First Anti-Geoengineering Billboard Goes Up In New York City

Another GeoengineeringWatch.org billboard goes up in our ongoing and rapidly intensifying effort to expose the climate engineering insanity to the public. This billboard, the latest of many, is on the Long Island Expressway in New York City, New York. It is visible to eastbound traffic that is exiting Manhattan, just across the river from the United Nations headquarters and the Trump World Tower.
Every day climate catastrophes continue to increase around the globe. Though there are countless forms of anthropogenic damage to the planet which are greatly affecting the climate system, the ongoing global geoengineering programs are the greatest assault of all against our biosphere.
From the constant toxic aerosol spraying to the constant bombardment of radio frequencies (that are part of the climate engineering assault), the onslaught of decimation related to climate engineering is incalculable and relentless. Geoengineering, Climate Collapse, Dead Leaves, And Defoliants

Visible signs of biosphere collapse can be seen everywhere, but how many seem to notice? What would our world be like without trees? We would never know, because without trees, we would not be here. In recent years ever larger numbers of deciduous trees can be found fully foliated with stone dead leaves, even in the middle of winter. Why?
The term DECIDUOUS means that trees that are categorized as deciduous lose their leaves, usually in the autumn. This is a natural process. The term deciduous means "the dropping of a part that is no longer needed" and the "falling away (of a part) after its purpose is finished". Why are leaves now shriveling up and dying on various species of DECIDUOUS trees (and remaining on the tree) after specific rains in the fall season? Even without the present cold temperatures? Why are leaves (which normally fall off trees) hanging on with many species of deciduous trees all winter long? There is no historical precedent for such a completely unnatural and alarming phenomenon now occurring with many deciduous trees.
This phenomenon is taking place both in urban and wilderness settings alike. While some are claiming that trees fully foliated with dead leaves is normal or natural, such a claim does not hold up to objective investigation of the leaf abscission process. Abscission means that a plant will cut away, various parts of its organism. A tree will abscise a part of itself either to discard a member that is no longer necessary, such as a leaf during autumn, or a flower following fertilization, or for the purposes of reproduction. Most deciduous plants / trees drop their leaves by abscission before winter, whereas evergreen plants / trees continuously abscise their leaves. If a leaf is damaged, a plant may also abscise it to conserve water or photosynthetic efficiency, depending on the "costs" to the plant as a whole.
Again, living trees that are covered in dead hanging leaves are a recently recognized phenomenon. Are the dead leaf foliated trees any more "normal" than the "official" false narratives about "condensation trails"? We know that farmers / orchard growers have been using defoliants for decades in order to force their trees into dormancy. Certainly governments could do this on almost any scale with the massive climate engineering operations.
Why aren’t official agencies doing any investigation or testing? Are the climate engineers utilizing defoliants during fall rains as a part of their ongoing geoengineering operations? Is this a method to force many deciduous trees into dormancy, when the average temperatures are now often far too warm in many locations to create natural dormancy and subsequent leaf drop? Are the climate engineers trying to create the illusion of a season change that is no longer naturally occurring in many regions due to rapidly rising temperatures? Again we know that chemicals for forcing dormancy in trees have been used by some farmers for decades.
Climate engineering fueled extreme weather whiplash is becoming rapidly worse all over the globe. Nature's former balance has been completely derailed. How far will the geoengineers go to mask the severity of biosphere collapse from the public till the last possible moment? Though some sources still claim there is limited ozone layer recovery over the polar regions, front line data from some of the same sources does not support such a conclusion. How many are even aware of the "Unprecedented Ozone Hole Over (the) Canadian Arctic" (that was first reported in 2011)? In regard to the UK Daily Mail statement that "Researchers believe climate change is altering atmospheric circulations", again, a lie. Geoengineering is the greatest single factor impacting atmospheric circulation patterns.

