of all time record high temperature months. August, 2016, just broke the record again. Records are being shattered in spite of wide spread UNDER REPORTING of official high temperatures.
The animation above clearly shows the trend of rapidly rising temperatures on planet Earth. Geoengineering, and its endless list of negative consequences, is making an already dire global climate scenario worse overall, not better.
Does the long term forecast call for "cooler than normal" temperatures for the US (including Alaska)? Again, the answer is NO.
The rapidly increasing orange and red zones (all reflecting above normal and far above normal temperatures) on US "departure from normal temperature" forecast maps should be extremely alarming to all of us.
Are global land and temperatures cooling? NO
The planet may well be in a runaway greenhouse event already with climate engineering helping to fuel the overall fire.
The biosphere was in a cooling phase until the start of the industrial revolution. The two level periods of temperatures in the historical graph below were due to the climate forcing effect of aerosols loading/saturation of the atmosphere.
The toxic tug of war between increasing greenhouse gases and atmospheric aerosols (with geoengineering adding to the aerosol loading since the mid 1940s) is wreaking havoc on the climate system.
On a longer timescale, the impact of anthropogenic activity (which includes geoengineering) can clearly be seen.
The long term cooling trend on the planet turned to an abrupt climate shift toward extremely rapid heating.
On an even longer scale, the total disruption of Earth's normal and natural cyclical pattern is shockingly visible
On a time scale of this duration, the heating up of our planet appears as a straight up vertical trajectory at the far right of the graph.
Arctic sea ice is one of the most measurable and visible harbingers of our rapidly changing planet. Headlines of Arctic ice expansion are patently false as are headlines of global glacier expansion. Though Arctic sea ice is imploding, the use of chemical ice nucleation is being heavily utilized in the desperate attempt to keep the headline from full public veiw for as long as possible. The Greenland ice sheet is also rapidly melting. To deny the unfoding planetary meltdown is simply to toe the line for big oil and the geoengineers, public ignorance and denial of the front line reality is what they want. The climate engineers have used climate modification as a weapon of war, nothing less. In their attempt to manipulate the planet's life support systems for their own agendas, the overall warming has been accelerated due to the endless list of climate engineering consequences. From ozone layer destruction, to devastating drought, to fueling wildfires, geoengineering/weather warfare programs are wreaking havoc around the globe. Though the US military has just admitted on the record (again) that the disintagrating climate is a massive national security risk, what they won't admit to is that they (and the global geoengineering programs they are a part of) are a huge factor further forcing the disintagration to begin with. Though there are countless forms of anthropogenic damage to the biosphere (with the Co2 and methane greenhouse gas buildup being all too real), global climate engineering programs are the single greatest factor creating droughts and fueling fires on planet Earth. A subject which cannot be legitimately discussed without including the lethal reality of climate engineering.

The fire had grown from 75 square kilometres Tuesday to more than 2,000 square kilometres – an area the size of Mexico City – officials confirmed Saturday, and surrounded the city on its west and southern edges.
Some mainstream sources are acknowledging the "extreme weather pattern" that has created the anomalous heat dome over central Canada. But, of course, the part climate engineering has played in this engineered weather scenario is completely omitted as is any mention whatsoever of the blatantly obvious and unarguable ongoing geoengineering atrocities visible in skies around the globe.. It is up to us to hold mainstream media accountable for their lies of omission.
Unseasonably hot weather in Alberta, Canada, is fueling the worst wildfire disaster in the country’s history. An extreme weather pattern, known as an omega block, is the source of the heat.

An omega block is essentially a stoppage in the atmosphere’s flow in which a sprawling area of high pressure forms. This clog impedes the typical west-to-east progress of storms. The jet stream, along which storms track, is forced to flow around the blockage.

