The stakes are raising by the day as the Earth's climate and life support systems continue to unravel. The US military has long since acknowledged that the disintegrating climate system is the greatest national security threat of all. What has never been admitted to by our government, the military, mainstream media, and legions of academicians (that are either paid off or threatened into silence), is the ongoing global climate engineering assault. Geoengineering/solar radiation management programs are nothing short of weather and biological warfare (due to the highly toxic fallout from the climate engineering programs). The recent "Presidential Memorandum" from President Obama is revealing. Not just because of what it covers, but because of the glaring omission of the climate engineering issue which is only eluded to in the document (excerpts below).

MEMORANDUM FOR THE HEADS OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES
SUBJECT: Climate Change and National Security
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby direct the following:
Section 1. Purpose. This memorandum establishes a framework and directs Federal departments and agencies (agencies) to perform certain functions to ensure that climate change-related impacts are fully considered in the development of national security doctrine, policies, and plans.
The US military has long since stated its objective to "Own The Weather".
Sec. 2. Background. Climate change poses a significant and growing threat to national security, both at home and abroad. Climate change and its associated impacts affect economic prosperity, public health and safety, and international stability. Extended drought, more frequent and severe weather events, heat waves, warming and acidifying ocean waters, catastrophic wildfires, and rising sea levels all have compounding effects on people's health and well-being. Flooding and water scarcity can negatively affect food and energy production. Energy infrastructure, essential for supporting other key sectors, is already vulnerable to extreme weather and may be further compromised. Impacts of a changing climate can create conditions that promote pest outbreaks and the spread of invasive species as well as plant, animal, and human disease, including emerging infectious disease, and these can further undermine economic growth and livelihoods. Impacts can also disrupt transportation service, cutting off vulnerable communities from relief immediately after events and reducing economic output. These conditions, in turn, can stress some countries' ability to provide the conditions necessary for human security. All of these effects can lead to population migration within and across international borders, spur crises, and amplify or accelerate conflict in countries or regions already facing instability and fragility.
Climate change and associated impacts on U.S. military and other national security-related missions and operations could adversely affect readiness, negatively affect military facilities and training, increase demands for Federal support to non-federal civil authorities, and increase response requirements to support international stability and humanitarian assistance needs.
The top US military leaders have stated again and again that the disintegrating climate system is the greatest national security threat of all.
(a) The Climate and National Security Working Group. The Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs and the Assistant to the President for Science and Technology, or their designees, will chair an interagency working group (Working Group) to coordinate the development of a strategic approach to identify, assess, and share information on current and projected climate-related impacts on national security interests and to inform the development of national security doctrine, policies, and plans.
US weather/climate modification programs are a historically verifiable fact.
Historical documents (a massive 750 page US Senate document is one) verify that global weather modification/climate engineering programs have been going on for some 70 years.
(b) Representation. The Working Group shall include representatives, at the Assistant Secretary or equivalent level, or their designees, from:
(i) the Department of State;
(ii) the Department of the Treasury;
(iii) the Department of Defense;
(iv) the Department of Justice;
(v) the Department of the Interior;
(vi) the Department of Agriculture;
(vii) the Department of Commerce;
(viii) the Department of Health and Human Services;
(ix) the Department of Transportation;
(x) the Department of Energy;
(xi) the Department of Homeland Security;
(xii) the United States Agency for International Development;
(xiii) the Environmental Protection Agency;
(xiv) the National Aeronautics and Space Administration;
(xv) the Office of the Director of National Intelligence;
(xvi) the U.S. Mission to the United Nations;
(xvii) the Office of Management and Budget;
(xviii) the Council on Environmental Quality;
(xix) the Millennium Challenge Corporation; and
(xx) any other agencies or offices as designated by the Co-Chairs.
(c) Functions. The Working Group, in close collaboration with the U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP), shall:
(i) identify the U.S. national security priorities that are within the scope of the Working Group's mission;
(ii) develop recommendations for requirements for climate and social science data and intelligence analyses, as appropriate, that support national security interests;
(iii) catalog climate science data, intelligence analyses, and other products and programs that support or should be considered in the development of national security doctrine, policy, and plans. This catalogue shall include climate and social science data repositories and analytical platforms; climate modeling, simulation, and projection capabilities; and information-sharing tools and resources supporting climate risk analyses and assessments, such as the Climate Data Initiative, the Climate Resilience Toolkit, the Global Change Information System, and the National Climate Assessment;
The very same governmental agencies that are named in this new "Obama Climate Change Memorandum" have already been involved in the weather modification/climate engineering arena for over a half century as historical presidential reports prove.
(x) in coordination with the NSTC, recommend research guidelines concerning the Federal Government's ability to detect climate intervention activities;
The US government (and other major powers around the globe) have been actively and aggressively engaged in a toxic tug of war with the Earth's climate system since the end of WWll.
(xiv) have classified and unclassified capabilities, as required and appropriate, to consolidate and make available climate change-related impact information, intelligence analyses, and assessments for access and use by Working Group member agencies;
Even weather "forecasting" agencies like The Weather Channel are owned by corporate entities that are completely connected to the power structure. To help silence government employees in organizations like The National Weather Service and NOAA, illegal federal gag orders have been used.
(xvii) coordinate on the development of quantitative models, predictive mapping products, and forecasts to anticipate the various pathways through which climate change may affect public health as an issue of national security.
Though the government is admitting to the impacts of climate change on public health, there is, of course, no mention of the global climate engineering assault and the catastrophic impact to public health being caused by geoengineering programs.
(b) identify climate change-related risks to agency missions, and risks that may be caused by agency policies, programs, and actions…
(g) identify climate change-related impacts on global water and food security and nutrition and the resulting impacts on national security, and recommend actions to mitigate these impacts;
Though anthropogenic climate change is undeniable and dire, climate engineering is the single greatest causal factor in regard to the record droughts occurring all over the globe.
f) "Global health security" refers to activities required, both proactive and reactive, to minimize vulnerability to acute public health events that endanger the collective health of populations living across geographical regions and international boundaries and includes the efforts of the Global Health Security Agenda to establish capacity to prevent, detect, and respond to disease threats, whether naturally occurring, deliberate, or accidental.
Geoengineering is also biological warfare, all available data makes this fact undisputable.
(d) This memorandum is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
The final paragarph in Obama's "memorandum" is essentially a statement of full immunity for the US government. The power structure is increasingly desperate and maneuvering as rapidly as they can. The time we have remaining to fully expose the criminal cabal that has taken over our government (and our weather) is running out. The task of sharing credible information with the still uninformed belongs to all of us, make your voice heard in the critical battle to sound the alarm.
New Science Study Comes Closer To Disclosing The Catastrophic Health And Environmental Consequences Of Climate Engineering
The walls of the power structure are beginning to buckle, those that have served the power brokers are beginning to respond to their own instinct of self survival. The University of Michigan Department of Environmental Health Sciences has just published a Science study, "Assessing The Direct Occupational And Public Health Impacts Of Solar Radiation Management With Stratospheric Aerosols" (excerpts from this study later in this article).
Climate engineering is weather warfare, nothing less. The highly toxic materials being used in the ongoing atmospheric aerosol spraying programs all settle down through the air column, this makes geoengineering a form of biological warfare as well. Unimaginable and irreparable decimation is being inflicted on the biosphere and the entire web of life by the ongoing climate modification SRM programs. How long can the insanity in our skies continue without the consequences to the Earth and the human race becoming total? Geoengineering programs are wreaking havoc on the planet from every direction, including being the primary driver of the ever increasing record droughts and forest fires.

