Mainstream French Newspaper Covers Toxic Climate Engineering Fallout
Our gratitude to the mainstream media in France for covering what US corporate media won’t, the ongoing climate engineering and the toxic fallout it produces. The article below was translated for geoengineeringwatch.org. For the original article in French, click the source link. Just as the article covers, many in the US have also seen the cobweb like filaments that occasionally litter the landscape after heavy jet spraying. I have tested some of the filament samples at the state certified lab and they were largely composed of aluminum. Unless spiders are using aluminum to weave their webs, this phenomenon is clearly a result of the aerosol spray operations. The occasional occurrences of the filament fallout are likely the result of a malfunction on the spraying equipment with specific aircraft. Many have reported becoming ill after handling this material. If we all keep pulling together in the battle to shine the light on the geoengineering nightmare in our skies, soon enough the US media will be forced into covering what they have tried so hard to hide.

Our world continues to change at a pace that exponentially exceeds anything ever documented in the entire history of the planet. Completely unsustainable artificial realities are keeping huge segments of population pacified for the moment, even while the rumors of global conflict grow. What is unfolding won’t seem real until it is. The latest installment of Global Alert News is below.
Engineering winter weather is one of the primary objectives for the geoengineers. By manipulating upper level wind currents and with patented processes of chemical ice nucleation for weather modification, the climate engineers are (and have been) cooling down the most populated regions of the US (backed by the most massive military industrial complex on the planet). This process fuels the continued confusion and division of the population in regard to the true state of the global climate. Much of the cooler air is, in essence, robbed from the Arctic by jet stream manipulation via ionosphere heater installations. What happens then? The most recent departure from normal high temperature map below paints a clear picture. The total meltdown of the Arctic accelerates, as does the mass methane releases occurring there from the increased heat buildup. If enough formerly frozen methane hydrate deposits release into the atmosphere, it will very soon be game over. This is not to blame all of our challenges on climate engineering, but mathematically speaking, it is the single greatest climate disrupting factor at this time. The dark red zones on the polar regions are a harbinger of a very grave future for us all (and then there is the collapsing ozone layer to consider, in which climate engineering is also a primary causal factor).

Climate engineering operations continue to create winter weather chaos in parts of the US, Canada and Europe. Chemical ice nucleation elements are a core component of global geoengineering programs. Winter weather whiplash, freezing rain, freezing drizzle / fog, and “thunder snow” conditions, all are indicative of chemical ice nucleation materials being dispersed into available atmospheric moisture. Ice nucleating elements create an endothermic (energy absorbing) reaction that, in turn, produces a colder, heavier air mass. The heavy dense air then sinks to ground surface levels. This shallow layer of cold air lowers surface temperatures and thus produces the sensationalized headlines of cold weather that the climate engineers and the power structure corporate media are seeking. “Winter Storm Harper” recently took its toll on specific regions of the Eastern US. “Winter Storm Indra” is now winding down with less impact than than the climate engineers had originally hoped (or scheduled) to achieve. Naming “winter storms” adds to the sensationalizing of these completely engineered events.
Corporate media faithfully follows the scripts and talking points they are given in their coverage of the completely engineered “winter weather”, while completely omitting the unfolding planetary meltdowns occurring in so many other locations around the world. The scripted nature of mainstream meteorologist's narratives is not hard to see through. Corporate meteorologists are playing the part of cover-up for the climate engineering programs.
The temperatures and precipitation types (frozen or liquid) in the current condition and forecast screenshots below should be examined and considered. The scheduled weather in three locations were captured, Jamestown, NY, Binghamton, NY, and Nashville, TN.
Why is snow falling at 43 degrees? Why is it still raining at 28 degrees?
The next "forecast" capture was for Binghamton, NY.
Why is ice falling at 34 degrees? Then back to rain at 33 degrees? Then snow at 43 degrees?
The final "forecast" capture is for Nashville, TN.
This weather information screen for Nashville, TN, is also perplexing. The flow of rain over Nashville is coming right out of the Gulf of Mexico, thus the high temperatures of 56 degrees and rain. This same flow of warmer moisture somehow “turns over” to snow further north, with temperatures still being far above freezing. The “forecast” map above (scheduled weather) calls for an extremely anomalous temperature plunge of some 30 degrees with continuous rain. With a constant flow of warmer moisture out of the south, why would there be such a sudden 30 degree temperature drop? Generally, day to night temperatures only vary by a few degrees when a constant flow of precipitation is occurring. Why would it still be raining at 26 degrees?
The animation below reveals precipitation flow and wind patterns that were present during the peak of "Winter Storm Indra".
In this animation view of precipitation and wind, the source of moisture for “Winter Storm Indra” can clearly be seen. Warm Gulf of Mexico moisture and temperate wind from the south western Atlantic Ocean are primary components of "Winter Storm Indra". The same conditions were present for "Winter Storm Harper" and countless other "winter storms" in recent years. Are such extreme anomalies an act of nature? Or the result of climate engineering operations?
The next animation even more clearly reveals the very unlikely and questionable source of moisture for a "winter storm".
The flow of temperate moisture from the Gulf of Mexico (shown) was the primary fuel for “Winter Storm Indra”. Some regions in this animation can be seen flashing from liquid precipitation (rain), to frozen (ice storm or snow), and back again. Such a “change over” at above freezing temperatures can only occur when an unnatural ice nucleating factor is in the equation, that factor is chemical ice nucleation for weather modification elements. These are patented processes.
Engineered winter events, chemical ice nucleation, and its effects, can be viewed in a 16+ minute segment of the presentation below (from 1:22:54 to 1:38:00), the video is pre-set to start at the beginning of this section on engineering winter.
Below is the NOAA forecast (scheduled) departure from normal high temperature map for late January, 2019. The extreme opposites of temperatures from one side of the country to the other are historically unprecedented (though are now becoming the norm in recent years).
While the Eastern US is scheduled for yet more engineered cool-down scenarios, locations like Alaska have been kept warm and dry. Record shattering heat is persisting and accelerating in other parts of the world as well, Australia is only one example of many.
What is the global temperature perspective? The GISS departure from normal high temperature map below is for a recent 1 year period. This average temperature compilation map is extremely revealing and should be carefully considered. The only consistently anomalously cool-down zone on the planet is the eastern half of the North American continent. Is it just a coincidence that the country with by far the world's largest military and air force (and thus by far the largest climate engineering operations) has had the only consistent and extremely anomalous cool-downs over its most populated regions over extended spans of time? Again, is this just a coincidence? No.
Radically increasing winter weather whiplash is not an act of nature, it is a result of covert climate engineering operations. There can be no legitimate discussion of the climate without first and foremost addressing the climate engineering / geoengineering / solar radiation management issue. Further, there can be no legitimate discussion of geoengineering / climate engineering without addressing the engineered “winter weather” events that utilize jet stream manipulation and patented processes of chemical ice nucleation for weather modification.