Extreme (and historically unprecedented) temperature variations like those reflected in the map above have also been increasingly documented in the US over the last decade.
70 years of climate engineering insanity have left a decimating swath of total destruction across the entire planet. This statement in no way negates the countless other forms of catastrophic damage caused to the biosphere by human activity. But, mathematically speaking, climate engineering/solar radiation management programs are the single greatest destructive factor in regard to climate disruption, forest fires, and planetary contamination. On Friday, May 6th, 2016, record heat was also recorded in the US. On this date, the warmest location in the entire country was Minneapolis, Minnesota.
On this same day (May 6th) that the all time high temperature records were set in Minnesota (in excess of 90 degrees), the Weather Channel live reporting forecast was for several inches of snow to fall in the US Southeast. By Sunday, May 8th, snow was still falling in some locations of Colorado and New Mexico. On the morning of May 9th, snow was falling in Montana at 45 degrees. Again, such radical anomalies are profoundly unprecedented, completely unnatural, and totally engineered. Chemical ice nucleation processes are a major component of the engineered cool-downs.
The global "departure from average" temperature map below reflects an increasingly "blotchy" world of radical temperature extremes. There are, of course, countless contributing factors. One primary element is the buildup of greenhouse gasses (Co2, methane, and others). A second major factor is the creation of heat domes by the climate engineers (which are a part of jet stream manipulation process carried out by ionosphere heater installations like HAARP). A third major factor in regard to the increasing anomalies are the chemical ice nucleated engineered cool-downs previously mentioned.
We now occupy a world of increasingly engineered climate extremes. This is in addition to the underlying overall damage to the biosphere and climate system by ongoing anthropogenic activity on countless fronts.
The satellite image below was taken on May 8th, 2016. Massive aerosol spraying particulate trails are clearly visible over regions off the US West Coast and over parts of the interior US. Two circular pressure zone perimeters are also very visible which are related to the jet stream manipulation already outlined. So, while the fires in Canada rage on, the geoengineers continue wreak havoc on the climate with their all out assault against the planet and all life. Yet another ice melting heat wave is expected in the Arctic this week.
The atmosphere and the climate system have long since been completely derailed by the constantly expanding geoengineering/solar radiation management assault. This assault must be exposed and halted if Earth is to have any possible chance to find a new life supporting equilibrium given the level of irreparable damage already done by geoengineering and industrialized/militarized society.
The GISS map below reflects the average degree of planetary warming that has occurred in only the last 16 years. The warming is now accelerating at unimaginable speed and is likely already a runaway event. Global climate engineering has further contributed to the overall meltdown of the of the planet, not mitigated it. Geoengineering is ultimately about power and control, there is no benevolence in these programs, none. The short term toxic cool-down anomalies created by the climate engineers (in order to mask the true severity of planetary meltdown from the population for as long as possible) have come at the cost of pushing the planet past the point of no return in regard to the once hospitable host that we formerly knew. The illegal federal "gag order" that has been placed on all National Weather Service and NOAA employees is yet another act of desperation on the part of the power structure in their ongoing attempt to hide climate engineering and biosphere implosion. All of us have been subjected to a grand and lethal experiment without our knowledge or consent, an experiment that massive US Senate documents prove has been going on since at least the late 1940's. If the climate engineering assault is not fully exposed and halted, very soon, there will be nothing left to salvage. If these programs can be stopped, the human race must then face the unimaginably long list of challenges that has been created by the damage inflicted on the biosphere due to anthropogenic activity (which, of course, includes climate engineering).
With each passing day, the unfolding planetary meltdown will be increasingly hard to hide or deny.
What is the single greatest battle we could collectively win for the survival of our life sustaining biosphere at this late hour? Exposing and halting the climate engineering assault. What harms our efforts to credibly and effectively expose climate engineering? False conclusions based on false headlines put out by those who either don't have any understanding of current front-line realities, or who don't care because they are pursuing other agendas.
Below are a few of the completely false narratives recently pushed by some who claim to be against climate engineering, but who are actually harming the effort by destroying credibility. Why are some helping the geoengineers to sell geoengineering? The criminal cabal that is completely committed to hiding climate engineering is also just as committed to hiding the climate disintegration. Below each completely false narrative are the verifiable front-line facts. The bottom line is this, the planet is warming at an astounding pace, climate engineering can create short term toxic cool-downs at the cost of a worsened overall warming.

