This morning jets fling across the skies of Chattanooga, laying down trails of smudge that string out for miles behind their wake and develop into clouds. The flyovers turn a blue sky into a muddy one, so that by 2 p.m. the day is mostly overcast.

Not so nice for people such as Bill Chapin, owner of Rock City Gardens, the promise of which is that tourists can see seven states from its beflowered promontory on Lookout Mountain.

The clouds, even though they contain aluminum and other metals we inhale, offer a benefit to local economy.

That is, they deflect sunlight from the surface of the earth, a prospect that environmentalists and federal authorities favor in an effort to prevent the much heralded disaster, global warming.

If you think saving the planet is not great for local economy, let me help you think more clearly about this airborne benefit, as it is intended to serve the longevity of the human race and welfare of local economy, even though it may elevate metal toxicity in millions of people worldwide and bring drooling and limb-numbed death to a handful.

Sky-seeding operations are part of federal policy to reduce the level of direct sunlight on the earth’s service to cool the planet. Solar radiation management is understood to be in the provenance of the national government, which has sprayed the skies over the 50 states at least since the 1960s, when the technology was developed, according to one study from that period I read.

The topic of cloud seeding is controversial because its critics believe the program may contain elements of the population control agenda and represent testing of bioweapons on the the mass of people who make up the public. Dr. Leonard Horowitz, whose book Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism & Toxic Warfare, says chemtrailing is part of a larger human culling operation serving federal policy goals. His work appeared in 2001 (see pp. 143-171). One geoengineering researcher cum patient, Jan Smith, connects chemtrails with Morgellons disease, a bizarre condition she contracted (morgellonsexposed.com, in archive online).

The program appears to be the tedious outworking of a Washington government plan under the presupposition that the weather, too, can be brought into service of the nation-state and even be a weapon of war. So humdrum are contrails that airline pilots run a website tracking beautiful scenes of jets laying out the haze at airliners.net. These photos are mixed in with appreciative shots of airline jets in sunset clouds and zooming in for landing. One airline pilot, a Tennessee retiree who visited my church, assured me chemtrailing is mere conspiracy theorizing, and that all alleged chemtrails are just contrails.

Newspaper cites ‘wacky weather’

State government talks about freakish weather patterns and wants you and other members of the public to be aware of it. “We’ve already experienced multiple rounds of severe winter weather in Tennessee and all indications are we may have an active spring,” said TEMA Director James Bassham in a story in the Times Free Press Feb. 18, 2014. To assist the Tennessee emergency management agency and the national weather service publicize the prospect of violent weather, I am doing my duty in publishing this essay.

A snowstorm Feb. 13 came under bizarre circumstances, with Paul Barys saying he could not explain it. Harrison Keely in the TFP newsroom warned that day of a “catastrophic” weather event with up to a foot of snow and prolonged power outages. A storm that dumped 10 inches in my yard in Soddy-Daisy had melted away from streets that afternoon and had largely melted away from lawns the following day. “WRCB-TV chief meteorologist Paul Barys stood by his previous day’s prediction of snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches Wednesday night in Chattanooga and up to 11 inches in the Blue Ridge Mountains,” The Times Free Press said Feb. 13. “He said the snow really would start to stick late. ‘It’s going to be well after dark,’ said Barys, who described the weather as ‘wild, it’s a real mix of things in the upper atmosphere.’”

Bizarre March storm follows sky trailing of city; paper’s reporters gawk

On Monday, March 24, 2014, aircraft crisscrossed Chattanooga. I was on radio station business and attended a funeral in the city, tempted to sling my sports jacket over my shoulder. I photographed dozens of chemtrails muddying up an otherwise blue sky. The next day, a bizarre snowstorm hit the city. Here’s the link: Timesfreepress.com/news/2014/mar/25/snow-flurries-reportedly-signal-mountain/

Paul Barys of WRCB Channel 3 says he predicted the activity March 25, and that his prediction stood apart from any activity of airplane traffic. It would have had to, he said, because one cannot know where any plane-dumped coverage might drift in the wind currents. Weather control is “a dream” and that it is not yet possible, Mr. Barys says. The plumes of white behind jets are simply condensation from the firing of hot engines, their length and duration depending on the aridity of the atmosphere. In dismissing the chemtrail argument, he cites World War II photos of B-17 bomber formations showing long contrail threads trailing for miles behind the lumbering fleets. If evidence were to indicate the government is pouring potentially toxic ingredients upon cities, “I would be the first on it” to expose the hazard, Mr. Barys says.