Geoengineered Winter Weather Onslaught

The now near total desperation of the climate engineers to turn warmth into winter is becoming incredibly obvious and blatant to any that are even slightly awake. "Winter Storm Jupiter" is the latest creation of the climate engineers. This so called "winter storm" is simply the product of ionosphere heater generated jet stream manipulation and massive chemical ice nucleation processes. Highly destructive ice storms are occurring due to the climate engineering chemical cool-downs. These temporary toxic cool-downs are further fueled by "global dimming", a primary goal of the geoengineers and their "solar radiation management" (SRM) programs. The map below shows the "Winter Storm Jupiter" scenario just described. An extremely anomalous and deep jet stream dip is utilized to help siphon up copious amounts of warm Gulf of Mexico moisture.
The power structure owned and operated climate engineering cover-up institutions like The Weather Channel do their best to explain away the completely engineered and anomalous weather as being all just "natural" conditions.
The first satellite/radar animation below reveals the early stages of "Winter Storm Jupiter". As bands of warm moisture migrate north, they are bombarded with chemical ice nucleating agents from above via jet aircraft dispersions. The effect of this chemical ice nucleation process can be clearly seen as cells of precipitation suddenty "flash out" to frozen in spite of the far above freezing temperature moisture.
A close examination of this animation shows rain "changing over to snow" as far south as northern Mexico while rain can still be seen as far north as Utah, Iowa, and Pennsylvania.
The next satellite/radar animation shows yet more anomalies of warm rain cells "turning over to snow" as moisture continues to migrate north.
The zone of moisture over New Mexico is of special interest in the satellite/radar loop shown above. Not only is the rain "change over to snow" extremely visible, the radio frequency/microwave transmission manipulation of this moisture zone is also shockingly apparent (circular configuration). The epicenter of this New Mexico RF transmission zone is located just west of Albuquerqe.
The animation below reveals the epicenter of the RF transmission zone (just west of Albuquerque NM) and the effect to the precipitation from the transmissions. Also of interest is the precipitation free wedge that begins just east of the transmission epicenter. This precipitation free wedge is also very visible in the in the satellite/radar animation just shown above.
Radio frequency/microwave transmissions are a core aspect of the climate engineering process. Such transmissions are utilized to manipulate jet aircraft dispersed particulate/chemical elements causing these elements to repel or congeal.
The "forecast" (scheduled weather) map below reveals the core temperatures of the migrating warm moisture as chemically ice nucleated "Winter Storm Jupiter" was unfolding.
As shown above, temperatures as high as 60 degrees (with rain) immediately decline toward the cores of the chemical cool-down zones.
The "forecast map" for 1/16/17 is even more revealing and shocking in regard to the incredibly warm temperatures in occurring in "Winter Storm Jupiter". With atmospheric conditions this warm, the chemically ice nucleating elements often reach the ground level before setting up as ice, thus creating extremely destructive "ice storms".
With warm migrating moisture with temperatures in the low 70s (straight out of the Gulf of Mexico), why is warm rain "changing over" to ice? With most temperatures on the ground still at well above freezing This is a result of chemical ice nucleation elements that are being utilized on an unimaginable scale as the climate engineers try desperately to turn warmth into winter.
How warm will it be following "Winter Storm Jupiter"? Temperatures will immediately rebound.
As chemically created "Winter Storm Jupiter" fizzles out, weather whiplash yet again sets in.
Only days after "Winter Storm Jupiter" record or near record heat is forecasted to return to much of the US with some regions warming to almost 30 degrees above normal.
Formally anomalous temperature divides like that shown in the "forecast" map above have become the norm. The completely out of control climate engineering cabal continues to "force" the climate system by trying to chemically create short term (and highly toxic) cool-downs in a rapidly warming world (Japan and Europe are also being assaulted by completely engineered storms). The slightly below normal temperatures shown for the western US in the forecast map above likely contain the next engineered winter event for the US, "Winter Storm Kori". Warm moisture flowing in from the Pacific will be subjected to yet another climate engineering chemical onslaught in order to continue manipulating the climate perceptions US population. Short of nuclear cataclysm, climate engineering is the greatest and most immediate threat we face. Though countless forms of anthropogenic activity have done immense damage to the planet and climate system, there can be no legitimate discussion of the weather or the climate system without first and foremost including the single greatest climate disrupting and damaging factor of all, global climate engineering. Our planet is accelerating toward a state of total meltdown, though highly destructive (and toxic) covert geoengineering programs can create short term cool-doowns, this manipulation comes at the cost of an even worse overall warming. The Orwellian dystopian world we all find ourselves in so far appears to be locked into its current course. Day is night, up is down, black is white, whatever the official narrative is, the majority of the population seems all too willing to accept it. Militarized and industrialized power centers are now more dangerous than ever as the accelerating collapse of the biosphere and civilization looms. As the biosphere goes, so will the economic and societal systems that were built from relentless environmental looting, pillaging, and plundering. Highly toxic weather events (like those that just occurred in Australia, Kuwait, and London) continue to kill many and to put thousands more into hospitals. The most immediate nemesis we collectively face remains the climate engineering/weather warfare/biological warfare atmospheric spraying assault.Which critical news stories did corporate media hide from the public's view this week? The weather-makers appear absolutely determined to radically cool down the land surface temperatures of the US (via jet stream manipulation and massive chemical ice nucleation) in this last month of the year. The "scheduled" record cold chemically nucleated zone for much of the US is reflected in the NOAA "departure from normal high temperature" map below. This is truly shocking given the fact that the US just experienced it's warmest autumn on record (breaking the previous record set only last year), the 2nd warmest November on record, and 2016 is already certain to be the warmest year ever recorded on our planet since record keeping began.
Of note is the fact that the epicenter of the engineered winter anomaly is still centered over the Dakotas and the water protector protesters.
This engineered cool-down is being carried out while the arctic continues to melt with record heat and record low ice levels.
The vast majority of media sources (including most alternative media sources) are not covering what is unfolding in the polar regions.
And what about the world overall? The GISS map below illustrates global "departure from normal high temperatures" for the last 30 years. Take note of the region with the least overall heat gain in the entire northern hemisphere, most of the North American continent. The US has by far the largest military, thus the largest (and most lethal) global climate engineering operation.The most anomalous cooler zone of reduced heating shown in the GISS map is, thus, over the North American continent. Geoengineering creates temporary toxic cool zones at the cost of a far worsened overall planetary heating.
Because the unfolding biosphere changes have occurred slowly over time, most are perilously unaware of the severity of the changes.
Global climate engineering operations are tearing apart the planet's life support systems, destroying our health, and irreparably contaminating the entire biosphere. All of our lives depend on the state of the planet. Climate Engineering Chemical Cool-Down For The US