To be clear, if the ozone layer completely collapses, all terrestrial life and most aquatic life will perish. How close could such a state be if we remain on the current course? We are perilously close, perhaps only a few years.
The “official denial” of climate engineering is also breaking down, the impacts of the ongoing geoengineering / solar radiation management assault are becoming all but impossible to hide in plain sight.
The horrific environmental and climate decimation being created by climate engineering are far beyond catastrophic. CNN’s “Beme” News Comes To California To Cover Climate Engineering Issue

Mainstream media’s near total failure to tell the truth on any subject is a primary reason populations are still so completely disconnected from reality on countless issues with climate engineering at the top of the list. The short on-air morning news interview below covering the climate engineering / geoengineering issue was recently recorded in Northern California at the KQMS radio station. Present at this brief interview were a reporter and her videographer who work for a startup branch of CNN News. The pair from CNN were in Northern California to investigate the critical issue of climate engineering (though the questions posed by the CNN employee near the end of the short interview indicated a bias toward the official narrative of geoengineering denial). All available data conclusively confirms that climate engineering programs have long since been fully deployed. Legitimate investigation is an obligation for any who claim to care about the future of our children and the web of life. The 12 minute video below documents the geoengineering discussion and debate that occurred on the Northern California live news broadcast.
After the radio broadcast exchange, the CNN interviewer and videographer spent the whole day with me to continue their “investigation” of the geoengineering issue. The expected "official geoengineering denial" bias of the CNN reporter was evident at many points of questioning during the day. Due to this factor, a member of the anti-geoengineering legal team (working with GeoengineeringWatch.org) requested reasonable assurance from CNN that my responses to their questions would not be edited out. The CNN group refused to offer any assurance of objectivity in their film release agreement. For this reason, I have refused to sign the release. Given the rapidly increasing desperation of the power structure to falsely discredit any who dare to speak out about the climate engineering atrocities, we will have to wait and see what they do now. Reaching a critical mass of climate engineering awareness with the population is absolutely essential, this is the only way forward in the fight to expose and halt climate engineering. Geoengineered Christmas Cool-Down

The weather makers continue to manufacture winter weather whiplash in an ever more desperate attempt to confuse and divide populations regarding the true state of the climate disintegration. “Winter Storm Dylan” is the latest creation of the climate engineers that is being orchestrated to coincide with the Christmas holidays. How much of a “storm” will “Winter Storm Dylan” actually amount to once this completely engineered mainstream media hyped “winter weather event" is all said and done?
December 24th UPDATE, winter storm "Dylan" has already run it's course, dying out earlier than initially predicted. "Dylan" turned into more of a "ice storm" event in places as the geoengineers were not able to completely cool down the incoming flows of far above freezing temperature precipitation (partially originating from the Gulf of Mexico in this case). The chemically ice nucleated moisture then makes it to the ground before "setting up", creating "ice storm" conditions. The weather makers are now focusing on the orchestration of "Winter Storm Ethan", round two of the Geoengineered Christmas Cool-Down.
December 29th Update, winter storm " Ethan" has now been replaced with "Winter Storm Frankie". The climate engineers are continuing their efforts to cool down portions of the US (often the most populated regions of the Eastern US), while frying and drying western portions of the US. The constant dome of ionosphere heater induced high pressure over the West forces Pacific precipitation up and over the West. This flow of moisture is then chemically ice nucleated by the climate engineers as it travels down through Canada and into the central and eastern portions of the US. The recent tweet by Mr. Trump clearly illustrates the psychological effect and agenda behind the geoengineered holiday cool-down.
Patented processes of "chemical ice nucleation for weather modification" (a primary aspect of climate engineering operations) will likely cause considerable surface icing scenarios as these materials reach ground level. The endothermic reacting elements used in the geoengineering operations also tend to dry up much of the available atmospheric moisture. In their attempt to create the illusion of ferocious winter weather on a rapidly warming planet, the geoengineers are actually further fueling the overall planetary heating.
The gravity and immediacy of the rapidly unfolding climate and biosphere implosion cannot be overstated. Has the human race already sown the seeds for certain demise? The 7 minute video below spotlights the latest weather warfare assault that is being waged by the climate engineers.
The latest NOAA "departure from normal temperature" map below reflects extreme and historically unprecedented temperature imbalances from West to East. Such "weather whiplash" extreme "freeze / fry" scenarios have now become the norm, a direct result of completely out of control (and immensely destructive) climate engineering operations. By keeping the most populated regions of the US artificially cooled down, the geoengineers can continue to fuel division and confusion in the population in regard to the true state of climate implosion.