The most recent and most comprehensive study yet done on the cause of the current warming shows a "90-100% agreement" that it is anthropogenic (human caused, which again, includes geoengineering). But what about the 30,000 scientists that said global warming isn't so? Easily debunked, as is every bit of the "global warming is a hoax" military industrial complex false narrative. What about the Paris climate conference, didn't some of the scientists there dispute global warming? A handful did, every one of them connected to the military/industrial/hydrocarbon complex. In fact, there is a long list of professional disinformation actors doing their best to cloud the truth about the unfolding planetary meltdown. What are the odds of the current warming not being a natural cycle and not anthropogenic in nature? New studies conclude with 99.999% certainty that the current warming is due to human activity (which of course includes climate engineering). For those who wish to remain in denial about the true state of the climate and the biosphere, articles with opposing viewpoints can always be found. For those that want reality, honest investigation must be carried out. The internationally award winning documentary film "Chasing Ice" contains front-line film footage that ends all confusion and argument for any that are truly doing objective investigation. Those that truly care about effectively fighting to expose and halt climate engineering must make the time to check their facts. The planet is spiraling into total meltdown and global climate engineering is helping to fuel the overall fire while simultaneously contaminating the the entire planet. The shocking short term chemically nucleated cool-downs (like the recent snow in the Caribbean) are absolutely the result of climate engineering and chemical ice nucleation. Pretending or claiming such engineered events are "normal" or "natural" only harms the critical effort to expose and halt climate engineering. To recite the false conclusions already listed is simply toeing the line for big oil and the geoengineers.
How bad is the unfolding reality that we will all face?
The Stark Realities Of Baked-In Catastrophes
In a civilization gone mad with delusions of grandeur, we’re left with tatters of human sociability held together by rancid mythologies.
Despite human fossil fuel burning recently reported to be “flat”, CO2 levels have been on a tear for the last six months, reaching new worrying levels which have some wondering whether permafrost melt may be contributing to the unusually high spike if no decline happens soon. The giant holes in Siberia serve as an ominous sign. Considering that the current El Niño is contributing only 10% to what we are now seeing, runaway global warming may be accelerating worldwide. But don’t worry, Warren Buffett says climate change is no more of a problem than the Y2K bug and will be profitable through increased premiums and inflation.
Ever dire studies continue to reaffirm worst case scenarios, making clear to anyone paying attention that Earth in the next century will be unrecognizable from its current state. Basic planetary geography and atmospheric conditions will be altered through warming oceans and rising sea levels which are now increasing faster than at any time in the past 2800 years. On average, sea levels were between 50 and 82 feet higher the last time CO2 levels were at 400ppm. Glaciologist Jason Box expects ice melt from the West Antarctic to become the biggest contributor to sea level rise in the coming decades due to a feedback loop not in the climate models. CO2 levels have been increasing around 3ppm per year, a twentyfold increase since pre-industrial times when the highest recorded increase was 0.15 ppm per year. We’ve long since passed the tipping point of melting Arctic summer sea ice; 300-350 ppm of CO2 was the threshold for many parts of the climate. These changes are irreversible on a timescale of human civilizations. Even if all human industrial activity magically ceased today, the footprint man has already left will be felt for eons.
In our warming world, the hydrologic cycle is changing and creating extreme weather; crop-destroying droughts and floods are becoming more frequent. The Jet Stream is transforming into something different, becoming wavier with higher ridges and troughs prone to stagnating in the same region. As global temperatures rise over time, hotter air will be trapped under these layers of high pressure from a mangled Jet Stream, cooking everything to death. Rising winter temperatures are beginning to destroy the “winter chill”needed for many fruit and nut trees to properly blossom and produce maximally. Climate change is also disrupting flower pollination and pushing fish toward North/South poles, robbing poorer countries at Equator of crucial food resources. In a new study, marine scientists are surprised to find a disturbing trend in the increasing numbers of a specific type of phytoplankton, coccolithophores, which have been “typically more abundant during Earth’s warm interglacial and high CO2 periods.”
Homo sapiens have only been on the planet for the equivalent of a few seconds in geologic time but have managed to overwhelm and foul up all of earth’s natural processes and interdependencies, leaving a distinct layer in the sedimentary record. There is nothing modern humans do that is truly sustainable. Here are a few glaring examples:
- Techno-fixes are built into the IPCC’s projections for maintaining a habitable planet for humans.
- Money megacities spend for adapting to climate change linked more to protect valuable capital than vulnerable people (Capitalism is doing an outstanding job of converting the planet into dead dollars.)