As the global climate system implosion gains momentum, the geoengineers are displaying increasing desperation in their attempt to create temporary toxic cool-downs in a rapidly warming world. Again, and again, and again, the Eastern US has been the focus of massive (and highly toxic) climate engineering cool-downs. Why? To continue feeding the climate confusion amongst the public in the most populated portions of the US while the meltdown of the planet continues into a runaway warming scenario with climate engineering helping to fuel the overall fire. Where are the only below normal temperature zones in the current "departure from normal high temperature" map shown below? Heavily populated regions of the US and Europe. Why aren't the paid actors on power structure owned propaganda programs like The Weather Channel (who also has ties with Monsanto) even mentioning the continued incineration of Canada, Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, Australia, India, Asia, the UK, the Arctic, Siberia, and the rest of the planet as a whole? Because they are paid to pacify the population and to cover the tracks of the climate engineers.
The bright blue regions of record low temperatures that stand out in the Eastern Center of the US are a shocking (and completely engineered) anomaly in a record warm world.
A further highlighting of specific temperature "departures from normal" is shown in the next map.
Radical varied localized temperature extremes (that have become the norm in recent years) are historically unprecedented.
In order to carry out the chemical ice nucleated cool-down assaults (fueling devastating hail storms), considerable atmospheric moisture is required over the target zones.
Note the near 90 degree corner taken out of the precipitation convection zone to the west of Florida. This is an ever more common signature of radio frequency manipulation.
Consider that much of moisture that fueled the record cold and May snow that just fell in the US East originated in a record warm Florida and gulf of Mexico. The morning LOW temperature in Florida on 5/17/2016 (the date the above satellite photo was captured) tied all time record of 78 degrees (again, 78 degrees was the nighttime LOW temperature). The record Florida warmth has also fueled record rain. (A record warm world/atmosphere must produce more precipitation unless the geoengineers choose to create drought as is the case in California and other regions around the globe which is radically impacting populations). How does record warm moisture flow north to create record cold and snow? Welcome to the engineered winter deception carried out with jet stream manipulation and chemical ice nucleation. Blanket solar radiation management spraying over the oceans (and over land) is wreaking havoc on the web of life and the climate system as whole. "Ocean fertilization" with highly toxic materials is another deadly aspect of geoengineering.
So what is the "scheduled weather" for the days following the engineered cool-down of the Eastern US? The NOAA "forecast" map below is yet another shocking illustration of complete manipulation of the climate system.
From record warmth in the US West, to potential record cold. The record cold in the East will flip to possible record highs. Each color shade represents 2-3 degrees of variation from normal, high or low, depending on the hue.
What is the bottom line regarding the overall state of the global climate? The planet is already in a runaway warming scenario, April 2016 yet again shattered all former global temperature records.
The gravity of the overall global temperature rise cannot be overstated, climate engineering/solar radiation management is not a form of "mediation" as those in power would have us believe, geoengineering is a weapon of mass deception and war, nothing less.
In the desperate effort to hide reality from the population for as long as possible (and thus to keep business as usual for the military/industrial/corporate complex) the climate engineers continue to create the toxic temporary cool-downs which are only fueling the climate destruction and overall warming of the biosphere. Why aren't employees of the National Weather Service and NOAA sounding the alarm? These government scientists have no first amendment protection and now also have also had an illegal federal gag order placed on them. The anomalous cool-downs are as engineered as the corporate media hype surrounding these weather whiplash events. Our once thriving planet is spiraling toward complete meltdown and total extinction. Though there are countless forms of anthropogenic damage to the biosphere (with the Co2 and methane greenhouse gas buildup being all too real), global climate engineering programs are the single greatest factor creating droughts and fueling fires on planet Earth. What will it take for the human race to abandon their tendencies of suicidal denial? The fire had grown from 75 square kilometres Tuesday to more than 2,000 square kilometres – an area the size of Mexico City – officials confirmed Saturday, and surrounded the city on its west and southern edges.