California Firestorms: Geoengineered Catastrophe

Yet another round of extreme firestorm catastrophes are hitting California. Like the recent Santa Rosa fire disaster, the current wildfires are verifiably connected to conditions created by the ongoing global climate engineering assault. The geoengineering cabal is becoming more desperate by the day as the biosphere and climate unraveling accelerates exponentially. The 6 minute video below reveals aspects of the climate engineering assault and its connection to the California firestorms.
Though many have been falsely led to believe that last winter's rain in California erased and eliminated the drought, this could not be further from the truth. Last summer was the hottest and driest on record in countless locations of the US West. The following quote is from the Los Angeles fire department chief:
“Brush burning index is 296. This is the highest number I've ever seen in my career. The threshold for this rating is 165. Monday I said that to the Mayor, this is the highest rating I'd ever seen.”
Geoengineering operations are not only cutting off precipitation from the US West and destroying the ozone layer globally, the desiccant particulates from the fallout create an incendiary dust that coats foliage and structures.

While California continues to go up in flames, regions of the Canadian Arctic and Greenland have recently been basking in record warm temperatures nearly 60 degrees above normal. At the same time that record heat is occurring in the polar regions and elsewhere, snow is forecasted (scheduled) to fall as far south as Chihuahua, Mexico (2017 also saw record low ice at BOTH poles). The climate engineers will continue to use patented chemical ice nucleation processes to fuel ever more extreme weather whiplash scenarios. The climate engineers are manufacturing the illusion of winter in some regions while overall global temperatures continue to soar toward a runaway scenario.
The extremely anomalous jet stream configuration shown in The Weather Channel's "forecast" map above (scheduled weather) are meteorologically unprecedented. Climate engineering can create short term surface cool-downs at the cost of an even worse overall planetary warming.
The departure from normal high temperature map below reveals the engineered weather whiplash scenarios being created by the geoengineers. The extremely anomalous sea surface temperature division line, wrapping around the Gulf of Mexico and up the East Coast of the US, is shocking. The anomalous hot and cold zones throughout the North American continent are yet another harbinger of the climate intervention operations and the weather whiplash scenarios they are creating.
It is important to remember and consider that all the temperatures reflected in the map above (and temperatures being reported by weather news sources) are surface readings. Commercial and private pilots (that are communicating with GeoengineeringWatch.org) are reporting ONLY far above normal temperature readings at altitude. The climate engineered chemical cool-down zones occupy only a shallow layer of air at the Earth's surface.
The gravity and immediacy of the changes currently unfolding around us cannot be overstated. What we face on the near term horizon are nothing less than existential threat. Trails that are turned on and off, grid patterns one day and nothing the next (in spite of often identical atmospheric conditions). Witnessing one jet leaving a trail from horizon to horizon adjacent to another jet at a similar altitude that leaves virtually nothing. Trails of completely dissimilar compositions and colors. There are misaligned plumes behind some jets (usually lower flying military tankers) that do not match the alignment of the engines themselves. This causes some of the sprayed dispursion trails to shoot out slightly to one side of the aircraft (not parallel due to misaligned nozzles). There is also of course the fact that all climate science circles and governments around the globe are clamoring for climate engineering to be deployed (though none in these communities will yet admit to the truth, geoengineering was fully deployed decades ago). Our society has been well trained to accept the official narrative on countless issues which is how those in power hide their crimes in plain site. The fact that official explanations for what we see in our skies are completely contrary to deductive reasoning and the laws of physics has, so far, seemed not to matter to the majority of the population.

Again, we are told by all official sources, agencies, and elected officials, that all we are seeing in our skies are "condensation trails". They say that it is perfectly normal for this "condensation" so stay in the sky for hours or days, widening and spreading until whole horizons are completely blotted out. What we see is exactly what they say they want to do with solar radiation management (SRM), but they assure us that geoengineering is not actually going on, yet. Those that choose to believe these blatant lies simply do not yet want to wake up. Here is the fact of the matter, all commercial jet aircraft and all military tankers are fitted with a type of jet engine that is by design nearly incapable of producing any condensation trail except under the most extreme circumstances, the high bypass turbofan.

