Methane is rapidly accumulating in the atmosphere, many more noctilucent clouds are being seen at ever lower latitudes. Methane is over 100 times more potent a greenhouse gas than Co2 over a ten year time horizon. If the methane releases continue, "Venus Syndrome" will be the end result.

Large ground based ionosphere heater facilities like HAARP are likely being used for programs like project LUCY and ALAMO in addition to their use for weather modification and jet stream manipulation.

It is important to remember that there is a global network of these highly destructive ionosphere heater radio frequency transmission installations around the globe.

There are also the huge SBX radar platforms located around the globe. It is very likely these platforms (like the ground based RF transmitters) are also being used for weather modification and attempted methane mitigation.

Record cold temperatures and a few late season snows are occurring in very isolated locations of the US, but what is the cause of this and what is the reality in the rest of the world? The climate engineers and their media servants are doing everything in their power to keep the division and confusion going with the US population in regard to the true state of the climate. Unfortunately far too many people are willing to ignore the facts and continue to base their opinions on what they would like to believe instead of what actually is. Does the map below look in any way "natural" or "balanced"? While mainstream media continues to focus only on the completely engineered cool-down of the lower 48 states, massive regions in the Arctic continue into meltdown due to far above normal temperatures.

Temperatures in the Arctic are predicted to reach record shattering ranges of near 90 degrees in areas of northern Alaska in the coming days (May 24, 2015). Where are the headlines from mainstream media about this? Ionosphere heater installations like HAARP are utilized to manipulate jet stream patterns like the one shown below. Such configurations are used to contribute to the engineering the cool-downs of the eastern US at the expense of heating Alaska and the far north.

The jet stream configuration in the map above is historically unprecedented though it has become common in recent years thanks to the constant ionosphere heater manipulation of the upper air currents. Cool air is pushed down from the Arctic and combined with moisture pumped in from the west. Where the two come together the climate engineers utilize chemical ice nucleation to complete the components of the engineered cool-down being created. The chemical nucleation process does not always produce frozen precipitation on the ground, but it does cool off the air masses below the clouds. Cool air is dense and settles down to ground level where it drops the temperatures.

The map above represents the "departure from normal high temperatures" for a combined two year period from April 2013 to April 2015. The most anomalously below normal temperatures in the entire world for this two year period (with the single exception of the heavily geoengineerd Antarctica region) is the eastern half of the North American continent, this is the result of climate engineering (for further reference data refer back to the articles listed and linked earlier in this post).

What about the Arctic Ice cap? Even many of the "alternative" news sources have recently stated that the Arctic ice is at record highs, is that true? Sadly, many of the "alternative" news sources have consistently reported completely false news exactly as the mainstream media has done. In regard to Arctic ice, there was a record early start to the melt season and the ARCTIC ICE EXTENT IS AT ALL TIME RECORD LOW LEVELS right now. Has anyone seen any media reporting on this fact? The first four months of 2015 was the warmest start to any year on record following 2014 which was the warmest year ever recorded and also the 38th year in a row of above normal global temperatures. So far 2015 is "smashing" the trajectory of rising temperatures just set in 2014. But what about Antarctica, some headlines say all the ice is expanding there, is that true? No. In fact there is so much LAND ice melting off the continent that the loss of mass is actually having an affect on Earth's gravity field. Some sea ice is expanding in Antarctica but that expansion is due to changing wind patterns and massive amounts of fresh water flowing from the melt off of land ice (fresh water freezes at far higher temperatures than the sea water). The fact that we see virtually no headlines from the corporate media about these critical facts should be a glaring red flag. Though Obama and parts of the power structure are focusing on the unraveling climate to a degree in order to push their own agendas, they are not about to disclose how bad the situation really is. If the true gravity of what we face were made known, it would further expose the climate engineering insanity which the power structure is using to help temporarily mask the severity of the climate disintegration. Climate intervention is carried out at the cost of making the overall climate scenario we face far worse, not better. The geoengineers can and are creating large scale temporary (and highly toxic) cool-downs which intensifies the planetary warming in the long run.

Headlines are not facts, if you don't see reputable and verifiable sources of data to back up claims made by headlines, you should not take the headlines seriously and continue investigating. Again, climate engineering is fueling the overall warming of the planet, not mitigating it.

Credibility is essential in the fight to expose and halt the geoengineering insanity. Those that are serious about winning this battle will make the effort to stand on solid verifiable facts. Conclusions that are built on outdated and irrelevant information, ideology, or denial, do not help us gain traction in this effort. New information must constantly be assessed and evaluated. A growing number of important allies from the science, environmental, and legal communities are now communicating with geoengineeringwatch.org about the climate engineering issue because of our constant effort to publish scientifically verifiable data which is directly related to and affected by the ongoing geoengineering programs. These kinds of bridges must be built so that we can unite with other communities if we are to have any chance whatsoever of stopping the climate engineering insanity.

Toxic Spraying And Radio Frequency Bombardment, A Lethal Mix

The dangers we face from global climate engineering are not only from the atmospheric saturation of highly toxic aerosols, but also from the constant bombardment of extremely powerful radio frequency signals that are also permeating our atmosphere from the clouds to the ground all over the planet. Note the massive radio frequency signature (from ionosphere heaters like HAARP) in the aerosolized cloud cover over the bottom 1/3rd of the image below. This image was taken on May 12th and clearly shows Baja, northern Mexico, central Mexico, parts of TX, were all being subjected to powerful radio frequency transmissions (the ribbing of the aerosol laced cloud formations makes this fact undeniable). In addition to manipulating the atmosphere and the jet stream, the RF transmissions are used to further scatter the toxic particulates that have been sprayed in order to form the most expansive cloud cover possible. Welcome to solar radiation management (SRM). The RF signals are highly detrimental to our health and all life forms.

Moving on to May 13th, 2015, the satellite image below taken over the Pacific Northwest shows vast areas of wispy aerosol canopy. On a satellite image heavily aerosolized cloud cover looks very similar to smoke from a forest fire. This is due to the fact that both forms of cloud cover are the result of massive particulate saturation in the atmosphere.

In the image below (also May 13th, 2015), heavy aerosol spraying is most visible over Northern California where the dispersion lines still remain on the image. Much of the "overcast" in the overall image is also aerosol in composition, but the visible dispersions are not detectable as they have already spread out. It is important to remember that the visible horizon to horizon sprayed trails are only a part of the spraying operations. Much of the spraying is far less obvious but still turns the sky white and/or silvery white.

of Southern California. The aerosol spraying is much more visible in the 15 second animated loop as compared to the still image.

The final two images below are from a combination satellite/radar map which shows precipitation and cloud cover. The first image is from May 13th, 2015, the second is from May 15th. The brighter the white of the cloud cover, the more heavily aerosolized it is. There is generally heavy spraying associated with any regions of convection, precipitation, and heavy atmospheric moisture (though there are many other applications of spraying as well). Note how much rainless cloud canopy there is over the US, Mexico, and the Gulf of Mexico, this is the result of the relentless climate engineering/weather warfare assault.

A primary purpose of the constant spraying is to create as much aerosolized cloud cover over the planet as possible. Wherever there is moisture, there is almost always heavy spraying. In addition to "solar radiation management", there are so many more layers to the climate engineering atmospheric aerosol spraying. The geoengineers decide where precipitation will fall and where it won't, where there will be record drought and where there will be record flooding. They decide how toxic our environment will be and with what elements. They decide the level of contamination in every breath we take and the amount of lethal radio frequency signals we will be exposed. Geoengineering, Hurricane Manipulation, And Ocean Heat Buildup

Hurricanes (called cyclones in the western Pacific) have been actively and aggressively manipulated for a very long time. The more that the climate engineers hamper Earth's natural life support systems, the more dire our climate and environmental scenarios will become. Hurricanes in the Atlantic basin have been actively suppressed from becoming major circulations since 2006. Major landfall events to the US have been completely suppressed during this same time frame (hurricane Sandy was not a "major" hurricane, though it did do horrific damage). And what about the Gulf of Mexico? In spite of record warm waters, hurricanes have not been forming as conditions indicate they should. Any developing circulation in the Gulf is immediately knocked down and kept in check by the climate engineers. They do not want the sea of BP oil sitting on the bottom of the Gulf to get churned up. There is officially a hurricane "slump" in the Atlantic basin and the weather makers appear to have yet another mild hurricane season scheduled for the US in spite of record warm ocean temperatures. A single large cyclone in the right location of the Gulf would likely again scatter oil all over beaches yet again.

Some hurricanes are allowed to reach damaging intensity if they are going to impact Cuba, Haiti, or other parts of central America where damage can be tolerated or may even be a desired outcome. What about the hurricane season in the eastern Pacific (west of the US)? The 2014 season was the most active in 22 years. The western Pacific (east of Asia) is already off to a record year for cyclones. Massive and continuous cyclones in the western Pacific are wreaking havoc on many nations that are either adversarial to US "interests" or that the US wants to "occupy" by building military bases after it moves in damaged countries under humanitarian pretexts. Are cyclones in the Pacific actually being allowed to strengthen or even being augmented by the weather makers (with ionosphere heaters like HAARP) as a form of weather warfare? Why would we believe otherwise when available data makes clear the technology has existed for decades and has actively been used.

What is all this manipulation doing to the state of the oceans? The extremely rapid buildup of Co2 and methane in the atmosphere is an immense problem for life on Earth. The climate engineering insanity is an even bigger problem overall. The ongoing climate manipulation has prevented the planet from responding to the damage being done from other forms of anthropogenic activity while at the same time geoengineering programs themselves have added exponentially to the overall damage to the climate and atmosphere from countless directions. Earth's oceans are warming at the thermal energy release rate of 4 Hiroshima bombs per second, the warming is occurring so rapidly the records keep breaking the existing charts. The more man interferes with the life support systems of the planet, the less our chances of survival will be. Earth's oceans are dying along with the rest of the biosphere. Educate yourself and make your voice heard in this battle while there is yet time to make a difference. DW

The Climate Engineers Can No Longer Suppress El Niño

From every conceivable direction the climate engineers continue to wreak total havoc on the planet and its life support systems. Their attempt to "own the weather" has now put virtually all life on Earth in the balance. The periodic "El Niño" phenomenon is the planet's process of releasing excess heat from the oceans. El Niño events are directly associated with record warm global temperatures as the seas release this excess heat. Even without an El Niño, 2014 was the warmest year ever recorded on our planet as rapidly rising ocean temperatures shattered records.

Since at least 2007 the geoengineers have done everything they could to prevent El Niño from forming in a highly destructive attempt to keep global temperatures down. In recent years the El Niño has been described as being "elusive" and "super weird". How could the geoengineers actually affect the El-Niño process? By maintaining the "ridiculously resilient ridge" of high pressure over the US west coast (which scientists just can't figure out since they are forbidden to even mention climate engineering).