But, of course, the part climate engineering has played in this engineered weather scenario is completely omitted as is any mention whatsoever of the blatantly obvious and unarguable ongoing geoengineering atrocities visible in skies around the globe.. Unseasonably hot weather in Alberta, Canada, is fueling the worst wildfire disaster in the country’s history. An extreme weather pattern, known as an omega block, is the source of the heat.

An omega block is essentially a stoppage in the atmosphere’s flow in which a sprawling area of high pressure forms. This clog impedes the typical west-to-east progress of storms. The jet stream, along which storms track, is forced to flow around the blockage.

Extreme (and historically unprecedented) temperature variations like those reflected in the map above have also been increasingly documented in the US over the last decade.
70 years of climate engineering insanity have left a decimating swath of total destruction across the entire planet. This statement in no way negates the countless other forms of catastrophic damage caused to the biosphere by human activity. But, mathematically speaking, climate engineering/solar radiation management programs are the single greatest destructive factor in regard to climate disruption, forest fires, and planetary contamination. On Friday, May 6th, 2016, record heat was also recorded in the US. On this date, the warmest location in the entire country was Minneapolis, Minnesota.
On this same day (May 6th) that the all time high temperature records were set in Minnesota (in excess of 90 degrees), the Weather Channel live reporting forecast was for several inches of snow to fall in the US Southeast. By Sunday, May 8th, snow was still falling in some locations of Colorado and New Mexico. On the morning of May 9th, snow was falling in Montana at 45 degrees. Again, such radical anomalies are profoundly unprecedented, completely unnatural, and totally engineered. Chemical ice nucleation processes are a major component of the engineered cool-downs.
The global "departure from average" temperature map below reflects an increasingly "blotchy" world of radical temperature extremes. There are, of course, countless contributing factors. One primary element is the buildup of greenhouse gasses (Co2, methane, and others). A second major factor is the creation of heat domes by the climate engineers (which are a part of jet stream manipulation process carried out by ionosphere heater installations like HAARP). A third major factor in regard to the increasing anomalies are the chemical ice nucleated engineered cool-downs previously mentioned.
We now occupy a world of increasingly engineered climate extremes. This is in addition to the underlying overall damage to the biosphere and climate system by ongoing anthropogenic activity on countless fronts.
The satellite image below was taken on May 8th, 2016. Massive aerosol spraying particulate trails are clearly visible over regions off the US West Coast and over parts of the interior US. Two circular pressure zone perimeters are also very visible which are related to the jet stream manipulation already outlined. So, while the fires in Canada rage on, the geoengineers continue wreak havoc on the climate with their all out assault against the planet and all life. Yet another ice melting heat wave is expected in the Arctic this week.
The atmosphere and the climate system have long since been completely derailed by the constantly expanding geoengineering/solar radiation management assault. This assault must be exposed and halted if Earth is to have any possible chance to find a new life supporting equilibrium given the level of irreparable damage already done by geoengineering and industrialized/militarized society.
The GISS map below reflects the average degree of planetary warming that has occurred in only the last 16 years. The warming is now accelerating at unimaginable speed and is likely already a runaway event. Global climate engineering has further contributed to the overall meltdown of the of the planet, not mitigated it. Geoengineering is ultimately about power and control, there is no benevolence in these programs, none. The short term toxic cool-down anomalies created by the climate engineers (in order to mask the true severity of planetary meltdown from the population for as long as possible) have come at the cost of pushing the planet past the point of no return in regard to the once hospitable host that we formerly knew. The illegal federal "gag order" that has been placed on all National Weather Service and NOAA employees is yet another act of desperation on the part of the power structure in their ongoing attempt to hide climate engineering and biosphere implosion. All of us have been subjected to a grand and lethal experiment without our knowledge or consent, an experiment that massive US Senate documents prove has been going on since at least the late 1940's. If the climate engineering assault is not fully exposed and halted, very soon, there will be nothing left to salvage. If these programs can be stopped, the human race must then face the unimaginably long list of challenges that has been created by the damage inflicted on the biosphere due to anthropogenic activity (which, of course, includes climate engineering).
With each passing day, the unfolding planetary meltdown will be increasingly hard to hide or deny.

The Desperation Of The Geoengineers, Documenting An Engineered Cool-Down

Geoengineering can and does create large scale chemical cool-downs, but at what cost to the overall climate system and life on Earth? If we are to be effective in the battle to expose and halt climate engineering, the effects of global geoengineering must be recognized, understood, and taken into consideration in regard to our conclusions. The following maps and radar/satellite images document a massive engineered cool-down of the US West while the Eastern US continues to hit record highs (the exact antithesis of the previous 3 years). The NOAA map below (produced on December 1st, 2015) reflects the predicted US temperatures for the period from December 7th through the 11th (2015). Each color shade represents an increase of 2-3 degrees above average temperatures. While some are still reciting a narrative of "global cooling", what is the real picture? And what major geoengineering impacts are being completely ignored by most?
Shortly after the NOAA forecast map above was issued (reflecting an extremely warm US from coast to coast), an engineered cool-down of the Western US was put into motion.
The next map (December 8, 2015) shows profound changes from the original NOAA map above. With extreme amounts of moisture being pushed into the West, the engineered cool-down is underway.
Though flooding is occurring in parts of the Pacific Northwest, and will continue to, the overall precipitation in most areas is still far less than what would have been the case without the massive atmospheric aerosol saturation from heavy jet aircraft spraying.
When there are too many cloud condensation nuclei (CCN), precipitation is diminished and the moisture is migrated further east. Heavy particle saturation in precipitation can be noted by observing droplet size. Very rapid uniform raindrops (which can be observed in puddles and on windshields) are indicative of the condensation nuclei being dictated by the sprayed particles in the rain. Lab tests have confirmed that this type of precipitation does in fact contain the highest concentration of the heavy metals (such as aluminum and barium) contained in geoengioneering patents.
Jet stream manipulation with ionosphere heater installations like HAARP allow the geoengineers to "firehouse" moisture into a given region, in this case the Pacific Northwest.