It must be understood that no peer reviewed science publications that openly admit to the ongoing geoengineering programs will be allowed by the power structure controlled institutions. The tentacles of this control are vast beyond true comprehension, penetrating and permeating every imaginable organization. This being said, many within these organizations (that have gone along with the insanity so far in order to safeguard their own financial interests) are beginning to realize they are also going to go down with the ship. Some are now whispering the truth in the shadows. The excerpts below are from the study in question that was just published on January 19, 2016.
Although much is being done to unravel the scientific and technical challenges around geoengineering, there have been few efforts to characterize the potential human health impacts of geoengineering, particularly with regards to SRM approaches involving stratospheric aerosols.
This paper explores this information gap. Using available evidence, we describe the potential direct occupational and public health impacts of exposures to aerosols likely to be used for SRM, including environmental sulfates, black carbon, metallic aluminum, and aluminum oxide aerosols. We speculate on possible health impacts of exposure to one promising SRM material, barium titanate, using knowledge of similar nano materials.
Our analysis suggests that adverse public health impacts may reasonably be expected from SRM via deployment of stratospheric aerosols.
This paper will focus on SRM via stratospheric aerosol injection, and will describe potential direct human health impacts. We explore three knowledge gaps: 1) human exposures, 2) human health impacts, and 3) exposure limits. SRM may be expected to result in ecosystem damage and resulting human health effects through indirect mechanisms such as damage to, or contamination of, agricultural products and wildlife.
Sulfates and nanoparticles currently favored for SRM include sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfide, black carbon, and specially engineered discs composed of metallic aluminum, aluminum oxide and barium titanate.