This constant ridge of high pressure is a phenomenon which is fueled by ionosphere heaters like "HAARP" along with the constant spraying of atmospheric aerosols. The "ridiculously resilient ridge" has in effect altered the trade winds normally associated with the development of El Niño and thus kept the rapidly building heat on our planet contained in the now record warm oceans. The warming oceans are also fueling an unfolding methane release global catastrophe. Along with the warming, the now altered wind and ocean currents (and ocean stratification), are pushing us toward a "Canfield ocean" scenario.

This ridge of high pressure continues to bake California in record shattering heat and drought. Even if El Niño does form, the geoengineers can still keep the rain cut off to the now parched US West if they choose to do so, which it seems is what they have planned. What happens when the El Niño process is actively suppressed? As should be expected, interference with Earth's life support systems can only bring about very bad consequences. Now the bottled up heat is so extreme that is contributing (along with numerous other factors) to mass marine ecosystem die-off and ocean dead zones in the Pacific.

Active hurricane suppression in the Atlantic basin by the geoengineers has contributed to built up heat and dead zones there as well. Oceans around the globe are dying, marine ecosystem collapse is accelerating at an ever more rapid pace. Global climate engineering is the absolute epitome of human arrogance and insanity. Not only is geoengineering contaminating the entire web of life, these programs are making an already bad planetary warming scenario far worse overall, not better (though the climate engineers can and are creating short term toxic cooling in some regions, especially the eastern US). The battle to expose and stop the ongoing geoengineering is nothing short of a fight for life, make your voice heard in this critical fight. DW

Is Geoengineering Pushing Us Into Climate Chaos?

The short answer is yes.

Here's how…

Start with something dynamic, like the weather and its increasing propensity toward sudden, drastic and lingering surprises. As the geologic record of mass extinctions repeatedly shows, if pushed too far by various atmospheric forcings (like mass methane releases or meltwater shutdowns of ocean circulations), the longer-term weather patterns we call climate can change drastically, for a very long time, within a decade. Or a year.

Geoengineers understand that complex weather behaviour emerges from a few simple initial conditions. Change those conditions along a broad atmospheric front by deploying aerial refuelling tankers to spread particles that accrete moisture and scatter incoming sunlight, absorb energy from ionospheric heaters like HAARP, or rapidly cool air masses by dispensing ice-nucleating chemicals like an airborne flash-mob – and you change the heat balance of that airspace and thus the resulting weather. Do this repeatedly, spreading megatons of atmospheric-forcing particulates behind hundreds of heavy aircraft for many years and even climate can be altered.

But which way will it jump? If the flapping of a butterfly's wings can randomly influence the course of a distant hurricane, consider an air force “wing” of 72 jet tankers, each spreading 200,000 pounds of aerosol particles one-tenth the diameter of a human hair along a flight path traversing thousands of miles. With our compounding emissions already hurrying heat and humidity in some places to the edge of liveable limits, geoengineering is the unwelcome bully that threatens to jerk the trigger on looming Abrupt Climate Shift. Earth's climate system is chaotic enough to turn occasional stumbles into full-fledged flipouts. So the last thing anyone would want to do is to trigger such an upset with planeloads of monkey-wrenching aerosols.

Right?

To elevate such planetary roulette from blind swings at a constantly shifting atmospheric piñata to a reliably predictable science, the desired weather/climate output must be proportional to each atmospheric modification input. And the resulting atmospheric events must also react the same ways every time. That's why we call such predictable progressions, linear.

But the atmosphere, like life, is so nonlinear.

Nonlinear means “full of surprises”. While short-term moisture, temperature and pressure trends can presage near-term weather over a day or two, the further forecasts extend, the more variables are introduced by air masses feeding back on themselves. Other wild cards faced by the geoengineers include heat-trapping gases accumulated over the past 200 years, atmospheric and oceanic “feedbacks” like major methane burps, hyper-evaporation, warming waters and melting ice sheets, unscheduled volcanic eruptions, the fracking plague, and climax civilizations bristling with dirty stacks and exhausts – plus their own geoengineering efforts, ongoing since at least 1997, when I broke this story worldwide for Environment News Service. Because changes occur in Earth's intricately-coupled biosphere simultaneously and interactively, attempting to anticipate and alter so many constantly changing conditions makes large-scale climate modification an exercise in juggling snakes. Begin with a few characteristics of the longterm weather patterns you want to change. Just seven building blocks can interact with each other one million different ways. Jump to a hundred climate-determining factors and each one will interact with the other 99, yielding 10 billion possibilities. Some outcomes are more likely than others. Remember, the atmosphere is an “adaptive” participant in every geoengineering mugging, responding to each input every time with widely different outcomes. Since abrupt discontinuities are a prime feature of nonlinear systems, when attempting large-scale weather modification, unintended consequences are built-in. WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER BUT SOME MORE THAN OTHERS
Every pound of heat-hugging carbon we transfer from deep underground into the air will be our climate legacy for the next hundred years. Every time we start our fourwheeled carbon burner, we're a geoengineer. Every time a commercial jet climbs into the stratosphere, all onboard are geo-engineers. Ditto all those power plants pumping trainloads of burnt coal into the sky.

The big difference is, it's your choice whether to turn the key, board that plane, or join a grassroots group demanding clean energy. As for your input into whether those jets overhead continue dimming the sun – not so much.

The result of all this inadvertent and deliberate atmospheric forcing is climate chaos. “Chaotic” means “unpredictable”. Punch-drunk by our ever-accumulating heat-trapping exhausts, at least 17 years of concerted geoengineering efforts, a wonky jetstream, and dozens of amplifying feedbacks from thawing tundra, clearcut forests, burning forests, melting ice sheets and the expanding ocean heat reservoir (for example) – it's no wonder so much inconvenient weather is lurching across this planet.

With global warming causing more global warming, how do increasingly destabilized weather systems respond to deliberate further prodding by targeted laydowns of particulates powerful enough to disrupt air masses and soak up residual moisture like a sponge?

Nobody knows. The atmospheric predictions produced by our best supercomputers crunching incomplete data that ignores climate feedbacks and geoengineering are falling further behind the alarming headlines resulting from a churning complexity that is ultimately unknowable.

Given all the still-ignored feedbacks we've set in motion, most notably geoengineering, it's not surprising that climate changes continue to outpace our models. But “gross” geoengineering outcomes can be observed. There is no question that Solar Radiation Mismanagement (SRM) by allied governments is contributing significantly to the Great Drying, which may soon segue into the Great Dying. This is why the authors who studied Mount Pinatubo's eruption do not support geoengineering. “Creating a risk of widespread drought and reduced freshwater resources for the world to cut down on global warming,” they write, “does not seem like an appropriate fix.” [This Changes Everything]

To call geoengineering an inexact science is to suggest that if you repeatedly jab a gut-shot tiger with a stick it might do something unpleasant. We know from years of airborne experimentation that attempting to impose an inherently flawed model on Earth's atmosphere under the official hubris of “Owning The Weather” invariably produces the opposite result. As Naomi Klein writes, geoengineering “may cause the earth to go wild in ways we cannot imagine, making geoengineering not the final engineering frontier… but the last tragic act in this century-long fairy tale of control.” [This Changes Everything]

WELCOME TO CLIMATE CHAOS
So what does climate chaos look like?

It looks like dozens of craters, one more than a half-mile in diameter, caused by pockets of exploding methane in the thawing permafrost of northern Russia, where temperatures prowl up to +20°C above longtime norms, and the resulting wildfires over hundred-mile fire fronts are spreading solar heat-absorbing ash over vast stretches of the once reflective far north.
It looks like endless pools of meltwater acting as lenses across the tundra, focusing sunlight into thawing even more super-warming methane.
It looks like the 80 devastated islands of Vanuatu, where I once sailed my trimaran and where half the population has been left homeless by a hot ocean-fuelled Cyclone Pam.
It looks like that blocking high over Brazil, where Sao Paulo's 11 million residents face the prospect of dry taps. Another 33 million people in the Sao Paulo region fear the same fate. And they are not alone.
It looks like the sea level rise that has driven 100,000 people away from their Indus River delta farms due to repeated flooding and saltwater intrusion into the water table.
It looks like California's “Ridiculously Resilient Ridge” of high pressure that anomalously persists, re-building itself after every surge of westerly winds or invading cold air threatens to collapse this weather wall, but to the continuous accompaniment of the aerosol jets… doesn’t. Weather researcher Daniel Swain can find no evidence of a North Pacific ridge of this magnitude and persistence “in the observational record.”

WHO DONE IT?
As Rutgers University professor Jennifer Francis explains, the loss of reflective sea ice and resulting heated surface air rising from dark waters is producing a northerly bulge in the jet stream that builds high pressure in the East.

Winds flowing “downhill” from this embedded High bring cold Arctic air southward into eastern Canada and the United States, as a persistent high pressure dome off the west coast flows warm, wet air north into Alaska, where the international Fur Rondy sled dog race, held every year since 1946, cannot mush “due to warm weather and heavy rain.”

So is atmospheric warming or geoengineering responsible for California's thirst and Alaska's failed winter? The answer: Both are so intricately meshed, it's no longer possible to distinguish one from the other. At least until we shut off Teller's sunscreen.

Are all these chemical and contrail sky plumes painting us into an untenable corner? Immediately following the 9/11 attacks, David Travis measured a roughly 2°F difference over those three contrail free days between the rising daytime and falling nighttime temps across the continental USA. (In 2005, James Hansen's NASA team crunched slightly different numbers for 9/11 and came up with an average mean temperature change of just .05°F – a perfect example of a changed starting point drastically altering complex outcomes.)

There is no way a few days of absent contrails (while geoengineering continued) equate with the disrupted hydrological cycle from 5,000+ days of aerosol spraying. But the 9/11 “experiment” in mass mind control and atmospheric processes means we dare not continue an experiment that artificially desiccates air masses as short-lived speed bumps to skyrocketing air temperatures. If Hansen's right, geoengineering isn't working. If Travis is correct and we stop spraying particulates (whose tiny 10-micron size is deemed an Extreme Human Health Hazard by the EPA) we face an unknown instant temperature jump in a feedback-sensitive atmosphere already heading toward a 4°-6°C rise by 2035. The geoengineers are saving us to death. Putting our planet's life-support on geoengineering life-support that can't be turned off without an instant spike in temperatures is not a wise idea, Naomi Klein suggests. While many point to geoengineering as the culprit behind the ever more disruptive climate change they otherwise deny, and geoengineers use “climate change” to disguise the climate chaos they're inciting, nearly two decades of large-scale geoengineering have erased the baseline by which we might measure climate impacts and gauge their rates of change.