- Nuclear Power: “Even if there were no issues like meltdown or waste proliferation, the cost and time for planning, permitting, and constructing nuclear plants is prohibitive. The Arctic ice will already be gone.
- Japan prime minister: We came within a “paper-thin margin” of nuclear disaster and the evacuation of 50 million people in 2011
- Germany’s carbon dioxide emissions increased by an estimated 10 million tonnes from 2014 to 2015, in a blow to the country’s claims to climate leadership.
- New study published in the journal Environmental Pollution shows that urban soil can emit up to 72% as much CO2 as fossil fuels burned within a city and at a rate of up to twice that of rural soils.
- 90% of Indigenous in Brazil’s Amazon Suffer Mercury Poisoning: A new study shows that water and food sources for 19 Indigenous communities have been massively affected by illegal mining.
- Satellite images suggest tropical forests from the Amazon to the Philippines are disappearing at a far more rapid pace than previously thought, a University of Maryland team of forest researchers say.
- African elephants ‘killed faster than they are being born’
- Desertification in China is a major problem for Beijing, as the country’s deserts are growing, threatening environmental, economic, and political stability.
- The environment is now being destroyed by corporations in the name of green growth. Sham greenwashing projects are created, funded, and enforced by the IMF and World Bank.
- Unknown continental-scale process is dumping phosphorus into streams and lakes across the U.S.
- According to a new study, efforts to curtail world temps will almost surely fail: “A person living today uses about four times as much energy as a person did in the early 1900s.”
- Greenpeace says China increasing coal-fired capacity: “There is a very rapid and accelerating net increase in coal-fired generating capacity”
- UN envoy warns of environmental activist murder ‘epidemic’
- Remember this headline from 2013?: Arctic methane release could cost economy $60 trillion -study. Our response was to go on a fracking binge which increased our methane emissions by some 30%.
- While the resource intensity of GDP may be falling (less resources needed to produce 1$ worth of goods/services), the absolute decoupling of resource use, emissions, pollution, etc from GDP growth is the only thing that matters and that is not happening. If the world’s population continues to grow as projected and current lifestyles do not change, global resource consumption will increase anywhere from 2 to 5 times by 2050. It defies logic that a continually growing economy would be able to reduce its resource intensity down to near-zero to achieve a sustainable ecological footprint.
- According to recent research, even if we converted 100% of farmland to reforestation projects it would only lower temperatures 0.45C by the end of the century. Converting half of global farmland to reforestation would result in just a 0.25C drop. Other recent studies have come to the same conclusion:
Relying on machines for answers to the existential problems of a species run amok with planet-destroying tools and weaponry is rather ironic and tragic. We’re locked-up inside a complexity trap of our own making. The human propensity for tool-building coupled with our discovery of fossil fuels has created a set of living arrangements in which we are now enslaved to those machines and tools. The globalized capitalist economy externalizes its destruction and atrocities, keeping the masses in a state of ignorance and denial. Our corporate overlords are not conscientious citizens, but mindless organizations whose sole purpose is to grow profits no matter the external damage done to society and the environment. Between the economic oil hitmen who ensure that profits flow smoothly and GOP politicians who openly espouse their science illiteracy, a hospitable climate for future humans seems remote. Hopeful delusions have given way to the stark reality of our predicament as scholars like Noam Chomsky who originally started his career fighting for a modicum of social justice have now set the bar at just the chance of human survival. Despite the best efforts of scientists, environmentalists, and activists, the wealthy countries most able to do something won’t “get it” until famine, disease, and war come to their country. All is being left for the almighty ‘free market’ to sort out at the same time that climate change, a conflict multiplier, ramps up.
Ideology, preconception, and desired beliefs do not help with the effort to expose the truth and end confusion. Such traits only add to the difficulty of gaining desperately needed credibility and bridge building with the climate science and environmental communities (that have so far been unwilling to join the ranks of the anti-geoengineering movement). If we are to have any chance of prevailing in the fight to expose and halt climate engineering, reality must be faced on all sides of the fence. The Global Warming communities must face and acknowledge climate engineering (and the planetary cataclysm it is contributing to). The anti-geoengineering community needs to face and acknowledge the rapidly unfolding planetary meltdown (made far worse by climate engineering). Only when both sides fully open their eyes, can the needed critical mass of climate engineering awareness be reached. Those that truly care about this most critical battle will take the time to do real investigation and then stand on hard facts. False headlines and completely incorrect ideological rants from any source must be recognized for what they are, wrong. We must all make our voices heard while we can, exposing and halting climate engineering is the great imperative of our time.