What is the goal of solar radiation management (SRM)? To block out as much of the sun as possible. The atmospheric river of moisture streaming off of the record warm Pacific ocean is heavily aerosolized (as described above) which keeps much of the moisture from falling and broadcasts it out into massive regions of rainless (and toxic) cloud cover expanding out over the Western US.
The brighter the white of the cloud cover shown on the combination satellite/radar maps above and below, the more heavily aerosolized the cloud cover is.
So much of our skies are now covered with various degrees of aerosolized cloud canopy that "blue skies" are largely non existent.
As the heavily sprayed unorganized drifting masses of moisture pour into the West (shown in the satellite image below), the radio frequency signature cloud alignment ripples begin to show up. The radio frequencies help to scatter and disperse the sprayed particulates (and this diminish precipitation).
In the "Climate Reanilizer" departure from average map below, the projected results of the engineered Western cool-down are showing up. As the aerosolized moisture streams in from the West, chemical nucleation drops the cloud temperatures. This creates a cold dense layer of air that descends to the ground and lowers the temperatures, the desired outcome for the geoengineers.
The extreme heat anomalies reflected in the reanilizer map above should be alarming to all. Such extremes are meteorologically unprecedented historically speaking. Not only are the climate engineers tearing the planet's life support systems apart, they are contaminating the entire surface of the Earth.
The updated (after the engineered cool-down) NOAA map below reflects the desired outcome for the geoengineers (compare this to the original NOAA map at the top of the page). If there had been too many record shattering temperatures across the entire US, geoengineering becomes a much tougher sell to other nations. There are undoubtedly countless "behind closed doors" meetings being carried out at the Paris Climate Conference at this exact window of time. The current Western cool-down is the exact antithesis of the last three years in the lower 48 states in which the Eastern US have been the recipient of constant engineered cool-downs.
Radical temperature extreme imbalances like those shown in the NOAA map above are historically unprecedented.
Though the corporate controlled weather forecasting liars will try to explain away the engineered extremes as just "natural variability", it is up to us to see reality for what it is. It is up to all of us to recognize the engineered cool-downs for what they actually are, completely unnatural and highly destructive to the planet. The engineered cool-downs come at the cost of an even worse planetary warming, how much more can the web of life take?
So what is the true global average temperature picture for the last three years? The GISS departure from normal high temperature map below is revealing.
The heavily geoengineered eastern half of the North American continent is one of the few zones in the world that have not been hovering in record high temperature territory since the beginning of 2013 (though 2012 was the warmest year ever recorded in the US). The last 5 years were the hottest ever recorded globally.
It is imperative for us all to look past short term (highly toxic) engineered cool-downs in order to see the larger ongoing picture. Every day that global climate engineering is allowed to continue, it worsens the overall warming of the planet. Though many cite dubious characters like former Weather Channel founder John Coleman, and "Lord Monckton", as proof that there "is no global warming", such individuals are hardly a credible source of data. An honest examination of front line research data is essential for credible conclusions.
The warming of the planet is so rapid that it is more correctly categorized as a "climate shift" (abrupt climate change). If we are to effectively fight against climate engineering, the engineered cool-downs must be recognized for what they are, not natural.
Global climate engineering must be exposed and halted, there is no other way forward. The more researched and credible activists in this fight are, the more effective we will be in the battle. With ever increasing amounts of disinformation being put out by countless sources, now more than ever, preconceptions and bias must be abandoned in exchange for verifiable facts. We must diligently examine the sources of information behind all headlines. A constant examination of front line data is how a correct compass heading is achieved. It is not about believing anyone, but rather what can be seen with ones own eyes. The award winning documentary "Chasing Ice" is a good start. This is a riveting film with no politics, just inarguable frontline footage. There are many agendas behind the ongoing geoengineering insanity, attempting to hide the damage already done to the climate by engineering cool-downs like the one documented above (while making the situation even worse overall in the process) is one of the primary goals. Is it really getting colder? What does scientifically undisputed data say? The stakes could not be higher, or our collective reality could not be any more dire. The more the planet plummets into total meltdown, the bigger the lies have gotten from the special interest groups that are paid to spread them. Unfortunately, there are many that desperately want to believe the lies in spite of massive amount of data and information to the contrary. The latest lie of a coming "mini ice age" is truly beyond comprehension, the warming of the planet continues to build at a rapidly accelerating rate.