GOING UNDER
When unstable systems like Earth's climate are pushed past critical thresholds, selfamplifying feedbacks cause chaos, which eventually degrades into a much simplified state.

Examples include disappeared rainforests flipping into deserts, a once-teeming ocean turning into a vast acidic dead zone, seasonal regional climates suitable for agriculture and human life “simplified” into enduring heatwaves, and seawater inching towards 634 million pairs of human feet.

Like a tightening trigger, climate change is carrying us toward explosively Abrupt Climate Shift. As Klein comments, when “university professor Rob Nixon describes the brutality of climate change as 'slow violence'; geoengineering could be a tool to significantly speed that up.”

Before we can agree to step back from the climate precipice, geoengineering is shoving us toward the kinds of social breakdown stalking Miami Beach, where “slimy green saltwater” from rising seas is filling streets, blocking doors, ruining vehicles, and inundating shops and homes. “Another foot of sealevel rise will be enough to bring salt water into our fresh water supplies and our sewage system,” warns scientist and South Miami mayor Philip Stoddard. “You won't be able to flush away your sewage and taps will no longer provide homes with fresh water.

“Then you will find you will no longer be able to get flood insurance for your home. Land and property values will plummet and people will start to leave. Places like South Miami will no longer be able to raise enough taxes to run our neighbourhoods. Where will we find the money to fund police to protect us or fire services to tackle house fires? Will there even be enough water pressure for their fire hoses? It takes us into all sorts of post-apocalyptic scenarios. And that is only with a one-foot sea-level rise. It makes one thing clear though: mayhem is coming.”

Instead of buying time, every aerosol mission is reducing the time left to act. And by obscuring the true pace of climate change under veils of artificial clouds and 40°F snow, the geoengineers are making it much harder to respond.

Every day the aerosol tankers fly, politicians beholden to Big Oil can delay meaningful action, while making Abrupt Climate Shift and a Canfield ocean more likely. “No reputable scientist I know thinks placing tiny reflecting particles in the stratosphere is a good idea,” saysPhilip Duffy, president and executive director of the Woods Hole Research Center, which focuses on climate change.

And no one's even discussing the quantum effects from aerosol technologies.

FULL STOP
So I modestly suggest: Indict the geoengineers for reckless planetary endangerment. And ground the aerosol tankers now.

How?

Use existing state/provincial, national and international air pollution and air traffic laws regulations to apply for legal injunctions to stop geoengineering experiments over cities and entire regions “if and when any such attempts are made.” Then, using the evidence needed to obtain those writs, launch class action lawsuits naming anyone responsible who can be identified by name, title/rank for trust betrayed and damage done.

Criminal charges will follow.

Scientists and proponents of mass climate intervention by jet gathered this weekend at the University of Cambridge (March 12 to 14, 2015) to explore how nation-states could use jets and other technologies to manufacture a more sun-reflective atmosphere. Their goal: Save the planet from industry, smokestacks, highway exhaust and the planet’s meager human population.

The conference had technical sessions on atmospheric chemistry, climate modelling, engineering systems and impacts, implications and consequences. Scientists and panelists discussed the moral, legal and political hazards implied in weather intervention, where one nation’s dimmed sunlight is another’s drought and yet another’s roof-collapsing snowstorm.

The scientists on Friday heard about how plume-stretching intervention could be disruptive of the weather. Piers Forster’s talk was “Potentially damaging precipitation side effects from solar radiation management” and Ben Kravitz spoke on “SRM Impacts on the Hydrological Cycle.”

Government intervention always has hazards and unexpected costs. Peter Davidson gave a talk on “The impact, implications and consequences of the use of manufactured particles to improve the feasibility and reduce risk for a Stratospheric Solar Radiation Management (SRM) Insurance.”

The conference’s last talk was by Peter Irvine, “Detection, Attribution and Climate Control — the Limits to Solar Radiation Management.”

At least one session late Friday gave notice to the health implications of official pollutants in sky striping on human health. Sebastian Eastham lectured on “Sensitivities of Human Health to Aerosol Climate Engineering.” But a commenter and sky striping critic says Mr. Eastham “paints a pretty picture regarding projected human mortality,” advocates a mass spraying of sulfur, ignores “the existing program” of spraying heavy metals in the skies daily, and takes no questions.

Local ‘contrail’ treatment in Chattanooga

A day after the conference in Great Britain ended, Chattanooga, Tenn., a heartland city along a bend in the Tennessee River, was heavily treated by jet aircraft. At 4 p.m. a great cloud bank hung along the atmosphere south and east of the city. Chattanooga received visible treatments of sky tattooing March 2, 4, 8, 12 and 15. Sky striping generally turns the sky milky white, thinning out sunlight and turning it to a brilliant orb in the sky many times bigger to the human eye.

Other days in Chattanooga were overcast. It is impossible to tell if jets are laying aerosol particulate eight miles up in the stratosphere with intervening fogbank weather four miles up blocking visual observation.

“Climate engineering is rapidly becoming a contentious issue within political, scientific, and cultural discussions of climate change, in part due to a perceived lack of progress on crucial emission reductions,” according to conference notes. The conferees debate jet-lain sky stripes in light of the weak prospect of reduction of undesirable forms of pollution. Apparently the earth can bear no more than 1,000 gigatons of manmade pollution, “510 of which were already emitted by 2011, with currently about 10 more gigatons being added each year.” The conferees agree a crisis is building and nearing a breaking point.

It is estimated that, already, governments are putting millions of tons of aerosols into the atmosphere in a program outside civilian control. Chattanooga is regularly subject to a rain of aluminum, strontium and barium, according to the Chattanooga/Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Bureau.

“Are climate engineering approaches fatally prone to error and misuse,” say the conference notes, “and worth excluding from the climate conversation on both practical and moral grounds? Are they an emergency measure which could have far-reaching and unpredictable consequences if deployed? Could they be a relatively straightforward remedy for some of the consequences of climate change? And how should research aimed at these questions be regulated? These questions, and many others raised by the prospect of climate engineering, involve diverse ethical, social, political and technical issues which are extraordinarily complex and incredibly interlinked.”

Small-scale tests proposed

For all the weather intervention already taking place, it is interesting to consider reports of scientists thinking small.

Weather intervention researchers in academia are proposing small-scale tests to see if, somehow, injecting aerosol microparticles into the air might allow weather to be made less sunny, with the sun’s heat deflected by a bright atmospheric shield constantly renewed by jet overflights.

Scientists meeting in San Jose in mid-February called for tests to see if a jet-borne cloud-creating program might work to “change the climate by blocking the sun’s rays.” Computer modeling isn’t enough, Lynn Russell says. She is a professor of atmospheric chemistry at the University of California, San Diego. “Current research is not sufficient to allow us to decide if it could be useful,” she says. “We just don’t have enough information to make this decision at this point.”

Since 2013 Harvard professor David Keith has proposed small scale chemtrailing. Here’s how an MIT Technology Review story about it describes the test to increase the earth’s albedo, or reflectivity:

Customize several Gulfstream business jets with military engines and with equipment to produce and disperse fine droplets of sulfuric acid. Fly the jets up around 20 kilometers — significantly higher than the cruising altitude for a commercial jetliner but still well within their range. *** The planes spray the sulfuric acid, carefully controlling the rate of its release. The sulfur combines with water vapor to form sulfate aerosols, fine particles less than a micrometer in diameter. *** Once spread across the stratosphere, the aerosols will reflect about 1 percent of the sunlight hitting Earth back into space.

EPA says no ‘chemical, biological’ chemtrails

On Friday the federal environmental protection agency made a statement on its website debunking claims that geoengineering by jet overflight is already in progress.

“Contrails are line-shaped clouds or ‘condensation trails’ composed of ice particles that are visible behind jet aircraft engines under certain atmospheric conditions and at times can persist. EPA is not aware of any deliberate actions to release chemical or biological agents into the atmosphere.”

Whether aluminum would be considered a “chemical agent” is unclear. The statement links to a fact sheet posted at EPA’s website that has been largely unchanged 15 years. It describes sky striping as innocuous interactions between damp, cold air with hot jet engines.

Contrails are line-shaped clouds sometimes produced by aircraft engine exhaust, typically at aircraft cruise altitudes several miles above the Earth’s surface. The combination of water vapor in aircraft engine exhaust and the low ambient temperatures that often exists at these high altitudes allows the formation of contrails. Contrails are composed primarily of water (in the form of ice crystals) and do not pose health risks to humans. They do affect the cloudiness of the Earth’s atmosphere, however, and therefore might affect atmospheric temperature and climate.

The paper admits that contrails — the mere exhaust from jets — alter the weather with fresh cloud cover it says as exactly like that produced in nature.

“Persistent contrails are of interest to scientists because they increase the cloudiness of the atmosphere. The increase happens in two ways. First, persistent contrails are line-shaped clouds that would not have formed in the atmosphere without the passage of an aircraft. Secondly, persistent contrails often evolve and spread into extensive cirrus cloud cover that is indistinguishable from naturally occurring cloudiness.” (Italics added)

In a report March 14, the Christian Science Monitor goes out of its way to bring up the EPA fact sheet as a new contribution to the rising conflict over weather intervention, seeking to discredit critics of sky striping because they also opposed a purported new world order, gun confiscation, the prospect of martial law and other “subsidiary conspiracy theories.”

The federal government’s National Academy of Sciences in February published a 245-page report discussing stratospheric aerosol geoengineering as a solution to global warming if national governments prove incapable of slamming down energy consumption and manmade pollution. The F$55 book is available prepublication as a free PDF. It confirms my coverage of solar radiation management in the Chattanooga area but ignores the health dangers of deliberately injected “negative emissions” to people here and in other places around the globe.

Geoengineering, Record Low Arctic Ice And Catastrophic Drought, What’s The Connection?

As of March 5th, 2015 Arctic Sea ice is at ALL TIME record low levels

The climate engineers continue to orchestrate global weather patterns with catastrophic consequences. The US West has consistently been baked and dried into oblivion in order for the weather makers to create the headlines they want on the East coast, and also to hide news they don't want known in the Arctic. The NOAA map below shows what has become a typical (though historically unprecedented) pattern. The West experiences record heat, the East gets record cold.

The record breaking heat in the West continues to intensify as the weather makers try to hide the imploding Arctic ice pack from public view. Those who have been lead to believe Arctic ice is expanding have been deceived. False headlines filled with false data by powerful interests with self serving agendas have been accepted as fact by many who don't want to believe global climate and environmental conditions are as bad as they are. Media is not mentioning that January 2014 through January 2015 were the warmest 12 months ever on planet Earth. The rapid warming is triggering "feedback" loops like methane release which is of grave concern. So what is the current state of Arctic ice?