Crushing El Niño, Engineering Winter From Warmth

"Winter storm Kayla" is the latest creation from the climate engineering cabal that now controls Earth's life support systems (following "winter storm Jonas"). There is no longer any weather that can be considered "natural", the entire climate system has long since been completely derailed. Is it just a coincidence that the engineered winter weather is timed with the Iowa Caucus?
The power structure controlled script reading weather forecasting agencies like The Weather Channel somehow know almost a week ahead of time that "winter storm Kayla" would form and take this exact track. This is not weather forecasting, it is the scheduled weather.
What were the predictions for the "Mega El Niño?
The 2015-2016 "winter weather" has so far been very different than what was predicted and from what should have been given the extreme El Niño event.
How can "Kayla" be a "winter storm" at all with record or near record warm temperatures (and tornados) predicted a short distance from the center of the snow storm?
The moisture for "winter storm Kayla" is being pumped right out of the record warm Gulf of Mexico.
Exactly how far above average will the temperatures be at the height of this latest engineered "winter storm"? The glaring contrast of extremes in the map below are beyond alarming.
Polar opposite temperature extremes like those reflected in the map above are historically unprecedented prior to recent years.
Warm flows of moisture coming from the south will be chemically nucleated to create concentrated pockets of "heavy wet snow" in the more heavily populated locations. The desired "winter weather" headlines will be achieved in spite of record warm temperatures in a very close proximity.
Widespread areas of very light snowfall also helps the climate engineers create the desired climate confusion in a rapidly warming world.
Take a good look at the radar map below. Snow is falling in northern Baja and northern Mexico while it is raining in the northernmost tip of Maine, US. Chemical ice nucleation processes can create frozen precipitation/snow under a wide variety of conditions. The Chinese were open about chemically nucleating snowstorms until they inflicted major damage to Beijing. The chemical nucleation process also produces a cold dense layer of air which descends to ground level and temporarily lowers temperature readings.
Snow elevations are generally no longer referred to, due to the engineered winter weather characteristics. Power structure controlled meteorologists now refer to the "warm side of the winter storm" and the "cold side of the winter storm". How clearly wrong can this equation be?
So, what happened to the "Mega El Niño"? Massive atmospheric spraying is drying up and migrating moisture across the US West, again.
As has been the case for so many previous years, the center of the below normal bullseye is directly over areas of California that are already immersed in epic and unprecedented engineered drought conditions.
Headlines of abundant snow in selected locations of California have caused many to conclude that the parched US West was getting all the needed rain. In an overall context, this is an absolute lie. Carefully crafted headlines have hidden the fact that the primary reservoirs in California have barely raised at all. The climate engineering/solar radiation management spraying of atmospheric particulates has countless negative impacts on precipitation. These particulates not only diminish and disperse overall rainfall, but the particles greatly reduce the "orographic enhancement" effect usually caused by topography. What does this mean? Rainfall/snow amounts should double or triple as storms move over mountainous zones. This is now all too often not occurring due to the atmospheric particulate saturation.
The latest US Drought Monitor Map clearly shows the record drought conditions are still present.
The drought in the US West (and in so many other parts of the world), is a result of climate engineering. No matter what one chooses to conclude is the motive or agenda behind the geoengineering programs, the impacts cannot be rationally or scientifically denied. "Winter storm Kayla" is also a direct result of the ongoing climate engineering insanity. Who gave the weather makers the right to wreak havoc on our planet? In Reno, Nevada, we have another very bizarre (and totally unnatural) scenario. What could cause the weather to go from rain at 45 degrees to snow at 49 degrees?
If you have any knowledge of meteorology, you will recognize the jet stream pattern below as being completely astounding. Clearly, the climate engineers can push and pull the jet stream in almost any configuration they choose (with the use of the ionosphere heaters and RF transmissions) in order to accomplish the engineered cool-downs they desire and thus create the "winter weather" headlines they need to keep the populations climate confusion going strong. What happened to jet streams that went from west to east in the Northern Hemisphere?
The climate engineers will continue to "engineer winter" as long as they can. As long as the still sleeping populations are willing to look the other way while their planet's life support systems are torn apart day in and day out by a completely out of control military industrial complex. Does it really look like the US West should be getting so much snow? Even when the temperatures in many of the areas receiving it are considerably above average?