The weather was focus of a Times Free Press story in its magazine, FYI, “Wacky Weather,” March 27, 2014. “Chattanooga has all four seasons — sometimes in the space of a week.

Take January 2013, for example. It was about 7 degrees colder than average, and even dipped into the single digits midweek early in the month. Then, a few days later, residents shed their coats and welcomed temperatures in the 60s. Weather forecasters are loathe to use the word weird, though, to describe Chattanooga’s climate.”

Thanks to the Internet, the chemtrailing phenomenon is largely demystified, though many questions remain. The connection of neurological toxicity is important, and it is my suspicion that regular doses of aluminum and other ingredients in the sky-seeding cocktail are not beneficial to individual — nor the public — health. Inhaling the metallic reflective ingredients are unlikely to help one reach one’s dying hour with clarity of mind and strong limbs, as did the patriarchs. Jacob astutely prophesied about his 12 sons and “drew his feet up into the bed and breathed his last, and was gathered to his people” (Genesis 49:33). Toxicity levels among people today is so great that long lives are curtailed and neurological failure is a common problem among people 60 and older.

Diamonds in the sky

The government program to pour aerosolized metals into the sky to reflect heat is already having an effect worldwide. But much media coverage gives the impression that weather control is a future prospect, not a practice.

The program will affect weather patterns in Europe and disrupt rainfall, Reuters reported June 6, 2012. “Large-scale engineering projects aimed at fighting global warming could radically reduce rainfall in Europe and North America, a team of scientists from four European countries have warned. Geoengineering projects are controversial, even though they are largely theoretical at this point. They range from mimicking the effects of large volcanic eruptions by releasing sulphur dioxide into the atmosphere, to deploying giant mirrors in space to deflect the sun’s rays. Proponents say they could be a rapid response to rising global temperatures but environmentalists argue they are a distraction from the need to reduce man-made carbon emissions. Critics also point to a lack of solid research into unintended consequences and the absence of any international governance structure for such projects, whose effects could transcend national borders.”

That story says geoengineering is “largely theoretical at this point,” clearly written by a reporter unaware of the program that has been operating for years. Another story appearing four days before at Huffington Post also gives the impression that climate control programs are projected by scientists, rather than a longstanding ho-hum public policy routine. “The white haze that hangs over many major cities could become a familiar sight everywhere if the world decides to try geoengineering to create a cooler planet.” The story cites a poll saying 65 percent of people polled are wary about governments’ altering climate artificially. It quotes the author of a study, Ben Kravitz, a postdoctoral researcher at the Carnegie Institution, as saying. “People who are used to living in New York might not notice a difference, but people in the mountains might notice a difference. *** What happens when you put a layer of sulfate aerosols into the stratosphere, they scatter light. But they don’t scatter light equally. Depending on the size of the particle, they might scatter blue light differently than red light.”

A Canadian geoengineering activist, G. Brian Holmes, published in his local hometown paper a summary of his research on chemtrailing. “Many various chemical compounds have been detected as a result of the spraying,” says the operator of a website Holmestead in a column he published in his community newspaper, Tiny Ties, in 2003. “Aluminum, barium, cadmium, polymer fibers and others. Many investigators claim to have detected various pathogens along with jet fuel residues and certain components of JP8 fuel are banned poisons.

“The most prevalent adverse health effects due to the spraying are: Persistent hacking coughs, upper respiratory and intestinal distress, disorientation, aching joints and muscles, nosebleeds, diarrhea, rashes and itchy skin plus many other, often flu-like, symptoms. Deaths have been reported. Others, including myself, have also experienced a dry metallic taste.” Mr. Holmes says those with a weak immune system appear to be most at risk. The Americans have 700 tankers flying aerosols, he says.

In 2013 Canadians gathered signatures to petition the federal legislature to address their health concerns. In 2001 a space war prevention bill in the federal house of representatives, sponsored by Rep. Dennis Kucinich, sought to outlaw “exotic weapons systems,” including “chemtrails” and the operation of HAARP, the federal facility in Alaska that projects electromagnetic energy into the atmosphere in tests and for other purposes.