The graph above shows the normal increase of Arctic ice "extent" (surface area) during winter months. The now descending 2014/2015 blue line reflects the Arctic ice declining into record low territory at a time of year when it should still be expanding. What is the long term trend for Arctic ice volume? The graph below should be revealing. This image is assembled from the most scientifically accepted source of data on Arctic ice. The overall picture in regard to the state of the Arctic sea ice could not be more clear.

The climate engineers have been pushing cold air south from the Arctic over and over (polar vortex) with constant jet stream manipulation.

This is accomplished from constant aerosol spraying and the use of the global network of ionosphere heater facilities comparable to the HAARP installation shown below.

The "ridiculously resilient ridge" of high pressure over the US West (which meteorologists cannot explain) is a part of the jet stream manipulation mentioned. What happens when the climate engineers rob cold air from the northern regions to create the headlines they desire in the Eastern US? The arctic then heats up. While engineered winter storms pile up record snow in Boston, Alaska doesn't have enough snow for the annual Iditerod sled race for the second year in a row and the Sierra snow pack is at record shattering lows. The "departure from normal high temperature" map below clearly shows the most anomalously cold zone in the entire world for the period from January 2014 through January 2015, the eastern half of the US lower 48. The Arctic and most of the rest of planet Earth is at far above normal high temperatures.

What will the climate engineers do now that they have created enough of their desired "winter" headlines in the Eastern US? They will lock the colder air to the north in their attempt to slow the accelerating ice melt, this will bring a rapid heating back to most of the lower 48 states as the NOAA map below clearly shows.

Note the NOAA maps "prediction" for a switch from the previous far above normal temperatures in Alaska (shown in the GISS global temperature map in this article) to below normal temperatures is a reflection of the "weather whack a mole" being carried on by the geoengineers. To accomplish this the US lower 48 will heat rapidly. Some of the spraying during the building of high pressure zones actually increases the UV radiation readings on the ground. Is a "lens effect" a goal of the climate engineers under certain circumstances? Are the climate engineers intentionally creating heat in some regions at some times in order to increase the strength of the high pressure zones which is used for jet stream manipulation. This appears not only possible, but likely. Though the geoengineers can create large scale temporary cool-downs, it comes at the cost of a worsened overall warming (overall global high temperatures continue to smash records). In addition, climate engineering continues to contaminate the entire planet and every breath we take.

The Bottom Line

The power structure and the climate engineers control our weather. To a large degree they decide how much rain will fall, and on whom. They can (and are) engineering snow storms. They decide how toxic that rain or snow will be, how toxic our air will be. They decide if our crops will succeed of fail. They decide who freezes and who fries. We are all living under a constant toxic heavy metal and chemical all out assault (which amounts to biological warfare) in addition to the ongoing weather warfare. We must all educate ourselves as much as possible, we must all share credible data with those around us and ask them to do the same. When we reach critical mass of awareness on this issue, the foundation of the power structure will crumble as populations around the globe realize they have all been willfully poisoned. Exposing and stopping climate engineering MUST be our top priority. DW

Geoengineering Is Causing Drought And Fueling Fires

All around the planet our skies are being saturated with toxic metal and chemical particulates. These particulates are being sprayed from jet aircraft as part of the global geoengineering/weather modification programs titled "SRM" and "SAG". Any that take the time to investigate the subjects of SRM (solar radiation management) and SAG (stratospheric aerosol geoengineering) will find that many of the “predicted” effects of these massive climate altering programs are not disputed. The climate science community is blatantly lying about the ongoing climate engineering programs, claiming they are only "proposals". One of the many well known effects related to geoengineering which is not debated is DROUGHT. How bad is the engineered drought in the US West, specifically California? The latest drought monitor map is below, the climate engineering assault has consistently robbed rain from the Western US.

Saturation of the atmosphere with nano sized toxic particles and chemicals provides too many "condensation nuclei". Moisture in the atmosphere then adheres to these particles and continues to migrate in the form of dirty looking haze and/or artificial clouds. The overabundance of particles prevents droplets from combining to form heavy enough drops to fall as precipitation. Geoengineering further reduces rainfall by simply blocking the sun and thus evaporation over oceans. Less direct sunlight, less light photons, less evaporation, period. This causes the moisture in storm systems to be greatly reduced in many cases. "GLOBAL DIMMING" is now considered by most scientific studies to average fully 22%. This means that 22% or more of direct sunlight that reached the planet's surface decades ago now no longer does. I highly recommend taking the time to click the "GLOBAL DIMMING" link and watching the 6 minute video it connects to. This short presentation will increase ones knowledge of the effect sprayed particulates have on the atmosphere, global temperatures, and precipitation. Though this mainstream documentary preview does not directly implicate global geoengineering as the main source of "global dimming", one can make up their own mind, it is important to "read between the lines" so to speak. There are certainly agendas within this film, connect the dots on your own.

Yet another consequence of geoengineering is DIMINISHED WIND (this does not mean in all scenarios, but rather it is an overall effect). This also contributes to reduced evaporation over oceans and thus increased drought on land masses. All of the geoengineering effects cited and discussed above are well documented and can be easily researched online. In spite of the fact that numerous scientific studies admit to the drought/deluge causing climate altering decimation that geoengineering “would” cause, none of these studies are willing to admit to the fact that the global spraying of our skies has been a horrific reality for a very long time already.

In addition to the drought causing effects, the precipitation that does fall is laden with toxic heavy metals like aluminum, barium strontium, manganese, and others. These are all metals named in NUMEROUS GEOENGINEERING PATENTS. The impact of TOXIC METALS LIKE ALUMINUM on soils, trees, and plant life is well documented. When organisms like trees detect bioavailable aluminum exposure to their root systems, many species shut down nutrient uptake to protect their DNA. This causes a slow protracted death of the organism. Beetles and other pests move in and thus the forest begins to die-off. The weakened forest is of course much more flammable. Adding to the fire danger are the metallic dust particles which are constantly settling out of the atmosphere, coating the forest foliage. These microscopic PARTICLES ARE INCENDIARIES, pushing the potential for catastrophic fires ever higher.

Still another factor is the SHREDDED OZONE LAYER and increased UV radiation which results. This is also a major factor in the decline and demise of forests around the globe, and greatly increased fire danger. The OZONE DAMAGING EFFECTS OF GEOENGINEERING PARTICULATES is also well documented and not disputed. It gets worse, jet stream movement is being radically manipulated with ionosphere heater installations, as many as 26 around the globe. The most well known is HAARP (High frequency active auroral research program). This JET STREAM MANIPULATION literally cuts off the flow of moisture to some regions while creating constant deluge in others. In the case of the continental US, the western half of the country bakes and burns, the eastern US is often freezing with engineered snow storms in winter and deluge in the summer months. The "scientific community" is failing to inform the public of even a fraction of the larger picture. Some scientists are in denial, many others are simply afraid of the consequences of speaking out. Yet more scientists are simply paid to lie. The power structure controlled corporate media is also a primary tool that us used to cover the climate engineering crimes. The ongoing climate destruction resulting from countless human activities is pushing humanity and civilization over the edge. This is not about Al Gore, but rather it's about reality. The human race has done great damage to our planet which is now being pushed past the point of no return. Based on all available data, the ongoing global geoengineering programs appear to be the single greatest climate disrupting factor of all (though the human race has caused immense harm to the planet on countless fronts including dumping 100,000,000 tons of Co2 a day into the atmosphere). No matter how much damage humanity has done to the environment, geoengineering is only making it worse. The planet must be allowed to respond on its own, this is our best option at this point. Flying thousands of jets around the planet day in and day out, spraying tens of millions of tons of toxic metal particulates, is simply insanity. SUBJECT: Exoneration from the Drive Clean Program's obligations for reasons of Conscience

Dear Ministers,

I am writing to you jointly because you represent all of the accountable bodies for the Drive Clean program: Service Ontario, the ministry of Transportation and the ministry of the Environment and Climate Change. This letter is to signify my refusal to comply with the Drive Clean program in order to obtain a legal registration for my personal use vehicles, the mandatory Safety Standards Certificate shall be enough. Many reasons led to this decision.

The Drive Clean program requires that an emission test be performed on my car for pollution reduction goals by the government of Ontario. At first it sounds laudable but in reality, it no longer has a significant effect according to an Auditor General's report written back in 2012: "the program has outlived its usefulness". In that light, where can I find the data proving that the Drive Clean program significantly improves air quality like it boasts about? Why should I be required to adhere to such policies if the government does not monitor the actual effectiveness of the measures it imposes on its citizens? Maybe it does monitor something but there is no up-to-date data available or it's hard to access. The Auditor added: "They’re going after the low-lying fruit in order to try to deal with the politics of this issue and not the practicalities of the issue". Almost five years have passed now. What has your government done since to review the Drive Clean program? It seems that the government of Ontario is trying to pin the price tag on small players in the preservation of our environment. Although the program does not prove to be a significantly effective initiative, the government does not take in account the Auditor's advice to dismiss the program or replace it entirely by real incentive measures.

The Drive Clean program is only targeting the most populated areas, and therefore it is a discriminatory factor. Passing a test every second year for only part of the residents of Ontario in the effort to combat global pollution is unrealistic. As an example, if I lived in rural area just west of Ottawa, I would not have to submit my car to any emission testing. How is it logical that a region located west of a city does not have to comply while everybody knows that dominant winds do come from the west? Your program's geographical criteria allows the untested vehicle’s pollutants released into those winds, to be transported over the most populated areas. How cynical is that? I can not consciously agree with such unfounded and discriminatory criteria. In addition, if it were a light-duty commercial farm vehicle, I would be exempt from testing it. Here we can understand that commercial farms while in direct contact with the food chain, can use polluting vehicles without any restriction, and this is acceptable according to your program's criteria. The Auditor's report mentioned that "it eases economic burden on farmers", even though vehicle expenses are deductible from their taxes, it is just a smoke screen in my point of view. To be cohesive with its pollution reduction goal, the Drive Clean program should either be applied to every type of vehicle across Canada or none. The pollution problematic is a national issue not just a provincial one and since British Columbia just terminated their similar emission-test program, it seems like better initiatives can be put in place to really attack the smog issue at its root.