Due to atmospheric circulation and gravitational deposition, large-scale population exposures to atmospherically-injected SRM materials will almost certainly occur after their deployment. Population exposures could also occur through ingestion of food and water contaminated with deposited particles, as well as transdermally. Unlike occupational exposures, there has been virtually no research done to estimate ground-level personal exposures to SRM materials…
No models appear to have estimated the potential global burden of environmental aluminum, alumina or barium titanate that might result from SRM.
… population exposures to SRM materials will be continuous and prolonged over months to years… Thus the health effects will be primarily chronic in nature.
In humans, and in particular asthmatics, increases in specific airway resistance or decreases in forced expiratory volume or forced expiratory flow are the primary response following acute exposure…
Aluminum is never found free in nature, and instead forms metal compounds, complexes, or chelates including aluminum oxide. Aluminum and aluminum oxide do not appear to differ in toxicity. Wheezing, dyspnea, and impaired lung function, as well as pulmonary fibrosis, have been noted…
Dilation and hypertrophy of the right side of the heart have been seen in workers exposed to aluminum powder, as have decreased red blood cell hemoglobin and finger clubbing. Helper T-lymphocyte alveolitis and blastic transformation of peripheral blood lymphocytes in the presence of soluble aluminum compounds in vitro were found in an individual exposed to aluminum dust.
In general, exposures to barium salts are associated with respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, metabolic and neurologic effects.
For public exposures – which would likely be widespread following SRM efforts – the EPA, European Environmental Agency (EEA), and World Health Organization specify regulatory standards for ambient air quality. Importantly, tables show a very small sampling of air quality standards in use around the world that relate to potential SRM materials, of which the WHO standards may be considered most generalizable globally. Exposure limits differ substantially between these agencies, but, more importantly, there are currently no limits set by any of these agencies for most of the substances that may be used for SRM.
The inconsistencies in established exposure limits for both occupational and community settings, combined with the absence of any exposure limits for a number of potential SRM materials, highlight the issues involved in protecting workers and the public from unintended health consequences resulting from SRM deployment.
The substantial potential exposures and subsequent health impacts associated with SRM efforts based on stratospheric aerosols must be considered further before any attempts are made at SRM .
Since exposures will inherently be global in nature, exposure limits must be harmonized to ensure that individuals around the world are given equal protection from adverse health effects. Global harmonization of standards related to SRM represents an immense but necessary bureaucratic and scientific challenge, and an important step towards establishing a formal governance framework for geoengineering.

Though this study does not openly admit to the fact that global climate engineering has been deployed for decades (with unquantifiable and catastrophic impacts), the study does address the obvious, inarguable, and horrific dangers in the most direct fashion I have yet seen from an institutional science publication. The cancer that has controlled the world for so long is losing its grip, the cracks in the dam are widening rapidly. Coming legal actions will further fuel the exposure of those behind the curtain, along with their ongoing crimes against humanity and the environment. When studies like the one above are combined with the mountain of existing data (which prove atmospheric spraying and climate engineering have been going on for some 70 years), the dangers posed by the geoengineering/SRM elephant in the room become impossible to rationally deny. From historical US Senate studies, to half-century old presidential reports, to extensive patents lists and undeniable film footage of atmospheric spraying, proof of the ongoing climate engineering reality is there for any who do objective investigation. Now, more than ever, we must all keep up our stride in the all important battle to expose and halt the greatest and most immediate threat we face short of nuclear cataclysm, global climate engineering. All of us are needed to help with sounding the alarm.