The fight to expose and halt climate engineering is a challenge that must be won or nothing else will matter. If we just go about our lives without making this battle a top priority, we are failing in our responsibility toward our children and the greater good. Controlling Hurricanes: Harvey, Irma, And Now Jose?

Was the recent rash of destructive cyclones just an act of nature? Or is there more to the story? Climate engineering (including the manipulation of hurricanes), is not just theory, speculation, or conjecture, it is verifiable fact and has been since project “Cirrus” was deployed by the US military in 1947. Anyone who takes the time to legitimately investigate the climate engineering / geoengineering issue, without preconception or programmed bias, can only come to the conclusion that climate engineering is real and ongoing. Why are global powers intervening with Earth’s natural systems, and thus completely derailing them? Though the answers are complex, ultimately the global climate engineering Manhattan program comes down to power and control on many fronts and with many layers. The Threats We Face: Q & A

If the human race is to have any chance of long term survival, there are critical issues that must be fully exposed and dealt with. Raising community awareness about critical issues is a process. Societal programming, normalcy bias and groupthink ideologies take time to break down. There are countless ways to fuel the flames of the waking up process, but consistently sharing hard hitting front-line verifiable data is key. Organizing regular community informative documentary film screenings with subsequent question and answer sessions are an effective way of helping people to see and understand the converging catastrophes we collectively face. In Redding, California, just such an effort has been ongoing, my deepest gratitude to all the activists and individuals who have assisted with the organization of these community awareness raising events. Climate Engineering Awareness Efforts, How Do We Sound The Alarm?

We collectively face a long list of planetary emergencies that are unfolding on countless fronts with blinding speed. Will we allow ourselves to be paralyzed by the darkening horizon? Or will we face the gathering storm head-on, prioritize our efforts, and each do what we can to effectively and efficiently sound the alarm in order to wake the masses? Of all the threats we face, the ongoing climate engineering/weather warfare assault is the single greatest short of nuclear cataclysm. If we are to have any chance of stopping geoengineering, we must first expose it, this effort will take all of us. Powerful awareness raising tools like the jet aircraft particulate spraying shown in the 2 minute video below are an example.

Official institutions are still attempting to mask the ongoing climate engineering atrocities by parroting the "official narrative" of denial. The "Forum For Climate Engineering Assessement" recently contacted GeoengineeringWatch.org and requested an interview with me. The fact that institutional organizations feel they need to engage in such interviews is a clear sign that our combined efforts are gaining ground in the battle to reach a critical mass of awarenes. Some excerpts from their mission statement are below:
Mission Statement
The Forum for Climate Engineering Assessment’s (FCEA) overarching objective is to assess the social, ethical, political, and legal implications of emerging technologies that fall under the broad rubric of climate engineering (sometimes referred to as “climate geoengineering”). We produce high-quality and policy-relevant research and commentary, and work in a variety of ways ensure that the climate engineering conversation maintains a focus on issues of justice, equity, agency, and inclusion.
Scope of Work
- Facilitation of climate engineering research in the academic sector.
Our work in this context includes: ongoing development of a timeline that chronicles the history of climate geoengineering and provides access to critical source materials; an occasional paper series; and development of a range of other materials for teaching and research on the social and political implications of climate engineering.
The 18 minute interview I did for this "Climate Engineering Assessment" group is below (full audio and full transcript). Whatever the overal agenda was behind this interview was (perhaps to try and marginalize those that are completely committed to exposing the climate engineering assault), the interviewer, Holly Buck, was cordial and professional. This being said, Ms. Buck has made her position on geoengineering clear. Though she claims climate engineering is only a "proposal", she advocates for all the "benifits" of deploying climate engineering/SRM programs. Publically denying existing climate engineering is likely a mandatory position for any in academia who wish to preserve their paychecks and pensions. Does this excuse the denial of academia? Absolutely not. There are volumes of verifiable facts, documents, and film footage which confirm the ongoing climate engineering reality. Unfortunately, academia (as a whole) refuses to honestly speak out about the ongoing geoengineering insanity. The recent illegal federal gag order on all NWS and NOAA employees is certainly one of the reasons why. Whatever the hurdles to speaking out, academia's betrayal of the public trust must be brought to light. The only way forward in the battle to expose and halt the ongoing weather warfare assault is to reach a critical mass of awareness with global populations, this effort will take all of us. Again, whatever the agenda of the interviewing institution may have been, the fact that they carried out this interview at all will help us carry the message to the halls of academia.