My new car being older than 7 years but not over 25 years old makes it obligatory to have its emissions tested to comply with the Drive Clean program. This means that if I prefer to buy a used car in order to save the environment in my own way by re-using existing cars to hinder car production's pollution, I am penalized because it might emit a little more pollutants than a newer vehicle. Knowing the fact that manufacturing a new car generates a carbon footprint between 6 to 35 tons of CO₂ or if you prefer, the equivalent of what it will consume during its lifespan, this criteria becomes questionable since it does not account for the carbon footprint as part of the equation. We are being told by the government and the media that we should change our habits in order to reduce our individual footprint and on the other side, we are encouraged to get new cars with improved emission-control systems but avoid mentioning the additional carbon footprint being generated. This also implies that people, who can't afford new cars or overpriced hybrid-electric vehicles, have to pay more for their family vehicle’s registration. This is an additional hidden discriminatory fee that affects mostly the poorer portion of the population.

If a new vehicle is sold after only one year, it must have an other emission test performed by the new owner even though emission testing is ordered every two years. How is it that cars have to be tested every two years? Don't your respective ministries question the reasons why parts of emission systems do not have a longer lifespan or reliability? The Drive Clean program transfers the responsibility of a polluting vehicle from the big corporations to consumers. This facilitates the obsolescence of car parts rather than holding the car industry accountable for profiting financially in manufacturing polluting vehicles and emission systems which have created, in the long run, a series of collateral damages to the climate, the environment and the public's health.

Why not reverse the burden and make it mandatory for car manufacturers to produce zero emission vehicles from now on? The government can create new sustainable markets accessible to a majority of Ontarians by putting in place new policies to facilitate the implementation of electric motors across Ontario and make it easy to replace polluting vehicles' gas engines by electrical motors. These different measures can make our dependency on oil obsolete and create a new futuristic economy. Since the federal government just awarded Ontario's car industry a 100 million dollars, maybe it would be a good idea to use a big part of it to implement such measures and this way, make Ontario an example for the rest of the country? At the moment, we seem to have oil driven governments which do not want to let go of an old dirty habit that is unsustainable and an unfriendly environmental orientation. Recently, the United Nations even pointed to Canada's emissions to be amongst the worst in the world next to China and India. To the best of my conscience, I do not believe that the Drive Clean program is the solution for this elephant in the room.

In fact there is not one, but a herd of elephants in the room when we talk about pollution emissions and schemes, climate change, environment, public health and safety. How do these terms relate? Actually they are all being bullied or destroyed by big corporations' ambitions, human activities and greed. It seems that laws are now designed for corporations' interests instead of the citizens' basic right to a safe and clean environment.

There is a big emphasis on your respective ministry's website regarding smog preventing policies, so I researched the word smog. It is described as the conjuncture of the words smoke and fog, and defined as: "smoke or other atmospheric pollutants combined with fog in an unhealthy or irritating mixture".

Smog is known for causing multiple health issues and the World Health Organization even declared pollution a carcinogen. The government of Ontario drafted an adaptation strategy and action plan titled "Climate Ready". In this plan most of the strategy has to do with our adaptation to climate change, it is mentioned: "(…) the government of Ontario is taking measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions but also recognizes the need to adapt to the unavoidable impacts of changing weather patterns resulting from heat-trapping gases already in the atmosphere.(…)"

To write"unavoidable impacts" and "already in the atmosphere" are two biased statements by themselves mainly because they suppose a natural occurrence of the phenomenon when in fact, it is mostly manly introduced using aircrafts amongst other means that is without counting the residues left by multiple ozone depletingnuclear tests conducted in the upper atmosphere over many years, which are still there but no one dares remembering this part.

Almost every day there are aircrafts passing over my residence and most of them leave pollution trails, light or dark. They stay still, they don't dissipate, they spread and finally smear the sky. Very often the planes pass right in front of the sun, preventing me from seeing clear sunsets for the past few years. To top it off, most airplanes don't even respect the official flying zones. See the annex (below present letter) for pictures of this pollution seemingly shaped as clouds. I saw somebody talking about climate change and explaining how they were actually trying to control the weather by polluting the stratosphere with sulfuric acid. In other words, this "climate expert" advises governments to cool off the climate by spraying pollution containing acid because in the end it is the cheapest way around. What? First of all, basic science shows that what goes up must come down. Following this simple principle, it means that the earth is now littered with nano size particles of chemicals coming from those weather alteration projects. I investigated about these trails and they are part of climate geoengineering programs which use different processes such as stratospheric aerosols, solar radiation management, cloud seeding, hail suppression, hurricane dissipation, some of the ways to defy natural weather using chemicals and radio signals, a godlike power. The electromagnetic signals by themselves disturb the natural earth's balance frequency and therefore humans' equilibrium which by itself is electro-magnetic pollution, but that is another subject.

Many government papers do mention these projects. The same people advising lawmakers are the ones who own the companies which capture and store the CO₂ gases. On one hand your government obliges me to have my cars pass emission tests in order to reduce pollution and on the other hand, the Ontario government sponsors climate engineering schools and projects that specifically spray more pollution. In resume, governments are giving the authorization to pollute, then invest in capturing the pollution they help put up in the first place and finally charge the ordinary citizens through the Drive Clean program. Why is this allowed? Where is the government's accountability? It looks quite convenient for the oil industry to be able to get rid of the sulfuric residue to be put up in the atmosphere, block the sun rays and reduce the solar systems efficiency, in a period where sun powered energy is proving worldwide to be more efficient and reliable than the unsustainable fossil and nuclear energies. Germany proved it last year and gave energy away.

Recently Mrs. Wynne and Mr. Murray announced a carbon pricing plan, coming up in the spring, to fight climate change. This in my opinion, is an unsustainable, nonscientifically defendable in addition to be a poor environmental choice with a lack of vision, no offence. Not only it does not encourage better practices by the polluting industries, it only serves a corporate image to lure the public with the impression that big polluters are paying their share too in the combat against global warming when in reality, carbon pricing is just an additional money-grab scheme designed to introduce new trading avenues with weather derivatives and the forecastingof the man-made weather they invested in. Polluting industries can keep on doing business as usual without any extra cost or effort to factually reduce CO₂ emissions and prevent further warming of the planet. In other words, it is a free ride on our grandkids or an ignominy towards younger generations. The actual difference between the big polluting industries and the ordinary citizen in this CO₂ taxing scheme is that family vehicles are not allowed any emission while the real big polluting corporations can buy the right to pollute adding to the stock market are making money trading those CO₂gases.

Even if these projects are experimental, secret, military, governmental or civil, no reason is good enough to try to play with nature because for every action there is a reaction somewhere else in the world. This way of dealing with the matter is a direct affront to the climate, a great danger to the environment and all living creatures. Mother Nature would be much calmer without any man intervention and governments would save money just choosing this simple option. The worst part of these insane climate engineering projects is that no individual, nor corporation, nor governmental body is accountable for experimenting with the climate on a large scale without public acknowledgement, omitting the due public health effect assessments. What about moral and ethics? It is a direct violation with your own government's Environmental Protection Act which it bases their criteria upon to impose the Ontarian consumers the Drive Clean program to obtain legal vehicle registration. I consciously can not agree with emission testing on my cars while such attempts on human rights, health and the environment are permitted by the same instances ordering the Drive Clean program, it does not make sense.

A tangible political will would implement real policies where industries are obliged to have zero emission otherwise they can not conduct business in Ontario. If corporations can generate billions of dollars in profits then they can easily invest in systems to effectively cut their own polluting emissions to zero if not, leave the ground for new innovative and clean energy sources. When there is a will, there is a way and here, all we need is the political courage to change direction in the carbon pricing and introduce incentive regulations at the root of the problem: big polluting industries and climate geoengineering. This is exactly the moment when emissions will dramatically drop and when the Drive Clean program can make some sense because for now, the government sponsors the biggest polluters and charges the little ones.

Recent studies showed that most smog causing emissions have declined since the program started but underlined that emissions were no longer amongst the major domestic contributors to smog in Ontario. Already back in 2010, the Auditor's report stated that more than half of the pollutants present in Ontario came from the central United States. What did your respective ministries do upon this hard fact? Why are such assaults on our health and environment being tolerated by your government? How come this fact does not make the news headlines and does not occupy the hot topic list in the government's agenda? What actions have been taken since 2010 to prevent the United States from further polluting the atmosphere in Ontario? There have been international treaties and agreements signed by both Canada and the United States to prevent tampering with the weather: the Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) and the Agreement between the government of Canada and the government of the United States of America on Air Quality between the government of Canada and the government of the United States of America on Air Quality. With those agreements, there is supposed to be monitoring of the chemicals crossing our mutual borders and accountability for them. Who exactly surveils, oversees and enforces those agreements?

In my conscience, I can not accept to pay for car emission testing considering your respective ministries are not preventing or sanctioning aircraft pollution nor industries' excessively huge emissions, especially by the oil sands' and the United States' activities. How about the nanoparticles used by climate geoengineering and those rejected by manufacturing companies, how are these smog causing particles measured, monitored and regulated by your government? Do you have the necessary equipment to even test nano size particles?

Finally, last point to my objection is this: the Drive Clean program generated 12 million dollars in profit back in 2010 and 19 million in 2013. At this rate, the government will have exceeded the program's projected revenue of 50 million dollars far sooner than 2018 as expected, if it's not the case already. This legal money-grab is a yet an other user fee disguised as a tax according to a 1998 Supreme Court of Canada's decision, it could even be considered an unlawful tax and therefore repayable. Since then, the government only lowered the maximum chargeable price for an emission test to $30. just five dollars less than previously charged while the price of $17,⁵⁰ for retesting failed tests stayed unchanged. If the program made a profit of 19 millions in 2013, it means that Ontarians were overcharged. This contravenes with the government's role in revenue neutrality which means that a user fee should not exceed the cost to the government of providing the service. Why should I accept to pay for emission tests every two year when it is clear that the government is behaving like a private enterprise profiting illegally from its own policies? This is an additional reason for my refusal to have my cars' emissions tested in order to obtain legal registration.

To conclude, I consciously can not agree with the basis of this mandatory emission test since it does not hold the road. Until the Drive Clean program is revisited in its targeted vehicles and measures, until it shows measurable air improvement in a direct effect from the Drive Clean program itself, until climate geoengineering is addressed and made public and until the biggest polluters are obliged to limit their emissions to zero, I refuse any emission test to be performed on my vehicles and therefore consider my vehicles exonerated from the Drive Clean program requirement in order to obtain legal personal-use vehicle registrations for the province of Ontario.

Your government should establish new ways of tackling climate change through new sustainable, futuristic, innovative and visionary legislation and projects, and terminate this obsolete Drive Clean program. Only then will you truly declare:

«Our government will build Ontario up. Ontario will be the best place to live, from childhood to retirement.»

