Well it is a good start for NH and the US.
The problem is if the Feds have a declared war somewhere, then all of the laws in US (Fed and State) can be ignored during the act of war (including this state law, if passed).
That's good they are trying to ban these mobsters that are doing the spraying.
Now, what do they do about the over drift of these chemicals coming from other states coming in from all over the country?
Fantastic! KUDOS to those with COURAGE to TAKE RIGHT ACTION in New Hampshire's legislature. Let's hope MANY MORE states follow suit QUICKLY. Very glad to see this happen. Will e-mail this notice to legislators in my own home state.
I have friends living in New Hampshire and they have told me for years that they are absolutely FED UP with the geoengineering crap in their skies. Law makers there have been fighting to expose these ongoing felonies, and swore to do whatever they can to protect their citizens, by trying to get enough votes to get bills like this one passed in both the house "and senate".
I expect other state reps and congress people to follow their lead, now that they finally got the votes in New Hampshire. You will notice that this bill deals with all federal authorities too, who are involved with SAI programs, and it will hold them accountable to federal laws, with fines up to $500,000, and ,or, two years in prison!
Enforced by the Sheriff's department in each county that these offenses are being proven to be illegal by testing the soil, water and air as their evidence for these crimes.
It just takes one domino to set the rest tumbling down people, and that day has finally arrived. This is one victory for good against insanity. There will be more.
If this ever happens in Texas. The Texas Rangers will be raiding private and commercial facilities, and Air Force Bases, to arrest these criminals. You can count on that. They don't mess around and could care less if the warrants are for elected officials, military officers or wealthy elites. Justice will be served on their watch, and no one is entitled or immune from the laws.
That would also mean impounding the military planes! Only to be released for dire national conflict emergencies. Commercial Airline plane owners could face massive daily fines, if they do not cease their SAI operations.
This all falls under purposeful polluting and not indirect anthropological polluting. Which is exactly how we can win this battle. Climate engineering will cease, once the laws are passed to stop any and all types of atmospheric aerosol injection programs… period.
Including Microwave Pollution in the atmosphere. Separate the two and pass laws to stop each, rather than focusing on geoengineering as a whole. Because that gets us nowhere. They will not have the votes in congress to approve geoengineering operations as well. Because that would be breaking both federal laws individually, and each state will hold them accountable for breaking those laws. Not to mention the Supreme Court getting involved, on behalf of each state and their citizens.
You always do your homework Dane and this one deserves an A+.

I live in N.H. and just received the update to ban geoengineering in the state! I hope and pray that it passes! Thank you Dane for all your efforts and information!
a step in the right direction
I just sent this link to my North Carolina district 3 congressional representative, Dr. Greg Murphy. I told him this is his chance to find his courage and do the right thing. I copied it to Dane and to the local radio station here in Greenville that plays Dane's weekly broadcasts, so Greg will know that other people know that he has been told. I am always respectful when dealing with elected representatives, while at the same time leaving no room for a doubt as to how I feel. I encourage everybody here to do the same with every elective representative that they can. This can be done easily from home, as these email addresses for members of Congress and state representatives are easily accessible online.
Update: It was probably 4 or 5 years ago that I sent individual cover letters and geoengineering materialist every single member of the state legislature of North Carolina. To this day, not one of those cowards has contacted me.
Thank you for your dedication to this effort. We all need to do what you are doing in huge numbers. That's the only way we will see any change.