The Weather Channel map for Thursday, November 26th (below) is also of interest in numerous ways. Let's start with the extreme contrast in temperatures which are in very close proximity. The geoengineers and their mainstream media puppets just got done creating the following headline in "Chicago Records Snowiest November Storm In Over 100 Years" Does anyone find it astounding that Chicago is now forecast to have rain at 55 degrees on Thanksgiving day? A full week further into the colder months than their "record snowstorm"? Also note the large area of "ice storm" that separates the warm rain regions and the "winter storm Cara" zone. The "ice storms" are caused due to the chemical ice nucleating materials being sprayed over the warmer rain storms in front of the advancing "winter storm". When the temperatures are too warm for the chemical nucleating materials to freeze the precipitation as it descends through the atmosphere, it then reaches the surface before setting up and forming ice.
Chemical ice nucleation creates a cold dense layer of air that sits on the surface and lowers temperatures. This in turn creates the headlines the climate engineers are desperate for in order for them to continue to fuel the confusion and division on the true state of the global climate (being made far worse overall by the ongoing climate engineering insanity). Power structure owned corporations like "The Weather Channel" will do their best to cover the tracks of the climate engineering criminals. We must all take notice of the details, not just the headlines. The power structure is desperately trying to hide the gravity of what is unfolding on our planet. If they really wanted people to know just how bad the overall picture is, wouldn't the corporate media have mentioned the fact that Arctic ice is at all time record low levels for this time of year? Not a word from the corporate controlled media about this dire breaking news story. Don't toe the line for the power structure and the climate engineers, learn to recognize the completely engineered winter.

The far north is out of site and out of mind for the vast majority of the population, but the importance of this region to the overall survival of life on Earth cannot be overestimated. The global power structure has long since believed they have the right to experiment with our planet's life support systems. They have always felt they had the right to permanently pollute and poison any region in the biosphere they wish in the pursuit of their agendas. Chemical ice nucleation is a primary tool for the geoengineers. It is a major weapon in their arsenal of insane, toxic, and destructive technologies. Geoengineered snow storms are wreaking havoc around the globe.
This image is from a record breaking ice storm in Slovenia in 2014. I personally communicated with contact in Slovenia who stated their citizens feel the country was the target of NATO climate modification programs because they were not complying with global power structure mandates and policy.
Chemical ice nucleation is a reality, lab tests prove this beyond any doubt. The 5 shocking satellite photographs below were taken in the Arctic Ocean on September 15th, 2015. What these images show is extremely anomalous ice formation in open water, far from any existing remaining ice. They also show extensive geoengineering aerosol cloud cover with very clear radio frequency signature patterns (my sincere thanks to anti-geoengineering activist Cori Gunnels for locating these alarming Arctic Ocean NASA satellite images).

On the same day that the disturbing images above were taken, the power structure controlled National Snow And Ice Data Center (NSIDC) confidently made the statement below.
"sea ice extent dropped to 4.41 million square kilometers (1.70 million square miles), the fourth lowest minimum in the satellite record. ………… ice extent will now climb through autumn and winter".
"Ice extent" is very different from the ice mass (volume), which is at record shattering low levels as the latest satellite imagery below clearly shows.

The graph between the two images is a gauge for Arctic ice thickness in meters. As the 2015 imagery shows, the thick multi-year Arctic ice is almost gone. Is the surface of the Arctic ocean being chemically ice nucleated with the same process that has created the unprecedented "ice boulders" on Lake Michigan in recent years? Even when water temperatures were far above freezing?

How can a very thin layer of sea surface ice statistically remain over large areas of ocean when such astonishing decreases in ice volume (mass) occurring at the exact same time? How can the ice "extent" statistically increase in early September (ahead of the normal "minimum" melt date) when we have record shattering global ocean temperatures? When we have just logged the hottest 12 month period globally, the hottest start to any year ever, the warmest summer ever, and the warmest August ever? And finally, when we consider that the Arctic is warming twice as fast as the rest of the world? What is really going on in the Arctic? Is there a connection between what the climate engineers are doing in the Arctic and the recent untimely deaths of three scientists that were investigating Arctic sea ice? How far will power structures go to hide climate engineering operations from populations?