The term "conspiracy theorist" has so far been very successfully used to trigger a mental shutdown in most people. When an individual is labeled with this term by the media, anything they say (no matter how verifiably factual) is immediately marginalized. But what do psychological studies say about the sanity of "conspiracy theorists" as compared to those that blindly accept the "official narratives" without questioning? Those who question are sane, those who do not, are found to be psychologically lacking, this should not be a surprise. Geoengineers Wage All Out Weather Warfare As The Climate System Unravels

How long will populations remain oblivious to the relentless weather warfare and biological warfare assault being waged against them by the global power structure? An Indisputable Response To Climate Engineering Deniers

The Washington Post article of January 22, 2015 titled "How A Group Of Conspiracy Theorists Could Derail The Debate Over Climate Policy" prompted this response to what either the Post’s editors or article author apparently overlooked or did not choose to do, in my journalistic opinion—publish facts!

Over the years, The Washington Post acquired numerous awards for excellent investigative journalism, etc., including the prestigious Pulitzer Prize several times, the last being in 2014. One would imagine—at least this writer’s journalistic opinion—that extensive and accurate research would be the ground floor for factual, open-source, non-pejorative, non-ad hominem reporting and journalism.

When journalist Puneet Kollipara postulates, “Meet the “chemtrails” crowd, who posit that governments, scientists and other institutions are using airplanes’ “chemtrails” — basically contrails that are allegedly laced with chemicals — to alter the climate, create extreme weather, poison people, or even control our minds,” and “In short, chemtrails itself is a conspiracy theory,” someone needs to point out that The Washington Post team should have done their homework more diligently, as there are hundreds of federal government agency reports and, in particular, U.S. Patents of record, for managing weather systems. Many are listed below in the Weather Geoengineering / Chemtrail Database generated by this writer.

However, I think maybe I may be inclined to agree with Kollipara that chemtrails just may be a conspiracy—a real ‘true’ conspiracy to keep what’s going on day and night – and which darkens our skies (less sunlight hits earth now), plus precipitates all kinds of toxic crap falling onto earth—to keep the public from knowing what’s actually going on above our heads.

How long can the climate engineers confuse and divide the US population with completely manipulated "winter storms"? The latest is "winter storm Eris" as named by the power structure owned Weather Channel. Also controlling the flow of climate information to the public is the Rothschilds owned Weather Central. Artificially/chemically nucleated snow is a primary method by which the weather makers create short term toxic cool-downs. Why are they doing this? Because it creates the headlines that the power structure and its media machine need to help hide the fact that our planet is warming at a runaway pace. A "white Christmas" here and there does much to confuse the public as to what is actually unfolding on the bigger climate picture. This is one of the major purposes of global geoengineering. Extreme jet stream manipulation is a major component of the engineered cool-down of the US.

The all out climate engineering assault continues with major weather events occurring on the West coast and the East coast. Engineered “winter storm Damon” will bring some chemically nucleated “heavy wet snow” to the East. In the West, the moisture flow has been opened up. The HAARP (ionosphere heater) created “ridiculously resilient ridge” of blocking high pressure has been eliminated for now. Though there will likely be significant and perhaps even heavy rain in parts of the West, it is still a fraction of what would have fallen without the heavy aerosol spraying that is occurring. The climate engineers syphon off and scatter much of the initial moisture from the incoming storms. This broadcasts the moisture out in every direction and creates incredibly expansive aerosolized cloud canopy which is already covering most of the continental US. This individual made clear the fact that many of the citizens were absolutely convinced this destruction was the result of climate modification/weather warfare. Again, this magnitude of extreme ice storm is historically unprecedented, up to 6 inches of ice accumulation occurred. This is exactly the result that would be expected with massive chemical ice nucleation elements sprayed into a storm system. Is it just coincidence that many countries in recent years are annihilate by "natural cataclysms"? In 2010 Pakistan was resisting US policy just prior to record floods covering 20% of the country with water.

Climate Engineering Pilot Disclosure?

The two letters below were forwarded to "The HAARP Report", these texts were sent to me by the administrator of that site. The message source claims to be relaying statements from a US military pilot that is part of the ongoing aerosol spraying nightmare occurring in our skies day in and day out. Are the statements authentic? Is the source credible? I have no way of confirming in either case. This being said, the dots do connect with what I believe these pilots are being told. The power structure command always conveys a very simple message to troops, it's us or them. This is the basic theme below that is described by the alleged pilot. The fact that the climate modification aspect is not aluded to at all is not a surprise. Informing military men and women participating in these programs of this aspect would greatly complicate the equation. Such disclosure would likely cloud the "black and white", "us against them" mindset that those in power use to manipulate our brothers and sisters in the military. I am posting these messages as a matter of public disclosure. Though we have no way of verifying the validity of the posts below, the statements and assertions contained in the messages warrant examination.

Where Have All The Blue Skies Gone

I think that we have all noticed that our temperatures outside have been in a flux. One day it is above normal and the next day below normal, not only in New England but across the Globe. Something is definitely happening to our weather and climate. Doing some research, I have discovered that the US Air Force wants to control the weather by 2025. It is documented.

If you LOOK UP at the sky, you will notice that the sky is not blue for very long, even on a blue sky day. Instead, you will often see streaks of white plumes in the sky from planes, sometimes in patterns of a criss-cross or straight line or tick, tack, toe. These plumes after awhile begin to widen and blanket the blue sky turning it into a milky white. It has been verified with air, water and soil samples; by climate engineering patents, and videos that these streaks are aerosol trails of toxic chemicals of barium, strontium, aluminum oxide and other synthetic fibres being sprayed daily into the stratosphere by military and some commercial planes. A reason for the spraying of our skies on a global basis according to David Keith of Harvard, who recently spoke on the Colbert Report Show, is to cool down the temperature of the Earth. The name given to this process is Global Climate Engineering (Intervention) or Weather Modification, also known as Solar Radiation Management (SRM).

As much as the climate engineers are trying to cool the Earth, Weather modification is wrecking our eco-system and hydrological system already set in place. Television documentaries have reported that 200 species are becoming extinct each day, as well as fish, birds and animals. Dane Wigington in a documentary has mentioned that plants, trees and bees are dying in California. Other authors have pointed out to us, that our ozone layer is being depleted; the sunlight is dimming; farms and gardens are producing less crops; aquifers are depleting; states and countries are experiencing droughts. Many of our friends or relatives and ourselves have seen an increase in floods; ice tsunamis; earthquakes; hail; hurricanes and tornadoes. We are nearly at the edge of the tipping point! Time is running out is becoming a familiar mantra!

Besides the spraying of these toxic chemicals, our weather is also being manipulated by HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project). Both Nick Begich and Rosalie Bertell have written about this project in their books, and they can be heard on utubes online. Rosalie Bertell tells us that HAARP began in 1990 and work on the ionosphere facility in Gakona, Alaska began in 1993. HAARP is known as Tesla-based technology.

HAARP has ionosphere heaters that can heat sections of the Ionosphere to form a curved lens and also reflect massive energy beams back to Earth to trigger hurricanes, floods, droughts and earthquakes, as well as diverting them away from certain cities, states and or countries. It is known to have 24 heaters around the globe.

Such powerful technology to be in the hands of humans, without the complete knowledge of possible consequences of their usage and the moral authority to decide who has good weather today or not, or droughts for months on end! Is this not playing God with our weather and climate? Such hubris!

According to Professor James Fleming of Colby College in Maine, we are not the first generation to think about modifying and manipulating the weather and to change the climate. He tells us that as far back as 1841, James Espy tried to modify the weather. He tried to make artificial rain by burning forests. Other attempts to control the weather took place in the 1900’s beginning in 1904 with Charles Hatfield known as the Rainmaker who attempted to make it rain in California. Also again in 1915 when he supposedly caused it to rain for 17 days in San Diego by building a 20-30 foot tower which he climbed and then mixed chemicals claiming that by letting them evaporate in the atmosphere, he would attract rain clouds to open. Rain clouds did open resulting in deaths and the destruction of 100 bridges and people left homeless. As a result of the devastation, Mr. Hatfield was never paid the sum he bargained for. If you read, James Fleming’s work on FIXING THE SKY, you will find other examples showing that all throughout the 1900’s other various attempts were made to control the weather and climate not only by the United States but also by Russia.

So what is all this technological know how good for, if it is being used to destroy, rather than to promote responsible stewardship of the Earth? California, at present is in a terrible drought.
Where is HAARP in all of this? Why isn’t HAARP helping to bring moisture and rainfall to California, instead of the opposite?

As I reflect by my window and see trails of chemicals being released in our sky, day after day knowing that this will affect and effect our weather and our health, I can only ask what about the ETHICAL IMPLICATIONS of managing the world’s climate? Have policy makers taken this into account? Who will set the temperature for the Earth? What about the health issues of the citizens onto which the toxic chemicals mentioned above, fall day in and day out? Who are the policy makers accountable to for the consequences of Weather Modification? Alzheimers and autism are becoming rampant, as well as cancer and respiratory ailments. Are they not the results of these toxic chemicals?

Having this technology also raises the question about causing rain in one place that could risk causing drought in another place. Scriptures tell us that we are all one. So when one place is affected all is affected. Although I live at the opposite coast from California, I feel for the citizens there experiencing drought and devastation, also for the folks in Buffalo, New York, who recently experienced an unprecedented epic snowstorm. This brings to mind the words of Chief Seattle: “Whatever befalls the Earth, befalls the sons and daughters of the Earth.”

Scientists tell us that time is running out and that the only way to fix the weather and the climate is to leave the sky alone and instead reduce CO2 emissions and also Methane Emissions. May we all have the courage to do so! INSTEAD OF AN ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE, I challenge all who will read this to write or call President Obama and your legislators to encourage them to reduce CO2 Emissions and Methane Emissions, while leaving the sky alone.

Global Extinction within one Human Lifetime as a Result of a Spreading Atmospheric Arctic Methane Heat wave and Surface Firestorm

Abstract

Although the sudden high rate Arctic methane increase at Svalbard in late 2010 data set applies to only a short time interval, similar sudden methane concentration peaks also occur at Barrow point and the effects of a major methane build-up has been observed using all the major scientific observation systems. Giant fountains/torches/plumes of methane entering the atmosphere up to 1 km across have been seen on the East Siberian Shelf. This methane eruption data is so consistent and aerially extensive that when combined with methane gas warming potentials, Permian extinction event temperatures and methane lifetime data it paints a frightening picture of the beginning of the now uncontrollable global warming induced destabilization of the subsea Arctic methane hydrates on the shelf and slope which started in late 2010. This process of methane release will accelerate exponentially, release huge quantities of methane into the atmosphere and lead to the demise of all life on earth before the middle of this century.