I want to make one point clear, my goal in highlighting specific facts, charts, and data is primarily to bring attention to the subject of global geoengineering and the damage it is inflicting on the biosphere. Geoengineering is, of course, not the sole source for the climate chaos and atmospheric disintegration that is now unfolding around us (there are countless anthropogenic causal factors), but available data does indicate that geoengineering is likely the single greatest climate disrupting factor of all (in addition to poisoning all life on earth in the process).
When “global cooling” articles and conclusions are embraced by anti-geoengineering activists and websites without proper investigation, these activists and websites are then completely discredited in many circles (especially the science community). The subject of geoengineering goes out the window with the “climate change denial” that cannot be rationally denied at this point if one truly examines hard data. If we are to successfully bring geoengineering to the light of day, we cannot afford such missteps. It is imperative that we all make an effort to pull together, and not open up new battle fronts in directions that are not supported by verifiable information. Buying into the "global cooling" disinformation narrative is exactly what the power structure and the geoengineers want us to do.
So, is it getting colder?
The most dire factor of all regarding our rapidly disintegrating climate is mass methane expulsion in the Arctic that is becoming rapidly worse as the sea ice melt off is reaching record low levels. In addition to the methane threat, the latest data makes clear the fact that global sea level rise is already a "worst case scenario", this is just one more reflection of our rapidly warming world.
One more factor that is extremely important to consider, it appears that all the climate data/temperature records are being radically falsified to the down side. In the areas we have investigated, the “official reading” for a given day is routinely 3, 4, or even 5 degrees below what actually occurred on the ground. This is a massive data skewing factor which helps to hide the true extent of the warming. In addition, “official agencies” like NOAA (NOAA is connected to geoengineering contractor “Raytheon”), and National Weather Service (NWS is connected to geoengineering contractor Lockheed Martin), etc., now appear to be recording many more temperature readings from a given “cold” event as compared to “heat wave” areas of the same land mass. This skews the data to the down side even further. On top of all this, let's add the “geoengineering” factor, artificial/chemical ice nucleation, jet stream manipulation, etc., which can and does create temporary cooling anomalies from which the agencies above take an abundance of temp readings in the attempt to lower the overall temperature picture.
It is imperative for each of us to consider the entire data picture before leaping at conclusions. None of this is about “Al Gore” or carbon credit scams, but rather it's about a harsh and verifiable reality. Any conclusions must consider the massive data altering and even more the global geoengineering programs and their effects. The planet is warming at blinding speed, climate engineering is making this warming worse overall, not better.

Veteran Health Department Official Speaks Out On Climate Engineering Dangers, Again
Only a few State and Federal agency officials have shown any courage whatsoever in regard to speaking truth to power, especially on the subject of climate engineering. Engineered Western Meltdown To Cool The East

The weather warfare being waged against the US population continues to escalate. Due to the highly toxic fallout, weather warfare is also biological warfare against the entire web of life. How hot is it going to be under the completely engineered high pressure heat dome in the West? Record shattering. Is it any wonder the Western states are burning to the ground? This includes Alaska where more than 200 wildfires are burning as of late June.
The engineered high pressure zone facilitates the jet stream manipulation the climate engineers are after. By pushing the upper level winds up and over (north of) the heat dome, the winds then spin clockwise around the high pressure. A large "dip" in the jet stream is then formed, which contributes to yet another engineered cool-down in the Eastern US which is scheduled for late this week. Though the Western US could be considered a "climate sacrifice zone", available data indicates the West is also a target for engineered drought.
The latest NOAA map below will look very familiar to any that have reviewed my past articles documenting the geoengineering assault against the US, but this map is new and simply reflects the exact same climate engineering scenario being repeated again, and again, and again. Though there has also been heat in the Northeast, the climate engineers have "scheduled" a cool-down. The Western US is baked and burned while the Eastern half of the country gets the engineered cool-down.
Each color shade in the NOAA map represents a deviation of 2-3 degrees or more above or below "normal" (depending on the shade). The West will be 20 to 30 degrees above normal, the East will be be nearly 20 degrees below normal (this map is for the forecast for the period from June 28th through July 2nd).
It is important to consider that "official" high temperatures are consistently being UNDERREPORTED by 4 to 5 degrees. This means it is actually far warmer than what is being disclosed (which is already at critical levels). How bad is the global climate situation? Much worse than most yet comprehend, this fact is now becoming all but impossible to hide. Americans in the Eastern US need to look at the global picture in order to gain an accurate perspective on reality. How cold is the rest of the world? 2014 was the warmest year on record and 2015 is on pace to shatter that record. The GISS surface temperature departure from normal map below represents the combined data for the past 2 years. What is the most anomalously below normal temperature zone in the world? For over two years it has been the eastern half of the North American continent.
The entire global climate system has been derailed, there is no completely natural or untainted weather, none. The ongoing scenario in the US lower 48 is as meteorologically unnatural as it is unprecedented. There are many agendas being carried out by the weather makers, one is the manipulation of US population's perception of the climate. At the core of the weather warfare that is being waged is, of course, the agenda of total power and total control, this must always be remembered and considered. I have repeatedly documented the radical "fry/freeze" scenario being continuously engineered in the US lower 48. The climate science community, of course, will not speak about the geoengineering elephant in the room so they just claim not to know or understand why the Eastern US is cool while most of the world isn't. Manipulating The Climate, Manipulating The Data

Take a good look at the latest NOAA "forecast" map below, the radical temperature anomalies it shows are meteorologically unprecedented. Each color band represents 2-3 degrees of temperature escalation or decline depending on the color shading. Blues are below normal, reds and oranges are above. In summary, the NOAA map shows three distinct extremely hot zones with one below normal zone of cooler than normal. How can there be such anomalies? Radical and highly destructive climate manipulation is how.
All NOAA modeling is done by defense contractor Raytheon (a part of the climate engineering cabal). This makes the weather "forecasts" nothing more than the "scheduled" weather.
The global power structure has tried to sell geoengineering as "mitigation" for global warming by manipulating constant cool-downs in the same areas over and over again as they did in Boston during the 2014-2015 winter, but what is the overall cost of such engineered events? What is the true extent of climate system damage attributable to the ongoing climate manipulation? Climate engineering is radically worsening an already horrific planetary warming. The warming accelerating, not slowing down, geoengineering is helping to fuel the fire. Intentionally creating hot zones in one area actually appears to be a part of the process the climate engineers use to engineer a cool-down elsewhere. The high pressure heat domes rotate the upper level winds clockwise in the northern hemisphere, this is connected to jet stream manipulation. When the atmosphere is saturated with electrically conductive ozone destroying metallic particulates, and then microwaved with radio frequencies from ionosphere heaters like HAARP, heat and high pressure can be created.