The power structure is beginning to panic as the public wakes up to the criminal climate engineering insanity. The growing police state is completely out of control and becoming unimaginably blatant with their actions. In recent weeks Washington has placed "gag orders" on the following agency employees, "The National Weather Service", the "National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration", and the "US Department of Commerce". This is a massive red flag that should trigger alarm bells everywhere.

Bill Hopkins, the executive vice president for the National Weather Service employees organization (NWSEO) said this:
“As a taxpayer, I find it highly disturbing that a government agency continues to push gag orders to hide how they operate. This is the work of the American government, owned by the American public, and should be open to the American public.”
Jeff Ruch, the executive director "PEER" (Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility) said this about the "gag orders".
“The National Weather Service is about the last place where national security-style secrecy rules need to be enforced,” Ruch noted that the broad scope of the gag orders put much of what goes on inside the agency under wraps. “Everyone is free to talk about the weather except for the people working inside the National Weather Service. Go figure.”
Some time ago I personally spoke to an NOAA scientist that said "we all know it is going on (climate engineering) but we are afraid to speak out, we have no first amendment protection". The new "gag order" is a further muzzling of the NWS and NOAA. It is likely there are many in the National Weather Service and NOAA that have had enough of lying about what is really going on in our skies.
Massive atmospheric aerosol spraying assaults are constant around the globe. Almost all meteorologists have so far denied the all too obvious ongoing climate engineering operations.
Other weather agencies and personnel have also been actively engaged in public deception. What did BBC "meteorologist" Ian Fergusson say about the picture below?
"When rain, ice crystals or snow falls but evaporates before reaching the ground, it's a (natural) phenomenon called 'virga' or 'fallstreak'."
The so called "experts" are naming jet aircraft sprayed aerosol clouds as if they are produced by nature.
A report from PEER contains the following statement:
This summer, the National Weather Service began requiring a signed confidentiality agreement (Exhibit I) from NWSEO participants along with all participants on the OWA teams. These agreements purport to bind NWSEO representatives from communicating with its members, members of Congress or any other person regarding agency plans and how they are determined. These agreements also do not contain terms allowing reports of actual or impending law or rule violations, gross mismanagement, waste or abuse.
The PEER report continued with this:
The National Weather Service, NOAA and Commerce are presently implementing and enforcing nondisclosure agreements which violate the law.
We are officially living in an Orwellian police state where any who dare to try and tell the truth are dealt with severely. Forcing the employees of "national" weather and climate agencies to sign "confidentiality agreements is extremely alarming (with unimaginable potential consequences), but not surprising given what we know about the cataclysms being caused by the rapidly growing climate engineering elephant in the room. Some may mistake the "gag order" to be only about union issues, this is not the case as quotes above (taken from the PEER reports) make clear. The decimation and mortality that has already been inflicted on our biosphere and all life from global geoengineering is so immense it could never be calculated. The weather warfare insanity is finally becoming all but impossible to hide, the recent "gag orders" are a sign of true desperation on the part of the power structure. Now more than ever we must all keep up our pace in the battle to expose and halt climate engineering.
While the “scientists”, the US military, and numerous other governmental agencies, continue to deny the reality of the massive global geoengineering programs, the enormous machine that runs these ever expanding programs continues to grow in plain sight. Those that are attempting to expose the truth regarding the planetary weather/climate modification aerosol spraying are still marginalized by the state sponsored mainstream media which is all too willing to do as it is told by those in power.

The document contained below is very damning and revealing, I located it in the NASA archives in late October of 2012. It should be a stark wake up call for any that still deny the existence of massive covert weather modification programs which are coordinated by various governments around the world.
The article below covers many aspects of geoengineering, but, like almost all articles available on this dire subject, does not recognize the reality, that it has long since been occurring above our heads day in and day out. SAG (stratospheric aerosol geoengineering) and SRM (solar radiation management) have been fully deployed around the globe for many years now. There is a mountain of evidence to confirm this. These programs are decimating the atmosphere, altering all weather patterns, causing global droughts, and poisoning all that lives and breaths with toxic metalic nano-particles. The ongoing global geoengineering programs are the greatest untold story on the planet.