Holly: I was hoping we could start out by hearing a bit more about your site.
Dane: Our site, geoengineeringwatch.org, is simply a informational repository. We are nonpolitical. We don’t sell anything. We are simply trying to put data forward to the public so they can examine information on the geoengineering, climate engineering, solar radiation management, stratospheric aerosol injection subjects; and come to their own conclusions.
Holly: Can you tell us more about the scope of your site — who uses it, and how they find it?
Dane: Well, we have about 20,000 visitors a day and we’re over 25 million total visitors. Any search engine, if you search the word “geoengineering”, we are typically at the top of that list. Sometimes ahead of Wikipedia, so we are not hard to find. Again, we stick to the science terms and the science issues and data to back that up, so again, not hard to find if someone searches the subject of “geoengineering”.
Holly: Given that international readership, do you have a “typical” reader? Do you have return readers? Or is mostly people from all around the world who are just searching for information about this?
Dane: Well in Google Analytics, we can search fairly accurately as to who’s getting on, and we have broad, expansive demographics, if you will. Everyone from military organizations, agencies, general public and everything in between. So we’ve had very high numbers of agency people on the site as well. In fact, when we published the 60 day notice of pending legal action from our legal alliance to stop geoengineering legal team, within 3 hours, I heard from Marcia McNutt. I think you know who she is, perhaps. National Academy of Sciences. So, she apparently had looked within three hours of us posting. So there’s a wide range of people looking at this data.
Holly: I would like to back up a little bit and hear your views on climate change. I was reading one of your articles recently, where you talked about runaway global warming, and my understanding is that you believe that people are doing geoengineering to either stop or cover up the runaway warming. Is that a correct reading?
Dane: I think all available science data backs up that conclusion. I mean, I think you’re studying the issue of solar radiation management, and that is the purpose of the proposal of those programs, which again, we would argue the data indicates its long since been deployed.
The problem … there are some in the anti-climate engineering movement that have not accepted the fact that the planet is in full-blown meltdown. I gave global warming lectures before I focused everything on the climate engineering issue. But I don’t think we can argue logically, any of us, that the planet’s … what would be mathematically, statistically in a runaway greenhouse effect right now.
And we’re seeing statistically, an under-reporting of official high temperatures. Not an over-reporting as many people would like to convince themselves of, but we’re seeing an under-reporting. That means it’s even hotter than what we’re officially being told. And we are seeing significant under-reporting. Two, three, four, five degrees; so how hot is it really, if we looked at accurate data? And I would argue the data is being falsified. But in the opposite direction of what, unfortunately, many people choose to think. They think it’s being over-reported. It’s being radically under-reported.
The planet, I would argue, is much further into the warming curve than we are being told. And climate engineering is the last ditch effort to try to mask that fact from the public as long as possible.
Holly: There’s been a lot of talk lately in the media about so-called “fake news”. Some even say we are in a post-truth era. And I’m curious how you approach the topic of fake news, I mean, people must send you articles all the time. You’re a writer yourself, so how do you decide what’s real and what’s fake?
Dane: It needs to be verifiable. Period. And if we have, let’s look at the subject of climate engineering and the fact that all available data indicates it’s long since been deployed.
Our legal team; again, The Legal Alliance to Stop Geoengineering, surveyed fifteen hundred climate scientists and meteorologists. Fifteen hundred. We published the full list of the contacts, every individual, so the authenticity of this could be verified. Not one, of fifteen hundred climate scientists surveyed — and your listeners can look this up on our site — not one was willing to deny on the record that climate engineering, solar radiation management, stratospheric aerosol injection, had already been deployed. Not one.
When we post articles, for example, 750 page congressional documents, historical presidential reports, all referring to global ongoing weather/climate modification operations, we let the listener or the reader decide for themselves. Those documents are real, verifiable, available on government archives. The data is there. People have to make up their own minds if they choose to accept that data or not. But the data is there and verifiable.
Holly: I’m curious if you could tell us a little bit about how you got into this topic.
Dane: Yes. It’s not a job I wanted. I’m non-political, I’ve never been an activist. I have a background with Bechtel Power Corporation, a very corrupt corporation that I left at an early age because of issues I was not comfortable with.
My home was on the cover of the world’s largest renewable energy magazine. I’m completely off grid with wind, hydro, and solar power. When I began to lose massive amounts of my solar PV uptake. My photovoltaic power uptake from whatever these aircraft were emitting, not a single natural cloud formation in the sky. Only the lingering, spreading emissions from these aircraft. Losing sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety percent on some days, of my solar power uptake. Unimaginable losses. Something was clearly wrong. This was not condensation.
And as I began to research and found mountains of data on geoengineering, solar radiation management. Researched the primary elements listed in those patents. We have about 160 patents posted at geoengineeringwatch.org. The primary element being aluminum. I began to do precipitation tests, processed at the state certified lab. Found an initial baseline test of 7 ppb aluminum, 7 parts per billion. And I further investigated with a hydrogeologist that stated, given my filtered forested location, that amount was very high. It should be less than 1 ppb. Subsequent tests over the next year, in a single rain event, went as high as 3450 ppb of aluminum. Unimaginably high levels of aluminum and barium. Primary elements in climate engineering patents.
And after finding these government documents, presidential documents, patents, film footage up close, which we have posted at geoengineeringwatch.org. Of aircraft KC-10s, C-17s, KC-135s. Up close footage of them dispersing materials at altitude.