Paul Barys says plumes no big deal

I ask Mr. Barys if planes are pouring aluminum halide in the air over Chattanooga. Or are white trails just exhaust? “Most of what everybody sees — if not everything that everybody sees — is just contrails,” he says. “They’ve been going on since planes have been flying real high in the atmosphere. If you see a contrail when a plane is flying at 10,000 feet, then its not the same thing as a plane that’s flying at 25,000 to [35,000 feet] or 45,000 feet, because it’s much colder up there — thirty below zero. But at 10,000 feet, unless it’s wintertime, it’s usually not that cold. It’s sort of the same principle as when you turn on your car in wintertime when you see not necessarily oil but you see water coming out of the back of the car. It’s the same principles.”

Mr. Barys says contrails have been deposited over the Americas “for a long long time.” The governments all over the world “would love to [control weather], and have tried to do it. But as far as putting down anything on the ground or on the surface of the planet from 35,000 feet is a fool’s errand because you don’t know where it’s going to land. If you want to dose somebody with something you do it from 34 or 45 feet up in a crop duster. Now that’s a totally different thing.”

Noted weather forecaster Paul Barys of TV3 in Chattanooga says jet plumes such as this one, seen Feb. 28, 2014 over Chattanooga, are merely water vapor.

Mr. Barys doesn’t hold national government’s above suspicion as to their motives to control the weather. “Governments would probably love to do it but they haven’t been doing a very good job of it.  Most of the time, as far as I can tell the only reason you see the contrail at all is because of the structure of the atmosphere, the temperature. Sometimes you will see days where there’s tremendous amounts of contrails. It will almost cover the sky completely, or be a thin overcast. And sometimes you’ll see just a little contrail behind a plane, and sometimes you’ll see no contrail; the sky is as blue as can be. No contrails at all, and that’s because the atmosphere is so dry in the upper atmosphere, and water condensation is just not going to happen.”

Even crisscrossing white trails have nothing to do with chemtrails, the long-time TV weather forecaser says. Pilots fly “roads in the sky” and “these planes take the same road pretty much over and over again.” Today he says, there are high clouds moving in. The contrails are showing you, Mr. Barys says, that the atmosphere is “almost saturated at 20,000 to 25,000 feet, filled with water. The contrails will form quicker in that type of situation.” Also there is a storm system coming into the area. The contrail scenery “has nothing to do with throwing chemicals up there.” Someday it could happen by plane, but “odds are” you could be off 300 and 400 miles in trying to pour plane contents it over city because of wind currents.

I am a little puzzled by Mr. Barys’ remark that somehow chemtrailers are trying to hit people on the ground. If their goal is to limit the direct sunlight hitting the ground, it doesn’t matter were the material is spread so long as it lingers above the ground and deflects sunrays via muddy overcast. Why do these operations occur over cities so often? Perhaps because cities absorb and reflect more of the sun’s heat and light, and are kept cooler when chemtrailed.

IOLA is an alternative to spraying. It worked in Al Ain and Dubai by a SWISS company. Just ionise clouds and rain is the outcome by a few minutes!!!!!! Cost is a fraction of aerial methods and eco-friendly. Mexico and WEBB CONunty – US has adopted these methods and 90 percent success!!!!!!!!!

  2. kay says:

IOLA (IONIZE LOCAL CLOUD) is a new method of cloud-making. Just ionize the cloud negatively using ion towers, as done in DUBAI) ia a virtuslly geo -friendly merethod of artificial cloud formation. Ions carry dust and aerosols upp to 3000 feet and form nuclei for droplets. IT rains a few minuites later!!!!!!! Propagandists oppose sayiong it is costly and consumes POWER. But overhead flying is more costlier than IOLA. It also helps reduce pollution in cities by taking pollutants above ground level. So it is a promising alternative to spraying. Think of accumulated aerosols (nano metals) over a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cost of IOLA well balaces its advantages and also harmless to the next generation, Only people this opposes are SPARAYING COMPANIES which targets a huge profit out of present harmful spraying,. THEY got a contract to do it and they just want to do it!!!!!!!Unnecessary research projects from companies and universities are the root causes for this. US should spend less for unwanted researches funded by GOVT from TAX money. Govt better stop immigration in these time odf unemployment…US is the only country which allows immigration of this magniotude!!!!!

Paul Barys is a fool who as anyone can access the internet to discern the obvious! Paul has even more access through his field of expertise and lazily ignores what they are doing. What a complete bafoon! No wonder so many Chattanoogans make fun of him. He and the other weather staff on the other competing stations are just going in work for a job to just get paid instead of truly investigating the atmosphere…..what a fool!