Introduction

The 1990 global atmospheric mean temperature is assumed to be 14.49 ^oC (Shakil, 2005; NASA, 2002; DATAWeb, 2012) which sets the 2 ^oC anomaly above which humanity will lose control of her ability to limit the effects of global warming on major climatic and environmental systems at 16.49 ^oC (IPCC, 2007). The major Permian extinction event temperature is 80 ^oF (26.66 ^oC) which is a temperature anomaly of 12.1766 ^oC above the 1990 global mean temperature of 14.49^oC (Wignall, 2009; Shakil, 2005).

Results of Investigation

Figure 1 shows a huge sudden atmospheric spike like increase in the concentration of atmospheric methane at Svalbard north of Norway in the Arctic reaching 2040 ppb (2.04 ppm)(ESRL/GMO, 2010 – Arctic – Methane – Emergency – Group.org). The cause of this sudden anomalous increase in the concentration of atmospheric methane at Svalbard has been seen on the East Siberian Arctic Shelf where a recent Russian – U.S. expedition has found widespread, continuous powerful methane seepages into the atmosphere from the subsea methane hydrates with the methane plumes (fountains or torches) up to 1 km across producing an atmospheric methane concentration 100 times higher than normal (Connor, 2011). Such high methane concentrations could produce local temperature anomalies of more than 50 ^oC at a conservative methane warming potential of 25.

Figure 2 is derived from the Svalbard data in Figure 1 and the methane concentration data has been used to generate a Svalbard atmospheric temperature anomaly trend using a methane warming potential of 43.5 as an example. The huge sudden anomalous spike in atmospheric methane concentration in mid August, 2010 at Svalbard is clearly evident and the methane concentrations within this spike have been used to construct a series of radiating methane global warming temperature trends for the entire range of methane global warming potentials in Figure 3 from an assumed mean start temperature of -3.575 degrees Centigrade for Svalbard (see Figure 2) (Norwegian Polar Institute; 2011).

Figure 3 shows a set of radiating Arctic atmospheric methane global warming temperature trends calculated from the steep methane atmospheric concentration gradient at Svalbard in 2010 (ESRL/GMO, 2010 – Arctic-Methane-Emergency-Group.org). The range of extinction temperature anomalies above the assumed 1990 mean atmospheric temperature of 14.49 oC (Shakil, 2005) are also shown on this diagram as well as the 80 oF (26.66 oC) major Permian extinction event temperature (Wignall, 2009).

Sam Carana (pers. com. 7 Jan, 2012) has described large December 2011 (ESRL-NOAA data) warming anomalies which exceed 10 to 20 degrees centigrade and cover vast areas of the Arctic at times. In the centres of these regions, which appear to overlap the Gakkel Ridge and its bounding basins, the temperature anomalies may exceed 20 degrees centigrade. The temperature anomalies in this region of the Arctic for the period from September 8 2011 to October 7, 2011 were only about 4 degrees Centigrade above normal (Carana, pers. com. 2012). Because the Svalbard methane concentration data suggests that the major spike in methane emissions began in late 2010 it has been assumed for calculation purposes that the 2010 temperature anomalies peaked at 4 degrees Centigrade and the 2011 anomalies at 20 degrees Centigrade in the Gakkel Ridge region. The assumed 20 degree Centigrade temperature anomaly trend from 2010 to 2011 in the Gakkel Ridge region requires a methane gas warming potential of about 1000 to generate it from the Svalbard methane atmospheric concentration spike data in 2010. Such high methane warming potentials could only be active over a very short time interval (less than 5.7 months) as shown when the long methane global warming potential lifetimes data from the IPCC (2007; 1992) and Dessus, Laponte and Treut (2008 ) are used to generate a global warming potential growth curve with a methane global warming potential of 100 with a lifespan of 5 years.

Because of the high methane global warming potential (1000) of the 2011, 20 oC temperature anomalies in the Gakkel Ridge region, the entire methane global warming potential range from 5 to 1000 has been used to construct the radiating set of temperature trends shown in Figure 3. The 50, 100, 500 and 1000 methane global warming potential (GWP) trends are red and in bold. The choice of a high temperature methane peak with a global warming potential near 1000 is in fact very conservative because the 16 oC increase is assumed to occur over a year. The observed ESRL-NOAA Arctic temperature anomalies varied from 4 to 20 degrees over less than a month in 2011 (Sam Carana, pers. comm. 2012).

Figure 4 shows the estimated lifetime of a globally spreading Arctic methane atmospheric veil for different methane global warming potentials with the minimum, mean and maximum lifetimes fixed with data from Dessus, Laponche and Treut (2008) and IPCC (2007, 1992). On this diagram it is evident that the maximum methane global warming potential temperature trend of 50 intersects the 2 degree centigrade temperature anomaly line in mid 2027 at which time humanity will completely lose our ability to combat the earth atmospheric temperature rise. This diagram also indicates that methane will be an extremely active global warming agent for the first 15 years during the early stages of the extinction process. At the 80 o F (26.66 oC) Permian extinction event temperature line (Wignall, 2009), which has a 12.177 oC temperature anomaly above the 1980 mean of 14.49 oC, the lifetime of the minimum methane global warming potential veil is now some 75 years long and the temperature so high that total extinction of all life on earth will have occured by this time.

The life time from the almost instantaneous injection of methane into the atmosphere in 2010 is also shown as the two vertical violet lines (12 +- 3) years and this has been extended by 6 percent to 15.9 years to take account of increased methane concentrations in the future (IPCC, 1992b). This data set can be used to set up the likely start position for the extinction event from the large methane emissions in 2010.

Figure 5 shows the estimated Arctic Gakkel Ridge earthquake frequency temperature increase curve (Light, 2011), the Giss Arctic mean November surface temperature increase curve (data from Carana, 2011) and the mean global temperature increase curve from IPCC (2007) long term gradient data. The corrected Arctic atmospheric temperature curve for the ice cap melt back in 2015 was derived from the mean time difference between the IPCC model ice cap and observed Arctic Ice cap rate of volume decrease (Masters, 2009). The ice cap temperature increase curve lags behind the Arctic atmosphere temperature curve because of the extra energy required for the latent heat of melting of the permafrost and Greenland ice caps (Lide and Frederickse, 1995).

Figure 6 shows 5 mathematically and visually determined best estimates of the possible global atmospheric extinction gradients for the minimum (a), mean (b) and maximum (e) methane global warming potential lifetime trends. The mean (c) methane global warming potential lifetime trend has almost the identical gradient to the best mathematical fit over the temperature extinction interval (2 oC to 12.2 oC temperature anomaly zone) as the Arctic Gakkel Ridge frequency data (b) and the Giss Arctic mean November surface temperature data (d). This suggests that the Giss Arctic mean November surface temperature curve and the Arctic Gakkel Ridge frequency temperature curves are good estimates of the global extinction temperature gradient.

Figure 7 diagramatically shows the funnel shaped region in purple, yellow and brown of atmospheric stability of methane derived from Arctic subsea methane eruption fountains/torches formed above destabilized shelf and slope methane hydrates (Connor, 2011). The width of this zone expands exponentially from 2010 with increasing temperature to reach a lifetime of more than 75 years at 80 o F (26.66 oC) which is the estimated mean atmospheric temperature of the major Permian extinction event (Wignall 2009). The previous most catastrophic mass extinction event occured in the Permian when atmospheric methane released from methane hydrates was the primary driver of the massive mean atmospheric temperature increase to 80 oF (26.66 oC) at a time when the atmospheric carbon dioxide was less than at present (Wignall, 2009).

Method of Analysis

By combining fractional amounts of an assumed standard Arctic methane fountain/torch/plume with a global warming potential of 1000 (which equals a 16 oC temperature rise (4 – 20 oC) over one year – 2010 – 2011) with the mean global temperature curve (from IPCC 2007 – gradient data) it was possible to closely match the 5 visually and mathematically determined best estimates of the global extinction gradients shown in Figure 6 (a to e). Because the thermal radiant flux from the earth into space is a function of its area (Lide and Fredrickse, 1995) we can roughly determine how many years it will take for the methane to spread globally by getting the ratio of the determined fraction of the mean global temperature curve to the fraction of the Arctic methane fountain/torch/plume curve, as the latter is assumed to represent only one year of methane emissions. In addition as the earth’s surface area is some 5.1*10^8 square kilometres (Lide and Fredrickse, 1995) a rough estimate of the average area of the region over which the methane emissions occur within the Arctic can also be determined by multiplying the Arctic methane/torch/plume fraction by the surface area of the earth. The Arctic fountain/torch areas are expressed as the diameter of circular region of methane emissions or the two axes A and B of an ellipse shaped area of methane emissions (where B = 4A) (Table 1)

Twenty estimates have been made of the times of the various extinction events in the northern and southern hemispheres and these are shown on Table 1 and summarised on Figure 7 with their ranges. The absolute mean extinction time for the northern hemisphere is 2031.8 and for the southern hemisphere 2047.6 with a final mean extinction time for 3/4 of the earth’s surface of 2039.6 which is similar to the extinction time suggested previously from correlations between planetary orbital mechanics and the frequency increase of Great and Normal earthquake activity on Earth (Light, 2011). Extinction in the southern hemisphere lags the northern hemisphere by 9 to 29 years.

Figure 8 shows a different method of interpreting the extinction fields defined by the (12 +-3) + 6% year long lifetime of methane (IPCC, 1992) assumed to have been instantaneously injected into the Arctic atmosphere in 2010 and the lifetime of the globally spreading methane atmospheric veil at different methane global warming potentials. The start of extinction begins between 2020 and 2026.9 and extinction will be complete in the northern hemisphere by 2057. Extinction will begin around 2024 in the southern hemisphere and will be completed by 2087. Extinction in the southern hemisphere, in particular in Antarctica will be delayed by some 30 years. This makes property on the Transantarctic mountains of premium value for those people wish to survive the coming methane firestorm for a few decades longer..

Figure 9. is a further refinement of the extinction fields shown in Figure 8. by defining a new latent heat of ice melting curve at different ambient temperatures which has been calculated from the corrected Arctic atmospheric temperature trend for the ice cap melt back defined by the difference between the Piomass observed melt back time and the IPCC modelled melt back time which predicts the melt back incorrectly some 50 years into the future (Masters, 2009). This work shows that the IPCC climate models are probably more than 100 years out in their prediction of the complete melting of the Greenland and Antarctic ice caps.

Method of Analysis

To melt 1 kg of ice you require 334 kilo Joules of energy (the latent heat of melting of ice) to transform the solid into the liquid at 0 oC (Wikipedia, 2012 ).