Though the ice extent (surface area) for 2015 was in an alarmingly downward trajectory as rapid melting took its toll, it suddenly turns statistically upward during the same window of time when the anomalous photos (shown earlier in this article) were taken. The power structure and the geoengineers do not want any headlines from the Arctic that would reveal the true extent of damage already done to the planet. They do not want any headlines that would potentially expose the climate engineering crimes that have been going on for well over a half century. Those in power will do everything they can to hide reality (from a population that is so far all too willing to stay uninformed) until the last possible moment. Climate engineering can create large scale temporary cooling, but at the cost of an even worse overall planetary warming. What is really going on in the Arctic? This next 90 second video documents a devastating and and unprecedented hail storm that recently occurred in Mexico, which actually caused multiple mortalities.
Our climate system is spinning out of control. Though there are countless causal factors and countless forms of anthropogenic damage to the climate system, a great many roads in this equation lead straight to the ongoing global climate modification programs.
Artificial/chemical ice nucleation is now constantly used in the covert weather modification programs. The use of these materials cools down the clouds and thus the air mass below the clouds. But what happens when these unnatural elements cause ice formation at far above usual temperatures, in far greater concentrations, and far sooner than the process would have otherwise occurred during the progression of a storm?
Much more frequent hail storms and exceptionally large hail stones are the expected result. This is in spite of the fact that the jet sprayed canopy of aerosols above the storm systems (solar radiation management programs) are actually limiting cloud convection in many or most cases. Even passenger jets are being pounded by the rapidly worsening conditions.
Do records show an increase in the damage being done by unusually large and frequent hail storms? Yes, there has been an 84% increase in hail storm damage from 2010 to 2012 and that increase is still rising.
Are there other recent examples of unprecedented "ice balls" created by massive artificial/chemical spraying of nucleating elements? Yes, again.
Ice boulders on the Great Lakes never before seen until the last few years. Do you believe the explanations given for all the unprecedented oddities by the mainstream media "experts" who are paid to say whatever their told to say?
Global climate modification is a totally out of control juggernaut of complete insanity. There is no truly natural weather at this point, none. All is tainted by the all out geoengineering assault that has been unleashed on planet Earth. The climate engineers will continue to create ever more extreme conditions. Artificially/chemically nucleated storms with more frequency and intensity is a part of this scenario. HAARP Still Stands, Geoengineers Still Wreaking Havoc

An Indisputable Response To Climate Engineering Deniers

The Washington Post article of January 22, 2015 titled "How A Group Of Conspiracy Theorists Could Derail The Debate Over Climate Policy" prompted this response to what either the Post’s editors or article author apparently overlooked or did not choose to do, in my journalistic opinion—publish facts!
Over the years, The Washington Post acquired numerous awards for excellent investigative journalism, etc., including the prestigious Pulitzer Prize several times, the last being in 2014. One would imagine—at least this writer’s journalistic opinion—that extensive and accurate research would be the ground floor for factual, open-source, non-pejorative, non-ad hominem reporting and journalism.
When journalist Puneet Kollipara postulates, “Meet the “chemtrails” crowd, who posit that governments, scientists and other institutions are using airplanes’ “chemtrails” — basically contrails that are allegedly laced with chemicals — to alter the climate, create extreme weather, poison people, or even control our minds,” and “In short, chemtrails itself is a conspiracy theory,” someone needs to point out that The Washington Post team should have done their homework more diligently, as there are hundreds of federal government agency reports and, in particular, U.S. Patents of record, for managing weather systems. Many are listed below in the Weather Geoengineering / Chemtrail Database generated by this writer.
However, I think maybe I may be inclined to agree with Kollipara that chemtrails just may be a conspiracy—a real ‘true’ conspiracy to keep what’s going on day and night – and which darkens our skies (less sunlight hits earth now), plus precipitates all kinds of toxic crap falling onto earth—to keep the public from knowing what’s actually going on above our heads.
Engineered Winter Storm Assault, The Weather Makers Are Desperate For Headlines

Winter storm "Juno" is here, and it is engineered from top to bottom. The weather event that is unfolding on the East Coast of the US is a completely manipulated monstrosity. The total desperation of the power structure and the climate engineers is so very evident as they throw everything they have at the creation of a "winter storm" which is meteorologically as unnatural as it could possibly be. Snow now generally has nothing to do with elevation, rather, the "heavy wet snow" is focused where most of the moisture is. Massive amounts of moisture are necessary for the chemical ice nucleation process which transforms what should have been rain into snow due to the endothermic reaction it induces. This also lowers the temperatures on the ground as the more dense chemically cooled air (created from the nucleation process) sinks to ground level. The layer of cold air is very shallow, but it does lower the temperatures enough to produce the desired headlines.