The rate of biosphere warming never slowed down, it is accelerating. Many point to the "climate gate" event as proof that there was no warming and data was being falsified, this conclusion was a manufactured lie. This is not to say that data isn't being falsified, it is, but in the opposite direction of what many would like to believe. The planet is already exponentially hotter than what is being "officially" disclosed. A colleague I know with the union of concerned scientists has monitored a 4.6 degree UNDERREPORTING of high temperatures in Northern California, other experts who are also monitoring temperatures have noted a similar underreporting in regions investigated. The planet is in full blown meltdown, climate engineering/weather warfare is making the overall situation far worse, not better, and the power structure is doing everything it can to hide this fact while they prepare for total environmental and societal collapse. Those that have any sincere regard for the truth will actually investigate what is happening on the front lines around the globe. Forests are burning to the ground at a record pace all over the globe. From the Pacific Northwest, to Spain, to Siberia, forests are incinerating as temperatures go off the charts. As of the writing of this article yet another out of control blaze is raging in Alaska. Rapidly rising sea levels are causing increasing havoc around the globe, Arctic ice hit a record low this winter.
How bad is it? The latest data is more alarming than ever before. In spite of "official" temperatures being falsified to the DOWN SIDE by the power structure in order to confuse populations and help to sell climate engineering behind the scenes to governments around the globe as a "cure", for the meltdown is accelerating rapidly. 2015 is on pace to shatter the all time record warm year just set in 2014. Ocean temperatures are increasing so rapidly that the temperature charts cannot keep up. Extremely alarming warm zones are now appearing which appear to be directly linked to massive marine die-off.
If we are to have any chance of success in the battle to expose and halt the climate engineering insanity, we MUST have credibility. Credibility comes with standing on conclusions built with solid and verifiable facts. Climate engineering is making a very bad climate situation far worse, not better, and is contaminating the entire planet in the process. Microwaving The Atmosphere To Mitigate Methane

Methane is rapidly accumulating in the atmosphere, many more noctilucent clouds are being seen at ever lower latitudes. Methane is over 100 times more potent a greenhouse gas than Co2 over a ten year time horizon. If the methane releases continue, "Venus Syndrome" will be the end result.
Geoengineering/solar radiation management has been pushed as mitigation for the rapidly building global methane release cataclysm, but is climate engineering really a cure? Or has the decades long geoengineering insanity actually helped to trigger the methane catastrophe in the first place?
The delusion of the technological fix is unfortunately ingrained in the human psyche. This is how we have been trained and taught by the power structure. Modern industrialized/militarized technology now pushed the human race and all life on Earth well past the breaking point. Yet, even now, the indoctrination of academia and society prevails, the delusion of the "techno fix" (to what technology and anthropogenic activity caused in the first place) is rampant. Welcome to project LUCY and ALAMO, the intentional massive microwaving of the atmosphere with oppossing frequencies in an incredibly desperate and destructive attempt to molecularly degrade the atmospheric methane buildup.
Large ground based ionosphere heater facilities like HAARP are likely being used for programs like project LUCY and ALAMO in addition to their use for weather modification and jet stream manipulation.
It is important to remember that there is a global network of these highly destructive ionosphere heater radio frequency transmission installations around the globe.
There are also the huge SBX radar platforms located around the globe. It is very likely these platforms (like the ground based RF transmitters) are also being used for weather modification and attempted methane mitigation.

The climate engineers continue to orchestrate global weather patterns with catastrophic consequences. The US West has consistently been baked and dried into oblivion in order for the weather makers to create the headlines they want on the East coast, and also to hide news they don't want known in the Arctic. The NOAA map below shows what has become a typical (though historically unprecedented) pattern. The West experiences record heat, the East gets record cold.
The record breaking heat in the West continues to intensify as the weather makers try to hide the imploding Arctic ice pack from public view. Those who have been lead to believe Arctic ice is expanding have been deceived. False headlines filled with false data by powerful interests with self serving agendas have been accepted as fact by many who don't want to believe global climate and environmental conditions are as bad as they are. Media is not mentioning that January 2014 through January 2015 were the warmest 12 months ever on planet Earth. The rapid warming is triggering "feedback" loops like methane release which is of grave concern. So what is the current state of Arctic ice?

The overall picture in regard to the state of the Arctic sea ice could not be more clear.
The climate engineers have been pushing cold air south from the Arctic over and over (polar vortex) with constant jet stream manipulation.
This is accomplished from constant aerosol spraying and the use of the global network of ionosphere heater facilities comparable to the HAARP installation shown below.
The "ridiculously resilient ridge" of high pressure over the US West (which meteorologists cannot explain) is a part of the jet stream manipulation mentioned. What happens when the climate engineers rob cold air from the northern regions to create the headlines they desire in the Eastern US? The arctic then heats up. While engineered winter storms pile up record snow in Boston, Alaska doesn't have enough snow for the annual Iditerod sled race for the second year in a row and the Sierra snow pack is at record shattering lows. The "departure from normal high temperature" map below clearly shows the most anomalously cold zone in the entire world for the period from January 2014 through January 2015, the eastern half of the US lower 48. The Arctic and most of the rest of planet Earth is at far above normal high temperatures.
What will the climate engineers do now that they have created enough of their desired "winter" headlines in the Eastern US? They will lock the colder air to the north in their attempt to slow the accelerating ice melt, this will bring a rapid heating back to most of the lower 48 states as the NOAA map below clearly shows.
Note the NOAA maps "prediction" for a switch from the previous far above normal temperatures in Alaska (shown in the GISS global temperature map in this article) to below normal temperatures is a reflection of the "weather whack a mole" being carried on by the geoengineers. To accomplish this the US lower 48 will heat rapidly. Some of the spraying during the building of high pressure zones actually increases the UV radiation readings on the ground. Is a "lens effect" a goal of the climate engineers under certain circumstances? Are the climate engineers intentionally creating heat in some regions at some times in order to increase the strength of the high pressure zones which is used for jet stream manipulation. This appears not only possible, but likely. Though the geoengineers can create large scale temporary cool-downs, it comes at the cost of a worsened overall warming (overall global high temperatures continue to smash records). In addition, climate engineering continues to contaminate the entire planet and every breath we take.