Global dimming is at 20 to 30 percent, you may know that. Every single dot connects. And the mountain of materials coming down on us, for example, in California, CARB, California Air Resources Board, has done studies on the materials migrating from China. From coal-fired power plants and so forth. Aluminum not amongst those materials. Nor barium.
Where was it coming from, when elements have escalated that high in that short of time? No other plausible source. I was simply forced to face the fact that these programs were in fact deployed and raining an unimaginable amount of toxicity down, destroying the ozone layer, the list goes on and on. And so, I was simply forced to either turn away or face this issue. And I couldn’t turn away.
Holly: If I recall, a few years ago, some of your work was more about chemtrails. Now it seems it has more of an emphasis on geoengineering, and I’m just wondering if you could talk a little about the evolution there, about the relationship between the two concepts.
Dane: Can you cite any of my work that uses that term?
Holly: No, I’m not talking about now. I’m talking about maybe three to five years ago.
Dane: So am I. I mean, if you can cite any of my work other than to make the point that geoengineering refers to the layman’s term of chemtrails as no scientific basis whatsoever. And I had adamantly always adhered to the science terms. Thus the name of our site, which has always been the name geoengineeringwatch.org. So I would just ask not to be confused with other groups that are using that term. I don’t use it. And adamantly and tenaciously adhere to the climate science terms on this issue.
Holly: Okay. I know you said you’re nonpolitical, but I’m curious if you have any thoughts on what the recent election and the new administration means for geoengineering programs.
Dane: I think it remains to be seen. Certainly we know the new administration is sending out incredibly alarming signals with their appointees and their apparent denial of what is really undeniable. That the climate is changing radically. That anthropogenic causes are creating the damage. We’re putting 100 million tons of CO2 in the atmosphere a day. We’re lopping down the forest, we’re poisoning the oceans. I mean, I can’t truly fathom that anyone could not understand that that would radically disrupt the energy balance of the planet.
You know the military has always known this and we know that right now your listeners can research this. We have the US military stating on the record, the greatest national security threat of all is the disintegrating climate. So, I would argue, why would we think that the military would ask our permission before they would engage in climate engineering when we know, historically, they have been engaging in weather warfare for many, many decades. We know this. Project Popeye in Vietnam. The rain seeding over the Ho Chi Minh Trail. Project Storm Fury, on and on.
So, for the Trump administration to, apparently, at least at this point, deny the climate emergency which we face right now is certainly extremely alarming. That being said, I’m working directly with a retired Air Force Major General. Retired Army Major General. Both of whom are communicating with the Trump administration about climate engineering. Because they want these programs stopped as well. Our only goal is to expose these programs and to bring them to the light of day. And that’s hard to do when you have, Holly, I’m not sure if you know this, are you aware that there is a federal gag order on all National Weather Service and all NOAA employees?
Holly: No, I hadn’t heard that.
Dane: Your listeners might want to examine that. And that should certainly send up a big red flag for them. I first was notified of that from PEER, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility. Who works directly with NWS and NOAA employees. I got a no return address, no identity, but I got a copy of the legal action. And there is in fact a federal gag order on all National Weather Service and all NOAA employees right now. We have to ask ourselves, what are they trying to hide?
Holly: I’m curious, in the course of your work, what kinds of people do you meet?
Dane: Well, we’re dealing with a lot of people right now. In fact, the former CEO of the world’s largest environmental and engineering consulting firm communicates with us on our attorney conference calls. Because he also, is very aware of these programs.