Subsequently for each one oC temperature rise, the water requires and additional 4.18 kilo Joules to heat it up to the ambient temperature (Wikipedia, 2012). An 80 oC temperature rise of a 1 kg mass of water requires almost exactly the same amount of energy input (334.4 kJ) as the amount of energy required by the latent heat of melting of ice (334 kJ) to covert one kg of ice into water at 0 oC. Because one Joule is the energy equivalent of the power of one watt sustained for one second there is also a time element in the melting of the ice and the heating up of the water, i.e. it is the function of temperature increase and the time similar to the way oil is generated in sediments (Lopatin, 1971; Allen and Allen, 1990).

If we consider the time necessary to melt one kg of ice and then raise its temperature to 80 oC, both of the above processes require the same amount of energy so we can consider that the first half of the time will simply involve conversion the solid ice into a liquid state at 0 oC and the second half of the time in heating the resulting ice water from 0 to 80 oC. This means that the ice melt curve at 80 oC will lag the atmospheric temperature line by half the time at 80 oC.

For temperatures less than 80 oC, the energy necessary to raise the water formed from the melted ice to the ambient temperature is less than that required for the latent melting of the ice (required to move it from a solid to a liquid state) and progressively more relative energy is needed at low temperatures to melt the ice.

The following formulation has been used to calculate the ratio of the time necessary for the melting of 1 kg of ice to water a 0 oC to the time necessary for the heating up of the 1 kg of water produced from the melted ice to the specified ambient temperature.

For any power n, let 2^n represent the ambient temperature of 1 kg of water which was derived from the melting of 1 kg of ice.

The energy required for the original melting of the 1 kg ice to water at 0 oC (latent heat of melting of ice) = 2^(n-3)/10 = 2^n/(2^3*10) = 2^n/80 = ambient temperature/80

Examples;

Let n=1; therefore temperature = 2^1 = 2 oC
Latent heat of melting = 2^(n-3)/10 = 2^-2/10 = 1/10*1/(2^2) =1/10*1/4 = 1/40

Let n=5; therefore temperature = 2^5 = 32 oC
Latent heat of melting = 2^(n-3)/10 = 2^2/10 = 4/10

The ratio of the time required for the latent heat of melting at any temperature is the reciprocal of the above = 10/(2^n-3)

The total time is therefore
a.) The time necessary for the latent heat of melting to covert 1 kg of ice into water
at 0 oC = 10/(2^n-3)
and:-
b.) The time required to heat up the 1 kg of water up to a temperature of 2^n = 1.

The total time = (10/(2^n-3)+1)

Therefore the fraction of time needed to simply melt the ice to 0 oC before it is raised to the ambient temperature 2^n = 10/(2^n-3)/((10/(2^n-3))+1)

Now: ((10/(2^n-3)) +1) = (10+ (2^n-3))/(2^(n-3))

The total time is therefore = 10/(10+(2^n-3))

Examples showing the calculation of the time ratio of the energy of latent heat of melting of ice to form water at 0 oC to the energy necessary to raise the water to the ambient temperature are shown below:-

The time value at each temperature of the corrected Arctic atmospheric temperature trend from the observed ice cap melt back (Masters, 2009) has been multiplied by the above fraction for each ambient temperature to determine a new “latent heat of ice melting curve” which represents the temperature – time energy necessary for the complete melting of the ice to water at 0 oC without the additional energy needed to raise the water to the ambient temperature of the atmosphere. This latent heat of ice melting curve is shown as the dark blue line on Figure 9.

The maximum mean global atmospheric temperature above which all the world’s icecaps will have completely melted away is estimated to lie between 7 oC and 8 oC above the mean global temperature which here is taken as 14.49 oC in 1990 (IPCC, 2007). The critical temperatures above which the Earth will entirely lose its ice caps are between 21.49 oC and 22.49 oC. It has been found however that the latent heat of ice melting curve first intersects the maximum lifetime stability line for atmospheric methane calculated from the methane global warming potentials (see. Figure 3) at the 20.964 oC extinction line (6.474 degrees centigrade above the atmospheric mean temperature of 14.49 oC in 1980) at 2050.1 and the 22.49 oCextinction line (8 oC above the atmospheric mean temperature of 14.49 oC in 1980) at 2051.3. Therefore the limits of the final melting and loss of all ice on Earth have been fixed between the 6.474 oC and 8 oC anomalies above the 1990 mean atmospheric temperature of 14.49 oC. This very narrow temperature range includes all the mathematically and visually determined extinction times and their means for the northern and southern hemispheres which were calculated quite separately (Figure 7; Table 1).

Once the world’s ice caps have completely melted away at temperatures above 22.49 oC and times later than 2051.3, the Earth’s atmosphere will heat up at an extremely fast rate to reach the Permian extinction event temperature of 80oF (26.66 oC)(Wignall, 2009) by which time all life on Earth will have been completely extinguished.

The position where the latent heat of ice melting curve intersects the 8 oC extinction line (22.49 oC) at 2051.3 represents the time when 100 percent of all the ice on the surface of the Earth will have melted. If we make this point on the latent heat of ice melting curve equal to 1 we can determine the time of melting of any fraction of the Earth’s icecaps by using the time*temperature function at each time from 2051.3 back to 2015, the time the average Arctic atmospheric temperature curve is predicted to exceed 0 oC. The process of melting 1 kg of ice and heating the produced water up to a certain temperature is a function of the sum of the latent heat of melting of ice is 334 kilo Joules/kg and the final water temperature times the 4.18 kilo Joules/Kg.K (Wikipedia, 2012). This however represents the energy required over a period of one second to melt 1 kg of ice to water and raise it to the ambient temperature. Therefore the total energy per mass of ice over a certain time period is equal to (334 +(4.18*Ambient Temperature)*time in seconds that the melted water took to reach the ambient temperature. From the fractional time*temperature values at each ambient temperature the fractional amounts of melting of the total global icecaps have been calculated and are shown on Figure 9.

The earliest calculated fractional volume of melting of the global ice caps in 2016 is 1.85*10^-3 of the total volume of global ice with an average yearly rate of ice melting of 2.557*10^-3 of the total volume of global ice. This value is remarkably similar to, but slightly less than the average rate of melting of the Arctic sea ice measured over an 18 year period of 2.7*10^-3 (1978 to 1995; 2.7% per decade – IPCC 2007).This close correlation between observed rates of Arctic ice cap and predicted rates of global ice cap melting indicates that average rates of Arctic ice cap melting between 1979 and 2015 (which represents the projected time the Arctic will lose its ice cover – Masters, 2009) will be continued during the first few years of melting of the global ice caps after the Arctic ice cover has gone in 2015 as the mean Arctic atmospheric temperature starts to climb above 0 oC. However from 2017 the rate of melting of the global ice will start to accelerate as will the atmospheric temperature until by 2049 it will be more than 9 times as fast as it was around 2015 (Table 2).

The mean rate of melting of the global icecap between 2017 and 2049 is some 2*10^-2, some 7.4 times the mean rate of melting of the Arctic ice cap (Table 2). In concert with the increase in rate of global ice cap melting between 2017 and 2049, the acceleration in the rate of melting also increases from 7*10^-4 to 9.9*10^-4 with a mean value close to 8.6*10^-4 (Table 2). The ratio of the acceleration in the rate of global ice cap melting to the Arctic ice cap melting increases from 3.4 in 2017 to 4.8 by 2049 with a mean near 4.2. This fast acceleration in the rate of global ice cap melting after 2015 compared to the Arctic sea ice cap melting before 2015 is because the mean Arctic atmospheric temperature after 2017 is spiraling upward in temperature above 0^oC adding large amounts of additional energy to the ice and causing it to melt back more quickly.

The melt back of the Arctic ice cap is a symptom of the Earth’s disease but not its cause and it is the cause that has to be dealt with if we hope to bring about a cure. Therefore a massive cut back in carbon dioxide emissions should be mandatory for all developed nations (and some developing nations as well). Total destruction of the methane in the Arctic atmosphere is also mandatory if we are to survive the effects of its now catastrophic rate of build up in the atmospheric methane concentration However cooling of the Arctic using geoengineering methods is also vitally important to reduce the effects of the ice cap melting further enhancing the already out of control destabilization of the methane hydrates on the Arctic shelf and slope.

· Developed (and some developing) countries must cut back their carbon dioxide emissions by a very large percentage (50% to 90%) by 2020 to immediately precipitate a cooling of the Earth and its crust. If this is not done the earthquake frequency and methane emissions in the Arctic will continue to grow exponentially leading to our inexorable demise between 2031 to 2051.

· Geoenginering must be used immediately as a cooling method in the Arctic to counteract the effects of the methane buildup in the short term. However these methods will lead to further pollution of the atmosphere in the long term and will not solve the earthquake induced Arctic methane buildup which is going to lead to our annihilation.

· The United States and Russia must immediately develop a net of powerful radio beat frequency transmission stations around the Arctic using the critical 13.56 MHZ beat frequency to break down the methane in the stratosphere and troposphere to nanodiamonds and hydrogen (Light 2011a) . Besides the elimination of the high global warming potential methane, the nanodiamonds may form seeds for light reflecting noctilucent clouds in the stratosphere and a light coloured energy reflecting layer when brought down to the Earth by snow and rain (Light 2011a). HAARP transmission systems are able to electronically vibrate the strong ionospheric electric current that feeds down into the polar areas and are thus the least evasive method of directly eliminating the buildup of methane in those critical regions (Light 2011a).

The warning about extinction is stark. It is remarkable that global scientists had not anticipated a giant buildup of methane in the atmosphere when it had been so clearly predicted 10 to 20 years ago and has been shown to be critically linked to extinction events in the geological record (Kennett et al. 2003). Furthermore all the experiments should have already been done to determine which geoengineering methods were the most effective in oxidising/destroying the methane in the atmosphere in case it should ever build up to a concentration where it posed a threat to humanity. Those methods need to be applied immediately if there is any faint hope of reducing the catastrophic heating effects of the fast building atmospheric methane concentration.

Engineered “Polar Vortex” Freezes US

One of the best updates yet from the HAARP is below. I was actually on the US west coast near the Oregon border to witness the all out aerosol assault in the skies which is noted in the attached video. The sea temperatures were exceptionally warm, warm enough to swim in the waves for nearly a half hour with no wet suit. Historically this was not possible to do at any time of year in this location, let alone in mid November. A green sea turtle was recently caught of the coast of Oregon and tuna are being caught of the coast of Alaska, both instances are unprecedented. Global sea temperatures are now officially the warmest ever recorded. Why are the climate engineers working so hard to freeze the Eastern US? To continue the confusion and division amongst the population as to the true state of the climate. To demonstrate their power over the climate system. To hide the true gravity of what is unfolding on our planet for as long as possible while causing unimaginable harm to the biosphere in the process.