All around the planet our skies are being saturated with toxic metal and chemical particulates. These particulates are being sprayed from jet aircraft as part of the global geoengineering/weather modification programs titled "SRM" and "SAG". Any that take the time to investigate the subjects of SRM (solar radiation management) and SAG (stratospheric aerosol geoengineering) will find that many of the “predicted” effects of these massive climate altering programs are not disputed. The climate science community is blatantly lying about the ongoing climate engineering programs, claiming they are only "proposals". One of the many well known effects related to geoengineering which is not debated is DROUGHT. How bad is the engineered drought in the US West, specifically California? The latest drought monitor map is below, the climate engineering assault has consistently robbed rain from the Western US.
Saturation of the atmosphere with nano sized toxic particles and chemicals provides too many "condensation nuclei". Moisture in the atmosphere then adheres to these particles and continues to migrate in the form of dirty looking haze and/or artificial clouds. The overabundance of particles prevents droplets from combining to form heavy enough drops to fall as precipitation. Geoengineering further reduces rainfall by simply blocking the sun and thus evaporation over oceans. Less direct sunlight, less light photons, less evaporation, period. This causes the moisture in storm systems to be greatly reduced in many cases. "GLOBAL DIMMING" is now considered by most scientific studies to average fully 22%. This means that 22% or more of direct sunlight that reached the planet's surface decades ago now no longer does. This short presentation will increase ones knowledge of the effect sprayed particulates have on the atmosphere, global temperatures, and precipitation. Though this mainstream documentary preview does not directly implicate global geoengineering as the main source of "global dimming", one can make up their own mind, it is important to "read between the lines" so to speak. There are certainly agendas within this film, connect the dots on your own.
Yet another consequence of geoengineering is DIMINISHED WIND (this does not mean in all scenarios, but rather it is an overall effect). This also contributes to reduced evaporation over oceans and thus increased drought on land masses. All of the geoengineering effects cited and discussed above are well documented and can be easily researched online. In spite of the fact that numerous scientific studies admit to the drought/deluge causing climate altering decimation that geoengineering “would” cause, none of these studies are willing to admit to the fact that the global spraying of our skies has been a horrific reality for a very long time already.
In addition to the drought causing effects, the precipitation that does fall is laden with toxic heavy metals like aluminum, barium strontium, manganese, and others. These are all metals named in NUMEROUS GEOENGINEERING PATENTS. The impact of TOXIC METALS LIKE ALUMINUM on soils, trees, and plant life is well documented. When organisms like trees detect bioavailable aluminum exposure to their root systems, many species shut down nutrient uptake to protect their DNA. This causes a slow protracted death of the organism. Beetles and other pests move in and thus the forest begins to die-off. The weakened forest is of course much more flammable. Adding to the fire danger are the metallic dust particles which are constantly settling out of the atmosphere, coating the forest foliage. These microscopic PARTICLES ARE INCENDIARIES, pushing the potential for catastrophic fires ever higher.
Still another factor is the SHREDDED OZONE LAYER and increased UV radiation which results. This is also a major factor in the decline and demise of forests around the globe, and greatly increased fire danger. The OZONE DAMAGING EFFECTS OF GEOENGINEERING PARTICULATES is also well documented and not disputed. It gets worse, jet stream movement is being radically manipulated with ionosphere heater installations, as many as 26 around the globe. The most well known is HAARP (High frequency active auroral research program). This JET STREAM MANIPULATION literally cuts off the flow of moisture to some regions while creating constant deluge in others. In the case of the continental US, the western half of the country bakes and burns, the eastern US is often freezing with engineered snow storms in winter and deluge in the summer months. The "scientific community" is failing to inform the public of even a fraction of the larger picture. Some scientists are in denial, many others are simply afraid of the consequences of speaking out. Yet more scientists are simply paid to lie. The power structure controlled corporate media is also a primary tool that us used to cover the climate engineering crimes. The ongoing climate destruction resulting from countless human activities is pushing humanity and civilization over the edge. This is not about Al Gore, but rather it's about reality. The human race has done great damage to our planet which is now being pushed past the point of no return. Based on all available data, the ongoing global geoengineering programs appear to be the single greatest climate disrupting factor of all (though the human race has caused immense harm to the planet on countless fronts including dumping 100,000,000 tons of Co2 a day into the atmosphere). No matter how much damage humanity has done to the environment, geoengineering is only making it worse. The planet must be allowed to respond on its own, this is our best option at this point. Flying thousands of jets around the planet day in and day out, spraying tens of millions of tons of toxic metal particulates, is simply insanity. In the spring of 2014, the power structure and mainstream media tried to convince an ever more concerned population that there was no climate modification going on and as proof they cited the claim that the HAARP facility was going to be "bulldozed". Some of us never bought into the smoke and mirrors about HAARP being torn down, and as we now see, it is still standing. The two NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) maps below should be shocking even to a layman of meteorology. The map on top is for the period from February 19-23, the map below is for the period immediately after, February 24-28. These maps are polar opposites and show with clearing clarity the degree to which the weather makers are “forcing” the climate system. Record cold in some regions flips to record warm, and the exact reverse scenario occurs in other zones. All of this in the space of less than a week? Jet stream manipulation with the globes ionosphere heater installations (HAARP facilities) are pushing cold air into some locations while creating massive domes of heat creating high pressure in other areas.