The former MP, Canadian MP for British Columbia, I communicate directly with him. In fact, he was just, he’s aware of these programs as well. He’s endorsed a book that we’re about a week away from releasing. And, again, the purpose of that book is simply to disclose the programs and give data to back up that disclosure.
We have also, at geoengineeringwatch.org, visual proof of climate engineering in the form of NASA satellite images and people who would search this on our site and look at these images, you don’t need to know anything about meteorology. If you look at these images, you will be absolutely shocked at what you see. Not just the aerosol operations, but the interaction with radio frequency signals that are used to manipulate the particulates.
I simply would ask people to look at the visual data and if you don’t believe what you see with your own eyes, there’s not much else I could say. But the attempt to engineer our way out of this without reducing carbon emissions, reducing deforestation, reducing ocean contamination. That’s simply a fool’s errand. It’s an extremely counter productive life. Holly, you remember the chemical Corexit that was used in the Gulf of Mexico to mask the severity of the oil spill …
Holly: Yeah.
Dane: Do you remember that?
Holly: Actually, I do.
Dane: I would argue that climate engineering is in that category. Corexit in the Gulf of Mexico, according to environmental impact studies, made that situation 52 times more toxic. But they used it anyway. To hide the problem. Not to make it better, to hide it.
And that’s, in fact, what we see now. The UV levels, we’re seeing from climate engineering, for example, I’m working directly with a 40 year former NASA aeronautics engineer. Forty year veteran. With expensive UV metering equipment that we supplied him. He’s seeing … we’re seeing UVB 1000 percent higher than we’re being told. It’s burning the bark off of trees. The cambium layer. We have [inaudible 00:14:47] huge study of whales with massive UV burns on them. We’re seeing UVC now on the surface. Five percent of incoming UV is now UVC, that’s the last band of UV before x-ray.
Your listeners can search — geoengineering destroys the ozone layer. There’s no question in the scientific community that will be the result. But, that is the result. For those that aren’t willing to admit for reasons I just cited, there’s federal gag orders and so forth, these programs are ongoing. We see yet another confirmation they are ongoing by the massive ozone destruction, the massive UV levels, also not being officially disclosed.
Holly: I’m wondering if you could tell us, what’s your goal or strategy? What do you and other concerned people plan to do about geoengineering?
Dane: Well, I would argue that the interference with Earth’s natural processes is highly destructive overall. Much like a pharmaceutical with the human body. How many pharmaceutical ads do we see now that say take this for this particular ailment and by the way, here’s twenty side effects that are unimaginably worse than what the quote cure is claimed to mitigate.
I would argue that we need to have disclosure on these programs. And when we have the environmental and the green community, for example, justifiably fighting to save forests and to preserve ecosystems through the world. If we have an element in the equation that is so horrifically destructive and not being admitted to, can we really have a legitimate discussion about the environment or the climate unless this issue is disclosed?
And that issue is climate engineering, when we have the world’s most recognized climate engineers, like Dr. David Keith stating on the record his goal, their goal to put 20 million tons of aluminum nano particulates into the atmosphere annually. And not even having studied the toxicological effects.
And that is a fact, that’s on film. If your listeners search “Dane Wigington/David Keith”, they can see me confronting Dr. Keith at an international geoengineering conference where he admits that they have done no study whatsoever on the toxicological environmental effect. So, I would simply argue this, this is the goal of our study; to have full disclosure of this issue. Because we can’t really have any legitimate discussion about the climate or the state of the environment without acknowledging and considering this massive unacknowledged factor of climate engineering.

For over 7 decades global climate engineering programs have been expanding in scope and scale. For over 7 decades the decimation these programs have inflicted on planet Earth has been accumulating. The biosphere on which all life depends has already been pushed past the breaking point on countless fronts. Chemtrails are Greatest Threat to Life on Earth – Dane Wigington

Last month, CIA Director John Brennan admitted Chemtrails, or as he put it, “Stratospheric Aerosol Injection,” is established geoengineering science used to fight global warming. Geoengineering researcher Dane Wigington says if the government is admitting it, the negative effects of spraying are too big to hide much longer. Wigington explains, “When CIA Director Brennan has to address it publicly, clearly it’s getting very difficult for them to hide this elephant in the room and the damage it has done, not only to the environment, but to us. It is irreparable already, and they know the liability already. They know this. They also know the amount of liability that has been created. That’s why they have been so desperate to hide this. To put this into the nutshell, the amount of destruction these programs have caused environmentally, it’s contaminated the entire web of life. This is, mathematically speaking, the greatest and most immediate threat to the web of life on earth, including human health. It is greater than any other threat short of nuclear cataclysm. That’s a mathematical fact.”
Wigington is the founder of GeoEngineeringWatch.org and has teamed up with pro bono lawyers to sue the U.S. government to expose and stop the spraying. Wigington contends, “A 60 day notice has been put together by our team of U.S. attorneys to put all those potential defendants (which include Secretary of Defense Ash Carter and many others) on notice that this litigation is pending. They have been notified by certified mail, a 33 page 60 day notice . . . a very comprehensive document that outlines what they are doing, what laws its breaking and why this suit is being filed.”
Wigington goes on to say, “This is indisputable fact. What these programs have done, full deployment over 70 years ago, are breaching countless environmental laws and countless laws for protections of populations. This is an unbelievably egregious act and a willful assault on the population. It can’t be called anything else. It’s just been under the radar for so long because our completely controlled corporate media is doing everything they can to try to suppress this most important issue from the public as long as they can.”
The high ranking people in the scientific community have also been covering up chemtrails and geoengineering for decades. Wigington told one official via email exchange, “The wake up is real, and we have documentation to back up our accusations. Once the public finds out what’s been done to them, they will hold them responsible. Not just the ones who have done these crimes, but people facilitating these crimes by people helping to hide them like Marcia McNutt (President of the National Academy of Sciences). The public, at some point, would hold Nuremberg type trials. We are talking about ecocide and omnicide (extinction of human species). We are talking about a population that has been irreparably damaged by these programs. The heavy metals build up in our system, and they do immense amounts of harm. You can’t fix that, and once the population knows what’s been done to them, people . . . will be held accountable.”

I also asked Wigington about the reports of improving drought conditions in his home state of California. Wigington told me, “The drought in California is worse, and the notion that it is better is an absolute fallacy. Whole forests are being wiped out, and springs are drying up faster than ever before. High temps are being under reported by four or five degrees, and overnight temps are much higher than normal.”

A recent routine publication in a Southern California Newspaper about a localized small scale weather modification program was touted by many as an admission to geoengineering programs, this is not the case. Though any form of weather/climate modification on any scale is harmful to the overall environment and climate system, the small scale localized weather modification programs (which are routinely and openly conducted around the world) are only used as a tool to distract the population from the inconceivably larger and more destructive global climate engineering assault. The small scale programs in question are virtually meaningless against the backdrop of the ongoing global climate engineering assault. Again, such programs are only used as a "red herring".
